Claims (11)
- Elektrophoreseeinrichtung (1), umfassend eine Verteilungsvorrichtung eines fluiden Produkts, beinhaltend:- einen das Produkt enthaltenden Vorratsbehälter (3),- einen Elektromotor (10), beinhaltend eine in Drehung versetzte Welle,- ein durch eine Drehung des Motors betätigtes Verteilungsmittel (5), wobei die verteilte Menge von der Drehung des Motors abhängt,- ein Schaltbauteil (14), das den Betrieb des Motors steuert,- ein Abschaltsteuerungselement (11), durch die Welle in Drehung versetzt, das bei ihrer Drehung eine aktive Position einnimmt, in der es den Schalter (14) veranlasst, die Stromversorgung des Motors zu unterbrechen,- eine Neustartschaltung (20), angeordnet, um, wenn ausgelöst, in einen aktivierten Zustand überzugehen, um den Neustart des Motors zu erzwingen, obwohl sich das Abschaltsteuerungselement (11) in aktiver Position befindet, wobei die Neustartschaltung während einer Dauer aktiviert bleibt, die ausreicht, damit das Abschaltsteuerungselement seine aktive Position verlässt, wobei die Neustartschaltung danach inaktiv wird, sodass der Betrieb des Motors aufhört, wenn das Abschaltsteuerungselement seine aktive Position wieder einnimmt, nachdem die Neustartschaltung inaktiv geworden ist,wobei die Einrichtung angeordnet ist, um den Bereich, auf den das Produkt aufgetragen wird, einem elektrischen Strom zu unterwerfen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Schaltbauteil (14) ein elektromechanischer Schalter ist, insbesondere ein Hebelschalter (15).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei das Abschaltsteuerungselement eine Nocke (11) ist, angeordnet, um auf den Schalter zu drücken.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Nocke (11) auf den Schalter drückt, wenn das Abschaltsteuerungselement in aktiver Position vorliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, wobei der Schalter (14) mit dem Elektromotor (10) in Reihe geschaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Neustartschaltung (20) eine Verzögerung beinhaltet, die die Dauer (d) definiert, während der sie nach ihrer Auslösung aktiv bleibt, wobei die Dauer ausreichend gering ist, damit die Welle nach der Auslösung der Neustartschaltung nur eine Tour vollführt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, wobei die Neustartschaltung (20) im aktivierten Zustand das Schaltbauteil (14) kurzschließt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verteilungsmittel eine durch die Drehung der Welle betätigte Pumpe (5) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, beinhaltend eine Nocke (12), angeordnet auf eine Weise, um auf einem Betätigungsweg ein Bauteil (6) der Pumpe bei jeder Umdrehung der Welle in Bewegung zu versetzen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 und 9, wobei die Nocke (11) zur Betätigung des Schalters und die Nocke (12) zur Betätigung der Pumpe auf der Welle winkelmäßig versetzt sind, sodass die Nocke (11) zur Betätigung des Schalters letzteren betätigt, nachdem die Nocke zur Betätigung der Pumpe diese betätigt hat.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, wobei die Pumpe (5) mit Membran (6) ist, die Nocke (12) zur Betätigung der Pumpe auf die Membran (6) drücken kommt.
