Definitions

  • the invention relates to a skid segment for edge protection of a road milling machine or the like. Soil cultivation machine according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the invention relates to an edge protection for a road milling machine or the like. Tillage machine with at least one such Kufensegment, wherein the edge protection has an edge which is designed to receive the at least one runner segment.
  • Road milling machines are used in road and road construction. They serve to remove the existing road surface completely or partially.
  • a milling drum is used, which is housed protected within a milling box.
  • the milling drum is usually equipped with chisels, which engage the road surface in the substrate to be processed.
  • At the running in the direction of travel or feed the road milling machine sides of the milling box protective elements are used, which are referred to as edge protection.
  • the edge protection covers the milling drum from the side and thus prevents on the one hand access to the milling drum during the milling operation, on the other hand, ejection of milled material into the environment is prevented.
  • the edge protector stands on the road surface with a lower runner so that complete coverage of the milling drum is achieved.
  • the skid is hydraulically pressed onto the untreated road surface, which is located after the milling roller outside the work area to ensure a clean cutting edge and to avoid flounder-like outbreaks.
  • a one-piece skid which extends in the feed direction forms the skid, which is detachably and thus exchangeably attached to the edge guard by means of screw connections.
  • a road milling machine with an edge protection and a skid segment for such edge protection is also known.
  • the skid this road milling machine is composed of several segments segments, which are subject to a certain wear and therefore must be replaced after reaching their wear limit.
  • the landing gear segment has a plug-in approach, which can be plugged into a plug-in receptacle of the edge protector, so that it can easily be exchanged in rough construction site operation when the wear limit is reached.
  • the known runner segments are completely replaced after appropriate wear and then disposed of or recycled or processed.
  • the time in which the known segment segments can be used without interruption, i. the service life of the skid segments is limited by the occurrence of significant signs of wear, which then require complete replacement of the skid segments.
  • the worn skid segments are then usually disposed of or recycled or processed. New skid segments must be replaced after only one lifetime. The use of material to be replaced segment segments is accordingly high over the life of the road milling machine.
  • At least one second runner section is attached to the base part of the runner segment, which can be aligned in a second operating position of the base part in the direction of the road or ground surface. Accordingly, in the first operating position, the first runner section comes into direct contact with the road or ground surface and experiences the resulting abrasion during operation of the road milling or soil working machine.
  • the runner segment is brought from the first to the second operating position, in which the second runner section comes into direct contact with the road or ground surface. Only after wear of the second runner section thus the runner segment must be completely replaced. The service life of the runner segment is thus significantly extended and only after twice the life of new material must be used. This also simplifies the maintenance, since a conversion from the first to the second operating position is less complicated than a complete replacement of the runner segment.
  • the at least one first runner section is mounted in its lower region.
  • the second side of the base part forms a fastening side with at least one support surface in the first operating position.
  • the skid segment in the first Operating position with the second side of the base part, for example, at the lower edge of an edge protection for a road milling or tillage machine in a simple way in investment and secure there, the first runner section at the bottom of the second side of the base in the first operating position, the edge protection engages on the underside.
  • the first runner portion effectively protects the edge guard from underside wear.
  • the at least one second runner section is mounted in the upper region of the first side, wherein the first and second runner sections together with the base part form a profile with a substantially Z-shaped cross section.
  • the runner segment can be brought by simply converting or pivoting, for example, about the longitudinal axis or a transverse axis as the pivot axis of the first operating position in the second operating position.
  • At least one stiffening strut can be arranged at an angle between the first runner section and the base part and / or at an angle between the second runner section and the base part.
  • This stiffening struts are also used in the Kufensegment with Z-shaped cross-section of the stiffener and protect, for example, attached to the base screw heads or nuts from abrasion or breakage by protruding over the first and second side of the base.
  • the second runner portion may be in the direction of the first at the first end pointing in the advancing direction Blade section bent run and the first runner section at the opposite to the feed direction facing second end in the direction of the second runner section bent.
  • the base part may preferably be formed following the course of the second and first runner section at the first and second ends.
  • the geometric body of the runner segment can be formed point-symmetrical to the body center.
  • the runner segment can be brought by simple pivoting from the first to a second operating position, wherein in each case the first or second runner portion is part of the slide rail.
  • the base part may form a profile with a rectangular cross section that extends at least in sections along the edge protector.
  • At least one screw receptacle can be formed in the base part. In this screw mounting screws can be inserted, which in turn are secured to the edge protection.
  • the screw receptacle can be designed as a slot extending substantially perpendicularly or transversely to the central longitudinal plane. By simply adjusting the height along the slot, the position of the runner segment can be adjusted to the height of the edge guard above the road or ground surface.
  • the base part may have two laterally drawn-in regions, which extend from the first runner section in the direction of the second runner section and from the second runner section in the direction of the first runner section respectively into two inwardly inclined partial areas pass.
  • the two laterally retracted areas are each substantially V-shaped and serve an alternative or additional attachment to the edge protection.
  • plug-in receptacles are provided on the edge protection, which are in the two different operating positions in each case with the inwardly inclined portions of the laterally retracted areas engaged and form a simple to be solved plug connection for the runner segment.
  • two essentially parallel partial regions can be formed. These parallel portions are in the assembly or disassembly process with the plug-in receptacles out of engagement and thus facilitate the change or the implementation of the runner segment.
  • the edge protector has an edge with corresponding fastening receptacles for receiving the at least one runner segment.
  • the fastening receptacles may be arranged substantially along the edge of the edge protector to receive a plurality of Kufensegmenten, which together form a slide rail.
  • the fastening receptacles for the runner segments may have at least one screw receptacle.
  • fastening screws can be introduced into these screw receptacles, which are introduced into the base parts of the runner segments trained screw receptacles.
  • the mounting receptacles for the runner segments may have at least one receptacle for the stiffening struts of the runner segments.
  • the runner segments with a Z-shaped cross-section can be attached to the edge protection such that in the first operating position of the first runner section the Edge of the edge protection covers the underside and covers the edge of the edge protection on the underside in the second operating position of the second skid section.
  • the first runner section may protrude in the direction of the road or ground surface over the edge of the edge protection in U-shaped cross-section in the first operating position.
  • the second skid portion may protrude toward the road or ground surface beyond the edge of the edge guard.
  • the fastening receptacles for the runner segments may have at least one plug-in receptacle for the form-fitting retention of at least one runner segment.
  • These plug-in receptacles can in each case be in engagement with the inwardly inclined partial areas of the laterally retracted areas in the two different operating positions of the screed segments and form an easily detachable plug connection.
  • the plug-in receptacles may have two clamping elements spaced from each other, which are effective on both sides of the inwardly inclined portions of the base part.
  • the clamping elements come in the assembly of the runner segments with the inwardly inclined portions of the laterally retracted areas into engagement, whereby a stable, yet releasable connection is created.
  • a secure fit of the edge segments on the edge protection can be achieved in that the clamping elements have substantially parallel to the inwardly inclined portions of the base part extending stop surfaces and the base portion of the runner segment at least partially embracing undercuts.
