Claims (11)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Spannen eines Werkstücks an einem Werkzeug, umfassend eine Klemme (1) und Betätigungsmittel (2), die ihrerseits einen Körper (20) umfassen, der im Betrieb am Werkzeug befestigt ist, wobei die Klemme (1) beweglich am Körper (20) montiert ist und selektiv von den Betätigungsmitteln (2) angetrieben wird, wobei diese Klemme (1) auf einem bestimmten Weg zwischen einer Spannstellung und einer Freigabestellung auslenkt und am Ende ihres Weges zu ihrer Spannstellung eine reine Translation entlang einer Klemmenachse (V), und am Ende ihres Weges zu ihrer Freigabestellung eine Drehung entlang derselben Klemmenachse (V) erfährt, wobei die Bewegung der Klemme (1) von Führungsgliedern (3) bestimmt wird, wobei die Spannvorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie weiter erste Auflageelemente (4) umfasst, die ein im Verhältnis zum Körper (20) festes erstes Auflageelement (41) und ein bewegliches erstes Auflageelement (42) umfassen, das mit der Klemme (1) verbunden ist, wobei diese ersten festen und beweglichen Auflageelemente mindestens am Ende des Weges der Klemme (1) zu ihrer Spannstellung selektiv zusammenwirken, um sich gegenseitig in Abstand von den Führungsgliedern (3) einen Gleitkontakt zu bieten, der zur Translationsbewegung der Klemme (1) parallel ist, und zweite Auflageelemente (5), die ein im Verhältnis zum Körper (20) festes zweites Auflageelement (51) und ein bewegliches zweites Auflageelement (52) umfassen, das mit der Klemme (1) verbunden ist, wobei diese zweiten festen und beweglichen Auflageelement zusammenwirken, um sich gegenseitig einen Gleitkontakt zu bieten, der zur Translationsbewegung der Klemme (1) parallel ist, wobei die Auflageelemente (4, 5) eine Selbsthemmung der Klemme (1) an dem zu spannenden Werkstück ermöglichen.
  2. Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das erste bewegliche Auflageelement von einem Auflageansatz (42) gebildet wird, den die Klemme (1) trägt und der sich beidseits einer Mittelebene (M) der Klemme (1) und des Schafts (21) symmetrisch erstreckt, und dadurch, dass das erste feste Auflageelement von einer Auflagefläche (41) des Körpers (20) des Zylinders gebildet wird, an der der Auflageansatz (42) im Verhältnis zur Mittelebene (M) symmetrisch anliegt.
  3. Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Klemme (1) eine Nase (11) umfasst, die sich auf beiden Seiten der Mittelebene (M) in eine Richtung erstreckt, die im Wesentlichen zur Klemmenachse (V) senkrecht ist.
  4. Spannvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Betätigungsmittel (2) einen Zylinder umfassen, der den Körper (20) und einen Schaft (21) umfasst, der im Verhältnis zum Körper (20) entlang der Klemmenachse (V) beweglich ist, wobei der Schaft (21) die Bewegung der Klemme (1) antreibt.
  5. Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Schaft (21) und die Klemme (1) dieselbe Achse aufweisen und fest miteinander verbunden sind.
  6. Spannvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das zweite feste Auflageelement (51) eine Bohrung ist, deren Achse die Achse des Schafts (21) ist, und das zweite bewegliche Auflageelement (52) die gleitend montierte Klemme (1) ist.
  7. Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei die zweiten Auflageelemente Teil der Führungsglieder (3) sind, wobei der Schaft schwenkbar montiert ist.
  8. Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Führungsglieder (3) eine abnehmbare Platte (31) umfassen, die eine Führungsnut (33) trägt, und ein an der Klemme (1) montiertes Führungsglied (34), das mit der Führungsnut (33) zusammenwirkt.
  9. Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Führungsglieder (3) eine Längsnut (36) in der Verlängerung der Führungsnut (33) umfassen.
  10. Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Klemme (1) zwei Räume (35) zum Befestigen des Führungsglieds (34) umfasst.
  11. Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Führungsnut (33) einen schraubenförmigen Abschnitt (331) umfasst, um die Drehung der Klemme (1) anzutreiben.
