If passage opening 8 were not always at least partially clear, additional air vents would have to be arranged in passage 50 in order to prevent undesired pressure build-up, and it is precisely these air vents which would form a new risk of malfunction as a result of paper strands R entering therein. In short, because passage opening 8 remains at least partially clear during a stroke C of movable blade 32 along passage opening 8, a passage 50 closed all the way round can be applied in combination with a blower 54.

Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif (1) pour couper un objet allongé, tel qu'une chute (R), comprenant :
    - une paroi (6) avec une ouverture de passage (8) qui est configurée pour amener au travers de celle-ci l'objet allongé à couper ; et
    - une lame (32) mobile le long de l'ouverture de passage (8) sensiblement parallèle à la paroi (6), dans lequel l'ouverture de passage (8) est au moins partiellement dégagée pendant une course de la lame mobile (32) le long de l'ouverture de passage (8) ;
    - dans lequel la lame mobile (32) a deux arêtes coupantes (34, 36) et est configurée pour réaliser un mouvement de va-et-vient ;
    caractérisé en ce que la lame mobile (32) est configurée pour réaliser le mouvement de va-et-vient au-delà de l'ouverture de passage (8) entière, dans lequel l'ouverture de passage (8) est totalement dégagée à la fin de la course de la lame mobile (32) le long de l'ouverture de passage (8).
  2. Dispositif de coupe (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la lame mobile (32) a une forme allongée.
  3. Dispositif de coupe (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel les une ou plusieurs arêtes coupantes (34, 36) de la lame mobile (32) sont agencées à un angle par rapport à la forme périphérique de l'ouverture de passage (8).
  4. Dispositif de coupe (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'ouverture de passage (8) est délimitée sur son côté inférieur et/ou côté supérieur par une lame fixe (42, 44, 46).
  5. Dispositif de coupe (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'ouverture de passage (8) est rainurée avec un côté court (14) et un côté long (16), et dans lequel la lame mobile (32) se déplace de façon transversale au côté long (16) de l'ouverture de passage (8) pendant une course et au moins l'un des côtés courts (14) est délimité par une lame fixe (42, 44, 46) supplémentaire.
  6. Dispositif de coupe (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 ou 5, dans lequel les lames fixes (42, 44, 46) délimitant l'ouverture de passage (8) sont agencées sur la paroi (6).
  7. Dispositif de coupe (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, dans lequel l'ouverture de passage (8) et/ou les une ou plusieurs lames fixes (42, 44, 46) ont au moins un coin arrondi (18).
  8. Dispositif de coupe (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'ouverture de passage (8) est pourvue en amont d'un passage (50), dans lequel est prévu un dispositif de soufflage (54) qui est configuré pour générer un flux d'air dirigé en aval vers l'ouverture de passage (8), et dans lequel le passage (50) comprend, entre le dispositif de soufflage (54) et l'ouverture de passage (8), une ouverture d'amenée pour amener les objets allongés à couper vers le passage (50).
  9. Dispositif de coupe (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'ouverture d'amenée du passage (50) comprend des parois s'étendant vers le haut (6) qui définissent un bac de chute (55).
  10. Dispositif de coupe (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'ouverture de passage (8) est pourvue en amont d'un passage de type entonnoir (50), dans lequel le passage de type entonnoir (50) est de préférence pourvu d'au moins un coin arrondi.
  11. Dispositif de coupe (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la lame mobile (32) comprend une partie de support (38) déplaçable le long d'un guide (20).
  12. Dispositif de coupe (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un moteur électrique (56) est prévu pour entraîner la lame mobile (32) via une bielle d'entraînement (26) agencée sur un excentrique (22), dans lequel l'excentrique (22) est pourvu d'un contrepoids (24).
  13. Dispositif de coupe (1) selon la revendication 11 ou 12, dans lequel sont prévus un ou plusieurs ressorts de compression (28) qui sont configurés pour être comprimés par la partie de support (38) dans au moins une position extrême la plus basse de la lame mobile (32).
  14. Dispositif de coupe (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la paroi (6) fait partie d'un boîtier (4), dans lequel le boîtier (4) loge la lame mobile (32) pendant sa course entière.
  15. Machine, comprenant un dispositif de coupe (1) tel que revendiqué à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14.
