Claims (10)

  1. Sicherheitselement, das einen Träger (1) umfasst, auf dem mindestens ein Druck (2; 2'; 2"; 3) vorhanden ist, der einen bei sichtbarem Licht unsichtbaren, aber in einem ersten Wellenlängenbereich (λ1) außerhalb des Spektrums des sichtbaren Lichts offengelegten ersten Druck (2) sowie einen bei sichtbarem Licht unsichtbaren, aber in einem zweiten Wellenlängenbereich (λ2) außerhalb des Spektrums des sichtbaren Lichts offengelegten zweiten Druck (3) umfasst, wobei sich der erste und zweite Druck (2, 3) in Regionen erstrecken, die sich teilweise überlappen, derart mindestens eine Überlappungszone (4) bildend,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine verborgene Information (IC) aufweist, die von der mindestens einen Überlappungszone (4) gebildet ist, wobei die verborgene Information (IC) unter einer stroboskopischen Beleuchtung, bei der die Beleuchtungen mit zwei Wellenlängenbereichen alternieren, die jeweils dem ersten und zweiten Wellenlängenbereich (λ1 und λ2) entsprechen, offenlegbar ist.
  2. Sicherheitselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Wellenlängenbereich (λ2) unterschiedlich und außerhalb des ersten Wellenlängenbereichs (λ1) ist.
  3. Sicherheitselement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens einen bei sichtbarem Licht unsichtbaren, aber in einem Wellenlängenbereich außerhalb des Spektrums des sichtbaren Lichts offenbarten anderen Druck (2', 2") aufweist, wobei dieser Wellenlängenbereich unterschiedlich und außerhalb der anderen Wellenlängenbereiche (λ1 und λ2) ist, dass dieser mindestens eine andere Druck (2', 2") gemeinsam mit den anderen Drucken (2, 3) mindestens eine gegenseitige Überlappungszone (4) aufweist, und dass die mindestens eine gegenseitige Überlappungszone (4) mindestens eine verborgene Information (IC) bildet, die unter einer stroboskopischen Beleuchtung, bei der die Beleuchtungen mit Wellenlängenbereichen alternieren, die jeweils dem ersten, zweiten und anderen Wellenlängenbereich entsprechen, offenlegbar ist.
  4. Sicherheitselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verborgene Information (IC) ein Bild, eine Ziffer oder eine Zahl, ein Text, ein Code, ein Reliefdruck ist, erzeugt durch das Gehirn eines Beobachters, oder eine Kombination derselben.
  5. Sicherheitselement nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Drucke (2, 3; 2', 2") auf derselben Seite (10; 11) des Träger (1) vorhanden sind.
  6. Sicherheitselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einer der Drucke (2; 3; 2'; 2") auf einer Seite (10) des Trägers (1) vorhanden ist, wogegen mindestens ein zweiter Druck (2; 3; 2'; 2") auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite (11) vorhanden ist.
  7. Sicherheitselement nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste und/oder der zweite Druck (2; 3; 2'; 2") kontinuierlich ist/sind, das heißt, eine Fläche bilden.
  8. Sicherheitselement nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste und/oder der zweite Druck (2; 3; 2'; 2") diskontinuierlich ist/sind, das heißt, dass er/sie von mindestens zwei unterschiedlichen und getrennten Regionen gebildet sind, die gemeinsam einen Frame bilden.
  9. Sicherheitselement nach Anspruch 8, wobei die zwei Drucke (2, 3) diskontinuierlich sind und von mehreren unterschiedlichen und getrennten Regionen gebildet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unter stroboskopischer Beleuchtung die Abdeckungsdichte des Trägers (1) durch die Drucke (2, 3) in der mindestens einen Überlappungszone (4) spürbar geringer ist, im Idealfall die Hälfte der Abdeckungsdichte des Trägers durch die Drucke außerhalb der Überlappungszone (4) beträgt.
  10. Sicherheitselement nach Anspruch 8, wobei die zwei Drucke (2, 3) diskontinuierlich sind und von mehreren unterschiedlichen und getrennten Regionen gebildet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unter stroboskopischer Beleuchtung die Abdeckungsdichte des Trägers (1) durch die Drucke (2, 3) in der mindestens einen Überlappungszone (4) spürbar höher ist, im Idealfall das Doppelte der Abdeckungsdichte des Trägers durch die Drucke außerhalb der Überlappungszone (4) beträgt.
