Description

The invention relates to a household refrigerator with a receiving space for food which is delimited by the walls of an inner container. The household refrigerator has a partition plate which is separate from the inner container and which separates the receiving space into partial volumes and is thus arranged in the receiving space itself. The partition plate is arranged in the receiving space in a non-destructive detachable manner. The partition plate is constructed in several parts and has an upper plate part, viewed in the vertical direction of the domestic refrigerator, and a separate, second lower plate part connected to the first plate part, a thermal insulation material being formed in a space between the plate parts, one of the plate parts having a Receiving groove formed on a side edge of the plate part is formed with a receiving volume into which a positioning element arranged on the inner container for holding the partition plate on the positioning element engages in a dipping manner, the receiving groove being formed in a rear corner region of the partition plate and in the width direction of the partition plate for immersion Positioning element is open and is open in the depth direction for immersing the positioning element, and both plate parts are trough-shaped.

Such partition plates, which can be arranged in a receiving space of a household refrigerator and can also be referred to as shelves, are known from the prior art. So shows the EP 1 677 060 A1 a cooling device with such a partition plate.

In the embodiment there, an upper plate part is a glass plate and a lower plate part is arranged on it. The lower plate part has several projections that have different heights. Only outside projections, which are formed as narrow webs, are connected to the glass plate and for this purpose have small support areas or support webs, so that the glass plate does not only sit on the narrow edges of the projections.

An indentation is formed by the laterally protruding glass plate and the design of the lower plate part that protrudes laterally with respect to the outermost projections. In this embodiment it is provided that the partition plate in its subassembly, which is formed by the lower plate part, rests on receptacles which are molded onto the inner container. As a result, the entire partition plate extends above this receptacle. As a result, when using the relatively high-build partition plate, the receiving space above these recordings is on the Reduced inner container and the recordings are on the other hand in the lower one Partial volume, which is formed below the partition plate, is exposed, which also restricts the corresponding installation space.

From the DE 101 45 140 A1 , the U.S. 4,627,246 A , the JP 2003 021453 A and the DE 38 43 287 A1 household refrigerators are known which have removable partition plates. The separating plates are each formed in several parts and have elongated guide grooves on the longitudinal sides oriented in the depth direction, into which engagement elements, which are formed on the side walls of a respective inner container of the domestic refrigerator, can engage.

The object of the present invention is to create a household refrigerator in which a partition plate can be positioned in the receiving space in such a way that the partial volumes generated thereby are still maximally large, on the other hand positioning elements on the inner container, on which the partition plate is arranged, from the partition plate, as it were are encompassed and the multi-part partition plate are still held mechanically stable on the positioning elements.

This object is achieved by a household refrigerator which has the features according to claim 1.

One aspect of the invention relates to a household refrigeration appliance with a receiving space for food which is delimited by the walls of an inner container of the household refrigeration appliance. The household refrigeration appliance has a partition plate which is separate from the inner container and which separates the receiving space into partial volumes and which is arranged in the receiving space in a non-destructive detachable manner.

The partition plate is designed in several parts and has an upper flat plate part and a lower, second flat plate part which is separate from this and which is connected to the first plate part. The two plate parts are thus plate-shaped parts which, by their areal dimensions, also specify the areal dimensions of the partition plate. A receiving groove formed on a side edge of the plate part is formed on one of the plate parts and thus delimits a receiving volume of this receiving groove. This receiving groove and thus the receiving volume is for receiving a positioning element arranged on the inner container for holding the partition plate on the Positioning element formed, specifically in such a way that the positioning element is arranged so as to be immersed in the receiving volume. Such a configuration allows the dividing plate, which is designed in several parts, to be specifically attached to the inner container, namely to the effect that the positioning element is mechanically coupled to the dividing plate quasi at the level of the dividing plate by engaging in this specifically designed receiving groove. As a result, both the upper and the lower partial volume of the receiving space are not undesirably restricted, as is the case in FIG State of the art is the case. Viewed in the height direction, the partition plate and the positioning element are thus formed at least in some areas at the same height, in particular arranged at the same height over the entire height of the positioning element. As a result of this configuration, the partition plate in the arranged state thus extends on both sides of the positioning element, viewed in the height direction. In addition, the design in that the receiving groove is only integrated on one of the two plate parts also realizes a mechanically highly stable design. In particular, the receiving groove can be completely formed on only one of the two plate parts. Both by the weight of the partition plate itself and additional weight forces that can be generated by stored goods on the partition plate, it is thus avoided by this design that these forces, which would then also act on the connection point between the two plate parts, which Separate the plate parts. Since this weight force is only applied to the receiving groove completely formed on one of the two plate parts, this weight force does not act on the connection point of the two plate parts. This is also advantageous compared to designs in which the receiving groove would be delimited on the one hand by a groove wall formed on a first plate part and on the other hand by a groove wall formed on the other plate part.

Last but not least, the above-mentioned embodiment, in which the receiving groove is formed on a plate part, also permanently maintains the shape of this receiving groove, since even if the plate parts change position to one another minimally, the size, in particular the height, this does not change the mounting groove.

It is preferably provided that an upper groove wall delimiting the receiving groove has a width measured in the width direction of the partition plate which is between 80 percent and 120 percent of the width measured in this width direction of a lower groove wall delimiting the receiving groove. In addition or instead of this, the same applies to the groove walls in the depth direction. As a result of this configuration, the groove walls are made very similar or equally wide in the width direction and / or depth direction, so that the delimitation of the receiving volume is also made relatively symmetrical. It is precisely the immersion of the positioning element into the receiving volume and the largest possible mechanical contact, in particular the upper one Groove wall with the positioning element is thereby made possible, whereby a very mechanically stable mounting is also made possible. In particular, it can be provided that the groove walls have such a length ratio to one another that the positioning element can be received therein.

It is preferably provided that the receiving groove is formed in the upper, first plate part.

It can also be provided that the receiving groove is formed in the lower, second plate part.

The two plate parts can each be integral parts. The at least one one-piece plate part can be made of plastic.

It is preferably provided that the two plate parts are detachably connected in a non-destructive manner. This also enables assembly and disassembly, for example for specific cleaning purposes or to replace at least one of the two plate parts.

In an advantageous embodiment, the two plate parts are connected to one another by several locking connections. As a result, the two plate parts can also be connected to one another quickly, yet safely and mechanically stable.

It is provided that a thermal insulation material is formed in a space between the two plate parts. A non-destructive removable insulation material can be contained here. However, an insulating foam can also be introduced.

Advantageously, the partition plate, viewed in the vertical direction of the household refrigerator, is arranged at the level of a front cross member that is separate from the partition plate and, viewed in the depth direction of the household refrigerator, is arranged behind the cross member. Such a configuration makes it possible, especially in the case of household refrigeration appliances, to enable a specific arrangement of the partition plate in a simple and secure manner, in which a single, contiguous receiving space at the front and thus in the area of a loading opening with the cross member, which is oriented horizontally, is separated into two sub-areas of the loading opening and, moreover, the receiving space behind is separated accordingly by the partition plate, which is arranged at the same height as the cross member. The cross member is preferably installed permanently on the housing, whereas the separating plate can be removed according to the invention in a non-destructive manner.

The two plate-shaped plate parts are trough-shaped. In addition, they are inherently stable and torsion-resistant.

The above-mentioned aspects of the invention in embodiments in which the two plate parts are non-destructively releasably connected, in particular connected by locking connections, the force on these connections is minimized in a particularly advantageous manner when the partition plate is arranged on the positioning elements on the inner container, in particular on them is hung. Even if the snap-in connections would become weaker or would weaken, the entire partition plate can still be prevented from falling down.

With information "above", "below", "front", "rear," horizontal "," vertical "," depth direction "," width direction "," height direction "etc. of the device and given positions and orientations given to an observer then standing in front of the device and looking in the direction of the device.

In Fig. 1 a household refrigerator 1 is shown in a perspective view, which is designed for storing and preserving food. The household refrigerator 1 has a housing 2 in which a receiving space 3 is formed. The receiving space 3 is delimited by the walls of an inner container 4. On the front side, the inner container 4 has a loading opening 5 which can be closed by doors (not shown). The doors are arranged pivotably on the housing 2. The receiving space 3 is by a cross member 6, which extends in the width direction (x-direction), in an upper loading opening area 7 and a lower one Loading opening area 8 separated. The cross member 6 is designed like a bar and extends in this front area which delimits the loading opening 5.

In addition, in the exemplary embodiment the domestic refrigeration appliance 1 has a second receiving space 9 which is separate from the first receiving space 3 and which is formed below the first receiving space 3 in the height direction (y-direction). The first receiving space 3 is preferably a refrigerated compartment, whereas the second receiving space 9 is preferably a freezer compartment. The second receiving space 9 can also be closed by a door, not shown, which can be handled independently of the doors which are provided for closing the cooling compartment. The door of the second receiving space 9 can preferably be a front wall of a drawer which can be pushed in and pulled out in the depth direction (z-direction).

In addition, the household refrigerator 1 has a partition plate 10, which is a separate component and is attached in the receiving space 3. The partition plate 10 extends over the entire width of the receiving space 3 and also extends in the depth direction in such a way that the receiving space 3 is separated into two partial volumes 3a and 3b. It can then be provided that, for example, the upper sub-volume 3a continues to be designed as a cooling compartment, whereas the second sub-volume 3b is designed as a specific fresh food compartment in which, for example, storage conditions differing from the first sub-volume 3a and independently thereof, in particular different temperatures and / or different Humidity, can be set.

The partition plate 10, which then also represents a floor or a compartment floor at least for the upper partial volume 3a, can be removed from the receiving space 3 in a non-destructive manner according to the invention.

In addition, it can be seen that, viewed in the vertical direction, the separating plate 10 is arranged at the same height as the cross member 6 and, viewed in the depth direction of the household refrigerator 1, the separating plate 10 is arranged directly behind the cross member 6.

In Fig. 2 an enlarged view of the household refrigerator 1 in the area of the partition plate 10 is shown.

In Fig. 3 is an illustration of the household refrigerator 1 along the section line III-III in Fig. 2 Only a partial area of this sectional illustration is shown here, namely in the rear area of the partition plate 10 viewed in the depth direction. As can be seen here, a positioning element 12 is formed on a vertical side wall 11 of the inner container 4. It can be seen that this positioning element 12 also extends here as far as a rear wall 13 in the depth direction. The rear wall 13 can be an integral part of the inner container 4, but can also be a separate wall which is arranged in the depth direction in front of a rear wall integrated into the inner container 4.

The partition plate 10 is designed in several parts according to the invention and has a first upper plate part 14 which, according to the invention, is designed like a trough. The partition plate 10 also has a second, lower plate part 15 that is separate from the first, upper plate part 14. The two separate plate parts 14 and 15 are in particular connected in a non-destructive detachable manner, in particular by one or more snap-in connections. The two plate parts 14 and 15 are each formed in one piece, in particular each formed as plastic parts.

An intermediate space 16, which is enclosed by the plate parts 14 and 15, is, according to the invention, at least partially filled by a thermal insulation material, in particular an insulation foam. A receiving groove 18 is formed in one piece on a rear region 17 of the first, upper plate part 14. The receiving groove 18 has a receiving volume 19 which is open to the side and to the rear. The receiving volume 19 is delimited by an upper groove wall 20 and a lower groove wall 21 which is spaced apart from it and, in particular, is oriented parallel to it. As in Fig. 3 As can be seen, in the inserted state of the separating plate 10, the positioning element 12 is arranged so as to engage in the receiving groove 18. For this purpose, the positioning element 12 is immersed in the receiving volume 19. As can be seen, the two groove walls 20 and 21 extend essentially the same length in the depth direction. Preferably, the groove walls 20 and 21 with respect to their in Fig. 3 in the depth direction considered dimensions within an interval between 80 percent and 120 percent of the respective other dimension dimension of the other Groove wall. Preferably this applies in Fig. 3 Shown with respect to the groove walls 20 and 21 also in the width direction perpendicular thereto.

This receiving groove 18 preferably extends in the depth direction of the partition plate 10 at most over half of the partition plate, in particular at most over 30 percent of the partition plate 10.

In Fig. 4 is a perspective view of an embodiment of the partition plate 10 is shown. The partition plate 10 is shown here with a view of the rear edge which faces the rear wall 13. It can be seen that the entire receiving groove 18 is formed in one piece with both groove walls 20 and 21 in only one of the two plate parts, namely the upper plate part 14.

In addition, in Fig. 4 also exemplary snap-in connections 22, 23 and 24 are shown, with which the two plate parts 14 and 15 are connected to one another.

The receiving groove 18 is formed on side edges 14a and 14b of the plate part 14 and is designed to be open both in the width direction to the side and in the depth direction to be open to the rear.

In Fig. 5 FIG. 11 is an enlarged view of the partial section I of the partition plate 10 in FIG Fig. 4 shown. The configuration of the receiving groove 18 in a rear corner area 25 of the partition plate 10, in particular in a rear corner area of the upper plate part 14, can be seen. In addition, a more detailed illustration of the latching connection 23 can also be seen. Here, a latching bracket 23a is integrally formed on the upper plate part 14, in which a latching element 23b, which is integrally formed on the second plate part 15, engages.

Also in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 the trough-like design of the plate parts 14 and 15 can be seen.
