Claims (5)

  1. Fingerstützsystem (15), umfassend eine eingebaute Fingerstütze, wobei die Fingerstütze zur Anordnung um und entlang eines Längsabschnitts eines menschlichen Fingers (200) konfiguriert ist, einschließlich einer Fingeraußenseite (210), einer Fingerinnenseite (220), Fingerseitenflächen, eines PIP-Gelenks (260) und einer Fingerkuppe (240), die einen Fingernagel (242) trägt, wobei die Fingerstütze Folgendes umfasst:
    ein proximales Stützenende (230), der zum zumindest teilweisen Anordnen um den Finger an einer Stelle hinter dem PIP-Gelenk und auf der Fingeraußenseite konfiguriert ist;
    ein distales Stützenende (70) der Strebe, das einen langgestreckten Schaft (80) enthält, der zur gemeinsamen Verlängerung entlang eines Längsabschnitts der Fingeraußenseite zwischen dem PIP-Gelenk und dem Fingernagel konfiguriert ist; und
    eine PIP-Gelenkstütze (50), die sich zwischen dem proximalen und dem distalen Stützenende erstreckt und diese verbindet und so konfiguriert ist, dass sie das PIP-Gelenk zumindest teilweise umgibt und stützt, während es dem PIP-Gelenk erlaubt, sich zu biegen; und
    wobei das Fingerstützsystem einen Handschuh umfasst, der einen Handschuhfinger (105) enthält, der zum Einführen des Fingers konfiguriert ist, und die Fingerstütze um den Finger installiert ist, wobei der Handschuhfinger Handschuhfinger-Innen- und-Außenflächen (106) aufweist und dadurch einen Querschlitz (115) definiert, durch den der Schaft der Fingerstütze zur Anordnung an der Handschuhfingeraußenseite entlang der Fingeraußenseite vor dem PIP-Gelenk vorsteht, wobei sich ein Teil des Handschuhfingers zwischen dem Schaft und der Fingeraußenseite befindet, wodurch die Einstellung der Fingerstütze um den Finger mittels des Schaftes durch den Benutzer erleichtert wird, ohne dass der Handschuh entfernt werden muss.
  2. Fingerstützsystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei die PIP-Gelenkstütze einander gegenüberliegende schraubenförmige erste und zweite Bänder (52A, 52B) umfasst, die so konfiguriert sind, dass, wenn die Fingerstütze richtig um den Finger angebracht ist, das erste und das zweite schraubenförmige Band wechselseitig zusammenwirken, so dass
    (i) jedes der ersten und zweiten Bänder mindestens einen Teil des Fingers umschließt;
    (ii) das erste und das zweite Band einander an einem Bandkreuzungspunkt (54) kreuzen, der sich auf der Innenseite des PIP-Gelenks auf der Fingerinnenseite befindet; und
    (iii) von einer lateralen Fingerseite aus gesehen das erste und das zweite Band gegenseitig von dem Bandkreuzungspunkt weg und in Richtung der nicht handflächenseitigen Seite der Hand zu Stellen divergieren, die sich auf der Fingeraußenseite und hinter und vor dem PIP-Gelenk befinden.
  3. Fingerstützsystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Schaft der Fingerstütze entweder (i) vorübergehend oder (ii) dauerhaft an der Handschuhfinger-Außenfläche befestigt ist.
  4. Fingerstützsystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Schaft der Fingerstütze vorübergehend an der Handschuhfinger-Außenfläche durch mindestens eines von (i) Band, (ii) einem elastischen Band und (iii) einer Vielzahl von Klettverschlüssen befestigt ist.
  5. Fingerstützsystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Fingerstütze an mindestens einer der Innen- und Außenflächen des Handschuhfingers befestigt ist, wobei die PIP-Gelenkstütze innerhalb des Handschuhfingers ausgerichtet und orientiert ist, so dass der Handschuh an der Hand eines Benutzers platziert werden kann und der zu stützende Finger in das proximale Ende der Fingerstütze eingeführt werden kann, bis das PIP-Gelenk zur Unterstützung innerhalb der PIP-Gelenkstütze angeordnet ist.
