Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de couverture de cultures agencées en rangs, telles que, de manière illustrative non exclusive, des rangs de vignes, du type comprenant une pluralité de feuilles ou de filets (4) en matière plastique, lesdites feuilles étant de la forme de bandes parallèles jointes ensemble le long des bords de façon à former une couverture continue, lesdites feuilles (4) étant supportées par des cordes (6) étendues horizontalement le long des rangées et au-dessus de celles-ci, où : lesdites feuilles (4) sont posées sur lesdites cordes (6) le long de leur propre ligne médiane ; lesdites cordes (6) sont accueillies sur le sommet d'une pluralité de poteaux (2) agencés en ligne droite, à des positions correspondant aux rangs ; chaque poteau (2) est équipé de moyens conçus pour rétracter une partie correspondante desdites bandes en matériau plastique transparent vers leur ligne médiane de manière que de larges espaces soient ouverts entre lesdites bandes afin d'aérer les cultures sous-jacentes ; ledit système étant caractérisé par le fait que lesdits moyens conçus pour rétracter lesdites feuilles (4) vers leur ligne médiane comprennent un cordon flexible qui s'enroule autour desdites bandes, ledit cordon flexible formant une boucle (7) au niveau de chacun desdits poteaux (2), de manière qu'en fermant ladite boucle (7), la couverture est rétractée vers la ligne médiane de la bande (4), où les extrémités (7a, 7b) de ladite boucle (7) passent au travers d'un trou ou d'un anneau créé à proximité du sommet desdits poteaux (2) ; où lesdites extrémités (7a, 7b) sont fixées à un seul câble de commande (8) étiré délibérément horizontalement le long de chaque rang de façon que toutes les extrémités puissent être tirées par l'intermédiaire de ladite corde (8) pour serrer les boucles respectives (7).
