Claims (11)

  1. Packung (1) für Rauchartikel, umfassend
    - einen quaderförmigen Behälter (2) mit einer Vorderwand (21), einer Rückwand (22), einer Bodenwand (24) und zwei Seitenwänden (23);
    - eine einzelne quaderförmige Innenhülle (3), die eine Füllung mit Rauchartikeln innerhalb des Behälters (2) umschließt, wobei diese Innenhülle (3) eine Breite aufweist, die kleiner ist als die Breite des Behälters (2), gemessen als Abstand zwischen den zwei Seitenwänden (23) des Behälters (2), wobei diese Innenhülle (3) im Wesentlichen mittig zu dem Behälter (2) angeordnet ist;
    - einen Deckel (5), der mit dem Behälter (2) gelenkig verbunden ist, um ein offenes oberes Ende (20) des Behälters (2) schließen zu können; und
    - einen Kragen (6), der innerhalb des Behälters (2) angeordnet ist und aus dem Behälter (2) durch das offene obere Ende (20) vorsteht; wobei dieser Kragen eine Vorderwand (61) und zwei Seitenwände (63) aufweist, die jeweils in Berührung mit der Vorderwand (21) und den Seitenwänden (23) des Behälters (2) angeordnet sind; dieser Kragen (6) beinhaltet zwei Trennwände (64), die das Innenvolumen des Behälters (2) in eine von der Innenhülle (3) eingenommene zentrale Kammer (68) und zwei leere Seitenkammern (69) an den Seitenwänden der Innenhülle (3) unterteilen, wobei jede Trennwand (64) aus zwei flachen Trennstreifen (64a, 64b) ausgebildet ist, die gefaltet und verbunden sind, wobei sich jeder flache Trennstreifen (64a, 64b) jeder Trennwand (64) von der Vorderwand (21) des Behälters (2) zur Rückwand (22) des Behälters (2) erstreckt, wobei die flachen Trennstreifen (64a, 64b) jeder Trennwand (64) mit der Vorderwand (61) des Kragens (6) durch parallele Faltlinien (61a', 61b') verbunden sind, und wobei der Kragen (6) eine entsprechende gefaltete Lasche (7) umfasst, die innerhalb jeder der beiden leeren Kammern (69) in Reihenfolge platziert ist, um die Innenhülle (3) in dem Behälter (2) zu fixieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der gefalteten Laschen (7) des Kragens (6) anfänglich Teil der Vorderwand (61) des Kragens (6) ist, durch einen u-förmigen Einschnitt (71) von der Vorderwand (61) des Kragens (6) getrennt ist und bezüglich der Vorderwand (61) des Kragens (6) um 90° gefaltet ist und dass jede gefaltete Lasche (7) des Kragens (6) mit der Vorderwand (61) des Kragens (6) entlang einer Faltlinie (72) gelenkig verbunden ist, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu den Seitenwänden (23) des Behälters (2) ist.
  2. Packung (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die flachen Trennstreifen (64a, 64b) jeder Trennwand (64) in ihrer Größe zueinander identisch sind.
  3. Packung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die flachen Trennstreifen (64a, 64b) im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Vorderwand (61) des Kragens (6) sind.
  4. Packung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die flachen Trennstreifen (64a, 64b) jeder Trennwand (64) in ihrer Größe mit den Seitenwänden (63) des Kragens (6) identisch sind.
  5. Packung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die flachen Trennstreifen (64a, 64b) eine Ausdehnung aufweisen, die mit der gesamten Seitenfläche der Innenhülle (3) identisch ist.
  6. Packung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die flachen Trennstreifen (64a, 64b) und die Vorderwand (61) des Kragens (6) in einem einzigen gefalteten Stück ausgebildet sind.
  7. Packung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Kragen (6) keine Rückseite aufweist und die Innenhülle (3) die Rückwand (22) des Behälters (2) berührt.
  8. Packung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Vorderwand (61) des Kragens (6) durch einen Mittelabschnitt (61a) und durch zwei Seitenabschnitte (61b) ausgebildet ist, die an den Seiten des zentralen Abschnitts (61a) angeordnet sind; diese Mitten- (61a) und Seitenabschnitte (61b) sind nebeneinander auf einer gemeinsamen Ebene angeordnet.
  9. Packung (1) nach Anspruch 8, wobei der Mittelabschnitt (61a) der Vorderwand (61) des Kragens (6) oben ein u-förmiges Fenster (25) aufweist, das außerhalb des Behälters (2) angeordnet ist.
  10. Packung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei jede gefaltete Lasche (7) des Kragens (6) quer zu den Seitenwänden (23) des Behälters (2) und in einem bestimmten Abstand von einer Oberseite (32) der Innenhülle (3) platziert ist.
  11. Packung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei jede gefaltete Lasche (7) des Kragens (6) die Seitenwand (63) des Kragens (6) und die Trennwand (64) des Kragens (6) berührt.
