Claims (22)

  1. A container (1) for receiving beverages, in particular a drinking vessel or a drinking cup, at least comprising a bottom (2) and a circumferential wall (3) extending approximately perpendicularly from the bottom (2), the wall comprising a perforation, through which the container (1) can be filled with a beverage, the perforation, after completion of the filling process, being closable by a sealing means, characterized by that the circumferential wall (3) comprises multiple perforations (4), that the perforations (4) of the wall (3) are arranged or formed in a section of the wall (3) close to the bottom (2), and that the sealing means is comprised of an elastic ring (5) that is sleeved from outside on the wall (3) of the container (1) and is displaceable along the wall (3) into a filling position and into a closed position, the elastic ring (5) comprising at least one flat side that can be sleeved or is sleeved on the wall (3) of the container (1) and is displaceable along the wall (3), the width of the ring (5) being larger than the diameter of the perforations (4), so that the perforations (4) are completely overlaid and sealed from outside.
  2. The container (1) of claim 1, characterized by that all perforations (4) have the same distance from the bottom (2) of the container (1) and are uniformly distributed over the circumference of the wall (3).
  3. The container (1) of one of claims 1 or 2, characterized by that the sealing means is prepositioned outside on the wall (3) of the container (1) or can be prepositioned outside on the wall (3) of the container (1).
  4. The device (7) of claim 7, characterized by that the housing is comprised of a bottom housing (8) and a top housing, the bottom housing (8) comprising a cylindrical recess (9) that is open toward the top housing, and the top housing being formed as a head cover (10) with a circular perforation (11) attached or attachable at the bottom housing (8), the circular perforation (11), in the assembled position, partially overlaying the orifice of the cylindrical recess (9), and within the cylindrical recess (9), a sleeve section (12) being displaceably arranged, whose end showing toward the head cover (10), in a non-use position, resting against the head cover (10), the circular perforation (11) of the head cover (10) and the space enclosed by the sleeve section (12) jointly forming a receiving space (13) for the bottom (2) and at least that part of the wall (3) of the container (1) that comprises the perforations (4), within the sleeve section (12), a pressure piece (15) jointly displaceable with the sleeve section (12) as well as relative to the sleeve section (12) against the force of a spring (14) being arranged, in a first position of the container (1) adjusted in the receiving space (13) representing a filling position, the sleeve section (12) being displaced jointly with the pressure piece (15) in a direction showing away from the head cover (10), and in a second direction representing the sealed position, only the pressure piece (15) being displaced further in the same direction, the sleeve section (12) resting against a travel limitation stop, and the pressure piece (15) being displaced relative to the sleeve section (12), in the filling position, a gap (16) between head cover (10) and sleeve section (12) being formed that terminates on the inner side of the housing at the location of the perforations (4) of the adjusted container (1), and on the outer side, being connected or connectable indirectly via a supply channel (17) formed in the bottom housing (8) to at least one supply line for beverages.
  9. The device (7) of claim 8, characterized by that at the bottom housing (8) comprising a cylindrical recess (9) and at the head cover (10), one thread (18, 19) each is formed, by means of which the parts (8 and 9) are screwable to each other.
  10. The device (7) of one of claims 8 or 9, characterized by that the spring (14) is arranged between the bottom housing (8) and the pressure piece (15).
  11. The device (7) of one of claims 8 to 10, characterized by that each supply line is connected to an amount controller or a time controller, by means of which the flowing amount of the respective beverage through the respective supply line is adjustable or measurable and adjustable.
  12. The device (7) of one of claims 8 to 11, characterized by that each supply line is controllable and adjustable by means of a switchable valve, which is switchable or switched by a proximity switch arranged in the device (7) .
  13. The device (7) of claim 12, characterized by that the proximity switch is formed by a switching contact (18) that operates an electric switch that is activated by moving the sleeve section (12) into the filling position.
  14. The device (1) of one of claims 8 to 13, characterized by that in the bottom housing (9) or in the pressure piece (15), an optical signalization means shining through the pressure piece (15) and the bottom (2) of a installed container (1), in particular, an LED (19), is arranged.
  15. The device (7) of one of claims 8 to 14, characterized by that the circular perforation (11) of the head cover (10) terminates in the manner of a funnel toward the free end, at an inner shell surface of the region surrounding the receiving space (13), close to the end of the head cover (10) showing toward the sleeve section (12), a circumferential seal (20) being arranged, which seals the installed container (1) against the inner shell surface of the head cover (10).

  22. The device (7) of one of claims 12 to 20, characterized by that the device (7) comprises a power storage such as an accumulator or a battery for supplying the signalization means and/or the proximity switch, which enable an independent operation.
