Claims (14)

  1. Ein Verfahren zum Bohren eines Bohrlochs, das aufweist:
    Erzeugen eines optimalen Clusters unter Verwendung historischer Bohrdaten;
    Bohren eines Abschnitts des Bohrlochs; und
    während des Bohrens des Bohrlochabschnitts:
    Erzeugen eines Arbeitsclusters unter Verwendung von Daten, die während des Bohrens des Bohrlochabschnitts gesammelt werden;
    Identifizieren einer Mehrzahl von Datenpunkten nahe einem Schwerpunkt des Arbeitsclusters;
    Auswählen eines der Datenpunkte, der zu einem Schwerpunkt des optimalen Clusters konvergiert; und
    Anpassen eines oder mehrerer Bohrsteuerparameter unter Verwendung des konvergenten Datenpunkts.
  2. Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, während des Bohrens des Bohrlochs ferner aufweisend:
    Erzeugen eines neuen Datenpunkts für den Arbeitscluster unter Verwendung der angepassten Bohrsteuerparameter;
    Berechnen einer Entfernung zwischen einem Schwerpunkt des Arbeitsclusters und einem Schwerpunkt des optimalen Clusters; und
    Wiederholen des Identifizierens, Auswählens, Anpassens und Erzeugens des neuen Datenpunkts, wenn die Entfernung größer ist als eine Konvergenzschwelle.
  3. Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der optimale Cluster aus den historischen Daten unter Verwendung von Messungen von Oberflächensensoren identifiziert wird.
  4. Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der optimale Cluster aus den historischen Daten unter Verwendung von Messungen von Untertage-Sensoren identifiziert wird.
  5. Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der optimale Cluster aus den historischen Daten unter Verwendung einer Kombination von Messungen von Oberflächensensoren und Untertage-Sensoren identifiziert wird.
  6. Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der optimale Cluster unter Verwendung eines oder mehrerer Kriterien identifiziert wird, die ausgewählt sind aus einer Gruppe bestehend aus einer Schneidetiefe, einer mechanischen spezifischen Energie, einer Bohrimpedanz und einem Gewicht auf dem Meißel.
  7. Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei jeder Cluster und die Bohrsteuerparameter ein Gewicht auf dem Meißel (WOB) und eine Winkelgeschwindigkeit des Bohrstrangs aufweisen.
  8. Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, wobei jeder Cluster und die Bohrsteuerparameter ferner einen Standrohrdruck und eine Flussrate einer Schlammpumpe aufweisen.
  9. Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, wobei jeder Cluster ferner eine Schneidetiefe und eine Bohrimpedanz aufweist.
  10. Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Bohrimpedanz berechnet wird durch Dividieren des WOB durch ein Produkt einer Größe des Bohrmeißels und der Schneidetiefe.
  11. Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei jeder Cluster eine oder mehrere Komponenten umfasst, die ausgewählt sind aus einer Gruppe bestehend aus einer Schneidetiefe, einer Bohrimpedanz, einer mechanischen spezifischen Energie, einem Gewicht auf dem Meißel, einem Drehmoment auf dem Meißel, einem Standrohrdruck und einer Flussrate einer Schlammpumpe.
  12. Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei jeder Cluster unter Verwendung eines Verfahrens erzeugt wird, das ausgewählt ist aus einer Gruppe bestehend aus einer Abschätzung einer maximalen Wahrscheinlichkeit, einer Stützvektormaschine, einem künstlichen neuronalen Netzwerk, k-nächsten Nachbarn und Klassifikations- und Regressionsbäumen.
  13. Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine Entfernung einer oder mehrerer Steuerkomponenten des Arbeitsclusters von dessen Schwerpunkt auch benutzt wird, um den konvergenten Datenpunkt auszuwählen.
  14. Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, ferner aufweisend ein Vergleichen der angepassten Bohrsteuerparameter mit Grenzbeschränkungen.
