Claims (11)
- Eine Scherenvorrichtung zum gehebelten Kippen oder Heben einer beweglichen Plattform, umfassend
mindestens einen hydraulischen/pneumatischen/elektrischen Zylinder (4) zum Antrieb der Scherenvorrichtung, der an seinem ersten Ende an einer Basis (6) angelenkt ist;
eine Schere mit zwei gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Armen, ein Arm mit einer Lastplattform (5) gekoppelt und ein Arm mit einer Basis (6) gekoppelt: wobei der untere Arm (3) an der Basis (6) und der obere Arm (2) an der Lastplattform (5) angelenkt ist; einen Hebelarm (1), der an mindestens einem der Scherenarme und an einem zweiten Ende des Hydraulikzylinders (4) angelenkt ist, wobei der genannte Hebelarm (1) ein vorstehendes Ende zum Abstützen eines der Arme in einem Teil der An-/Rücklaufbewegung der genannten Scheren umfasst, einschließlich deren geschlossene (offene) Position, indem dieser gradlinig über eine mit der Basis (6) verbundene Oberfläche (7) gleitet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis (6) in einen Lademechanismus eingebaut ist, wobei der hydraulische/pneumatische/elektrische Zylinder (4) zum Antrieb der Scherenvorrichtung an seinem ersten Ende an der Lastplattform angelenkt ist;
eine Schere, wobei der untere Arm (3) an der Basis (6) und der obere Arm (2) an der Lastplattform angelenkt ist;
einen Hebelarm (1), der an den oberen Arm (2) und an ein zweites Ende des hydraulischen Zylinders (4) angelenkt ist, wobei der genannte Hebelarm (1) ein vorstehendes Ende zum Abstützen des oberen Arms (2) in einem Teil der Bewegung der genannten Schere umfasst, einschließlich deren geschlossene Position, indem er geradlinig über eine mit der Basis (6) verbundene Oberfläche gleitet;
wobei das Gelenk an der Basis (6) des hydraulischen/pneumatischen/elektrischen Zylinders (4) und das Gelenk an der Basis des unteren Arms dasselbe Gelenk ist. - Eine Scherenvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Hebelarm (1) V-förmig ist, insbesondere mit der Biegung des V im Gelenk an dem oberen Arm (2), wobei das V insbesondere umgekehrt ist.
- Eine Scherenvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die mit der Basis verbundene Oberfläche eine Gleitschiene (7) umfasst.
- Eine Scherenvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das vorstehende Ende des Hebelarms (1) eine Rolle (8) aufweist, um geradlinig über die mit der Basis (6) verbundene Oberfläche zu gleiten.
- Eine Scherenvorrichtung nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, wobei das vorstehende Ende des Hebelarms (1) ein Lager, eine Laufrolle oder eine Hülse, Buchse, Gleitkufe ist.
- Eine Scherenvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die genannte Vorrichtung eine Vielzahl an Scheren umfasst.
- Eine Scherenvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die bewegliche Plattform eine Lastplattform ist.
- Eine bewegliche Plattform, umfassend die in einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche beschriebene Scherenvorrichtung.
- Eine mobile Plattform nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, wobei die mobile Plattform eine Lastplattform ist.
- Ein Aufzug, umfassend die im vorangehenden Anspruch beschriebene Plattformvorrichtung.
- Ein Mechanismus, umfassend die in einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche beschriebene Scherenvorrichtung.
