Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung stellt ein Verfahren zum Anpassen von Verfahrprofilen einer Vielzahl von einzeln steuerbaren Transportelementen zum Transport von Behältern in einer Behälterbehandlungsanlage entlang einer Transportbahn, wobei die Vielzahl der Transportelemente bewegbar an der Transportbahn angeordnet sind, zur Verfügung, welches die Schritte umfasst: Bestimmen eines Behandlungszustandes mindestens eines von einem ersten Transportelement mitgeführten Behälters und/oder Bestimmen eines Betriebszustandes mindestens einer ersten bezüglich einer Position des ersten Transportelements entlang der Transportbahn stromabwärts angeordneten Behälterbehandlungseinheit, wobei das erste Transportelement mittels einer Steuer- und/oder Regeleinheit der Behälterbehandlungsanlage als Teil eines Stroms an Transportelementen bewegt wird, und wobei das Verfahrprofil des ersten Transportelements mittels der Steuer- und/oder Regeleinheit in Abhängigkeit von dem bestimmten Behandlungszustand und/oder von dem bestimmten Betriebszustand angepasst wird.
