- the ring member and parts for driving the locking mechanism are disposed at a rear end of the main body and has a small diameter, so that it can be inserted and operated in a narrow hole, and the ring member and parts for driving the locking mechanism are located outside the hole, cannot be damaged and moved to release the insert member due to impact by the inner wall of the hole during rotating, which can prevent user from being injured (as shown in Fig. 8 ).

Claims (8)
- Schnellkupplung (1), umfassend:einen Hauptkörper (10), der einen rohrförmigen Abschnitt (11) beinhaltet, wobei der rohrförmige Abschnitt (11) eine axiale Richtung definiert, wobei der rohrförmige Abschnitt (11) ein Innenloch (12), eine Einführöffnung (13), die mit dem Innenloch (12) in Verbindung steht, eine schräge Nut (14), die mit dem Innenloch (12) in Verbindung steht und eine Gleitnut (15) beinhaltet, die sich axial erstreckt und mit dem Innenloch (12) in Verbindung steht, wobei sich die schräge Nut (14) nach innen zu der Einführöffnung (13) erstreckt,einen elastischen Anschlagmechanismus (20), der innerhalb des Innenlochs (12) anliegt, um ein Einführelement (100) dazu zu bringen, über die Einführöffnung (13) in das Innenloch (12) eingeführt zu werden, wobei der elastische Anschlagmechanismus (20) eine Druckstange (21) und zumindest ein elastisches Element (25, 26) beinhaltet, wobei die Druckstange (21) einen Druckknopf (22), der nahe der Einführöffnung (13) positioniert ist, und einen Körperabschnitt (23) beinhaltet, der mit dem Druckknopf (22) verbunden ist, wobei der Körperabschnitt (23) einen Abschnitt mit großem Durchmesser (231), der mit dem Druckknopf (22) verbunden ist, und einen Abschnitt mit kleinem Durchmesser (232) beinhaltet, der mit dem Abschnitt mit großem Durchmesser (231) verbunden ist, wobei die Druckstange (21) ferner eine Einführnut (27) umfasst, die sich axial in den Abschnitt mit großem Durchmesser (231) und in den Abschnitt mit kleinem Durchmesser (232) erstreckt, wobei eine Anzahl des zumindest einen elastischen Elements (25, 26) zwei ist, wobei das erste elastische Element (25) zwischen dem Druccknopf (22) und dem rohrförmigen Abschnitt (11) anliegt und das zweite elastische Element (26) zwischen dem Abschnitt mit großem Durchmesser (231) und dem rohrförmigen Abschnitt (11) angeordnet ist,einen Verriegelungsmechanismus (30), der einen Stiftabschnitt (31) umfasst, der durch die Gleitnut (15) angeordnet ist und axial zusammen mit dem elastischen Anschlagmechanismus (20) verschiebbar beweglich ist, wobei der Verriegelungsmechanismus (30) ferner ein Sperrelement (35) und ein Stiftelement (36) beinhaltet, das mit dem Sperrelement (35) verbunden ist, wobei das Sperrelement (35) einen Verriegelungsabschnitt (32) beinhaltet, wobei der Verriegelungsabschnitt (32) in der schrägen Nut (14) aufgenommen ist und radial in das Innenloch (12) hervorstehen kann, wobei der Verriegelungsabschnitt (32) zusammen mit dem Stiftabschnitt (31) und dem elastischen Anschlagmechanismus (20) bewegbar ist,wobei das Sperrelement (35) durch den rohrförmigen Abschnitt (11) von der Druckstange (21) getrennt ist und komplett außerhalb der Druckstange (21) angeordnet ist,wobei der Druckknopf (22) und das Sperrelement (35) nicht radial miteinander überlappen undwobei das Stiftelement (36) axial verschiebbar in die Einführnut (27) eingeführt ist und axial in den Abschnitt mit großem Durchmesser (231) und in den Abschnitt mit kleinem Durchmesser (232) verschiebbar ist, so dass das Sperrelement (35) ohne eine axiale Bewegung der Druckstange (21) nach innen und radial nach außen gefahren werden kann, wobei das zweite elastische Element (26) außerhalb der Druckstange (21) angeordnet ist und gegen das Stiftelement (36) angelegt werden kann.
- Schnellkupplung (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, bei welcher das Innenloch (12) einen Abschnitt mit großem Durchmesser (121) und einen Abschnitt mit kleinem Durchmesser (122), die miteinander in Verbindung stehen, und eine Schulter (123) beinhaltet, die zwischen dem Abschnitt mit großem Durchmesser (121) und dem Abschnitt mit kleinem Durchmesser (122) angeordnet ist, wobei der Abschnitt mit großem Durchmesser (121) mit der Einführöffnung (13) in Verbindung steht, wobei der Körperabschnitt (23) verschiebbar in den Abschnitt mit kleinem Durchmesser (122) eingeführt ist, und wobei das erste elastische Element (25) zwischen dem Druckknopf (22) und der Schulter (123) anliegt.
- Schnellkupplung (1) gemäß Anspruch 2, bei welcher der Abschnitt mit kleinem Durchmesser (122) eine Anschlagsfläche (125) entfernt von dem Abschnitt mit großem Durchmesser (121) aufweist, wobei das zweite elastische Element (26) zwischen dem Stiftabschnitt (31) und der Anschlagsfläche (125) anliegt.
- Schnellkupplung (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, bei welcher der rohrförmige Abschnitt (11) ferner eine gerade Nut (17) umfasst, die sich axial an einer Außenfläche des rohrförmigen Abschnitts (11) erstreckt und mit der schrägen Nut (14) in Verbindung steht, wobei der Verriegelungsmechanismus (30) ferner einen geraden Abschnitt (33) beinhaltet, der mit dem Stiftabschnitt (31) und dem Verriegelungsabschnitt (32) verbunden ist, und wobei der gerade Abschnitt (33) innerhalb der geraden Nut (17) aufgenommen ist.
- Schnellkupplung (1) gemäß Anspruch 4, bei welcher der rohrförmige Abschnitt (11) ferner eine Aussparung (34) umfasst, die an der Außenfläche des rohrförmigen Abschnitts (11) angeordnet ist und mit der geraden Nut (17) in Verbindung steht, wobei die Gleitnut (15) an einem Boden der Aussparung (34) angeordnet ist, wobei der Verriegelungsmechanismus (30) ferner ein Einführloch (37) beinhaltet, das innerhalb der Aussparung (34) angeordnet ist, und wobei das Stiftelement (36) durch das Einführloch (37) und die Gleitnut (15) angeordnet und in den elastischen Anschlagmechanismus (20) gesteckt ist.
- Schnellkupplung (1) gemäß Anspruch 5, die ferner ein Ringelement (40) beinhaltet, das verschiebbar um den Hauptkörper (10) angeordnet ist, wobei das Ringelement (40) durch das Stiftelement (36) durchdrungen wird und die Aussparung (34) abdeckt.
- Schnellkupplung (1) gemäß Anspruch 6, die ferner ein Hülsenelement (50) beinhaltet, das verschiebbar um den Hauptkörper (10) angeordnet ist und fest auf das Ringelement (40) gehülst ist, wobei das Stiftelement (36) durch den elastischen Anschlagmechanismus (20) angeordnet ist und das Hülsenelement (50) zwei Enden des Stiftelements (36) sperrt.
- Schnellkupplung (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, die ferner eine Hülle (60) beinhaltet, wobei die Hülle (60) fest auf dem rohrförmigen Abschnitt (11) gehülst und um einen Teil des Ringelements (40) angeordnet ist.
