Description

The present invention relates to a method for dismantling a guide arrangement.

The EP 984 126 A2 discloses a guide arrangement for a sliding door suspended at the top on a support rail on a cabinet with two sliding doors which can be slid in parallel planes, in which guide means are arranged on the opposite sliding door underside, which can be inserted into two adjacent guide grooves on the cabinet from below after hanging on the support rails, wherein the guide means are each arranged on a support plate, each of which can be pushed into a mounting plate on the rear of the sliding door. As a result, the respective guide means can easily be brought from an assembly position into an engagement position. With such a guide arrangement, however, it is disadvantageous that when the sliding door is dismantled, the support plate that is pushed out partially protrudes over the underside of the sliding door downwards from the sliding door, so that when the sliding door is set down with the underside of the sliding door on a floor, the guide arrangement or the floor can be damaged. When moving, it may therefore be necessary to dismantle the guide arrangement or to cover the fittings using suitable protective measures.

A further disadvantage is that the guide means can be pushed into the wrong guide groove if the guide grooves are arranged close to one another, which is possibly only noticed when the sliding doors are moved and then requires subsequent correction.

The WO 2015/055533 A1 discloses a guide device for a sliding door, in which a flexible wire is guided in a groove of a guide rail. The flexible wire can be pivotably mounted on a holder.

It is therefore the object of the present invention to create a method for dismantling a guide arrangement, with which, during dismantling, damage to the guide arrangement or a floor is reliably avoided and easy installation and dismantling is ensured.

This object is achieved with a method for dismantling a guide arrangement with the features of claim 1.

In a method according to the invention for dismantling a guide arrangement for a sliding door, the guide means is first moved from an assembled position into an assembly position in which the guide means is disengaged from the guide rail. The sliding door is then set down on a floor, the guide means being displaced from the assembly position into an evasive position, so that damage to the guide arrangement or the floor is reliably avoided.

In a cabinet, the guide means can be moved into three different positions, namely an assembled position in which the guide means is in engagement with the guide rail, an assembly position in which the guide means is out of engagement with the guide rail and can therefore be dismantled, and an evasive position , in which the guide means is arranged completely above an underside of the sliding door. As a result, the guide means can be moved into the assembly position in a simple manner during disassembly and then, if the sliding door is to be placed on the floor, can be moved into an evasive position. This can be done manually or automatically by pushing or pivoting or some other movement, so that the user is sure that a floor or the guide arrangement will not be damaged when the sliding door is set down.

For simple assembly of the guide arrangement, at least one screw or a preferably bolt-shaped fastening means can be provided on the sliding door, on which the guide means is held displaceably or pivotably.

The at least one screw or the bolt-shaped fastening means is received at least in the assembled position in a latching receptacle on the guide means and is securely held in at least one latching position by the latching receptacle having at least one area that is smaller than the diameter of the at least one screw or of the bolt-shaped fastening means. The at least one screw or the bolt-shaped fastening means is able to pass this at least one area with a smaller width due to the material-related elastic deformation above a certain force application, but to remain in this position below this certain force application. It is also possible that some of the elastic deformation of the Bolt-shaped fastening means is provided, for example, in that an elastic sleeve is arranged on the bolt-shaped fastening means.

An energy storage device, in particular a spring, is preferably provided in order to automatically move the guide means from the evasive position into the assembly position. Then, after lifting the sliding door, the guide means can be automatically brought into the assembly position to support the fitter. The guide means preferably assumes the assembly position when, apart from the application of force to the energy accumulator, no further force acts on the guide means.

The guide means is slidably held on the sliding door in order to be moved into the different positions. The guide means can preferably be latched in the assembled position, with latching optionally also being able to take place in the assembly position or the evasive position.

For a simple design of the guide arrangement with only a few components, the guide means can be designed as a U-shaped molded part, preferably made of plastic, which is held with a first leg on the sliding door and the other second leg can be inserted into a groove in the guide rail. The second leg can be made shorter than the first leg in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail and / or in the vertical direction, in particular more than 30% or 50% shorter.

Alternatively, the guide means can also be made of metal and be fixed to an additional holder made of plastic. In this case, beads or embossings can be formed on the guide means made of metal, which on the one hand have better guidance in guide rails made of plastic and thus can otherwise replace other sliding elements, such as sliding shoes often used in the prior art, and on the other hand the guide means Additionally stiffen metal.

A roller can also be arranged on the guide means which engages in the groove of the guide rail and whose axis of rotation is vertically aligned in the mounted position, the diameter of the roller being smaller than the width of the groove of the guide rail in order to make the guide particularly smooth.

In order to prevent engagement in the wrong guideway when moving the guide means into the mounted position in the case of two sliding doors sliding in parallel planes with closely adjacent guideways, the guiding means for the rear sliding door can have a stop or a web that is dimensioned so that the Guide means can only be introduced into the associated front guideway.

Sliding doors are also to be understood in the broader sense as folding doors, folding sliding doors, partition elements or the like.

Figures 12A through 12D several views of a further embodiment of a guide means for a guide arrangement according to the first embodiment, but with closely adjacent guide tracks.

A cabinet 1 comprises a furniture body 2, on which two sliding doors, a front sliding door 3 and a rear sliding door 4, are mounted so as to be movable in two planes in front of the furniture body 2. For this purpose, a running rail 5 is provided on an upper floor of the cabinet 1 belonging to the furniture body 2, on which running parts 7 can be moved so that the sliding doors 3 and 4 are arranged hanging near the upper side.

The Figure 2 shows through the non-parallel arrangement of the sliding door 3 to the front edge of the furniture body 2 that, opposite to the top, a guide means 10 is arranged on the back of the sliding door 3 near the bottom 40, which does not yet engage in a guide rail 8. As described above, the sliding door 3 is arranged in an assembly position in front of the furniture body 2, ie the running parts 7 are suspended in the running rail 5. To the To guide the sliding door 3 or 4 along the floor 6 of the furniture body 2, the guide means 10 must still be moved from the assembly position into the assembled position so that it can engage in the guide rail 8 arranged on the base 9 below the floor 6.

In the Figure 3A the guide arrangement is shown in detail in the assembly position. A guide means 10 made from a molded body is pivotably mounted on an inside of the sliding door 3. The guide means 10 is U-shaped, with one leg 11 being pivotably held on the sliding door 3 by means of a screw 14 and one leg 12 being insertable into a groove in a guide rail 8. For this purpose, the sliding door 3, as described above, is first hung with the running parts 7 in the running rail 5. Then the sliding door 3 is according to the Figure 3A Moved towards the furniture body 2. By pivoting the guide means 10 around the screw 14, the leg 12 can be inserted into the groove of the guide rail 8, whereby the sliding door 3 can be brought closer to the floor 6 and thus parallel to the front edge of the Furniture body is aligned as shown in the Figure 3B is shown. The mounted position has now been reached, ie the sliding door 3 is also guided on the underside in a guide arrangement which enables parallel guidance in front of the furniture body 2. The guide rail 8 is fixed to a base 9 of the furniture body by means of fastening means and is arranged below the floor 6. A guide rail (not shown here) can, however, also be fastened in front of, under or on the floor 6. The guide rail 8 can also, instead of in the Figures 3A and 3B shown step have a slope or rounding that acts as an insertion aid.

In the Figures 4A to 4D the sequence of dismantling the guide means 10 is shown, for example when the sliding door 3 has to be removed from the furniture body 2 for a move. In Figure 4A the guide means 10 is still in the assembled position, with an opening 13 on the leg 11 (as in FIG Figure 9A shown) is provided, which is penetrated by a screw 14, the longitudinal axis of which simultaneously forms the pivot axis for the guide means 10. At a distance from the opening 13, a latching receptacle 15 is formed, which is designed to be open towards an edge of the guide means 10 and then extends in a V-shape to an area with a smaller distance that extends when a shaft of a further screw 16 is inserted from a certain point The application of force can be elastically deformed due to the material if its shaft has a larger diameter this area happens with a smaller distance. Below this specific application of force, the guide means 10 is thus securely held on the screw 16 in the mounted position in the latching receptacle 15. It is also possible that an elastic sleeve is pushed onto the screw 16, which is elastically deformed with a smaller distance when passing the V-shaped area, the reverse deformation in the latching receptacle securely holding the guide means in the mounted position. The elastic sleeve protects the V-shaped area from damage caused by sharp thread designs on the screw 16, so that no special screw with a special shaft has to be used, but a conventional fastening screw can be used.

In order to release the guide means 10, the locking connection is released in that the guide means 10 is pivoted counterclockwise with a certain application of force about the screw 14, as shown in FIG Figure 4B is shown. In the process, the area with the smaller spacing is elastically deformed again and the latching receptacle 15 thus disengages from the screw 16.

Figure 4C shows how the guide means 10 is pivoted by means of an energy store 17, here a spring, from the mounted position to a mounting position by an angle α of 135 ° +/- 10 °, in which the sliding door 3 can be optionally mounted or placed on a floor can. If the sliding door 3 is to be placed on a floor, the part of the guide means 10 protruding downward from the sliding door 3 could damage the floor or the guide means 10 could be damaged. In order to avoid this, the guide means 10 can be pivoted further counterclockwise around the screw 14 against the force of the spring 17, as shown in FIG Figure 4D is shown. The guide means 10 is thus located completely above an underside 40 of the sliding door 3. Both in the assembly position and in the assembled position, the guide means 10 partially protrudes below the underside 40.

The guide means 10 is by the spring 17 of the in Figure 4D The evasive position shown is biased into an assembly position. In the assembly position, the spring 17 is relieved and thus represents the rest position for the guide element 10. If the sliding door 3 is lifted from the floor for assembly, the guide means 10 returns to an assembly position in which the guide means 10 is visible from the outside and easy Way can be pivoted in order to then be locked in the mounted position.

In Figure 5 shows a modified embodiment of a guide arrangement on a furniture body 2 of a cabinet. A guide means 20 is used to guide the sliding door 3, which is again mounted on the top so that it can be moved over running parts 7.

The assembly of the guide means 20 is in the Figures 6A and 6B The sliding door 3 is initially positioned in such a way that a leg 22 of the guide means 20 is arranged below a groove in the guide rail 8. The guide means 20 is then displaced linearly in the vertical direction from the assembly position to the assembled position, as indicated by the arrow in FIG Figure 6B is shown. In the assembled position, the leg 22 engages in the groove of the guide rail 8 and thus ensures that the sliding door 3 is guided.

If the guide means 20 is to be dismantled, the guide means 20 is removed from the in Figure 7A shown mounted position moved. On the guide means 20, two elongated holes 23 with vertical alignment are provided on the leg 21 of the guide means 20, each of which is penetrated by a screw 24. The elongated holes 23 here have a width that is slightly larger than the diameter of the screw 24, so that the guide means 20 is held securely in the lateral and in the vertical direction. In addition, the elongated holes 23 have, approximately in the vertical central position, an area which is designed by indentations of the inner walls of the elongated holes 23 and thus forms a latching receptacle 25. In this area, which corresponds to the mounted position, the U-shaped guide means 20 can be shifted downward by material-related elastic deformation into an assembly position and held securely, which in Figure 7B is shown. For this purpose, the latching forces must be overcome since the guide means 20 is latched in the mounted position on latching receptacles 25 which interact with the screws 24.

If the sliding door 4 is now to be placed on the floor, the guide means 20 is moved into an evasive position which is shown in FIG Figure 7C is shown. For this purpose, the guide means 20 is shifted further upwards along the vertical elongated holes 23 via the latching area in the central position until it is arranged completely above an underside 40 of the sliding door 3.

In Figure 8 the guide means 20 is shown in detail, which is made from a molded part made of plastic and is essentially U-shaped, with one leg 21 being held on the sliding door 3 and the other leg 22 serving for guidance on the guide rail 8.

In Figure 9A the guide means 10 is shown, which is held pivotably on the sliding door 3. The opening 13 and the latching receptacle 15 are formed on the leg 11.

In Figure 9B a modification of the guide means 10 is shown, in which a sleeve 18 is inserted into the locking receptacle 15 on the leg 11. The locking forces for fixing the guide means 10 can be set even more precisely by the sleeve 18. In Figure 9C it is shown that the sleeve 18 is designed as a separate component and can for example consist of metal. Furthermore, to increase the stability, a sleeve 19 is arranged in the area of the opening 13, which can also be made of metal. The sleeves 18 and 19 can also be injected onto the molded part by injection molding. Alternatively it is according to Figure 9D possible to manufacture the sleeves 18 and 19 by injection molding and to shape them onto the molded part. The sleeves 18 and 19 can then be subsequently mounted on the leg 11.

In the Figures 10A and 10B is the guide means 10 of the guide assembly of Figure 3 once again in a front view and in a sectional view, which is guided through the center lines of the screws 14 and 16, it being shown that the guide means is designed asymmetrically with regard to the width of the leg 12 to the leg 11 and like the screws 14 and 16 Engage in sliding door 3. The asymmetrical design is designed so that the width of the leg 12, starting on the side where the locking receptacle 15 is arranged in the leg 11, in the direction of the side where the opening 13 is arranged in the leg 11, only part of the width of the leg 11, the width of the leg 12 being at most approximately half the width of the leg 11. The asymmetrical design is necessary in order to be able to pivot the leg 12 away from the overlap with the guide rail 8, which is required in the assembled position, under the guide rail 8, which corresponds to the assembly position, with the leg 12 then out of engagement with the guide rail 8 has come. This facilitates assembly, since the guide arrangement ultimately can consist of three components, namely the two screws 14 and 16 and the guide means 10.

In the Figures 11A through 11D a modified embodiment of a guide means 30 is shown, which, unlike the previous embodiments, is made of a U-shaped metal sheet, which has a leg 31 on the side of the sliding door 3 and a leg 32 which can be inserted into a groove in the guide rail 8 is. The legs 31 and 32 are connected to one another via an arch 33, whereby the bent metal sheet can be provided with beads, profiles or other shapes, which on the one hand replace additional sliding elements, such as sliding shoes, and on the other hand increase the stability. The leg 31 is slidably held on a holder 34 which is fixed on the sliding door 3. The holder 34 can be fixed to the inside of the sliding door 3 via one or more screws. The holder 34 has a U-shaped receptacle 35 on which the limb 31 is held displaceably, the limb 31 being latchable in different positions on the holder 34. For this purpose, a latching projection 36 is provided on the holder 34, which can be inserted into various openings on the leg 31 in order to be able to move the guide means 30 from an assembly position to an assembled position or from the assembly position to an evasive position.

The Figures 12A through 12D show several views of a further embodiment of a guide means 50 for a guide arrangement according to FIG Figure 3 on a rear sliding door 4, but with closely adjacent guide tracks of a two-track guide rail 60.In addition to all the features of the guide means 10 already described above, an L-shaped, angular or C-shaped web 53 is also arranged on the leg 51 on the guide means 50, which forms a stop and ensures that the leg 52 can only be pivoted into the front guide track 62 during assembly. This prevents incorrect assembly of the leg 52 in the rear guide track 61. The depth distance between the surface of the web 53 and the outer surface of the leg 52 is greater, at most equal to the horizontal distance from the front of the guide rail 60, on which the web 53 comes to rest in the assembly position, to the front of the central web, on the one hand, when pivoting into the mounted position, to prevent incorrect mounting in the rear guide track 61 and, on the other hand, a contact in the mounted position to make contact with the front of the guide rail 60 avoid. For easier assembly, the leg 52 also has correspondingly designed radii or chamfers on the upper edges in the overlap area with the guide track 62. The L-shaped or C-shaped web 53 is arranged below this on the side where the opening 13, i.e. the pivot axis, is located and, with regard to the vertical leg, is only so long that it is in the mounted position at least immediately below the The upper edge of the leg 52 ends.

In the illustrated embodiment, the guide means 10, 20, 30 and 50 are U-shaped. It is also possible to produce the guide means with a different geometry so that they can be moved along a guide rail 8.
