キャップ本体は、容器本体の口部に装着される装着部と、装着部のヒンジと反対側に切り離し可能に連設された封緘部材とを備え、
上蓋は、頂壁と、頂壁の周縁から垂設された側周壁と、側周壁のヒンジと反対側から突設された摘み部と、側周壁の摘み部より上方に形成され、摘み部の持ち上げ時に、摘み部を基部から変形する薄肉壁部とを備え、
摘み部は、閉蓋時に封緘部材と係合し、開蓋時に封緘部材をキャップ本体から切り離す封緘係止部を備えることを特徴とするヒンジキャップ。
