Claims (2)

  1. Dispositif de formation de fil, comprenant :
    un siège de base (10), comportant un orifice de sortie de fil (11) à son centre, et configuré pour délivrer en sortie un fil dans une direction orthogonale à un plan dudit siège de base ; et
    des unités de formation de fil (20), chacune ayant une plaque mobile (21), chaque plaque mobile (21) ayant une plaque inférieure (211) apte à se déplacer vers la gauche et vers la droite sur le siège de base (20), et ayant une plaque supérieure (212) disposée sur une surface supérieure de la plaque inférieure (211) et apte à se déplacer vers le haut et vers le bas sur la surface supérieure de la plaque inférieure (211), une pluralité de sièges d'outil (22) situés en parallèle et disposés à une extrémité avant de la plaque supérieure (212), un élément d'entraînement haut-bas (23) disposé à une extrémité arrière de la plaque supérieure (212), de telle sorte que l'élément d'entraînement haut-bas (23) amène la plaque supérieure (212) à se déplacer vers le haut et vers le bas sur la plaque inférieure (211), un élément d'entraînement gauche-droite (24) disposé sur un côté arrière du siège de base (10) et sur un côté arrière de chaque plaque inférieure (211), de telle sorte que l'élément d'entraînement gauche-droite (24) amène la plaque supérieure (212) et la plaque inférieure (211) à se déplacer vers la gauche et vers la droite en même temps sur le siège de base (10) ;
    dans lequel, en utilisant l'élément d'entraînement haut-bas (23) et l'élément d'entraînement gauche-droite (24), la plaque supérieure (212) et la plaque inférieure (211) sont amenées à se déplacer respectivement vers le haut et vers le bas, à gauche et à droite, dans des mouvements bidimensionnels, amenant ainsi un outil de formation du siège d'outil (22) à effectuer un traitement bidimensionnel sur le fil dans l'orifice de sortie de fil (11) ;
    le dispositif de formation de fil étant caractérisé par le fait que
    quatre plaques mobiles (21) sont respectivement disposées sur quatre coins du siège de base (10), pour former des angles de 45 degrés, 135 degrés, 225 degrés et 315 degrés, respectivement, avec le siège de base (10), et
    la plaque mobile (21) étant située à 45 degrés, 135 degrés, 225 degrés ou 315 degrés par rapport à une ligne horizontale centrale se trouvant dans le plan du siège de base (10), l'élément d'entraînement haut-bas (23) et l'élément d'entraînement gauche-droite (24) fournissant la force d'entraînement la plus uniforme, pour des mouvements haut-bas et gauche-droite, respectivement.
  2. Dispositif de formation de fil selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'outil de formation du siège d'outil (22) est configuré pour fabriquer un ressort.
