Claims (10)

  1. Injecteur de carburant indirect (100) à utiliser dans un moteur à combustion interne, l'injecteur de carburant comprenant :
    un corps de buse (3) ayant un perçage (2) pour recevoir du carburant depuis un conduit d'alimentation (5) pour du carburant sous pression,
    une sortie (8) depuis le perçage (2) pour distribuer du carburant vers le cylindre de combustion, en utilisation,
    un pointeau de valve (1) capable de coulisser à l'intérieur du perçage (2) entre une position fermée dans laquelle l'écoulement du carburant à travers la sortie (8) jusque dans la chambre de combustion est empêché, et une position ouverte dans laquelle l'écoulement du carburant à travers la sortie (8) jusque dans la chambre de combustion est permis, dans lequel, en utilisation, le mouvement du pointeau de valve (1) est commandé en faisant varier la pression du carburant dans une chambre de commande (13) située à une extrémité proximale du pointeau de valve, et dans lequel le pointeau de valve (100) porte un élément de restriction (20) constituant au moins une restriction (21) pour restreindre l'écoulement du carburant à travers le perçage (2) de telle sorte que, pendant le mouvement d'ouverture du pointeau de valve (1), la pression du carburant en aval de l'élément de restriction (20) est inférieure à une pression du carburant alimenté au perçage (2) depuis le conduit d'alimentation (5) ; et
    au moins un dispositif formant valve (30) qui est capable de fonctionner en réponse à une différence de pression de part et d'autre de l'élément de restriction (20) de manière à permettre un écoulement du carburant à travers ladite au moins une restriction (21) pendant le mouvement d'ouverture du pointeau de valve (1), mais à restreindre en outre l'écoulement du carburant à travers ladite au moins une restriction (21) pendant une phase finale du mouvement de fermeture du pointeau de valve (1), pour ainsi amortir ladite phase finale du mouvement de fermeture lorsque le pointeau de valve vient en assise, dans lequel
    ledit au moins un dispositif formant valve (30) comprend au moins un élément de valve (32) agencé pour couvrir l'une au moins des restrictions (21) lorsqu'il est dans une position fermée pour restreindre en outre l'écoulement du carburant à travers ladite au moins une restriction (21), et dans lequel
    ledit au moins un élément formant valve (32) est agencé pour restreindre en outre l'écoulement du carburant à travers ladite au moins une restriction (21) en empêchant complètement l'écoulement du carburant à travers ladite au moins une restriction (21) lorsqu'il est dans sa position fermée
    caractérisé en ce que
    ledit au moins un élément formant valve comprend un disque annulaire (232) sollicité vers le dispositif de restriction par un ressort (234).
  2. Injecteur de carburant indirect (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit au moins un dispositif formant valve (30) est agencé pour restreindre en outre l'écoulement du carburant à travers ladite au moins une restriction (21) pendant la phase finale du mouvement de fermeture qui est approximativement les derniers 30 %, ou approximativement les derniers 20 %, ou approximativement les derniers 10 %, du trajet du pointeau de valve vers la position fermée en utilisation normale de l'injecteur de carburant.
  3. Injecteur de carburant indirect (100) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel ledit au moins un élément formant valve (30) est situé en aval de ladite au moins une restriction (21) constituée par l'élément de restriction (20).
  4. Injecteur de carburant indirect (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel ledit au moins un élément formant valve (32) comprend au moins un élément formant valve à clapet.
  5. Injecteur de carburant indirect (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel ledit au moins un élément formant valve (32) s'étend radialement soit vers l'intérieur soit vers l'extérieur depuis une bague annulaire (31).
  6. Injecteur de carburant indirect (100) selon la revendication 5, dans lequel la bague annulaire (31) est attachée à l'élément de restriction (20) et/ou au pointeau de valve (1).
  7. Injecteur de carburant indirect (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le ressort (234) est retenu par un épaulement ménagé sur le pointeau de valve.
  8. Injecteur de carburant indirect (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'élément de restriction (20) comprend un collier annulaire attaché au pointeau de valve (1) ou formé de manière intégrale avec celui-ci.
  9. Injecteur de carburant indirect (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite au moins une restriction (21) adopte la forme d'au moins un orifice s'étendant à travers l'épaisseur de l'élément de restriction (20).
  10. Injecteur de carburant indirect (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite au moins une restriction (21) adopte la forme d'au moins une gorge ménagée dans une surface extérieure de l'élément de restriction (20) pour définir la restriction (21) conjointement avec le perçage.
