Claims (13)

  1. Verfahren zur Überwachung einer Funkverbindung, RLM, umfassend:
    Konkurrieren (S201) durch eine Basisstation um die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung eines nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes;
    Senden (S202), durch die Basisstation, von ersten statistischen Informationen über die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung des nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes an Benutzergeräte,
    nachdem die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung des nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes mittels Konkurrenz erhalten wird, wobei die ersten statistischen Informationen Daten anzeigen, die erhalten werden, nachdem die statistische Erfassung über die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung des nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes gemäß einem voreingestellten statistischen Verfahren durchgeführt wird; wobei die ersten statistischen Informationen eine Anzahl kumulativer Zeiten anzeigen, in denen die Basisstation die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung des nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes mittels Konkurrenz in einem spezifizierten Intervall, oder die kumulative Dauer, in der die Basisstation das nicht lizenzierte Frequenzband in dem spezifizierten Zeitintervall belegt, oder
    Informationen über ein Verhältnis der kumulativen Dauer zur Gesamtdauer des spezifizierten Zeitintervalls erhält;
    Empfangen eines RLM-Ergebnisses, das von dem Benutzergerät gesendet wird; und
    Anweisen, gemäß dem RLM-Ergebnis, des Benutzergerätes, die Nutzung der nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandzelle einzustellen.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei:
    die ersten statistischen Informationen ferner eine Anzahl kumulativer Zeiten für das Erhalten der Erlaubnis zur Nutzung für das nicht lizenzierte Frequenzband durch Konkurrenz von einem Startmoment bis zu einem Moment des Erhaltens der Erlaubnis zur Nutzung für das nicht lizenzierte Frequenzband mittels Konkurrenz anzeigen, und die Anzahl kumulativer Zeiten ein Schleifenzählwert in einem vereinbarten Wertebereich ist; oder
    kumulative Dauer, in der die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung des nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes durch Konkurrenz von einem Startmoment bis zu einem Moment des Erhaltens der Erlaubnis zur Nutzung des nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes durch Konkurrenz erhalten wird, und die kumulative Dauer ein Schleifenzählwert in einem vereinbarten Wertebereich ist; oder
    Informationen über ein Verhältnis der kumulativen Dauer, in der die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung des nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes mittels Konkurrenz von einem Startmoment bis zu einem Moment des Erhaltens der Erlaubnis zur Nutzung des nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes mittels Konkurrenz erhalten wird, zur Gesamtdauer vom Startmoment bis zu einem aktuellen Moment, wobei der Startmoment ein Moment ist, in dem die Basisstation zum ersten Mal um die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung des nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes konkurriert, oder ein Startmoment eines Zeitintervalls mit einer vereinbarten Periode.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, wobei das Senden, durch die Basisstation, erster statistischer Informationen über die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung des nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes an Benutzergeräte nach der Erlaubnis zur Nutzung des nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes mittels Konkurrenz erhalten wird, ferner umfasst:
    Senden von Identifikationsinformationen des Zeitintervalls mit der vereinbarten Periode durch die Basisstation an das Benutzergerät.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, ferner umfassend:
    Senden einer verfügbaren Anzeigenachricht durch die Basisstation an das Benutzergerät, wobei die verfügbare Anzeigenachricht verwendet wird, um anzuzeigen, dass eine nicht lizenzierte Frequenzbandzelle, die dem nicht lizenzierten Frequenzband entspricht, von einem nicht verfügbaren Zustand in einen verfügbaren Zustand wechselt, und die verfügbare Anzeigenachricht die ersten statistischen Informationen trägt.
  5. Basisstation, umfassend:
    ein Konkurrenzmodul (501), das so konfiguriert ist, dass es um die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung eines nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes konkurriert;
    Ein Sendemodul (502), das so konfiguriert ist, erste statistische Informationen über die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung des nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes an Benutzergeräte,
    nachdem die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung des nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes mittels eines Konkurrenzverfahrens erhalten wird, wobei die ersten statistischen Informationen Daten anzeigen, die erhalten werden, nachdem die statistische Erfassung über die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung des nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes gemäß einem voreingestellten statistischen Verfahren durchgeführt wird; wobei die ersten statistischen Informationen eine Anzahl kumulativer Zeiten ist, in denen die Basisstation die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung des nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes mittels Konkurrenz in einem spezifizierten Intervall, oder die kumulative Dauer, in der die Basisstation das nicht lizenzierte Frequenzband in dem spezifizierten Zeitintervall belegt, oder Informationen über ein Verhältnis der kumulativen Dauer zur Gesamtdauer des spezifizierten Zeitintervalls erhält; und
    ein Zellensteuermodul, das so konfiguriert ist, dass es ein vom Benutzergerät gesendetes Ergebnis der Überwachung der Funkverbindung, RLM, empfängt und gemäß dem RLM-Ergebnis das Benutzergerät anweist, die Nutzung der nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandzelle einzustellen.
  6. Basisstation nach Anspruch 5, wobei:
    die ersten statistischen Informationen ferner eine Anzahl kumulativer Zeiten für das Erhalten der Erlaubnis zur Nutzung für das nicht lizenzierte Frequenzband durch Konkurrenz von einem Startmoment bis zu einem Moment des Erhaltens der Erlaubnis zur Nutzung für das nicht lizenzierte Frequenzband durch Konkurrenz anzeigen, und die Anzahl kumulativer Zeiten ein Schleifenzählwert in einem vereinbarten Wertebereich ist; oder
    kumulative Dauer, bei der die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung des nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes durch Konkurrenz von einem Startmoment bis zum aktuellen Moment erhalten wird und die kumulative Dauer ein Schleifenzählwert in einem vereinbarten Wertebereich ist; oder
    Informationen über ein Verhältnis der kumulativen Dauer, in der die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung des nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes mittels Konkurrenz von einem Startmoment bis zum aktuellen Moment zur Gesamtdauer vom Startmoment bis zum aktuellen Moment erhalten wird, wobei
    der Startmoment ein Moment ist, in dem die Basisstation zum ersten Mal um die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung des nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes konkurriert, oder ein Startmoment eines Zeitintervalls mit einer vereinbarten Periode.
  7. Basisstation nach Anspruch 6, wobei das Sendemodul (502) ferner so konfiguriert ist, dass es:
    Identifikationsinformationen des Zeitintervalls mit der vereinbarten Periode an das Benutzergerät sendet.
  8. Basisstation nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, ferner umfassend:
    ein zweites Sendemodul, das so konfiguriert ist, dass es eine verfügbare Anzeigenachricht an das Benutzergerät sendet, wobei die verfügbare Anzeigenachricht verwendet wird, um anzuzeigen, dass eine nicht lizenzierte Frequenzbandzelle, die dem nicht lizenzierten Frequenzband entspricht, von einem nicht verfügbaren Zustand in einen verfügbaren Zustand wechselt, und die verfügbare Anzeigenachricht die statistischen Informationen trägt.
  9. Verfahren zur Überwachung einer Funkverbindung, RLM, umfassend:
    Empfangen (S301), durch ein Benutzergerät, erster statistischer Informationen, die von einer Basisstation gesendet werden, wobei die ersten statistischen Informationen statistische Informationen über die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung eines nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes sind, die mittels Konkurrenz durch die Basisstation in einem spezifizierten Zeitintervall erhalten werden, wobei die ersten statistischen Informationen eine Anzahl von kumulativen Zeiten sind, in denen die Basisstation die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung des nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes mittels Konkurrenz in einem spezifizierten Intervall erhält, oder eine kumulative Dauer, in der die Basisstation das nicht lizenzierte Frequenzband in dem spezifizierten Zeitintervall belegt, oder Informationen über ein Verhältnis der kumulativen Dauer zur Gesamtdauer des spezifizierten Zeitintervalls;
    Bestimmen (S302), durch das Benutzergerät, zweiter statistischer Informationen über die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung des nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes in dem spezifizierten Zeitintervall gemäß verfügbarer Anzeigeinformationen, die von der Basisstation gesendet werden, wobei die zweiten statistischen Informationen statistische Informationen sind, die mittels statistischer Erfassung durch das Benutzergerät in dem spezifizierten Zeitintervall erhalten werden und die die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung des nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes betreffen, wobei die zweiten statistischen Informationen eine Anzahl kumulativer Zeiten sind, die von dem Benutzergerät gemäß einer Anzahl verfügbarer Anzeigenachrichten berechnet werden, die in dem spezifizierten Zeitintervall empfangen werden und in denen das nicht lizenzierte Frequenzband nicht belegt ist, oder eine kumulative Dauer, in der das nicht lizenzierte Frequenzband in dem spezifizierten Zeitintervall belegt ist und
    die gemäß der Dauer berechnet wird, in der das nicht lizenzierte Frequenzband, das in der verfügbaren Anzeigenachricht, die in dem spezifizierten Zeitintervall empfangen wird, belegt ist, oder Verhältnisinformationen gemäß der kumulativen Dauer und der Gesamtdauer des spezifizierten Zeitintervalls;
    wobei die verfügbare Anzeigenachricht verwendet wird, um anzuzeigen, dass eine nicht lizenzierte Frequenzbandzelle, die dem nicht lizenzierten Frequenzband entspricht, von einem nicht verfügbaren Zustand in einen verfügbaren Zustand wechselt, und die verfügbare Anzeigenachricht die ersten statistischen Informationen trägt;
    Berechnen (S303) eines RLM-Ergebnisses durch das Benutzergerät gemäß der ersten statistischen Informationen und der zweiten statistischen Informationen; wobei das RLM-Ergebnis eine Differenz zwischen der ersten statistischen Informationen und der zweiten statistischen Informationen ist;
    Berichten des RLM-Ergebnisses an die Basisstation, wenn ein absoluter Wert des RLM-Ergebnisses größer als ein voreingestellter Wert ist;
    Empfangen einer Anweisung von der Basisstation, die Nutzung der nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandzelle einzustellen; und
    Einstellen der Nutzung der nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandzelle basierend auf der Anweisung.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, wobei:
    die zweiten statistischen Informationen ferner eine Anzahl von kumulativen Zeiten anzeigen, die in dem spezifizierten Zeitintervall berechnet werden und die die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung des nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes betreffen, und die Anzahl der kumulativen Zeiten ein Schleifenzählwert in einem vereinbarten Wertebereich ist; oder
    die zweiten statistischen Informationen zeigen eine kumulative Zeit an, die in dem spezifizierten Zeitintervall berechnet wird und die die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung des nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes betrifft; oder
    die zweiten statistischen Informationen Informationen über ein Verhältnis der kumulativen Dauer anzeigen, das in dem spezifizierten Zeitintervall berechnet wird und das die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung des nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes zur Gesamtdauer des spezifizierten Zeitintervalls betrifft, wobei das spezifizierte Zeitintervall ein periodisches Zeitintervall ist oder ein Zeitintervall von einem Moment, in dem das Benutzergerät auf eine nicht lizenzierte Frequenzbandzelle zugreift, die dem nicht lizenzierten Frequenzband entspricht, bis zu einem aktuellen Moment.
  11. Benutzergerät, umfassend:
    ein Empfangsmodul (601), das so konfiguriert ist, dass es erste statistischer Informationen empfängt, die von einer Basisstation gesendet werden, wobei die ersten statistischen Informationen statistische Informationen über die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung eines nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes sind, die mittels Konkurrenz durch die Basisstation in einem spezifizierten Zeitintervall erhalten werden, wobei die ersten statistischen Informationen eine Anzahl von kumulativen Zeiten sind, in denen die Basisstation die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung des nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes mittels Konkurrenz in einem spezifizierten Intervall erhält, oder eine kumulative Dauer, in der die Basisstation das nicht lizenzierte Frequenzband in dem spezifizierten Zeitintervall belegt, oder Informationen über ein Verhältnis der kumulativen Dauer zur Gesamtdauer des spezifizierten Zeitintervalls;
    ein Statistikerfassungsmodul (602), das so konfiguriert ist, dass es zweite statistische Informationen über die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung des nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes in dem spezifizierten Zeitintervall gemäß verfügbarer Anzeigeinformationen bestimmt, die von der Basisstation gesendet werden, wobei die zweiten statistischen Informationen statistische Informationen sind, die mittels statistischer Erfassung durch das Benutzergerät in dem spezifizierten Zeitintervall erhalten werden und die die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung des nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes betreffen, wobei die zweiten statistischen Informationen eine Anzahl kumulativer Zeiten sind, die von dem Benutzergerät gemäß einer Anzahl verfügbarer Anzeigenachrichten berechnet werden, die in dem spezifizierten Zeitintervall empfangen werden und in denen das nicht lizenzierte Frequenzband nicht belegt ist, oder eine kumulative Dauer, in der das nicht lizenzierte Frequenzband in dem spezifizierten Zeitintervall belegt ist und
    die gemäß der Dauer berechnet wird, in der das nicht lizenzierte Frequenzband, das in der verfügbaren Anzeigenachricht, die in dem spezifizierten Zeitintervall empfangen wird, belegt ist, oder Verhältnisinformationen gemäß der kumulativen Dauer und der Gesamtdauer des spezifizierten Zeitintervalls;
    wobei die verfügbare Anzeigenachricht verwendet wird, um anzuzeigen, dass eine nicht lizenzierte Frequenzbandzelle, die dem nicht lizenzierten Frequenzband entspricht, von einem nicht verfügbaren Zustand in einen verfügbaren Zustand wechselt, und die verfügbare Anzeigenachricht die ersten statistischen Informationen trägt;
    ein Berechnungsmodul (603), das so konfiguriert ist, dass es ein Ergebnis der Funkverbindungsüberwachung, RLM, gemäß der ersten statistischen Informationen und der zweiten statistischen Informationen berechnet; wobei das RLM-Ergebnis eine Differenz zwischen der ersten statistischen Informationen und der zweiten statistischen Informationen ist; und
    ein Berichtsmodul, das so konfiguriert ist, dass es das RLM-Ergebnis an die Basisstation berichtet, wenn ein absoluter Wert des RLM-Ergebnisses größer als ein voreingestellter Wert ist;
    wobei das Empfangsmodul ferner so konfiguriert ist, dass es eine Anweisung von der Basisstation empfängt, die Verwendung der nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandzelle einzustellen; und das Benutzergerät so konfiguriert ist, dass es die Verwendung der nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandzelle basierend auf der Anweisung einstellt.
  12. Benutzergerät nach Anspruch 11, wobei:
    die zweiten statistischen Informationen ferner eine Anzahl von kumulativen Zeiten anzeigen, die in dem spezifizierten Zeitintervall berechnet werden und die die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung des nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes betreffen, und die Anzahl der kumulativen Zeiten ein Schleifenzählwert in einem vereinbarten Wertebereich ist; oder
    die zweiten statistischen Informationen zeigen eine kumulative Zeit an, die in dem spezifizierten Zeitintervall berechnet wird und die die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung des nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes betrifft; oder
    die zweiten statistischen Informationen Informationen über ein Verhältnis der kumulativen Dauer anzeigen, das in dem spezifizierten Zeitintervall berechnet wird und das die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung des nicht lizenzierten Frequenzbandes zur Gesamtdauer des spezifizierten Zeitintervalls betrifft, wobei das spezifizierte Zeitintervall ein periodisches Zeitintervall ist oder ein Zeitintervall von einem Moment, in dem das Benutzergerät auf eine nicht lizenzierte Frequenzbandzelle zugreift, die dem nicht lizenzierten Frequenzband entspricht, bis zu einem aktuellen Moment.
  13. Benutzergerät nach Anspruch 12, ferner so konfiguriert, dass es:
    das RLM-Ergebnis nach Ablauf des spezifizierten Zeitintervalls an die Basisstation berichten.
