Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for producing an insulating glass pane having at least two glass panes separated from one another by a spacer frame.
- the invention also relates to an insulating glass pane with two glass panes separated from one another by a spacer frame formed from frame legs.
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide a method and an insulating glass pane of the type mentioned, in which these disadvantages can be avoided.
- this object is achieved by a method for producing an insulating glass pane with the means and features of claim 1.
- a method for producing an insulating glass pane is proposed with at least two glass sheets separated by a spacer frame, positioned at the still unconnected frame legs of the spacer frame of the manufactured insulating glass pane on a first glass pane of the insulating glass pane and during positioning and / or after positioning be connected to the first glass pane without the use of corner connectors to the spacer frame together.
- the inventive method for producing an insulating glass pane is thus significantly simplified. While in some prior art methods, prefabricated spacer frames must be transported to the site of final assembly of the insulating glass panel, this expense can be avoided in the method of the invention. Due to the comparatively fragile construction of the spacer frames which are used for such insulating glass panes, especially the transport of pre-assembled or prefabricated spacer frames, especially when the spacer frames have large dimensions, is comparatively difficult. Also from a materials management point of view, the method according to the invention can offer advantages. Thus, it is possible to provide ready-made frame legs at a station where the insulating glass pane is produced.
- the spacer frame composed of frame legs only when positioning or after positioning the frame legs on the first Glass pane of an insulating glass pane and are assembled immediately before the final installation of the manufactured insulating glass to the spacer frame from the still unconnected frame legs, the risk of damage already pre-made spacer frame, which could occur during transport of the spacer frame, avoided.
- Particularly stable spacer frames can be produced on a first glass pane of the insulating glass pane if bending-resistant frame legs are used as frame legs.
- the frame legs can be made of a rigid rigid hollow profile.
- the frame legs Before the still unconnected frame legs are positioned on the first glass pane of the insulating glass pane, the frame legs can be provided with a connecting mass on their sides facing the glass panes of the insulating glass pane between which they are arranged.
- This compound compound may in particular be butyl, an adhesive sealant or even an adhesive. It is also possible to use such frame legs in the process for producing an insulating glass pane, which are already provided on the side surfaces with such a bonding compound, in particular coated with such. With the help of the connecting mass, which is arranged on the side surfaces of the frame legs, the frame legs can then be attached to the first glass pane.
- the frame legs forming the spacer frame can be connected via the connecting mass arranged on the other side face may be a sealant, connected to the second glass pane of the insulating glass pane and secured thereto.
- the frame legs can be connected to each other in the region of a rear, remote from the spacer frame interior abutting edge between two mutually facing front ends of adjacent frame legs by means of a connecting mass. This especially after their positioning on the glass.
- a connecting mass can be produced by applying a compound compound in this area during placement or positioning of the frame legs of the spacer frame to be produced on the first glass pane of the insulating glass pane.
- the bonding compound used may preferably be butyl, an adhesive sealant and / or an adhesive.
- the compound produced by means of bonding compound in the region of the rear abutting edges between two adjacent frame legs can be designed so that outer corners of the manufactured spacer frame are sealed.
- the applied compound compound not only serve to connect the individual frame legs with each other, but also simultaneously assume the function of a gas-tight seal of the spacer frame in the region of the abutting edges between the frame legs, and thus the outer corners of the spacer frame.
- the applied to the side surfaces of the frame leg compound mass of the spacer frame defined by the interior space of the insulating glass can seal gas-tight after placing a second glass sheet on the spacer frame thus produced.
- a bonding compound to at least one front end of a frame leg of two adjacent frame legs.
- This in particular in the form of a connecting bead which may for example consist of butyl, an adhesive sealant and / or adhesive.
- the two adjacent frame legs can be brought to each other with their facing ends in abutting position.
- the connecting mass applied to one frame leg at the end can be deformed so that one, for example the previously mentioned back side, faces away from the interior of the spacer frame with a gas-tight seal between the two frame legs and the two frame legs are connected to one another.
- the frame legs, on the front side no compound compound is applied to be moved to the frame legs with compound compound on its front side.
- the frame leg to be moved is coated on its side surfaces with a compound, it may be advantageous to connect the frame legs in the manner described above by a tilting movement during positioning of the frame leg on the first glass pane of the insulating glass pane with the adjacent frame leg ,
- the bonding compound can be applied over an entire length of a rear edge of the front end of the frame leg. In this way, sufficient connection mass may be present in order to cover the back edge created during the merge of the adjacent frame legs between the frame legs, which then also forms an outer corner of the spacer frame, with compound compound.
- the bonding compound may preferably be applied in the form of a connecting bead, which may consist in particular of butyl and / or an adhesive sealant and / or adhesive.
- a connecting bead which may consist in particular of butyl and / or an adhesive sealant and / or adhesive.
- the dacarsmtreu can be applied to the rear abutting edges between the frame legs so that the rear edges are completely covered. It is also possible to press the applied compound compound into a recess provided in the region of the rear abutting edge and / or a gap existing there between the two frame legs. In this way, the desired sealing effect to be generated by the bonding compound in this area can be improved.
- Front ends of the frame legs can, in particular before the frame legs are positioned on the first glass pane, provided with a miter, in particular mitred or cut.
- the mitered ends can be cut transversely or perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the respective frame leg and through the miter. This can be done for example by cutting or milling the mitred ends of the frame legs. In this way, therefore, a tip of the frame legs produced by the miter of the frame legs in the region of their front ends is removed, so that an end face oriented transversely or at right angles to the longitudinal axis of the respective frame leg is formed.
- a desiccant can be introduced in at least one frame leg of the spacer frame of the insulating glass pane to be produced.
- the frame legs can be closed by inserting the desiccant frontally with a dacasmassepropfen.
- the connecting mass used here may be the same as used on the side surfaces or on the rear abutting edges between two frame legs.
- a secondary sealant an adhesive or a secondary seal can be used.
- the order of the secondary sealant may preferably be made after attaching a second glass sheet to the spacer frame.
- an insulating glass pane with the means and features of the independent, directed to an insulating glass pane claim.
- the frame legs are attached to the formation of the spacer frame by means of bonding compound to the glass sheets and connected by means of bonding compound and without the use of corner connectors.
- the spacer frame can be finished during assembly of the insulating glass. Handling of an already prefabricated or pre-assembled spacer frame can be omitted in this way.
- the use of corner connectors for connecting the individual frame legs to the spacer frame is not necessary in the case of the insulating glass pane according to the invention. Due to the compound used to attach the frame legs to the glass sheets and the connection of the frame legs with each other, the spacer frame thus produced is also without corner connector sufficient stability.
- the frame legs used are rigid frame legs.
- Butyl, an adhesive sealant and / or glue can be used as bonding compound.
- the use of butyl is particularly advantageous since the bonding compound can then also be used to seal the insulating glass pane, more precisely an interior of the insulating glass pane surrounded by the spacer frame.
- the connecting mass which is used to connect the frame legs with each other, may be applied to outer corners of the spacer frame.
- the connecting mass between the frame legs can each be applied to a rear side, an inner space facing away from the spacer frame interior abutting edge between two adjacent frame legs. It is particularly advantageous if the sealing compound applied there is pressed and / or spread after the application.
- the aforementioned rear abutting edge may be formed between two adjacent frame legs a rear, remote from the interior space defined by the spacer frame recess.
- connecting compound for connecting the two frame legs can be introduced or be. It is particularly advantageous if the connecting compound introduced into the recess is applied to such an extent that it can connect to a connecting compound applied to the side surfaces of the frame legs.
- the rear-side recess extends over an entire width of the rear side of the frame legs, that is, for example, is designed to be open at its ends facing the side surfaces of the frame legs.
- the recess described above can then be formed on only one outer corner or on each outer corner of the spacer frame.
- the frame legs may each have a miter at their front ends.
- the frame legs each have a miter at their front ends, so that they can be easily connected to each other to the spacer frame. It is also possible that the frame legs have a miter at their front ends and for generating a, for example, the previously mentioned rear recess between two adjacent use position frame legs have a transverse to the miter and transverse to the back of the respective frame leg oriented end face by a Rear side of the respective frame leg is limited.
- the insulating glass pane described above can be produced by a method according to the invention.
- Figures 1 and 2 show a designated as a whole by 1 insulating glass pane, which has at least two glass sheets 4 separated from each other by a spacer frame 3 formed from frame legs 2. Of the two glass panes 4 of this insulating glass only a first glass pane 4a is shown.
- the frame legs 2 are attached to the formation of the spacer frame 3 by means of bonding compound 5 to the glass sheets 4, 4a and connected by means of bonding compound 5 and without the use of corner connectors.
- the frame legs 2 are rigid frame legs 2.
- FIGS. 7 and 8 illustrate that compound compound 5 between side surfaces 6 of the individual frame legs 2 and the glass sheets 4, 4a is applied.
- the side surfaces 6 of the frame legs 2 are those side surfaces which face the glass panes 4, 4 a of the insulating glass pane 1 when the frame legs 2 have assumed their position of use on the glass panes 4, 4 a.
- the FIGS. 1 . 3, 4 and FIGS. 9 to 12 illustrate that connecting compound 5 is also applied in the region of abutting edges 7 between frame legs 2 of spacer frame 3 which are adjacent in the position of use. The compound is so applied, that outer corners 8 of the spacer frame 3 are sealed.
- the connecting mass 5, which is used to connect the frame legs 2 with each other, is applied in each case in the region of a rear, facing away from the spacer frame 3 interior 9 abutting edge 7 between two adjacent frame legs 2.
- the compound compound 5 is pressed after their order in the area of the abutting edges 7 and possibly passed. This can, as in FIG. 9 represented, for example, done with a tool 10.
- FIGS. 9 and 10 illustrated embodiment of a spacer frame 3 on an insulating glass pane 1 according to the invention it can be seen that along the rear abutting edge 7 between two adjacent frame legs 2, a rear side, which is defined by the spacer frame 3 interior 9 recess 11 is formed. In this recess 11, the compound compound for connection of the two frame legs 2 is introduced. The recess 11 is formed open-edge at its the side surfaces 6 of the frame legs 2 facing ends 12. A transition region 13 between the abutting edge 7 and the side surfaces 6 of the frame legs 2 is covered with gleich 5.

Description
The invention relates to a method for producing an insulating glass pane having at least two glass panes separated from one another by a spacer frame.
Furthermore, the invention also relates to an insulating glass pane with two glass panes separated from one another by a spacer frame formed from frame legs.
Such methods and insulating glass panes are known from the prior art in different embodiments.
Depending on the specific embodiment of the manufacturing process, a considerable manual effort is required, which makes the automated production of such insulating glass panes more difficult and more expensive. The object of the invention is therefore to provide a method and an insulating glass pane of the type mentioned, in which these disadvantages can be avoided.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by a method for producing an insulating glass pane with the means and features of
In comparison to the previously known from the prior art method for the production of insulating glass panes, the inventive method for producing an insulating glass pane is thus significantly simplified. Since the spacer frame composed of frame legs only when positioning or after positioning the frame legs on the first Glass pane of an insulating glass pane and are assembled immediately before the final installation of the manufactured insulating glass to the spacer frame from the still unconnected frame legs, the risk of damage already pre-made spacer frame, which could occur during transport of the spacer frame, avoided.
Particularly stable spacer frames can be produced on a first glass pane of the insulating glass pane if bending-resistant frame legs are used as frame legs. The frame legs can be made of a rigid rigid hollow profile.
Before the still unconnected frame legs are positioned on the first glass pane of the insulating glass pane, the frame legs can be provided with a connecting mass on their sides facing the glass panes of the insulating glass pane between which they are arranged. This compound compound may in particular be butyl, an adhesive sealant or even an adhesive. If a second glass pane of the insulating glass pane is placed on the spacer frame produced in this way after completion of the spacer frame from initially still unconnected frame legs, the frame legs forming the spacer frame can be connected via the connecting mass arranged on the other side face may be a sealant, connected to the second glass pane of the insulating glass pane and secured thereto.
The frame legs can be connected to each other in the region of a rear, remote from the spacer frame interior abutting edge between two mutually facing front ends of adjacent frame legs by means of a connecting mass. This especially after their positioning on the glass. In principle, it is also conceivable to produce this rear connection between the frame legs by applying a compound compound in this area during placement or positioning of the frame legs of the spacer frame to be produced on the first glass pane of the insulating glass pane.
The bonding compound used may preferably be butyl, an adhesive sealant and / or an adhesive. The compound produced by means of bonding compound in the region of the rear abutting edges between two adjacent frame legs can be designed so that outer corners of the manufactured spacer frame are sealed. In this way, the applied compound compound not only serve to connect the individual frame legs with each other, but also simultaneously assume the function of a gas-tight seal of the spacer frame in the region of the abutting edges between the frame legs, and thus the outer corners of the spacer frame. Together with the applied to the side surfaces of the frame leg compound mass of the spacer frame defined by the interior space of the insulating glass can seal gas-tight after placing a second glass sheet on the spacer frame thus produced.
It is possible to apply a bonding compound to at least one front end of a frame leg of two adjacent frame legs. This in particular in the form of a connecting bead, which may for example consist of butyl, an adhesive sealant and / or adhesive. Thereafter, the two adjacent frame legs can be brought to each other with their facing ends in abutting position. As a result, the connecting mass applied to one frame leg at the end can be deformed so that one, for example the previously mentioned back side, faces away from the interior of the spacer frame with a gas-tight seal between the two frame legs and the two frame legs are connected to one another. In this case, preferably, the frame legs, on the front side no compound compound is applied to be moved to the frame legs with compound compound on its front side. In particular, when the frame leg to be moved is coated on its side surfaces with a compound, it may be advantageous to connect the frame legs in the manner described above by a tilting movement during positioning of the frame leg on the first glass pane of the insulating glass pane with the adjacent frame leg ,
The bonding compound can be applied over an entire length of a rear edge of the front end of the frame leg. In this way, sufficient connection mass may be present in order to cover the back edge created during the merge of the adjacent frame legs between the frame legs, which then also forms an outer corner of the spacer frame, with compound compound.
But it is also possible to apply a compound compound facing away from the interior of the spacer frame, rear abutting edge between two already pre-positioned on the first glass in its position of use frame legs. Here, the frame legs are first fixed in a desired position on the first glass and then applied the compound compound.
In this case, the bonding compound may preferably be applied in the form of a connecting bead, which may consist in particular of butyl and / or an adhesive sealant and / or adhesive. It should again be emphasized that in this variant of the method according to the invention, the individual frame legs of the spacer frame to be produced are first pre-positioned in their position of use or also nominal position on the first glass pane of the spacer frame. After the frame legs of the spacer frame have assumed their desired position on the glass, then the connecting mass is applied in the manner described above to the rear abutting edges, which then form the outer corners of the spacer frame to be produced, between two adjacent frame legs of the spacer frame and the frame legs so connected to the spacer frame.
The Verbindungsmässe can be applied to the rear abutting edges between the frame legs so that the rear edges are completely covered. It is also possible to press the applied compound compound into a recess provided in the region of the rear abutting edge and / or a gap existing there between the two frame legs. In this way, the desired sealing effect to be generated by the bonding compound in this area can be improved.
In principle, it may be advantageous to press and / or spread the bonding compound applied to the rear edge of the joint after it has been applied.
Front ends of the frame legs can, in particular before the frame legs are positioned on the first glass pane, provided with a miter, in particular mitred or cut. To produce a rear recess between two in their position of use on the spacer frame adjacent frame legs, the mitered ends can be cut transversely or perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the respective frame leg and through the miter. If the thus clipped frame legs brought into abutment with each other, arises in the region of their then imaginary rear edge between two adjacent frame legs each have a recess. The imaginary rear edge can be located where intersect planes in which the interior of the spacer frame opposite rear sides of the adjacent frame legs are arranged. In this in each of the outer corners of the spacer frame thus produced recesses, the compound compound when applying the compound compound or by pressing the applied compound compound can be introduced. A particular advantage of these rear recesses in the area of the outer corners of the spacer frame can be seen therein, that the bonding compound applied to the side surfaces of the frame legs and the bonding compound applied between the frame legs in the area of the rear abutting edges can merge into one another at this point. Thus, the sealing effect also desired by the application of the bonding compound can be improved, in particular in this area.
In at least one frame leg of the spacer frame of the insulating glass pane to be produced, a desiccant can be introduced. In this case, the frame legs can be closed by inserting the desiccant frontally with a Verbindungsmassepropfen. The connecting mass used here may be the same as used on the side surfaces or on the rear abutting edges between two frame legs.
Further, it is possible to provide a the outer space of the spacer frame facing away from the interior of the spacer frame, oriented transversely to the side surfaces of the spacer frame with a secondary sealant. As a secondary sealant, an adhesive or a secondary seal can be used. The order of the secondary sealant may preferably be made after attaching a second glass sheet to the spacer frame.
The object is also achieved by an insulating glass pane with the means and features of the independent, directed to an insulating glass pane claim. In particular, to solve the problem is provided in an insulating glass pane of the type mentioned that the frame legs are attached to the formation of the spacer frame by means of bonding compound to the glass sheets and connected by means of bonding compound and without the use of corner connectors.
In this way, an insulating glass pane is created, the spacer frame can be finished during assembly of the insulating glass. Handling of an already prefabricated or pre-assembled spacer frame can be omitted in this way. In addition, the use of corner connectors for connecting the individual frame legs to the spacer frame is not necessary in the case of the insulating glass pane according to the invention. Due to the compound used to attach the frame legs to the glass sheets and the connection of the frame legs with each other, the spacer frame thus produced is also without corner connector sufficient stability.
Preferably, the frame legs used are rigid frame legs. Butyl, an adhesive sealant and / or glue can be used as bonding compound. The use of butyl is particularly advantageous since the bonding compound can then also be used to seal the insulating glass pane, more precisely an interior of the insulating glass pane surrounded by the spacer frame.
It may be advantageous if connecting compound between side surfaces of the frame legs, which are facing the glass panes of the insulating glass pane and the glass panes of the insulating glass pane is applied. Furthermore, it is possible to apply bonding compound in the region of rear abutting edges between adjacent in use position frame legs. The rear abutting edges between the frame legs form outer corners of the spacer frame. The bonding compound may here be applied so that outer corners of the spacer frame are preferably sealed along the entire length of the abutting edges. As stated previously, so can the applied compound mass be used on the one hand for fastening the frame legs with each other and for fixing the frame legs to the glass sheets of the insulating glass pane and on the other for sealing the insulating glass pane.
The connecting mass, which is used to connect the frame legs with each other, may be applied to outer corners of the spacer frame. For this purpose, the connecting mass between the frame legs can each be applied to a rear side, an inner space facing away from the spacer frame interior abutting edge between two adjacent frame legs. It is particularly advantageous if the sealing compound applied there is pressed and / or spread after the application.
Along one, for example, the aforementioned rear abutting edge may be formed between two adjacent frame legs a rear, remote from the interior space defined by the spacer frame recess. In this recess connecting compound for connecting the two frame legs can be introduced or be. It is particularly advantageous if the connecting compound introduced into the recess is applied to such an extent that it can connect to a connecting compound applied to the side surfaces of the frame legs. In this context, it may be particularly advantageous if the rear-side recess extends over an entire width of the rear side of the frame legs, that is, for example, is designed to be open at its ends facing the side surfaces of the frame legs. Thus, it is possible that a transition region between the abutting edge and the side surfaces of the frame legs is covered and sealed with bonding compound. The recess described above can then be formed on only one outer corner or on each outer corner of the spacer frame.
The frame legs may each have a miter at their front ends.
It is also possible that the frame legs each have a miter at their front ends, so that they can be easily connected to each other to the spacer frame. It is also possible that the frame legs have a miter at their front ends and for generating a, for example, the previously mentioned rear recess between two adjacent use position frame legs have a transverse to the miter and transverse to the back of the respective frame leg oriented end face by a Rear side of the respective frame leg is limited.
The insulating glass pane described above can be produced by a method according to the invention.
