In a preferably embodiment, one end of theflip plate 21 is connected with theupper cap 2, and another end of theflip plate 21 is a free end inclined and extended downwardly. Alocking slot 22 is formed between theflip plate 21 and an outer wall of theupper cap 2. An upper end of thetear strip 31 is provided with aposition limiting slot 36; the upper end of thetear strip 31 is concealed within thelocking slot 22, and theflip plate 21 abuts against theposition limiting slot 36. - Preferably, the outer wall of the
upper cap 2 is provided with a connectingplate 23; thelocking pieces 32 are provided on the connectingplate 23; outer boundaries of thelocking pieces 32 and theflip plate 21 are radially within an outer diameter of thelower cap 1. Therefore, in an automatic assembling process of the bottle cap when a robotic arm grabs the bottle cap, the robotic arm will not easily touch theupper cap 2, the flip plate and theanti-theft mechanism 3 while grabbing thelower cap 1, thereby ensuring the anti-theft effect intended by the present invention. - Preferably, at least one of two ends of the
tear strip 31 along a lengthwise direction of thetear strip 31 is provided with ahead portion 35 for conveniently tearing off the tear-able element. In the embodiment, thehead potion 35 extends outwardly to facilitate grabbing by a user. When the connectingrods 33 are torn off via thetear strip 31, remove thetear strip 31 and the connectingrods 33 and open theupper cap 1, liquid oil inside the container can be poured out. - In the present invention, an annular supporting
wall 4 extends upwardly from a top side of thelower cap 1. Specifically, the supportingplatform 11 is provided on thelower cap 1, wherein the supportingplatform 11 extends laterally from the an outer wall of thelower cap 1 towards a center part of thelower cap 1, and the annular supportingwall 4 is provided on the supportingplatform 11. In the present invention, a protrudingpositioning piece 41 is provided on one of an outer wall of the annular supportingwall 4 and an inner wall of theupper cap 2, and apositioning trough 42 cooperating with thepositioning piece 41 is provided on another one of the outer wall of the annular supportingwall 4 and the inner wall of theupper cap 2. When theupper cap 2 caps on thelower cap 1, thepositioning piece 41 locks against thepositioning trough 42 so that the inner wall of theupper cap 2 and the outer wall of the annular supportingwall 4 mutually abut against each other. This kind of structure can at least achieve two beneficial effects; 1. Since the annular supportingwall 4 can position theupper cap 2, the outer wall of the upper cap will not easily deform and displace when theupper cap 2 is subject to compression force from its periphery towards its center, and theupper cap 2 will not disengage with thelower cap 1; 2. Due to the cooperation between thepositioning piece 41 and thepositioning trough 42, when theupper cap 2 caps on thelower cap 2, a click sound generated upon engagement can indicate whether theupper cap 2 is completely capped on thelower cap 1, thereby preventing the liquid oil from turning bad or being accidentally poured out from thecontainer 6 due to the failure the cap theupper cap 2 completely on thelower cap 1. - In the present invention, a first
annular flange 43 extending downwardly is provided inside theupper cap 1. A sealing mechanism is provided between an outer wall of the firstannular flange 43 and an inner wall of theopening 5. The sealing mechanism comprises anengagement slot 44, anengagement block 46 and a sealingring 45 disposed inside theengagement slot 44; one of theengagement slot 44 and theengagement block 46 is provided on the outer wall of the firstannular flange 43, another one of theengagement slot 44 and theengagement block 46 is provided on the inner wall of theopening 5. Sealing effect achieved by the cooperation between theengagement slot 44, theengagement block 46 and the sealingring 45 prevents liquid oil from being poured out accidentally from theopening 5 and also blocks air from the external environment from entering into thecontainer 6 causing the liquid oil to turn bad. - The present invention also comprises a flow guiding element surrounding an edge of the
opening 5; aflow guiding opening 50 in communication with theopening 5 is formed at a side wall of the flow guiding element. Inner side of the side wall of the flow guiding element and the inner wall of theopening 5 form an outflow passage. When theupper cap 2 is opened, the liquid inside thecontainer 6 can be poured out through the outflow passage. Abackflow trough 52 is formed between an outer wall of the flow guiding element and an inner wall of the annular supportingwall 4. A height of thebackflow trough 52 at a position corresponding to theflow guiding opening 50 is smaller than heights of other positions of thebackflow trough 52. - Preferably, the flow guiding element comprises a first supporting
side wall 56, a third supportingside wall 58, and a second supportingside wall 57 in between a first end of the first supportingside wall 56 and a first end the third supportingside wall 58 for joining the first supportingside wall 56 and the third supportingside wall 58. The first supportingside wall 56, the second supportingside wall 57 and the third supportingside wall 58 are integrally molded as a one whole piece. Theflow guiding opening 50 is positioned between a second end of the first supportingside wall 56 and a second end of the third supportingside wall 58; Thebackflow trough 52 at the position corresponding to theflow guiding opening 50 is configured as aflow guiding portion 53; theflow guiding portion 53 is inclined downwardly and extends into theopening 5 so as to guide liquid oil to flow from theflow guiding portion 53 back to the container. Thebackflow trough 52 at a position corresponding to the second supportingside wall 57 is configured as a receivingportion 54. Thebackflow trough 52 gradually decreases in height from the receivingportion 54 to theflow guiding portion 53. Due to this kind of structure, drips of liquid oil spilled out of a main outflow path when pouring out the liquid oil from the container may drip onto the receivingportion 54 of thebackflow trough 52; when theupper cap 2 is again capped onto thelower cap 1 and the container stands on a level ground, the liquid oil will gradually flow back to theflow guiding portion 53 along thebackflow trough 52 under gravitational force, and then flow back into the container from theflow guiding portion 53 through theopening 5. Due to the use of the first supportingside wall 56, the second supportingside wall 57 and the third supportingside wall 58, liquid oil is converged to the second supportingside wall 57 when it is poured out; due to such converged outflow path, the liquid oil can be poured out smoothly and will not easily spill out. - Preferably, a lower end of the second supporting
side wall 57 is fixed on thelower cap 1; an upper end of the second supportingside wall 57 is a free end; aflow directing portion 571 is disposed on the free end; theflow directing portion 571 inclines and extends upwardly. Compared with the secondvertical wall 72, the firstvertical wall 71 is closer to a center of thelower cap 1. The secondvertical wall 72, the lower end surface of the joiningpart 59 and an inner side surface of thelower cap 1 form aflow limiting trough 74. The breathing throughhole 55 runs from the upper end surface of theflow diverting portion 70 and through the firstvertical wall 71. By virtue of this structure, liquid pouring out from the container is guided by theflow diverting portion 70 and theflow limiting trough 74 so as to prevent the liquid from blocking the breathing through hole when the liquid is being poured out, thereby facilitating smooth pouring process of the liquid. - Preferably, an end of the joining
part 59 is positioned corresponding to theflow guiding opening 50 and is mounted at an inner wall of theopening 5; another end of the joiningpart 59 extends laterally. Theflow guiding tongue 51 is positioned between the second end of the first supportingside wall 56 and the second end of the third supportingside wall 58; one end of theflow guiding tongue 51 is fixed onto the joiningpart 59; another end of theflow guiding tongue 51 inclines and extends upwardly towards a central axis of theopening 5, and is provided with a blockingportion 511. By virtue of this structure, the liquid oil is poured out from the container, the liquid oil will not touch theflow guiding tongue 51 when there is only a small amount of liquid oil being poured out. Due to the small amount of liquid oil being poured out, spilling of oil will not easily occur. When there is a large amount of liquid oil being poured out, the liquid oil touches theflow guiding tongue 51 and being guided by theflow guiding tongue 51 and the blockingportion 511, and the user will also become aware that the amount of liquid oil to be poured out should be carefully controlled. Because of the breathing throughhole 55 enabling air communication inside and outside thecontainer 6, negative pressure will not be easily formed inside thecontainer 6, thereby facilitating smooth pouring process of the liquid. - The inner wall of the
lower cap 1 is provided with a threadedportion 17; outer threads (not shown in the figures) cooperating with the threadedportion 17 are provided at abottle mouth 61 of thecontainer 6. trough 14 and aposition limiting block 62; the blockingtrough 14 is provided at the lower end of thelower cap 1; theposition limiting block 62 is positioned on thebottle mouth 61 corresponding to the blockingtrough 14. Preferably, the blockingtrough 14 runs through from an outer wall of thelower cap 1 out through an inner wall of thelower cap 1, and extends from a lower end surface of thelower cap 1 up to an upper end surface of thelower cap 1. Theposition limiting block 62 extends out from an outer wall of thebottle mouth 61 and inserts into the blockingtrough 14. - Preferably, the inner wall of the
lower cap 1 is also provided with apositioning block 13; a blockingteeth 64 is provided at thebottle mouth 61 corresponding to thepositioning block 13; thepositioning block 13 is disposed between the threadedportion 17 and the lower end surface of thelower cap 1. - According to the present invention, a first positioning effect is achieved by the cooperation between the
positioning block 13 and the blockingteeth 64, and a second positioning effect is achieved by cooperation between the blockingtrough 14 and theposition limiting block 62. Due to these double positioning effects, the bottle cap of the present invention can be positioned stably, thereby achieving anti-rotation effect and at the same time ensuring between anti-theft effect. - An
annular platform 15 is provided horizontally extending around the inner wall of thelower cap 1. A secondannular flange 16 extends downwardly from theannular platform 15. The secondannular flange 16, theannular platform 15 and the inner wall of thelower cap 1 form an annular housing slot. A sealinggasket 18 matching with a mouth part of thecontainer 6 is provided inside the annular housing slot. The sealinggasket 18 achieves sealed connection between thelower cap 1 and the bottle mouth of thecontainer 6 to avoid inlet of air into the container from gaps between thelower cap 1 and the mouth part of thecontainer 6, thereby ensuring the quality of the liquid oil inside the container.
