Still, the fastening system of the invention allows also a later release of the domestic appliance, as has been described above referring to the embodiment of FIG 2 .

Claims (18)

  1. Appareil ménager, en particulier four de cuisson, inséré ou pouvant être inséré dans un meuble, ledit appareil ménager comprenant un système de fixation pour fixer ledit appareil ménager dans un meuble,
    - le système de fixation comprenant au moins un élément de fixation (10),
    - l'élément de fixation (10) étant formé comme une pièce profilée en forme de L et comprenant une partie longue (14) et une partie courte (16),
    - la partie longue (14) de l'élément de fixation (10) pouvant être fixée ou étant fixée au niveau d'un côté interne d'une paroi (30) du meuble, tandis que la partie courte (16) de l'élément de fixation (10) peut être agencée ou est agencée devant un côté avant de ladite paroi (30) du meuble,
    - l'élément de fixation (10) comprenant un mécanisme d'encliquetage (20) agencé au niveau de ou devant la partie courte (16) dudit élément de fixation (10),
    - le mécanisme d'encliquetage (20) pouvant venir en prise ou venant en prise avec un cadre avant (24) de l'appareil ménager,
    - le mécanisme d'encliquetage (20) comprenant au moins un crochet d'encliquetage (22) pouvant venir en prise ou venant en prise avec une découpe (26) ou une contre-dépouille du cadre avant (24) de l'appareil ménager,
    - ledit crochet d'encliquetage (22) étant chargé par au moins un élément ressort, et
    - le crochet d'encliquetage (22) s'étendant à l'écart de la partie longue (14) de l'élément de fixation (10) et radialement en vue d'une ouverture avant du meuble, lorsque l'élément de fixation (10) est fixé au niveau de la paroi (30) du meuble.
  2. Appareil ménager selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de fixation (10) comprend au moins un, de préférence deux, trous de vis pour la fixation de la partie longue (14) de l'élément de fixation (10) au niveau du côté interne de la paroi (30).
  3. Appareil ménager selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la partie longue (14) de l'au moins un élément de fixation (10) comprend une surface (40) qui est adaptée pour être positionnée sur ledit côté interne de la paroi (30) du meuble et pour être fixée à ladite paroi (30) par un adhésif (42).
  4. Appareil ménager selon la revendication 3, comprenant au moins une bande de ruban adhésif (42), de préférence ladite bande de ruban adhésif (42) comprenant deux côtés adhésifs opposés, de préférence ladite bande de ruban adhésif (42) ayant une forme correspondant à ladite surface (40) de l'élément de fixation (10) qui est adaptée pour être positionnée sur le côté interne de la paroi (30) du meuble.
  5. Appareil ménager selon la revendication 3 ou 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'au moins un élément de fixation (10) est adapté pour être fixé à la fois audit meuble et audit appareil ménager sans l'aide d'un quelconque moyen de fixation mécanique, tel que, par exemple, l'un quelconque d'une vis (12) et d'un clou, qui nécessite l'utilisation d'un quelconque outil à main, tel qu'une perceuse, un tournevis ou un marteau,
    de préférence le système de fixation ne comprenant que des éléments de fixation (10) qui sont adaptés pour être fixés à la fois audit meuble et audit appareil ménager sans l'aide d'un quelconque moyen de fixation mécanique tel que, par exemple, l'un quelconque d'une vis (12) et d'un clou, qui nécessite l'utilisation d'un quelconque outil à main, tel qu'une perceuse, un tournevis ou un marteau.
  6. Appareil ménager selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la partie courte (16) de l'élément de fixation (10) peut être alignée ou est alignée au niveau du côté avant (34) de la paroi (30) du meuble, l'élément de fixation (10) pouvant de préférence être aligné ou étant aligné au niveau d'un bord entre le côté interne (32) et le côté avant (34) de la paroi (30).
  7. Appareil ménager selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le système de fixation comprend une pluralité des éléments de fixation (10).
  8. Appareil ménager selon la revendication précédente,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les éléments de fixation (10) peuvent être agencés ou sont agencés au niveau de parois latérales opposées (30) du meuble.
  9. Appareil ménager selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant au moins une plaque d'espacement (50, 52) adaptée pour être agencée entre la partie longue (14) de l'élément de fixation (10) et le côté interne d'une paroi (30), la plaque d'espacement (50, 52) comprenant une épaisseur prédéterminée.
  10. Appareil ménager selon la revendication 9, l'au moins un élément de fixation (10) et l'au moins une plaque d'espacement (50, 52) étant formés d'une seule pièce, de préférence,
    l'élément de fixation (10) et la plaque d'espacement (50, 52) étant reliés l'un à l'autre par une charnière à film (54) et/ou l'élément de fixation (10) et la plaque d'espacement (50, 52) étant constitués d'un matériau polymère.
  11. Appareil ménager selon la revendication 10, l'élément de fixation comprenant deux plaques d'espacement (50, 52).
  12. Appareil ménager selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 2, 6 à 11,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le système de fixation comprend au moins une vis (12), de préférence deux vis (10), pour chaque élément de fixation (10), ladite vis (12) peut être fixée respectivement au niveau du côté interne de la paroi (30) ou de la paroi latérale (30).
  13. Appareil ménager selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que

    caractérisé en ce que
    un élément de languette allongé (36) est formé dans l'évidement (18) de l'élément de fixation (10), l'élément de languette (36) agissant comme un ressort et étant prévu pour soutenir la partie saillante au niveau du côté arrière du cadre avant (24) de l'appareil ménager, et de préférence l'élément de languette (36) s'étendant vers l'avant à partir d'une paroi arrière dudit évidement (18).
  15. Appareil ménager selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de fixation (10) est en plastique.
  16. Appareil ménager selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le cadre avant (24) comprend au moins une découpe (26) qui vient en prise ou qui peut venir en prise avec le crochet d'encliquetage (22) du mécanisme d'encliquetage (20) de l'élément de fixation (10), ladite découpe (26) étant agencée dans un côté externe du cadre avant (24).
  17. Appareil ménager selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le cadre avant (24) comprend au moins une contre-dépouille qui vient en prise ou qui peut venir en prise avec le crochet d'encliquetage (22) du mécanisme d'encliquetage (20) de l'élément de fixation (10), ladite contre-dépouille étant agencée au niveau d'un côté arrière du cadre avant (24).
  18. Appareil ménager selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    au moins deux découpes (26) et/ou contre-dépouilles sont agencées au niveau de côtés opposés du cadre avant (24).
