Claims (11)
- Flurförderzeug, ausgestattet mit einer Fahrerkabine (1) und umfassend eine Vorrichtung zum Transport eines Werkzeugs (2), umfassend einen Teleskopausleger (3), der auf schwenkende Weise auf einer vertikalen Ebene parallel zur Längsebene des Fahrzeugs (B - B) mit Hilfe eines Hubzylinders (4) unter der Steuerung eines Motorantriebgsaggregats (5) montiert ist, das in einem seitlichen Gehäuse (6) angeordnet ist, wenn das Fahrzeug auf einem horizontalen Boden (7) durch Räder (8, 9, 10, 11) aufliegt, von denen mindestens zwei vordere oder hintere vom Motorantriebsaggregat angetrieben werden, wobei das Motorantriebsaggregat einen Motor (5A), eine hydrostatische Pumpe (5B) und eine hydraulische Pumpe (5C) umfasst, wobei der Motor (5A), die hydrostatische Pumpe (5B) und die hydraulische Pumpe (5C) in Linie montiert sind, wobei diese Linie auf einer horizontalen Ebene mit Bezug auf die Längsebene des Fahrzeugs (B - B) geneigt ist, wenn das Fahrzeug auf einem horizontalen Boden (7) aufliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens 40 % der Fläche des Motors (5A), projiziert auf eine horizontale Ebene, wenn das Fahrzeug auf einem horizontalen Boden aufliegt, ebenso wie die Pumpen (5B, 5C) unter dem Ausleger (3) angeordnet sind, und dadurch, dass der Motor (5A) ebenfalls mit Bezug auf eine vertikale Ebene (C - C) geneigt ist, wenn das Fahrzeug auf einem horizontalen Boden (7) aufliegt.
- Fahrzeug nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Neigungswinkel (α) der Linie auf einer horizontalen Ebene mit Bezug auf die Längsebene des Fahrzeugs (B - B), wenn das Fahrzeug auf einem horizontalen Boden aufliegt, zwischen 10 und 25 Grad liegt.
- Fahrzeug nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Neigungswinkel (α) der Linie auf einer horizontalen Ebene mit Bezug auf die Längsebene des Fahrzeugs (B - B), wenn das Fahrzeug auf einem horizontalen Boden aufliegt, im Wesentlichen gleich 19 Grad ist.
- Fahrzeug nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Neigungswinkel (β) des Motors (5A) mit Bezug auf eine vertikale Ebene (C - C), wenn das Fahrzeug auf einem horizontalen Boden (7) aufliegt, im Wesentlichen gleich 10 Grad ist.
- Fahrzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das seitliche Gehäuse (6) zwischen den Vorderrädern (8, 9) und den Hinterrädern (10, 11) angeordnet ist.
- Fahrzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pumpen (5B, 5C) zwischen der Fahrerkabine (1) und dem Hubzylinder (4) des Auslegers angeordnet sind.
- Fahrzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das seitliche Gehäuse (6) auch ein Kühlsystem (10) enthält, das auf einem schwenkenden Träger gemäß einer vertikalen Achse (10A) angeordnet ist, wenn das Fahrzeug auf einem horizontalen Boden (7) aufliegt.
- Fahrzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausleger (3) auf einer schwenkenden Pleuelstange (11) mit einer ersten festen Rotationsachse (11A) und einer zweiten Rotationsachse (11B) montiert ist, die mit dem Hubzylinder (4) verbunden ist, wobei der Zylinder einen Oszillationswinkel (γ) von im Wesentlichen 5 Grad aufweist.
- Fahrzeug nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zylinder (4) einen festen Drehfuß (4A) umfasst, dessen Abstand zur Radachse der zwei hinteren Räder (10, 11) geringer als 40 % des Abstands zwischen den zwei Radachsen der vorderen und hinteren Räder sind.
- Fahrzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Werkzeug (2) auf einer Tafel (12) fixiert ist, die seitlich am vorderen Ende des Auslegers (3) auf der Seite der Kabine (1) angeordnet ist.
- Fahrzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vier vorderen und hinteren Räder vom Motorantriebsaggregat (5) angetrieben werden.
