Claims (9)

  1. Section de formation comprenant une unité de formation à double fil formée entre un fil inférieur (10) et un fil supérieur (20), dans lequel un premier moyen de déshydratation de l'unité de formation à double fil est un rouleau de formation (13) ayant un angle d'enroulement (13V), dans lequel l'unité de formation à double fil suivant le rouleau de formation (13) est un rouleau à manchon (50) comprenant un arbre support stationnaire (51) et une boucle de ceinture (53) qui est amenée à encercler l'arbre support stationnaire (51), lequel rouleau à manchon (50) comprend en outre au moins une zone de déshydratation curvilinéaire (K) consistant en deux courbes partielles, de sorte que le rayon de courbure (K1) d'une première courbe partielle est supérieur au rayon de courbure (K2) d'une seconde courbe partielle suivant la première courbe partielle (K1) dans le sens de déplacement de la boucle de ceinture (53), caractérisée en ce que le parcours entre le rouleau de formation (13) et le rouleau à manchon (50) est exempt de déshydratation sous vide, c'est-à-dire que, entre le rouleau de formation (13) et le rouleau à manchon (50), aucune déshydratation sous vide n'est présente.
  2. Section de formation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le rouleau à manchon (50) comprend des éléments supports (52) supportés chacun à une distance des autres sur l'arbre support stationnaire (51), que la boucle de ceinture (53) amenée à encercler l'arbre support stationnaire (51) est supportée par les éléments supports (52), et que la boucle de ceinture (53) est imperméable.
  3. Section de formation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la distance (L) entre le rouleau de formation (13) et le rouleau à manchon (50), laquelle distance est mesurée entre le point où l'angle d'enroulement (13V) des fils supérieur et inférieur (10, 20) se termine sur le rouleau de formation (13), et que le point où le contact des fils inférieur et supérieur (10, 20) sur le rouleau à manchon (50) commence est de 0,2 à 2 mètres, avantageusement 0,3 à 1,5 mètres.
  4. Section de formation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'unité de formation comprend premièrement une pièce à fil unique suivie de la pièce à double fil.
  5. Section de formation selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la pièce à fil unique est sensiblement horizontale ou inclinée.
  6. Section de formation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce que la pièce à fil unique comprend un patin de formation (17) doté d'un pont (18) et d'ouvertures (19) dans le pont (18).
  7. Section de formation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que, à distance du rouleau à manchon (50), l'unité de formation à double fil se termine lorsque le parcours du fil supérieur (20) se détourne du fil inférieur (10) et que la partie terminale de l'unité de formation est formée sous forme d'une pièce à fil unique.
  8. Section de formation selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la hauteur globale de la section de formation est inférieure à 8 mètres.
  9. Section de formation selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le point le plus haut du rouleau à manchon (50) est à une position verticale plus haute que le point le plus bas du rouleau de formation (13).
