Claims (13)

  1. Electrically operated slicing machine (1) for cutting slices from an, in particular, elongated product to be cut, preferably a food, comprising a machine housing (2) in which a drive motor and a rotating cutter (4) driven by the drive motor are mounted and comprising a deposit area (5) arranged in the region of the cutter (4) and having a substantially flat tray (6, 6') for receiving cut slices, wherein the tray (6, 6') can be removably coupled to the machine housing (2) or to an attachment of the machine housing by means of a coupling device (7, 7') and wherein the tray (6, 6') is coupled in a horizontal operating position during the cutting operation and, outside the cutting operation, can be moved into at least one removal position in which the tray (6, 6') can be released and removed from the coupling device (7, 7'), characterised in that the coupling device (7, 7') has an upper and a lower coupling arm (10, 11, 10', 11'), wherein the two coupling arms (10, 11, 10', 11') form a coupling recess (12) open on one side for coupling the tray (6, 6') in a longitudinal direction (L), and that the coupling device (7, 7') is designed in such a manner that the tray (6, 6') can be inserted directly and without an intermediate part into the coupling recess (12) and is aligned parallel to the longitudinal direction (L) of the coupling recess (12) in the operating state of the slicing machine (1).
  2. Slicing machine according to claim 1, characterised in that the coupling recess (12) is open in the horizontal direction.
  3. Slicing machine according to either of claims 1 or 2, characterised in that the coupling device (7, 7') and/or the tray (6, 6') has/have or form/s a fixing device for horizontally fixing the tray (6, 6') in its operating position.
  4. Slicing machine according to claim 3, characterised in that the fixing device is formed by a fixing pin (16, 16') and a fixing recess (15, 15').
  5. Slicing machine according to claim 4, characterised in that the fixing pin (16, 16') is formed or arranged on the tray (6, 6') and the fixing recess (15, 15') is formed or arranged on the coupling device (7, 7').
  6. Slicing machine according to claim 4, characterised in that the fixing pin (16, 16') is formed or arranged on the coupling device (7, 7') and the fixing recess (15, 15') is formed or arranged on the tray (6, 6').
  7. Slicing machine according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the upper and the lower coupling arms (10, 11, 10', 11') have different lengths.
  8. Slicing machine according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the coupling recess (12) has at least one bevel (20, 21), preferably at an angle (α) of between 5° and 80°, in particular between 10° and 30°, relative to the tray (6, 6') in its operating position.
  9. Slicing machine according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the lower coupling arm (11, 11') is designed in such a manner that it supports the tray (6, 6') at the bottom in its operating position in a support region (14), preferably outside its centre of gravity (S).
  10. Slicing machine according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the upper coupling arm (10, 10') is designed in such a manner that it holds the tray (6, 6') at the top in its operating position, preferably as a counter support to the lower coupling arm (11, 11').
  11. Slicing machine according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the support region (14) extends over at least a tenth of the width (B) of the tray (6, 6') defined transversely to the longitudinal direction (L) of the coupling arms (10, 11, 10', 11').
  12. Slicing machine according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the tray (6, 6') can be removed at a minimum removal angle (β) obliquely to the horizontal direction in its removal position.
