Description

  • L'invention concerne un dispositif pour l'application d'un produit cosmétique. L'invention appartient au domaine des dispositifs de soins cosmétiques, de bien-être et de beauté, agissant superficiellement sur l'épiderme, sans intrusion, pour procurer un effet, dit drainant, dans le but d'affermir et d'adoucir la peau et d'améliorer son aspect.
  • L'invention vise à permettre à un utilisateur, sans connaissance particulière, de mettre en oeuvre au cours de l'application d'un produit cosmétique une action mécanique superficielle sur la peau s'apparentant à un massage cosmétique couramment désigné par les termes « palper-rouler » ou « pincer-rouler », plus particulièrement, mais non exclusivement, sur les parties basses du corps, comme les mollets, les cuisses, les fesses, les hanches et le ventre, mais aussi les bras.
  • La technique du « palper-rouler » est généralement pratiquée par un professionnel et requière, pour être efficace, des séances régulières et un professionnel de soins cosmétiques maîtrisant le geste consistant à pincer la peau et à faire propager le pli ainsi formé avec la vitesse, la pression et le sens adaptés. Pour améliorer encore l'efficacité du massage, la peau est avantageusement préparée par l'application de crèmes ou d'huiles adaptées, préalablement audit massage. La contrainte de se rendre régulièrement auprès d'un tel professionnel pour faire réaliser le massage, encourage les personnes à pratiquer elles-mêmes ce type de massage, pour des raisons économiques et d'adaptation à leur rythme de vie. Toutefois, la maîtrise du geste est délicate, surtout compte tenu du fait que la personne se trouve alors orientée par rapport à la partie de son corps dans le sens opposé à celui du professionnel : compte tenu de la position des pouces, appliquer la pression adaptée et propager manuellement le pli de peau, est plus difficile en tirant qu'en poussant, certaines parties du corps comme les fesses ou l'arrière des cuisses ne pouvant, du reste, pas être atteintes dans de bonnes conditions en situation d'auto-massage.
  • Le document EP 1 472 953 décrit un dispositif permettant, au moyen de rouleaux, de soumettre la peau à une sollicitation proche du « palper-rouler » en faisant rouler lesdits rouleaux sur la partie à masser. Cependant, l'ergonomie de ce dispositif est mal adaptée pour un massage dans le sens approprié, en l'occurrence de bas en haut. Par ailleurs, si ce dispositif permet l'application d'une crème ou d'une huile de massage, celles-ci doivent être appliquées avant le passage des rouleaux. Par suite, l'utilisation d'un tel dispositif est mal aisée dans les circonstances où il s'avérerait le plus utile, notamment sous la douche.
  • Le document US 2005/020948 décrit un dispositif permettant d'appliquer à la peau un effet mécanique, au moyen de rouleaux crantés d'axes sécants. Comme le dispositif précédent, ce dispositif ne permet pas d'appliquer le produit cosmétique sur la région traitée en même temps que les rouleaux agissent sur cette région, le produit doit être appliqué préalablement à l'action mécanique des rouleaux, de sorte que la coopération de l'action du produit cosmétique avec l'action mécanique des rouleaux n'est pas optimale.
  • Ces dispositifs de l'art antérieur, présentent également l'inconvénient de n'agir que sur une surface instantanée réduite, du fait même de leur conception et de leur mode de préhension.
  • Le document US/2007/083135 décrit un dispositif de massage comprenant des rouleaux crantés rotatifs selon des axes sécants et suspendus à l'extrémité de bras de suspension. Ce dispositif de l'art antérieur n'est pas adapté à une utilisation sous la douche.
  • Sans prétendre se substituer à un massage réalisé par un professionnel, l'invention vise, dans ses modes de réalisation, à résoudre les inconvénients de l'art antérieur en permettant d'exercer facilement sur la peau un effet mécanique de pincement et d'étirement en même temps que l'application d'un produit cosmétique et concerne à cette fin un dispositif pour l'application d'un produit cosmétique comprenant :
    1. a. une structure comprenant une face de contact et une face de manoeuvre, la face de contact comprenant une base, de contour sensiblement elliptique avec, sur sa périphérie, une jupe constituée d'un matériau flexible et adapté à glisser sur la peau ;
    2. b. sur la face de contact de la structure, à l'intérieur du contour elliptique de la base, une paire de rouleaux crantés libres en rotation autour d'axes concourants ;
    3. c. des moyens de suspension élastiques desdits rouleaux crantés par rapport à la structure ;
    4. d. sur la face de manoeuvre de la structure, opposée à la face de contact, une forme de préhension sous la forme d'une calotte semi-ellipsoïdale, couvrant tout le contour de la base dont les dimensions sont adaptées à une prise en pleine main ;
    5. e. sur la face de contact, un orifice de distribution d'un produit cosmétique contenu dans un réservoir en communication hydraulique avec ledit orifice, lequel orifice est sensiblement aligné avec le point d'intersection des axes de rotations des rouleaux selon le sens d'utilisation du dispositif.
  • Ainsi, la calotte de préhension permet une bonne tenue en main. Les rouleaux étant placés sur la face opposée à la forme de préhension il est aisé d'appliquer à la fois la pression nécessaire et de réaliser le déplacement du dispositif en maintenant cette pression, quelle que soit la partie du corps qui fait l'objet de l'application, notamment les parties inférieures et l'arrière du corps. Les suspensions des rouleaux permettent de contrôler la pression exercée, et les axes de rotation sécants desdits rouleaux assurent l'effet de pincement et de propagation du pli de peau lors du déplacement subséquent du dispositif objet de l'invention, alors que le positionnement de l'orifice de distribution de produit, dispense le produit exactement là où il faut, en amont de l'action des rouleaux, simultanément à l'action mécanique. La jupe protège le produit ainsi appliqué d'un rinçage prématuré, notamment lors d'une utilisation du dispositif sous la douche, et participe au contrôle de la pression appliquée.
  • L'invention est avantageusement mise en oeuvre selon les modes de réalisation et les variantes exposés ci-après, lesquels sont à considérer individuellement ou selon toute combinaison techniquement opérante.
  • Selon un mode de réalisation du dispositif objet de l'invention, l'orifice de distribution est fermé par un obturateur, et il comprend des moyens pour ouvrir ledit obturateur lorsque qu'une pression est appliquée sur la face de contact. Ainsi, l'obturateur évite l'écoulement du produit cosmétique par les orifices de distribution lorsque le dispositif n'est pas utilisé:
  • Avantageusement, les moyens d'ouverture de l'obturateursont commandés par le déplacement des moyens de suspension des rouleaux. Ainsi, seule l'application de la pression de massage permet de délivrer le produit cosmétique.
  • Avantageusement, le dispositif objet de l'invention comprend :
    • f. une pompe pour l'expulsion du produit contenu dans le réservoir par l'orifice de distribution ;
    • g. un bouton pour actionner la pompe sur la face de manoeuvre.
  • Ainsi l'utilisateur contrôle aisément la distribution de produit cosmétique tout en réalisant le massage.
  • Avantageusement, la pompe et le bouton sont constitués par une membrane souple, fermant le réservoir sur la face de manoeuvre, de sorte qu'une pression sur ladite membrane modifie le volume du réservoir. Ainsi, la pompe est entièrement mécanique, sans pièce en mouvement et sans besoin d'une source d'énergie.
  • Selon un mode de réalisation particulièrement avantageux, le dispositif objet de l'invention comprend tout ou partie de :
    • i. un capteur pour évaluer la pression appliquée sur les rouleaux ;
    • j. un capteur pour évaluer la vitesse de déplacement du dispositif et le sens de rotation des rouleaux ;
    • k. un capteur pour mesurer la température de la peau ;
  • Selon un mode de réalisation, le dispositif objet de l'invention comprend un orifice comprenant une interface spécifique pour le remplissage du réservoir par un produit cosmétique contenu dans un récipient qui comporte une interface de connexion apte à coopérer avec ladite interface spécifique. Ainsi, seuls les produits cosmétiques adaptés à la mise en oeuvre du dispositif objet de l'invention sont utilisables pour remplir le réservoir.
  • Selon un autre mode de réalisation du dispositif objet de l'invention, le réservoir de produit cosmétique est amovible et interchangeable. Ainsi, l'utilisateur change facilement la nature du produit appliqué, celui-ci étant proposé sous forme de capsules de la forme dudit réservoir.
  • Avantageusement, le dispositif objet de l'invention comprend :
    • I. des moyens pour détecter, par la lecture d'un code d'identification, la nature du produit contenu dans le réservoir.
  • Les différents capteurs permettent, par leurs mesures, de qualifier les conditions d'application du produit.
  • À cette fin, le dispositif objet de l'invention comprend avantageusement :
    • m. un module électronique comprenant :
      • mi. des moyens de mémoire ;
      • mii. un port d'entrée et un port de sortie ;

  • Ainsi, ledit module électronique permet, par son microprogramme, de définir les conditions d'application du produit cosmétique, en fonction d'un paramètre ou d'une combinaison de paramètres mesurés au moyen des capteurs.
  • Avantageusement, le dispositif objet de l'invention comprend :
    • n. un moyen d'information sensoriel piloté par le module électronique pour délivrer une information fonction de l'analyse des signaux issus des capteurs.
  • Selon un mode de réalisation particulièrement avantageux, le module électronique du dispositif objet de l'invention comprend :
    • miv. des moyens d'émission-réception radio et des moyens pour établir un réseau personnel sans fil avec un objet connecté.
  • Ainsi, les possibilités d'analyse des paramètres d'application du produit sont augmentées par les capacités de l'objet connecté.
  • Le dispositif objet de l'invention comprenant un module électronique et un moyen d'information sensoriel est mis en oeuvre pour l'application d'un produit cosmétique, selon les étapes consistant à :
    1. i. enregistrer dans les moyens de mémoire du module électronique une plage de valeurs admissible pour un paramètre mesuré à partir des informations émises par un capteur ;
    2. ii. évaluer ledit paramètre au cours de l'application du produit ;
    3. iii. émettre une information à destination de l'utilisateur par le moyen sensoriel si le paramètre mesuré est à l'intérieur de la plage admissible ou si le paramètre mesuré est à l'extérieur de la plage admissible.
  • Ainsi, le dispositif objet de l'invention interagit avec son utilisateur pour le guider dans son geste.
  • La mise en oeuvre du dispositif selon l'invention et d'un objet connecté, permet la mise en oeuvre d'étapes consistant à :

  • Ainsi la présence de l'objet connecté à proximité du dispositif objet de l'invention, n'est pas nécessaire durant l'application du produit pour tirer avantage des capacités d'analyse plus poussées de l'objet connecté.
  • Avantageusement, l'objet connecté dispose d'une capacité de se connecter à internet et met en oeuvre les étapes consistant à :
    • vii. télécharger depuis un serveur, via internet, une mise à jour du microprogramme du module électronique ;
    • viii. transférer dans le module électronique, via le réseau personnel sans fil, la mise à jour du microprogramme.
  • Ainsi le traitement appliqué aux données d'application du produit est évolutif.
  • L'invention est exposée ci-après selon ses modes de réalisation préférés, nullement limitatifs, et en référence aux figures 1 à 10, dans lesquelles :

  • Le dispositif objet de l'invention permet d'appliquer sur la peau un produit cosmétique spécifiquement adapté à une application mettant en oeuvre une action mécanique simultanée sur la partie du corps objet de cette application.
  • Figure 1, selon un exemple de réalisation, le dispositif objet de l'invention est construit sur une base (100) de contour elliptique. Selon cet exemple de réalisation, ladite base et sensiblement plane et constituée d'une matière plastique rigide, obtenue, par exemple, en moulage par injection. Elle constitue la face de contact du dispositif objet de l'invention, face de contact qui est tournée vers la peau lors de l'utilisation du dispositif objet de l'invention. Selon d'autres exemples de réalisation, la forme de la base est galbée selon une simple ou une double courbure, ou son contour suit une forme plus anguleuse, par exemple octogonale ou une forme circulaire, sans que ces exemples ne soient limitatifs. Le dispositif objet de l'invention comprend 2 rouleaux (101, 102) montés libres en rotation selon des axes (111, 112) sécants. Selon cet exemple de réalisation, chaque rouleau est monté libre en rotation dans une cage (121, 122) laquelle cage est liée à la base de manière élastique par des bras (131, 132) de suspension. La face de contact du dispositif objet de l'invention comprend un ou plusieurs orifices (140) pour la distribution d'un produit cosmétique. Selon cet exemple de réalisation, la face de contact comprend également un orifice de remplissage (150), pour le remplissage d'un réservoir de produit cosmétique en communication avec lesdits orifices de distribution (140). Selon un exemple de réalisation, ledit orifice de remplissage (150) comporte une interface mécanique spécifique (non représentée) pour ne permettre son remplissage qu'au moyen de récipients comprenant l'interface mécanique complémentaire adaptée, et ainsi limiter la nature des produits susceptibles d'être introduits dans ledit réservoir. À titre d'exemple non limitatif, ledit réservoir comporte un diaphragme ou une valve que seule une canule de conicité ou de diamètre adaptés est apte à ouvrir.
  • Les orifices de distribution (140) du produit cosmétique sont placés de telle sorte que, selon le sens (190) préconisé d'utilisation du dispositif objet de l'invention, le produit cosmétique est délivré sur la peau juste avant le passage des rouleaux (101, 102) sur la zone d'application. Ainsi, le produit commence à agir sur la peau quelque temps avant que les rouleaux n'entrent en contact avec la zone traitée, temps fonction de la vitesse de déplacement du dispositif objet de l'invention. La position desdits orifices (140) est, selon cet exemple de réalisation, sensiblement alignée avec le point d'intersection des axes (111, 112) de rotation des rouleaux. Ainsi, le produit cosmétique est délivré très exactement sur la zone soumise à l'effet mécanique des rouleaux. Lesdits orifices de distribution (140) étant placés sur la face de contact, le produit distribué est protégé du lessivage lors de l'utilisation du dispositif sous la douche. Cette position en amont du ou des orifices de distribution du produit, combinée à la rotation des rouleaux selon des axes sécants, dont l'intersection pointe dans la direction de déplacement du dispositif, permet d'assurer une répartition sensiblement uniforme de produit, transporté par les rouleaux lors de leur rotation, sur toute la largeur de partie soumise à l'action mécanique de ceux-ci, bien que le dispositif objet de l'invention agisse sur une surface beaucoup plus large, de l'ordre de la larguer d'une main, que les dispositif de l'art antérieur.
  • Selon cet exemple de réalisation la forme des rouleaux (101, 102) comprend une pluralité de disques polygonaux aux angles arrondis, juxtaposés selon l'axe de rotation (111, 112) du rouleau, et décalés angulairement autour de cet axe les uns par rapport aux autres. Chaque angle desdits disques polygonaux constitue un cran en saillie par rapport au cercle inscrit dans le profil polygonal. La forme crantée des rouleaux combinée à leurs axes de rotation (111, 112) sécants, permet d'obtenir, lors du déplacement du dispositif appliqué sur la peau, un effet de pétrissage, la peau située devant les rouleaux, dans le sens (190) de progression préconisé, étant comprimée, alors que la peau située derrière les rouleaux est étirée. Ainsi, le déplacement du dispositif objet de l'invention sur la peau, entraînant les rouleaux en rotation, produit un effet s'apparentant à un massage de type « palper-rouler ». Les rouleaux sont réalisés en un matériau présentant une certaine souplesse comme un élastomère, par exemple en silicone.
  • Selon des variantes de réalisation, la distribution du produit cosmétique par les orifices (140) de distribution est réalisée par gravité ou par des moyens de pompage.
  • Figure 6, dans un cas comme dans l'autre, selon une variante de réalisation, les orifices de distribution du produit cosmétique sont pourvus d'obturateurs permettant d'empêcher l'écoulement du produit par lesdits orifices lorsque le dispositif objet de l'invention n'est pas appliqué sur la peau. Ainsi, selon un exemple de réalisation, lesdits obturateurs sont constitués de tétines (640) souples, constituées d'un élastomère, serties dans les orifices de distribution. Figure 6A, chaque tétine (640) comprend une ou plusieurs fentes (641) latérales, les bords desdites fentes étant jointifs lorsque la tétine (640) n'est pas sollicitée, c'est-à-dire lorsque le dispositif objet de l'invention n'est pas appliqué sur la peau. La viscosité du produit cosmétique est en général suffisante, pour que celui-ci ne puisse pas s'écouler par ladite fente (641) lorsque ses bords sont jointifs. Figure 6B, en situation d'utilisation, la pression (690) exercée sur la peau tend à écraser les tétines (640) et à écarter les bords de la fente (641), qui laisse s'échapper le produit cosmétique. Lorsque la pression (690) est relâchée, la tétine (640) reprend sa forme par élasticité, les bords de la fente (641) sont à nouveau jointifs et empêchent l'écoulement du produit.
  • Selon un autre exemple de réalisation (non représenté) les obturateurs des orifices de distribution sont des clapets, dont l'ouverture est commandée par le déplacement, sous l'effet de la pression d'application, des bras de suspension des rouleaux. Ce dernier mode de réalisation des obturateurs permet de contenir un produit cosmétique très fluide.
  • Figure 2, le dispositif objet de l'invention comprend une face de manoeuvre (200) sous la forme d'une calotte couvrant tout le contour de la base. Selon cet exemple de réalisation, la calotte est de forme semi-ellipsoïdale. Les dimensions de la calotte constituant la face de manoeuvre (200) sont adaptées à une prise en pleine main du dispositif objet de l'invention, avec, selon cet exemple de réalisation, une longueur, selon le grand axe de l'ellipse, comprise entre 120 mm et 170 mm, une largeur, selon le petit axe de l'ellipse, comprise entre 70 mm et 100 mm, et une hauteur au sommet de la calotte par rapport à la base comprise entre 30 mm et 50 mm.
  • Ainsi, figure 4, la main (490) de l'utilisateur épouse la forme de la face manoeuvre (200) du dispositif (400) objet de l'invention, dans une configuration comparable à celle qu'elle prendrait lors d'une caresse sur la partie où est appliqué le produit, ce qui rend le mouvement naturel, avec un meilleur contrôle de la pression exercée.
  • La face de contact du dispositif objet de l'invention couvre ainsi sur une surface de l'ordre 100 cm2, en appliquant une pression sensiblement uniforme sur cette surface, du fait de son mode de préhension, alors que les dispositifs de l'art antérieur, décrits par exemple dans les documents EP 1 472 953 et US 2005/020948 , s'appliquent sur une surface de l'ordre de 10 cm2 compte tenu de leur conception et vis-à-vis de leur mode de préhension.
  • La face de manoeuvre (200) est constituée d'une matière plastique rigide, et, figure 9, selon un exemple de réalisation, comporte avantageusement, localement ou en surface, une ou plusieurs zones plus souples (211) ou en relief (911) pour en faciliter et en sécuriser la préhension. Avantageusement, les zones en relief (911) sont également constituées d'une matière plus souple.
  • En revenant à la figure 2, cette figure représente le dispositif objet de l'invention dans une configuration « libre » c'est-à-dire avant son application sur la peau. Lors de l'application du dispositif sur la peau, les rouleaux (101, 102), montés sur leurs bras de suspension, se déplacent vers l'intérieur de la base en direction de la calotte (200) de préhension jusqu'à ce qu'une jupe (210), montée en périphérie sur le contour de la base, vienne en contact avec la peau. Selon cet exemple de réalisation, la jupe (210) est constituée d'un matériau plus souple, par exemple du silicone.
  • Figure 8, la jupe (210) ainsi montée fait saillie sous la base (100) de sorte qu'elle vient en contact avec la peau lors de l'application du dispositif en exerçant une pression suffisante. Elle participe ainsi mécaniquement et de manière passive au contrôle de la pression appliquée.
  • En revenant figure 2, selon cet exemple de réalisation, une partie (211) de la jupe se prolonge en affleurement sur une portion de la calotte constituant la face de manoeuvre et qui se trouve sous le pouce lors de l'utilisation du dispositif objet de l'invention. Cette partie de la jupe procure ainsi une certaine souplesse dans ladite calotte pour améliorer la préhension.
  • Figure 2 et figure 9, selon un exemple de réalisation, dans lequel la distribution de produit cosmétique met en oeuvre des moyens de pompage, un bouton (240) fait légèrement saillie sur la calotte, par exemple dans une zone située sous le pouce lors de l'utilisation du dispositif objet de l'invention. Ledit bouton (240) actionne des moyens de pompage permettant de distribuer le produit cosmétique contenu dans le réservoir.
  • En position libre, les rouleaux (101, 102) font saillie sous la base et sous la jupe (210). Lors de l'application du produit sur la peau, lesdits rouleaux sont appliqués sur la peau et la pression de la main sur la calotte constituant la face de manoeuvre (200) permet de déformer les bras de suspension et de remonter les rouleaux dans la base jusqu'à ce que la jupe (210) entre en contact avec la peau. Ainsi, la pression d'application des rouleaux sur la peau est réglée de manière précise par la raideur des bras de suspension, et leur position relative par rapport à la face de contact et par rapport à la jupe (210) selon ce mode de réalisation. Ladite pression reste ainsi sensiblement constante dès lors que la jupe (210) reste appliquée sur la peau. La suspension indépendante de chaque rouleau permet au dispositif de s'adapter au galbe de la partie sur laquelle est appliqué le dispositif, et le contact de la face de contact avec la peau, par l'intermédiaire de la jupe, assure un positionnement parfait des rouleaux par rapport à la zone d'application et en regard du déplacement du dispositif, assurant ainsi une efficacité optimale de l'effet mécanique desdits rouleaux sur la peau. La forme et la constitution de la jupe (210) sont conçues de sorte que celle-ci glisse facilement sur la peau mouillée ou sur une peau sur laquelle un produit cosmétique a été appliqué. Ainsi, l'utilisateur du dispositif objet de l'invention maintien facilement une pression adaptée en déplaçant le dispositif sur la partie d'application, tout en maintenant le contact de la jupe (210) avec la peau, sans que le frottement de ladite jupe sur la peau ne soit désagréable. Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, la surface inférieure (212) de la jupe entrant en contact avec la peau, comprend des reliefs dissymétriques (non représentés) qui rendent le glissement de ladite jupe sur la peau, plus facile dans le sens correct (190, figure 1) d'utilisation du dispositif objet de l'invention, et plus résistant dans un autre sens d'utilisation. Ainsi, l'utilisateur utilise instinctivement le dispositif dans le bon sens.
  • Figure 3, la structure du dispositif objet de l'invention comprend la base (100) et la calotte constituant la face de manoeuvre (200), assemblées par clippage, la jupe (210) étant insérée entre les deux lors du montage. Ce mode de réalisation permet un assemblage facile du dispositif objet de l'invention dans le cadre d'une fabrication en grande série. La base (100) rigide est utilisée comme support pour des modules conférant au dispositif objet de l'invention des fonctionnalités supplémentaires, lesquels modules se trouvent cachés et protégés par la calotte constituant la face de manoeuvre (200). Ainsi, le réservoir (340) de produit cosmétique est fixé à ladite base. Selon cet exemple de réalisation, ledit réservoir (340) comprend une membrane (341) souple, laquelle membrane fait saillie à la surface de la calotte, après assemblage, et constitue le bouton d'actionnement de la pompe. Selon ce mode de réalisation, purement mécanique, la pression sur ladite membrane modifie le volume intérieur du réservoir (340) et produit l'effet de pompage pour expulser son contenu par les orifices dédiés. Ce mode de réalisation de la pompe permet également de délivrer la quantité de produit juste nécessaire, définie par le volume en saillie de la membrane (341). Typiquement le réservoir a une contenance comprise entre 5 ml et 10 ml de produit.
  • Selon un autre mode de réalisation, la pompe est une pompe électrique et le bouton commande sur la face de préhension du dispositif objet de l"invention commande la mise en route de la pompe. Selon un mode de réalisation, la commande de la pompe électrique est conditionnée à la fermeture d'un contact actionné par les bras de suspension des rouleaux, de sorte que le produit cosmétique ne peut être délivré que si lesdits rouleaux sont appliqués sur la peau.
  • Selon un mode de réalisation (non représenté), le réservoir est un réservoir amovible. Dans ce cas, selon un exemple de réalisation, l'ouverture (311) de la calotte accueillant le prolongement (211) de la jupe, est utilisée pour introduire ledit réservoir amovible, la jupe ne comprenant alors plus le prolongement (211) vers la calotte, cette partie étant intégrée au réservoir amovible.
  • Selon un exemple de réalisation, la base (100) comporte des logements (391, 392) pour intégrer au dispositif objet de l'invention des moyens électroniques permettant de mesurer et d'analyser les conditions d'application du produit et de l'effet mécanique engendré par les roulaux, ainsi que des piles ou des batteries pour l'alimentation de ces moyens.
  • Figure 7, à titre d'exemple non limitatif, lesdits moyens électroniques comprennent individuellement ou en combinaison :
    • une horloge pour mesurer la durée du massage et sa date de réalisation ;
    • un accéléromètre (711) pour déterminer le sens et la vitesse de déplacement du dispositif au cours du massage ;
    • une jauge (712) de déformation ou un capteur de déplacement des bras de suspension des rouleaux, pour déterminer la pression exercée lors du massage ;
    • un capteur de température (713), par exemple, par mesure d'émission infrarouge, pour mesurer la température de la peau ;
    • et des moyens aptes à lire un code d'identification du produit cosmétique contenu dans le réservoir.
  • Dans une version du dispositif objet de l'invention, dans laquelle le réservoir est un réservoir interchangeable amovible, ledit réservoir comporte des moyens aptes à interagir avec les moyens de lecture d'identification du produit.
  • Dans une version du dispositif objet de l'invention comprenant un réservoir fixe et un orifice de remplissage, ledit orifice est pourvu de moyens apte à coopérer avec des moyens complémentaires d'identification portés par le récipient utilisé pour le remplissage du réservoir.
  • Dans l'une ou l'autre de ces versions, les moyens d'identifications, portés par le contenant de la recharge de produit, comprennent, selon des exemples non limitatifs de réalisation :
    • une puce électronique, ou
    • une zone comportant des parties électriquement conductrices et des parties isolées, disposées selon un motif particulier, ou
    • des picots disposés selon un motif particulier.
  • Le dispositif de lecture porté par le dispositif de massage comprend :
    • des moyens de lecture de la puce électronique de la recharge, ou
    • une série de contacts électriques interagissant avec les zones conductrices et isolées de la recharge, ou
    • des capteurs de contact actionnés par les picots de la recharge.
  • Un module électronique (790) comprenant un port d'entrée (795) et un port de sortie (796) permet de collecter les données issues de tous les capteurs du dispositif objet de l'invention et de les combiner en vue de leur analyse mettant en oeuvre un microprogramme (792) enregistré dans ledit module électronique.
  • La surface de la base et le volume disponible sous la calotte de préhension du dispositif objet de l'invention permettent d'intégrer facilement tous ces moyens.
  • Figures 8 et 9, selon un exemple de réalisation, le dispositif objet de l'invention, dans sa version dite électronique, comprend avantageusement un moyen sensoriel de communication avec l'utilisateur. À titre d'exemple, ledit moyen sensoriel comprend, seuls ou en combinaison :
    • un moyen visuel, comme une ou plusieurs diodes électroluminescentes (950) de couleur installées sur la calotte, ou un écran à cristaux liquides ;
    • un moyen d'émission sonore, simple ou modulé ;
    • un moyen tactile (850), comme un vibreur, par exemple fixé sur la calotte à l'intérieur de celle-ci.
  • L'activation dudit moyen sensoriel est commandée par le module électronique.
  • Les capteurs (711, 712, 713, 714), le moyen sensoriel (950, 850) de communication, le module électronique (790), la batterie (710) et toutes les connexions entre ces éléments sont protégés vis-à-vis des jets d'eau et d'une immersion jusqu'à 1 mètre de profondeur, et répondent à l'indice de protection standard IP 67 selon la norme IEC 60529. Ainsi, le dispositif objet de l'invention est utilisable sous la douche et dans le bain, y compris dans sa version électronique. Les composants électroniques sont également sélectionnés et protégés afin qu'ils puissent résister sans dommage à une exposition à une température de 70 °C, en chaleur humide, pendant une durée d'au moins 5 minutes en fonctionnement.
  • Selon cette version électronique du dispositif objet de l'invention, le module électronique (790) comporte, dans des moyens de mémoire (791), des plages de valeurs relatives aux paramètres caractérisant les conditions d'application du produit et de l'action mécanique sur la peau, et qui sont évalués par le traitement des informations issues des différents capteurs. Par exemple, si pour être efficace, l'application du produit doit être réalisée au cours de déplacements du dispositif de bas en haut sur la partie traitée selon une pression minimale et une vitesse maximale données, alors, le module électronique détecte le début de l'application par les valeurs simultanées de la pression sur les rouleaux et de déplacement du dispositif. La vitesse et le sens de déplacement sont évalués en analysant les informations issues de l'accéléromètre. Alternativement ou de manière complémentaire, les informations concernant le déplacement du dispositif sont obtenues à partir d'un capteur (714) mesurant la rotation des rouleaux. Tant que les paramètres vitesse, pression et sens d'application sont chacun compris dans une plage de valeurs admissible, laquelle plage est enregistrée dans les moyens de mémoire (791) du module électronique, une DEL (950), placée par exemple sur la surface de manoeuvre du dispositif objet de l'invention, dans une zone visible au cours de son utilisation, s'allume en vert. Si la pression d'application baisse ou si la vitesse de déplacement devient trop importante, ou trop faible, alors la DEL s'allume en rouge, ou, si les moyens de communication sensoriels comportent un vibreur (850), celui-ci vibre. Ainsi, l'utilisateur est instantanément averti qu'il s'éloigne des conditions idéales de réalisation de l'application du produit et corrige de lui-même son geste. Par exemple, si l'efficacité est optimale en répétant plusieurs fois, par exemple 3 fois, un passage du dispositif sur une même partie du corps, selon des passes d'une longueur comprise entre 30 cm et 50 cm, de bas en haut par rapport à la station debout et avec une vitesse comprise entre 5 cm.s-1 et 10 cm.s-1, les 3 passages étant réalisés dans un temps maximum de 45 secondes. Selon un exemple de mise en oeuvre, le dispositif objet de l'invention comprend sur la face de manoeuvre un bouton d'initialisation (960). Avant de réaliser les passage sur une partie du corps donnée, l'utilisateur appui sur ledit bouton d'initialisation ce qui déclenche un chronométrage du temps ouvert de 45 secondes par l'horloge, et l'allumage d'une DEL orange signalant à l'utilisateur que le système attend une action. La DEL orange devient clignotante après un temps de 30 secondes si les 3 passages n'ont pas été réalisés. Le microprogramme du module électronique interprète les données issues des capteurs afin de détecter la réalisation de chaque passe. La détection d'une passe est, par exemple, réalisée par la détection de l'application de la pression et du déplacement du dispositif suivis de la détection d'un arrêt du déplacement et d'une relâche de la pression. Le microprogramme compte les passes et allume un DEL verte si les trois passes ont été réalisés dans les temps et les conditions prévues.
  • Avantageusement, le module électronique comporte en mémoire plusieurs plages de valeurs correspondant à différentes phases d'un programme d'utilisation mettant en oeuvre différents produits cosmétiques aux différentes phases. La nature du produit contenu dans le réservoir étant détectée, la plage de valeur utilisée pour le suivi des conditions de massage est sélectionnée en conséquence par le microprogramme.
  • Selon un mode de réalisation simplifié du dispositif objet de l'invention dans sa version électronique, la DEL (950) s'allume en vert dès lors que la pression appliquée adaptée est atteinte, et s'éteint si cette pression sort de la plage recommandée.
  • Avantageusement, la DEL (950) est également utilisée pour renseigner l'utilisateur sur l'état des piles ou des batteries.
  • Ainsi, l'insertion de capteurs et d'un module électronique apporte une aide technique dans l'utilisation adaptée du dispositif et dans la réalisation de l'application d'un produit cosmétique dans des conditions optimales.
  • Figure 5, selon un exemple de réalisation, le module électronique du dispositif objet de l'invention (400) comprend des moyens de communication radio (793) pour établir une communication à courte distance selon un réseau personnel sans fil, ou WPAN, avec un ou plusieurs objets connectés, par exemple avec un téléphone intelligent (500). À titre d'exemples non limitatifs, le réseau personnel sans fil à courte distance, WPAN, est établi selon un protocole Bluetooth®, préférentiellement Bluetooth 4.0 ou « low energy » pour une consommation énergétique moindre, ou encore selon le protocole Zigbee®. La portée des signaux radio à courte distance est comprise entre 5 mètres et 10 mètres et permet ainsi le dialogue entre le dispositif (400) de l'invention et l'objet connecté, alors que l'utilisateur se trouve sous la douche et que ledit objet connecté se trouve au sec.
  • À titre d'exemples non limitatifs, l'objet connecté est un téléphone intelligent, une tablette ordinateur personnel, un ordinateur portable, l'ordinateur d'un système domotique intelligent, une montre ou un bracelet connecté, ou encore un dispositif connecté simplifié spécifiquement dédié au dispositif objet de l'invention. Dans tous les cas l'objet connecté comprend des moyens de mémoire, des moyens de calcul, des moyens d'affichage et des moyens permettant à l'utilisateur d'y entrer des données, comme un écran tactile ou un clavier.
  • L'objet connecté, par exemple un téléphone intelligent (500), est apte à dialoguer avec le module électronique objet de l'invention une fois qu'il a été appairé avec celui-ci, créant ainsi un réseau personnel sans fil avec ledit module électronique. Selon un exemple de réalisation, le téléphone intelligent (500) est maître sur le réseau ainsi créé, le module électronique du dispositif (400) objet de l'invention étant esclave.
  • Selon un mode de réalisation avantageux, ledit objet connecté est lui-même connecté au réseau internet (550) par une connexion séparée de celle le liant avec le dispositif (400) de l'invention. Selon la nature de l'objet connecté, cette liaison avec le réseau internet est une liaison sans fil, par exemple via une connexion WiFi® ou par l'intermédiaire d'un réseau de téléphonie mobile, ou encore une liaison filaire.
  • Dans cette version, dite connectée, du dispositif objet de l'invention, les fonctions techniques de suivi des conditions d'utilisation dudit dispositif sont réparties entre le microprogramme du module électronique et une application logicielle installée dans le téléphone intelligent (500), ou plus généralement dans l'objet connecté.
  • Selon un premier aspect, la version connectée du dispositif objet de l'invention accroît les possibilités d'interprétation des données en regard de la version électronique en offrant des possibilités de calcul et de mémoire plus étendues, et notamment, en offrant la capacité d'analyse de ces données après la réalisation de l'application du produit, afin de les inclure dans un programme de soins cosmétiques, les données en cours d'application restant traitées par le microprogramme. À cette fin, les paramètres caractérisant les conditions d'application sont stockés et horodatées dans la mémoire du module électronique du dispositif (400) de l'invention, et transférées vers le téléphone intelligent (500) lorsque celui-ci est appairé avec ledit module électronique. Ainsi, le suivi des conditions d'application est assuré même si le téléphone intelligent (500) est éteint ou hors de portée lors de la l'application du produit sur la peau.
  • Selon un deuxième aspect, la version connectée du dispositif objet de l'invention offre la possibilité de mise à jour du microprogramme du module électronique. À cette fin, selon une procédure de mise à jour, le téléphone intelligent (500) se connecte, à un serveur d'applications (591) via le réseau internet (550), télécharge en mémoire une mise à jour du microprogramme, et lorsqu'il est appairé avec le module électronique, charge cette nouvelle version du microprogramme dans les moyens de mémoire du module électronique. Selon un autre exemple de réalisation, les informations téléchargées du téléphone intelligent (500) vers le module électronique du dispositif (400) de l'invention se limitent au chargement des plages de valeurs des paramètres d'application, correspondant aux conditions adaptées à la phase du programme de soin cosmétique en cours.
  • Selon un troisième aspect, le dispositif objet de l'invention, dans sa version connectée, permet de construire un programme de soin cosmétique adapté au résultat visé par l'utilisateur. À cette fin l'application logicielle installée dans le téléphone intelligent (500) comprend un système expert, pour déterminer le programme de soin cosmétique personnalisé, en fonction des informations renseignées par l'utilisateur dans ladite application telles que son âge, son poids, sa taille, ses mensurations et les zones dont il souhaite améliorer l'aspect. À partir de ces données, le système expert défini un programme de soins cosmétiques en termes de nombre de séances, de contenu de chaque séance : zones d'application, nombre de passes... des paramètres de chaque séance et de la nature des produits cosmétiques à appliquer lors desdites séances. L'échange des données entre le dispositif (400) de l'invention et le téléphone intelligent (500) permet d'assurer un suivi de l'application du programme de soin cosmétique, mais aussi de guider et d'encourager l'utilisateur, par la diffusion de messages sur l'écran du téléphone intelligent (500).
  • Selon un quatrième aspect de mise en oeuvre du dispositif objet de l'invention dans sa version connectée, le téléphone intelligent est apte à se connecter selon un réseau WPAN avec d'autres objets connectés relevant du bien être, par exemple un pèse-personne (510) connecté, un matériel de gymnastique, ou un bracelet de mesure de l'activité physique. Parallèlement le système expert de l'application du téléphone intelligent préconise un programme de soin cosmétique adapté et évolutif en fonction de l'hygiène de vie de l'utilisateur et de son suivi du programme, et lui dispense des messages d'encouragement pour persévérer dans ledit programme
  • Selon un cinquième aspect de mise en oeuvre du dispositif objet de l'invention dans sa version connectée, le téléphone intelligent (500) se connecte via internet (550) à un serveur (592) de management d'un réseau social et permet à l'utilisateur de se connecter à d'autres utilisateurs du dispositif, connectés par l'intermédiaire de leur téléphone intelligent (501) audit réseau social, afin de partager leur expérience et leurs résultats en créant ainsi une communauté d'utilisateurs s'encourageant mutuellement dans la mise en oeuvre des programmes de soin cosmétique qui leur sont proposés.
  • Avantageusement, l'application installée sur le téléphone intelligent (500) permet à l'utilisateur de commander en ligne les produits cosmétiques adaptés à son programme se sorte que ceux-ci lui soient livrés conformément à son besoin dans sa progression de mise en oeuvre dudit programme de soin cosmétique.
  • Figure 10, ainsi, selon un exemple de mise en oeuvre du dispositif objet de l'invention, au cours d'une étape de comparaison (1040) le microprogramme compris dans le module électronique compare les plages de valeurs (1020) admissibles d'un paramètre relatif à l'application du produit cosmétique au moyen du dispositif objet de l'invention et enregistrées dans les moyens de mémoire du module électronique, avec la valeur de ce paramètre mesurée (1030) au moyen d'au moins un des capteur du dispositif objet de l'invention ou à partir d'une combinaison des données issues de différents capteurs. Si au cours d'une étape de test (1045) le paramètre mesuré se trouve dans la plage de valeurs admissible, alors le microprogramme informe (1050) l'utilisateur par les moyens sensoriels, DEL ou vibreur par exemple, disposés sur le dispositif objet de l'invention, selon une certaine configuration de ces moyens sensoriels, par exemple en allumant une DEL en vert, ou en ne faisant pas vibrer le vibreur. Si le paramètre mesuré ne se trouve pas dans la plage admissible, alors le microprogramme informe l'utilisateur (1060) par les moyens sensoriels du dispositif objet de l'invention en plaçant ceux-ci dans une configuration adaptée, par exemple, en allumant la DEL en rouge ou en faisant vibrer le vibreur. Selon des exemples de réalisation, les plages de paramètres admissibles sont inscrites initialement dans les moyens de mémoire du module électronique, ou celles-ci sont obtenues par un téléchargement (1010) desdites plages, par exemple, depuis un objet connecté appairé avec ledit module électronique.
  • Selon un mode de réalisation perfectionné, les valeurs du ou des paramètres mesurés au cours de l'utilisation du dispositif objet de l'invention sont également transmises (1070) par le microprogramme du module électronique à l'objet connecté appairé.
  • Selon des variantes de réalisation, cette transmission est réalisée en temps réel, ou une fois l'utilisation du dispositif objet de l'invention terminée, dans ce dernier cas ils sont stockés (1080) dans la mémoire du module électronique jusqu'à leur transmission.
  • La description ci-avant et les exemples de réalisation, montrent que l'invention atteint le but visé, en particulier par les caractéristiques structurelles du dispositif objet de l'invention supplémentées par les capteurs, elle permet la mise en oeuvre d'un programme de soin cosmétique dans des conditions optimales. Dans sa version connectée, le dispositif objet de l'invention permet à l'utilisateur de mettre en oeuvre un programme de soin cosmétique personnalisé et d'être encouragé dans la mise en oeuvre de ce programme par le système expert de l'application et par ses échanges avec une communauté d'utilisateurs.

Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif pour l'application d'un produit cosmétique caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :
    a. une structure comprenant une face de contact et une face de manoeuvre, la face de contact comprenant une base (100) de contour sensiblement elliptique ;
    b. sur la face de contact de la structure, à l'intérieur du contour elliptique de la base (100), une paire de rouleaux crantés (101, 102) libres en rotation autour d'axes (111, 112) concourants ;
    c. des moyens (131, 132) de suspension élastiques desdits rouleaux crantés (101, 102) par rapport à la structure ;
    d. sur la face de manoeuvre de la structure, opposée à la face de contact, une forme de préhension sous la forme d'une calotte (200) semi-ellipsoïdale, couvrant tout le contour de la base (100) dont les dimensions sont adaptées à une prise en pleine main ;
    e. sur la face de contact, un orifice (140) de distribution d'un produit cosmétique contenu dans un réservoir (340) en communication hydraulique avec ledit orifice, lequel orifice est sensiblement aligné avec le point d'intersection des axes (111, 112) de rotation des rouleaux selon le sens (190) d'utilisation du dispositif, caractérisé par la face de contact comportant, sur sa périphérie, une jupe (210) constituée d'un matériau flexible et adapté à glisser sur la peau.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'orifice (140) de distribution est fermé par un obturateur (640) et qui comprend des moyens pour ouvrir ledit obturateur lorsque qu'une pression est appliquée sur la face de contact.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, dans lesquels les moyens d'ouverture de l'obturateur sont commandés par le déplacement des moyens (131, 132) de suspension des rouleaux.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, comprenant :
    f. une pompe (341) pour l'expulsion du produit contenu dans le réservoir (340) par l'orifice (140) de distribution ;
    g. un bouton (240) pour actionner la pompe.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, dans lequel la pompe et le bouton sont constitués par une membrane (341) souple fermant le réservoir (340) sur la face de manoeuvre (200) de sorte qu'une pression sur la dite membrane (341) modifie le volume du réservoir (340).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, comprenant au moins un capteur parmi :
    h. un capteur(712) pour évaluer la pression appliquée sur les rouleaux ;
    i. un capteur (711, 714) pour évaluer la vitesse de déplacement du dispositif et le sens de rotation des rouleaux ;
    j. un capteur (713) pour mesurer la température de la peau .
  7. Dispositif selon revendication 1, comprenant un orifice (150) comprenant une interface spécifique pour le remplissage du réservoir (340) par un produit cosmétique contenu dans un récipient qui comporte une interface de connexion apte à coopérer avec ladite interface spécifique.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le réservoir est amovible et interchangeable.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 7 ou la revendication 8, comprenant :
    I. des moyens pour détecter, par la lecture d'un code d'identification, la nature du produit contenu dans le réservoir.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, comprenant :
    m. un module électronique (790) comprenant :
    mi. des moyens de mémoire (791) ;
    mii. un port d'entrée (795) et un port de sortie (796) ;
    miii. un microprogramme (792) pour l'acquisition et l'analyse des informations issues de l'un quelconques des capteurs.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, comprenant :
    n. un moyen sensoriel (850, 950)piloté par le module électronique pour délivrer une information fonction de l'analyse des signaux issues des capteurs (711, 712, 713, 714).
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 10 ou la revendication 11, dans lequel le module électronique comprend :
    miv. des moyens (793) d'émission-réception radio et des moyens pour établir un réseau personnel sans fil avec un objet connecté (500).
