Still, the fastening system of the invention allows also a later release of the domestic appliance, as has been described above referring to the embodiment of FIG 2 .

Claims (18)

  1. Haushaltsgerät, insbesondere ein Backofen, der in ein Möbelstück eingesetzt werden kann, wobei das Haushaltsgerät ein Befestigungssystem zum Befestigen des Haushaltsgeräts in dem Möbelstück umfasst, wobei:
    - das Befestigungssystem wenigstens ein Befestigungselement (10) umfasst,
    - das Befestigungselement (10) als ein L-förmiges Profilteil ausgebildet ist und einen langen Abschnitt (14) und einen kurzen Abschnitt (16) aufweist,
    - der lange Abschnitt (14) des Befestigungselements (10) an einer Innenseite einer Wand (30) des Möbelstücks befestigt werden kann, während der kurze Abschnitt (16) des Befestigungselements (10) vor einer Vorderseite der Wand (30) des Möbelstücks angeordnet werden kann,
    - das Befestigungselement (10) einen Schnappmechanismus (20) aufweist, der bei dem kurzen Abschnitt (16) des Befestigungselements (10) oder davor angeordnet ist,
    - der Schnappmechanismus (20) mit einem vorderen Rahmen (24) des Haushaltsgeräts in Eingriff gelangen kann,
    - der Schnappmechanismus (20) wenigstens einen Schnapphaken (22) umfasst, der mit einem Ausschnitt (26) oder einer Vertiefung des vorderen Rahmens (24) des Haushaltsgeräts in Eingriff gelangen kann,
    - der Schnapphaken (22) durch wenigstens ein Federelement vorbelastet ist, und
    - der Schnapphaken (22) sich von dem langen Abschnitt (14) des Befestigungselements (10) weg und in Draufsicht auf eine vordere Öffnung des Möbelstücks radial erstreckt, wenn das Befestigungselement (10) an der Wand (30) des Möbelstücks befestigt ist.
  2. Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (10) wenigstens eine, vorzugsweise zwei Schraubenlöcher zum Befestigen des langen Abschnitts (14) des Befestigungselements (10) an der Innenseite der Wand (30) umfasst.
  3. Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der lange Abschnitt (14) des wenigstens einen Befestigungselements (10) eine Fläche (40) aufweist, die so ausgelegt ist, dass sie an der Innenseite der Wand (30) des Möbelstücks positioniert und durch einen Klebstoff (42) an der Wand (30) fixiert werden kann.
  4. Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 3, das wenigstens einen Streifen eines Klebebands (42) umfasst, wobei der Klebebandstreifen (42) vorzugsweise zwei gegenüberliegende Klebeflächen umfasst, wobei der Klebebandstreifen (42) vorzugsweise eine Form hat, die der Oberfläche (40) des Befestigungselements (10) entspricht, das so ausgelegt ist, dass es an der Innenseite der Wand (30) des Möbelstücks positioniert werden kann.
  5. Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wenigstens eine Befestigungselement (10) ausgelegt ist, sowohl an dem Möbelstück als auch an dem Haushaltsgerät ohne den Einsatz mechanischer Befestigungsmittel wie z. B. einer Schraube (12) oder eines Nagels, die die Verwendung eines Handwerkzeugs wie etwa eines Bohrers, eines Schraubendrehers oder eines Hammers erfordern, befestigt zu werden, wobei das Befestigungssystem vorzugsweise lediglich Befestigungselemente (10) umfasst, die so ausgelegt sind, dass sie sowohl an dem Möbelstück als auch an dem Haushaltsgerät ohne den Einsatz mechanischer Befestigungsmittel wie z. B. einer Schraube (12) oder eines Nagels, die die Verwendung eines Handwerkzeugs wie etwa eines Bohrers, eines Schraubendrehers oder eines Hammers erfordern, befestigt werden können.
  6. Haushaltsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der kurze Abschnitt (16) des Befestigungselements (10) auf die Vorderseite (34) der Wand (30) des Möbelstücks ausgerichtet werden kann, wobei das Befestigungselement (10) vorzugsweise auf eine Kante zwischen der Innenseite (32) und der Vorderseite (34) der Wand (30) ausgerichtet werden kann.
  7. Haushaltsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungssystem mehrere Befestigungselemente (10) umfasst.
  8. Haushaltsgerät nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungselemente (10) an gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden (30) des Möbelstücks angeordnet werden können.
  9. Haushaltsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, das wenigstens eine Abstandsplatte (50, 52) umfasst, die so ausgelegt ist, dass sie zwischen dem langen Abschnitt (14) des Befestigungselements (10) und der Innenseite einer Wand (30) angeordnet werden kann, wobei die Abstandsplatte (50, 52) eine bestimmte Dicke aufweist.
  10. Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 9, wobei das wenigstens eine Befestigungselement (10) und die wenigstens eine Abstandsplatte (50, 52) einteilig ausgebildet sind, wobei vorzugsweise das Befestigungselement (10) und die Abstandsplatte (50, 52) durch ein Filmscharnier (54) miteinander verbunden sind und/oder wobei das Befestigungselement (10) und die Abstandsplatte (50, 52) aus einem Polymermaterial bestehen.
  11. Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 10, wobei das Befestigungselement zwei Abstandsplatten (50, 52) umfasst.
  12. Haushaltsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2, 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungssystem wenigstens eine Schraube (12), vorzugsweise zwei Schrauben (10) für jedes Befestigungselement (10) umfasst, wobei die Schraube (12) jeweils an der Innenseite der Wand (30) oder der Seitenwand (30) befestigt werden kann.
  13. Haushaltsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (10) eine Aussparung (18) aufweist, die zum Aufnehmen eines vorstehenden Elements auf der Rückseite des vorderen Rahmens (24) des Haushaltsgeräts vorgesehen ist, wobei die Aussparung (18) vorzugsweise in dem langen Abschnitt (14) des Befestigungselements (10) ausgebildet ist und zu der Vorderseite und der Innenseite des Möbelstücks offen ist, wenn das Befestigungselement (10) an der Seitenwand (30) des Möbelstücks montiert ist.
  14. Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein längliches Zungenelement (36) in der Aussparung (18) des Befestigungselements (10) ausgebildet ist, wobei das Zungenelement (36) als Feder dient und zum Halten des vorstehenden Elements an der Rückseite des vorderen Rahmens (24) des Haushaltsgeräts vorgesehen ist, und wobei sich das Zungenelement (36) vorzugsweise von einer Rückwand der Aussparung (18) nach vorn erstreckt.
  15. Haushaltsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (10) aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
  16. Haushaltsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vordere Rahmen (24) wenigstens einen Ausschnitt (26) umfasst, der mit dem Schnapphaken (22) des Schnappmechanismus (20) des Befestigungselements (10) in Eingriff gelangen kann, wobei der Ausschnitt (26) in einer Außenseite des vorderen Rahmens (24) angeordnet ist.
  17. Haushaltsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vordere Rahmen (24) wenigstens eine Vertiefung aufweist, die mit dem Schnapphaken (22) des Schnappmechanismus (20) des Befestigungselements (10) in Eingriff gelangen kann, wobei die Vertiefung an einer Rückseite des vorderen Rahmens (24) angeordnet ist.
  18. Haushaltsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens zwei Ausschnitte (26) und/oder Vertiefungen an gegenüberliegenden Seiten des vorderen Rahmens (24) angeordnet sind.
