Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

According to an advantageous embodiment, the carcass seat surface is pivotally hinged to the base body. For example, a hinge may be provided for this purpose. In the illustrated first position A are therefore provided laterally next to the stool seat surface 3 in the base body 6 usable backrest pad 10. Furthermore, at a provision in the first position A back 8 underside of the body seat surface 7 additional backrest cushion provided.

Fig. 6B shows a front view of the chair 1 according to Fig. 6A in the second position B.

The stool module 2 is in Fig. 6B hidden for clarity of presentation.

The space of the backrest cushion 10 in the base body 6 is filled in the second position B by the pivoted body seat surface 7. The backrest pad 10 are therefore used in the second position B as a backrest cushion and formed or shaped accordingly.

The backrest cushion on the underside 8 of the carcass seat surface 7 is not visible here and is accommodated, for example, in a cavity or volume of the base body 6 that can be used as storage space. In other embodiments, however, a backrest cushion can also be provided, which is provided in the first position on the underside 8 of the carcass seat surface and in the second position on the support element 9 can be arranged. In this case, for example, the backrest pad 10 can be stowed in the cavity of the base body 6 or provided as additional backrest cushion.

In the second position B shown here, the first seat is provided by way of example for three persons or as a three-seater. Due to the opposite to the stool seat 3 wider training of the car seat surface 7 in the second position B thus a larger seat width is provided. In addition, the stool module 2, not shown here, with its two-seater stool seat surface 3, also provides a second seat for two persons, so that seating for five persons is available in total.

Fig. 7 shows a perspective view of yet another embodiment of a modular chair 1 in the first position A.

In this embodiment, in the first position is a classic, in particular unpadded, bench, for example made of wood. The seat of the seat is formed with the over the entire width of the seat extending stool seat surface 3 of the stool module 2. The upright backrest is formed with the underside 8 of the car seat surface 7. The basic body 6 is constructed with a narrow surrounding frame and a body foot section 11 formed with four body feet 18.

The stool leg section 4 of the stool module 2, which is formed with four stool feet, is accommodated in the body foot section 11. Thus, a corresponding number of stool feet and body feet 18 is provided, wherein a guide 12 for receiving the stool feet is integrated here in the body feet 18.

The body foot 18 is here exemplified L-shaped. Accordingly, a guide 12 is formed by the L-shape, in which a Stool's foot of the Stool foot 4 is receivable. By way of example, the foot of the stool is rectangular in cross-section here.

Of course, deviations from an L-shape of the body foot 18 or of a rectangular shape of a stool foot are possible in further embodiments. For example, a Korpusfuß 18 may also be provided with a circumferential guide, in particular be designed as a tube. In addition, other forms a guide 12 forming forms, such as a U-profile, V-profile or the like are conceivable. Correspondingly, the foot of the foot can also have a different, for example a round, profile-like or polygonal, cross-sectional shape.

Due to the totality of the four body feet 18, the stool foot section 4 with its four stool feet is received in a form-fitting manner in the body foot section 11.

In order to avoid a double fit in the height direction, a greater length of the stool feet compared to the length of the body feet 18 may be provided, so that the stool seat surface 3 is slightly spaced from the frame of the base body 6. In a further embodiment, but also the stool seat surface 3 rest on the frame of the base body 6 and the length of the stool feet are provided correspondingly shorter than the length of the body feet 18.

Fig. 9 shows a plan view of a modular seating 1 with corner module 14 according to one embodiment in a first position A.

In this embodiment, a plurality of laterally interconnected carcass modules 5 and a plurality of therein in the illustrated first position A recordable stool modules 2 are provided. It is in this case an arrangement in the form of a bank or seating group. The plurality of carcass modules 5 and the corner module 14 form a corner seat or corner seat group, respectively.

Purely by way of example here on a first side of the corner module 14, three carcass modules 5 are provided with three stool modules 2 received therein and two carcass modules 5 with two stool modules 2 accommodated therein on a second side. Of course, however, the number and shape of the individual modules can be varied.

Fig. 10 shows a plan view of the modular seating 1 according to Fig. 9 in a second position B.

The stool modules 2 are taken here from the basic carcasses 6 of the carcass modules 5 and arranged independently. The stool modules 2 thus provide a total of five second seats formed by the respective stool seating surfaces 3.

In addition, the laterally interconnected carcass modules 5 in the second position B provide a larger seating surface due to the greater width of the car seat surfaces 7 than in the first position with the squat seat surfaces 3.
In particular, the five first seats together offer space for at least seven people. For example, on the side formed with three carcass modules 5, the three first seats are provided for four persons and on the side formed with two carcass modules 5 the two first seats for three persons. Thus arise from the five common seats formed in the first position by the five common seating areas 5 now five first (formed by the stool modules) seats for five people and five second (formed by the carcass seat) seats for seven people, so that the first and second seats can accommodate a total of 12 people.

In addition, there is a thirteenth seat of the corner seat or corner seating group formed by the corner module 14 in the second position B.

Fig. 11A shows a plan view of a modular seating 1 with corner module 14 according to another embodiment in a first position A.

This embodiment differs from that in FIG Figs. 10A and 10B This is not polygonal here, ie as an oblique sitting area as in Figs. 10A and 10B illustrated, but L-shaped. The corner module 14 here accordingly has an L-shaped Ecckorpus 15 and two pivotally mounted on each leg Ecksitzflächen 16.

In the in Fig. 11A shown first position A, the corner seat surfaces 16 are upright. In the same way as in the carcass modules 5, a corner stool 17 is received in the corner body 15.

1. Modular piece of seating furniture and/or lying furniture (1),
   comprising a stool module (2), which has a stool seating surface (3) and a stool foot portion (4),
   comprising a body module (5), which has a base body (6) and a body seating surface (7) which can be arranged in two positions (A, B) thereon,
   wherein in a first position (A), in which the body seating surface (7) is substantially upright, the stool foot portion (4) of the stool module (2) can be received in the base body (6), in such a way that the stool seating surface (3) forms a shared seating place,
   wherein in a second position (B), in which the body seating surface (7) is pivoted to be substantially horizontal, the body module (5) provides a first seating place formed with the pivoted body seating surface (7), and a second seating place can be provided independently of the body module (5) by way of the stool module (2) taken out of the base body (6) .
2. Piece of seating furniture and/or lying furniture according to claim 1,

   in that the body seating surface (7) is articulated pivotably to the base body (6), in particular via a hinge.
3. Piece of seating furniture and/or lying furniture according to either claim 1 or claim 2,

   in that the first and/or second seating place is provided for at least two persons, in particular as a bench or sofa.

    in that the corner module (14) has a corner body (15) and one or more corner seating surfaces (16) pivotably mounted thereon, and in a first position (A), in which the corner seating surfaces (16) are upright, a corner stool (17) can be received in the corner body (15) in the same way as for the body modules (5), and the corner seating surfaces (16) are pivotable into a second position (B) in which they form one or more corner seating places.

Vehicle, in particular for the outdoor sector, comprising at least one internal space which is formed as a living space which is accessible at least in part, in such a way that at least one modular piece of seating furniture and/or lying furniture (1) according to any of claims 1 to 12 is arranged in the internal space.
14. Vehicle according to claim 13,

    in that the vehicle is a motor vehicle, such as a mobile home, a camper, a vehicle comprising a camper shell attachment, or
    in that the vehicle is a trailer caravan, or
    in that the vehicle is a watercraft, such as a yacht, a catamaran or a houseboat.
15. Method for manufacturing a body module (5) of a modular piece of seating furniture and/or lying furniture (1) according to any of claims 1 to 12, comprising the steps of:

    providing a base body (6);

    providing the base body (6) with recesses or guides (12) which are provided and arranged for receiving a stool foot portion (4) of a stool module (2), in particular a plurality of stool feet; and

    installing a body seating surface (7) on the base body (6), in such a way that in the first position (A) the body seating surface (7) can be set upright and the stool foot portion (4) of the stool module (2) can be received in the base body (6), and the body seating surface (7) is pivotable into a second position (B), in which the body module (5), independently of the stool module (2), provides a seating place formed with the pivoted body seating surface (7).
