Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Verfahren zur Reduzierung der Transpiration des Körpers und/oder zur Reduzierung des durch die Transpiration ausgelösten Körpergeruchs, bei welchem Phosphathaltige schweißhemmende kosmetische Mittel (M1) auf die menschliche Haut appliziert werden und für mindestens 1 Stunde am Applikationsort verbleiben. Der Einsatz der mindestens einen Phosphatverbindung in diesen Verfahren führt zu einer schweißhemmenden Wirkung bzw. zur Verminderung des durch Schweiß ausgelösten Körpergeruchs.
Description
„Verfahren zur Reduzierung des Schweißes und/oder Körpergeruchs unter Verwendung von Phosphatverbindungen"
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Reduzierung der Transpiration des Körpers und/oder zur Reduzierung des durch die Transpiration ausgelösten Körpergeruchs, bei welchem ein Phosphat-haltiges schweißhemmendes kosmetisches Mittel (M1 ) auf die menschliche Haut appliziert wird und für mindestens 1 Stunde am Applikationsort verbleibt. Dieses schweißhemmende Mittel (M1 ) enthält höchstens 1 Gew.-% schweißhemmender Aluminium- und/oder Aluminium- Zirkoniumsalze. Der Einsatz der mindestens einen Phosphatverbindung in den erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren führt zu einer schweißhemmenden Wirkung bzw. zur Verminderung des durch Schweiß ausgelösten Körpergeruchs.
Weiterhin betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung die Verwendung mindestens einer Phosphatverbindung zur Reduzierung der Transpiration des Körpers und/oder zur Reduzierung des durch die Transpiration ausgelösten Körpergeruchs.
Das Waschen, Reinigen und Pflegen des eigenen Körpers stellt ein menschliches Grundbedürfnis dar und die moderne Industrie versucht fortlaufend, diesen Bedürfnissen des Menschen in vielfältiger Weise gerecht zu werden. Besonders wichtig für die tägliche Hygiene ist die anhaltende Beseitigung oder zumindest Reduzierung des Körpergeruchs und der Achselnässe. Im Stand der Technik sind zahlreiche spezielle deodorierende oder schweißhemmende Körperpflegemittel bekannt, welche für die Anwendung in Körperregionen mit einer hohen Dichte von Schweißdrüsen, insbesondere im Achselbereich, entwickelt wurden. Diese sind in den unterschiedlichsten Darreichungsformen konfektioniert, beispielsweise als Puder, in Stiftform, als Aerosolspray, Pumpspray, flüssige und gelförmige Roll-on-Applikation, Creme, Gel und als getränkte flexible Substrate (Deotücher).
Die in Verfahren des Standes der Technik zur Verminderung der Transpiration eingesetzten kosmetischen Antitranspirantien enthalten mindestens eine schweißhemmende Verbindung, insbesondere in Form von Halogeniden und/oder Hydroxyhalogeniden von Aluminium und/oder Zirkonium. Diese schweißhemmenden Verbindungen verringern zum einen die Schweißsekretion des Körpers durch temporäre Verengung und/oder Verstopfung der Ausführungsgänge der Schweißdrüsen, so dass die Schweißmenge um etwa 20 bis 60 Prozent reduziert werden kann. Zum anderen verhindern sie aufgrund ihrer antimikrobiellen Wirkung den Abbau von zunächst geruchlosem Schweiß zu übelriechenden Verbindungen und somit die Entstehung von Körpergeruch. Die in den verwendeten Mitteln enthaltenen Halogenide und/oder Hydroxyhalogenide von Aluminium und/oder Zirkonium können jedoch in Verbindung mit dem sauren pH-Wert dieser Mittel bei einigen Anwendern zu unangenehmen Hautreaktionen führen. Darüber hinaus kann die Verwendung der vorgenannten schweißhemmenden Verbindungen zu einer Fleckenbildung auf der Kleidung führen. Es besteht daher ein Bedarf die in Verfahren zur Verminderung der Transpiration eingesetzten schweißhemmende Halogenide und/oder Hydroxyhalogenide von Aluminium und/oder Zirkonium gegen andere schweißhemmende kosmetische Wirkstoffe auszutauschen. Diese Wirkstoffe sollen eine gute schweißhemmende Wirkung, eine gute Hautverträglichkeit sowie eine einfache
Formulierbarkeit aufweisen. Darüber hinaus sollen diese schweißhemmenden Wirkstoffe keinen negativen Einfluss auf die Lagerstabilität der verwendeten kosmetischen Mittel aufweisen.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung lag die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Verfahren zur Reduzierung der Transpiration des Körpers und/oder zur Reduzierung des durch die Transpiration ausgelösten Körpergeruchs bereitzustellen, welches die Nachteile des Standes der Technik vermeidet bzw. zumindest abschwächt und welches zu einer zuverlässigen Verminderung von Achselnässe bei gleichzeitig guter Hautverträglichkeit führt.
Es wurde nun überraschend gefunden, dass der Einsatz mindestens einer Phosphatverbindung in kosmetischen Verfahren zu einer schweißhemmenden und/oder geruchshemmenden Wirkung führt, welche mit der erzielten schweißhemmenden und geruchshemmenden Wirkung von in Verfahren des Standes der Technik eingesetzten Aluminiumsalzen und/oder Aluminium-Zirkoniumsalzen nahezu vergleichbar ist. Jedoch wird bei Verwendung dieser Phosphatverbindungen keinerlei Hautreizung beobachtet.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist somit ein kosmetisches Verfahren zur Reduzierung der Transpiration des Körpers und/oder zur Reduzierung des durch die Transpiration ausgelösten Körpergeruchs, bei welchem ein schweißhemmendes kosmetisches Mittel (M1 ) auf die menschliche Haut appliziert wird und für mindestens 1 Stunde am Applikationsort verbleibt, wobei das schweißhemmende kosmetische Mittel (M1 ) in einem kosmetisch verträglichen Träger - bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des kosmetischen Mittels (M1 ) - a) mindestens eine Phosphatverbindung, und
b) höchstens 1 ,0 Gew.-% an schweißhemmenden Aluminium- und/oder Aluminium- Zirkoniumsalzen enthält.
Durch den Einsatz von Phosphat-haltigen kosmetischen Mitteln in dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren wird eine hervorragende Verminderung von Schweiß, insbesondere Achselschweiß, erreicht, ohne dass Hautreizungen auftreten. Weiterhin wird durch den Einsatz der mindestens einen Phosphatverbindung auch eine verminderte Entstehung von Körpergeruch beobachtet. Somit wird auch Einsatz äußerst geringer Mengen bzw. bei Abwesenheit schweißhemmender Halogenide und/oder Hydroxyhalogenide von Aluminium und/oder Zirkonium eine effektive Verminderung des Achselschweißes und/oder des Körpergeruchs gewährleistet. Die erfindungsgemäß verwendeten kosmetischen Mittel (M1 ) können durch Vermischen der mindestens einen Phosphatverbindung mit dem mindestens einen Aluminium- und/oder Aluminium-Zirkoniumsalz erhalten werden.
Unter dem Begriff„schweißhemmend" wird erfindungsgemäß die Verminderung bzw. Reduzierung der Transpiration der Schweißdrüsen des Körpers verstanden.
Darüber hinaus werden unter dem Begriff „Aluminium- und/oder Aluminium-Zirkoniumsalze" im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung insbesondere Chloride, Bromide und lodide des Aluminiums und/oder des Zirkoniums sowie Verbindungen der Formeln AI(OH)yX und Zr(OH)zX verstanden, wobei X in den vorgenannten Formeln für ein Halogenidion steht.
Zudem werden unter dem Begriff „Phosphatverbindung" Salze der ortho-Phosphorsäure, wie beispielsweise Orthophosphate (Dihydrogenphosphate), sekundäre Orthophosphate
(Hydrogenphosphate) und tertiären Orthophosphat verstanden. Die ortho-Phosphorsäure enthält hierbei keinerlei organische Reste. Weiterhin fallen unter diesem Begriff auch Kondensationsprodukte von Salzen der ortho-Phosphorsäure, welche aus Hydrogenphosphaten durch intermolekularen Wasserentzug unter Bildung von P-O-P-Brücken entstehen. Die Polyphosphate sind daher ausschließlich aus Phosphor und Sauerstoff aufgebaut und enthalten keinerlei Kohlenstoff-haltige Reste. Die Polyphosphate der vorliegenden Erfindung sind beispielsweise durch Umsetzung von ortho-Phosphorsäure und Natriumhydroxid bzw. Kaliumhydroxid sowie anschließender Entwässerung und Aufschmelzung herstellbar. Darüber hinaus sind unter dem Begriff „Phosphatverbindung" auch Mischungen von Salzen der Orthophosphorsäure sowie von Polyphosphaten zu verstehen. Unter dem Begriff „Phosphatverbindung" gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung sind jedoch keine Phosphorsäureester, insbesondere Ester der Phosphorsäure mit organischen Resten, zu verstehen.
Weiterhin wird unter dem Begriff„kosmetisches Öl" im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung ein für die kosmetische Verwendung geeignetes Öl verstanden, welches mit Wasser nicht in allen Mengen mischbar ist. Bei dem erfindungsgemäß verwendeten kosmetischen Öl handelt es sich weder um Riechstoffe, noch um ätherische Öle.
Darüber hinaus werden unter dem Begriff „Wachse" im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung Substanzen verstanden, welche bei 20 °C knetbar oder fest bis brüchig hart sind, eine grobe bis feinkristalline Struktur aufweisen und farblich durchscheinend bis opak, aber nicht glasartig sind. Weiterhin schmelzen diese Substanzen über 25 °C ohne Zersetzung, sind wenig oberhalb des Schmelzpunktes leicht flüssig (wenig viskos), weisen eine stark temperaturabhängige Konsistenz und Löslichkeit auf und sind unter leichtem Druck polierbar.
Zudem sind unter dem Begriff der„Fettsäuren", wie er im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung verwendet wird, aliphatische Carbonsäuren zu verstehen, welche unverzweigte oder verzweigte Kohlenstoffreste mit 4 bis 40 Kohlenstoffatomen aufweisen. Die im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung eingesetzten Fettsäuren können sowohl natürlich vorkommende als auch synthetisch hergestellte Fettsäuren sein. Weiterhin können die Fettsäuren einfach oder mehrfach ungesättigt sein.
Schließlich sind unter dem Begriff der „Fettalkohole" im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung aliphatische, einwertige, primäre Alkohole zu verstehen, welche unverzweigte oder verzweigte Kohlenwasserstoffreste mit 4 bis 40 Kohlenstoffatomen aufweisen. Die im Rahmen der Erfindung eingesetzten Fettalkohole können auch ein- oder mehrfach ungesättigt sein.
Die Angabe Gew.-% bezieht sich vorliegend, sofern nichts anderes angegeben ist, auf das Gesamtgewicht der erfindungsgemäß verwendeten schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittel (M1 ). Erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaft wird das schweißhemmende kosmetische Mittel (M1 ) zur Reduzierung der Transpiration in der Achsel und/oder zur Reduzierung von Achselgeruch verwendet. Bevorzugte erfindungsgemäße Verfahren sind daher dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das schweißhemmende kosmetische Mittel (M1 ) auf die Haut der Achselhöhle appliziert wird.
Die erfindungsgemäß verwendeten schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittel (M1 ) enthalten die mindestens eine Phosphatverbindung in einem kosmetischen Träger. Erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt ist dieser Träger wasserfrei, wässrig, alkoholisch oder wässrig-alkoholisch.
Unter einem wasserfreien Träger wird erfindungsgemäß ein Träger verstanden, welcher weniger als 10 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittels (M1 ), freies Wasser enthält. Unter freiem Wasser im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung wird Wasser verstanden, welches von Kristallwasser, Hydratationswasser oder ähnlich molekular gebundenem Wasser der eingesetzten Bestandteile verschieden ist. Der kosmetische Träger des erfindungsgemäß verwendeten schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittels (M1 ) enthält bevorzugt freies Wasser in einer Gesamtmenge von weniger als 8,0 Gew.-%, bevorzugt von weniger als 5,0 Gew.-%, weiter bevorzugt von weniger als 3,0 Gew.-%, noch mehr bevorzugt von weniger als 1 ,0 Gew.-%, insbesondere von 0 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittels (M1 ).
Wasserfreie Träger enthalten bevorzugt ein bei 20 °C und 1.013 hPa flüssiges kosmetisches Öl, welches ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe von (i) flüchtigen cyclischen Siliconölen, insbesondere cyclischen und linearen Siliconölen; (ii) flüchtigen Nichtsiliconölen, insbesondere flüssigen Paraffinölen und Isoparaffinölen; (iii) nichtflüchtigen Siliconölen; (iv) nichtflüchtigen Nichtsiliconölen; sowie (v) deren Mischungen.
Der Begriff „flüchtiges Öl" bezeichnet erfindungsgemäß Öle, welche bei 20 °C und einem Umgebungsdruck von 1.013 hPa einen Dampfdruck von 2,66 Pa bis 40.000 Pa (0,02 bis 300 mm Hg), vorzugsweise von 10 bis 12.000 Pa (0, 1 bis 90 mm Hg), weiter bevorzugt von 13 bis 3.000 Pa (0,1 bis 23 mm Hg), insbesondere von 15 bis 500 Pa (0,1 bis 4 mm Hg), aufweisen.
Darüber hinaus werden unter dem Begriff„nichtflüchtige Öle" im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung Öle verstanden, welche bei 20 °C und einem Umgebungsdruck von 1 .013 hPa einen Dampfdruck von weniger als 2,66 Pa (0,02 mm Hg) aufweisen.
Es kann erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt sein, Mischungen von flüchtigen Siliconölen und flüchtigen Nichtsiliconölen als Träger einzusetzen, da hierdurch ein trockeneres Hautgefühl erreicht wird. Weiterhin kann es im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung bevorzugt sein, wenn als Träger ein nichtflüchtiges Siliconöl und/oder ein nichtflüchtiges Nichtsiliconöl eingesetzt wird, um unlösliche Bestandteile, wie Talkum, Phosphatverbindungen oder auf der Haut angetrocknete Inhaltsstoffe, zu maskieren.
Erfindungsgemäß besonders bevorzugt ist der Einsatz von Mischungen von nichtflüchtigen und flüchtigen kosmetischen Ölen, da auf diese Weise Parameter wie Hautgefühl, Sichtbarkeit des Rückstands und Stabilität des erfindungsgemäß verwendeten schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittels (M1 ) eingestellt und das Mittel somit besser an die Bedürfnisse der Verbraucher angepasst werden kann.
Die im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung einsetzbaren flüchtigen und nichtflüchtigen Siliconöle sowie flüchtigen und nichtflüchtigen Nichtsiliconöle sind beispielsweise in den Offenlegungsschriften DE 10 2010 063 250 A1 und DE 10 2012 222 692 A1 offenbart.
Das bei 20 °C und 1 .013 hPa flüssige kosmetische Öl wird bevorzugt in einer Gesamtmenge von 1 ,0 bis 98 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise von 2,0 bis 85 Gew.-%, bevorzugt von 4,0 bis 75 Gew.-%, weiter bevorzugt von 6,0 bis 70 Gew.-%, noch weiter bevorzugt von 8,0 bis 60 Gew.-%, insbesondere von 8,0 bis 20 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittels (M1 ), eingesetzt.
Ein wässriger Träger enthält im Sinne der Erfindung mindestens 10 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittels (M1 ), freies Wasser. Bevorzugt enthält der Träger freies Wasser in einer Gesamtmenge von 15 bis 95 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise von 30 bis 70 Gew.-%, insbesondere von 40 bis 60 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittels (M1 ).
Alkoholische Träger enthalten erfindungsgemäß mindestens 1 ,0 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittels (M1 ), eines Ci-C4-Alkohols und/oder eines C2-C6-Alkylalkohol mit mindestens einer Hydroxygruppe. Hierunter fallen beispielsweise Ethanol, Ethylenglykol, Isopropanol, 1 ,2-Propylenglykol, 1 ,3-Propylenglykol, Glyzerin, n-Butanol, 1 ,3- Butylenglykol sowie deren Mischungen. Als alkoholischer Träger wird besonders bevorzugt Ethanol eingesetzt.
Ein bevorzugter alkoholischer Träger enthält daher Ethanol in einer Gesamtmenge von 1 ,0 bis 99 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise von 5,0 bis 70 Gew.-%, bevorzugt von 7,0 bis 50 Gew.-%, insbesondere von 10 bis 30 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittels (M1 ).
Unter wässrig-alkoholischen Trägern sind im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung wässrige Träger, welche zusätzlich mindestens 1 ,0 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittels (M1 ), eines Ci-C4-Alkohols und/oder eines C2-C6- Alkylalkohol mit mindestens einer Hydroxygruppe enthalten, zu verstehen.
Die mittels des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens erzielte schweißhemmende und/oder geruchshemmende Wirkung wird bevorzugt ausschließlich durch Verwendung mindestens einer Phosphatverbindung erreicht. Es ist daher im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung vorteilhaft, wenn das kosmetische Mittel (M1 ) 0 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des kosmetischen Mittels (M1 ), an schweißhemmenden Aluminium- und/oder Aluminium-Zirkoniumsalzen enthält. Erfindungsgemäß besonders bevorzugt eingesetzte kosmetische Mittel (M1 ) enthalten daher keinerlei schweißhemmende Salze von Aluminium- und/oder Aluminium-Zirkonium. Insbesondere sind bevorzugt keine der nachfolgend genannten schweißhemmenden Salze von Aluminium- und/oder Aluminium-Zirkonium enthalten:
(i) wasserlösliche adstringierende anorganische Salze des Aluminiums, insbesondere Aluminiumchlorhydrat, Aluminiumsesquichlorohydrat, Aluminiumdichlorohydrat, Aluminium-hydroxid, Kaliumaluminiumsulfat, Aluminiumbromhydrat, Aluminiumchlorid, Aluminiumsulfat;
(ii) wasserlösliche adstringierende organische Salze des Aluminiums, insbesondere Aluminiumchlorhydrex-Propylenglycol, Aluminiumchlorhydrex-Polyethylenglycol, Aluminium- Propylenglycol-Komplexe, Aluminiumsesquichlorhydrex-Propylenglycol, Aluminiumsesqui-
chlorhydrex-Polyethylenglycol, Aluminium-Propylenglycol-dichlorhydrex, Aluminium-Poly- ethylenglycol-dichlorhydrex, Aluminiumundecylenoylcollagenaminosäure, Natriumaluminium-Iactat, Natriumaluminiumchlorhydroxylactat, Aluminiumlipoaminosäuren, Aluminiumlactat,
Aluminiumchlorohydroxyallantoinat, Natrium-Aluminium-Chlorohydroxylactat;
(iii) wasserlösliche adstringierende anorganische Aluminium-Zirkoniumsalze, insbesondere Alumini- umzirconiumtrichlorhydrat, Aluminiumzirconiumtetrachlorhydrat, Aluminiumzirconiumpentachlor- hydrat, Aluminiumzirconiumoctachlorhydrat;
(iv) wasserlösliche adstringierende organische Aluminium-Zirkoniumsalze, insbesondere Aluminium- zirkonium-Propylenglycol-Komplexe, Aluminiumzirconiumtrichlorhydrexglycin, Aluminiumzirco- niumtetrachlorhydrexglycin, Aluminiumzirconiumpentachlorhydrexglycin, Aluminiumzirconiumocta- chlorhydrexglycin; sowie
(v) deren Mischungen.
Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung hat es sich als vorteilhaft erwiesen, lineare und/oder cyclische Phosphatverbindungen einzusetzen. Lineare Phosphatverbindungen können sowohl Salze der ortho-Phosphorsäure als auch lineare bzw. kettenförmige Polyphosphate sein. Letztere sind auch unter der Bezeichnung catena-Polyphosphate bekannt. Als cyclische Phosphatverbindungen können ringförmige Polyphosphate eingesetzt werden, welche auch als meta- bzw. cyclo- Polyphosphate bezeichnet werden. Bevorzugte erfindungsgemäße Verfahren sind daher dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Phosphatverbindung ausgewählt ist aus linearen oder cyclischen Phosphatverbindungen sowie deren Mischungen.
Der Einsatz von linearen Phosphatverbindungen der Formel (I) hat sich im Hinblick auf die schweißhemmende und/oder geruchshemmende Wirkung als besonders vorteilhaft erwiesen. Bevorzugte erfindungsgemäße Verfahren sind daher dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Phosphatverbindung die Formel (I) aufweist

x und z, jeweils unabhängig voneinander, für ganze Zahlen von 1 bis 50, vorzugsweise von 1 bis 20, bevorzugt von 1 bis 10, insbesondere von 1 bis 4 stehen,
y für ganze Zahlen von 0 bis 100, vorzugsweise von 0 bis 40, bevorzugt von 0 bis 20, insbesondere von 0 bis 4, steht, und
M für ein ein- oder mehrwertiges Kation aus der Gruppe der Alkalimetalle, der Erdalkalimetalle, der Übergangsmetalle, der organischen Kationen oder für Ammonium steht. Unter dem Begriff „organische Kationen" sind erfindungsgemäß kationische Verbindungen zu verstehen, welche mindestens ein Kohlenstoffatom enthalten.
In diesem Zusammenhang ist es erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt, wenn das organische Kation ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe von basischen Aminosäuren, Verbindungen der Formel N+(R)4, worin R für lineare oder verzweigte C2-Cio-Alkylgruppen, welche gegebenenfalls mit mindestens einer Hydroxylgruppe substituiert sind, steht, Imidazoliumverbindungen, Pyridiniumverbindungen, Pyrrolidiniumverbindungen sowie Sulfoniumverbindungen. Basische Aminosäuren weisen in der
Seitenkette mindestens einen Protonenakzeptor auf. Derartige Aminosäuren sind beispielsweise Arginin, Histidin und Lysin. Unter Verbindungen der Formel N+(R)4 werden protonierte Alkylamine sowie Alkanolamine verstanden. Besonders geeignete Alkylamine sind Monoalkyl-, Dialkyl- und Trialkylamine, wie Diethyl- und Triethylamin, Diisopropylamin und Isopropylamin. Alkanolamine bzw. Aminoalkohole weisen sowohl eine Amino- als auch eine Hydroxygruppe auf. Der Rest R in der Formel N+(R)4 enthält daher folglich mindestens eine OH-Gruppe. Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung geeignete Alkanolamine sind beispielsweise Cholin, welches auch unter der Bezeichnung [(2-Hydroxyethyl)trimethylammonium bekannt ist und die Formel HO-CH2-CH2-N+(CH3)3 aufweist. Weitere geeignete Alkanolamine sind ausgewählt aus der Gruppe von 2-Aminoethan-1-ol (Mono- ethanolamin), 3-Aminopropan-1-ol, 4-Aminobutan-1 -ol, 5-Aminopentan-1-ol, 1 -Aminopropan-2-ol (Monoisopropanolamin), 1-Aminobutan-2-ol, 1-Aminopentan-2-ol, 1-Aminopentan-3-ol, 1-Amino- pentan-4-ol, 2-Amino-2-methyl-propanol, 2-Amino-2-methylbutanol, 3-Amino-2-methylpropan-1-ol,
1- Amino-2-methylpropan-2-ol, 3-Aminopropan-1 ,2-diol, 2-Amino-2-methylpropan-1 ,3-diol, 2-Amino-
2- ethyl-1 ,3-propandiol, Ν,Ν-Dimethyl-ethanolamin, Triethanolamin, Diethanolamin und Triiso- propanolamin. Die im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung einsetzbaren Imidazoliumverbindungen (Formel (II I)), Pyridiniumverbindungen (Formel (IV)), Pyrrolidiniumverbindungen (Formel (V)) sowie Sulfoniumverbindungen (Formel (VI)) weisen bevorzugt die nachfolgend genannten Formeln (II I) bis (VI) auf, in welchen der Rest Ri jeweils für Wasserstoff, OH oder eine lineare oder verzweigte C2- Cio-Alkylgruppe, welche gegebenenfalls mit mindestens einer Hydroxylgruppe substituiert ist, steht
Wenn als Phosphatverbindung der Formel (I) lineare Mono-, Di-, Tri- und Tetraphosphate verwendet werden, hat sich der Einsatz von bestimmten anorganischen Kationen als Gegenionen als vorteilhaft im Hinblick auf die schweißhemmende und/oder geruchshemmende Wirkung herausgestellt. Bevorzugte erfindungsgemäße Verfahren dieser Ausführungsform sind daher dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Formel (I) x und z, jeweils unabhängig voneinander, für ganze Zahlen von 1 bis 4 stehen, y für ganze Zahlen von 0 bis 4 steht und M für Na+, K+, Li+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Zn2+, 1/2 Mn2+, 1/2 Cu2+, V3 Fe3+, 1/4 Zr4*, 1/4 Ti4+ oder Ammonium steht.
Besonders gute Ergebnisse wurden im Rahmen des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens erhalten, wenn als Phosphatverbindung Natriumhydrogenphosphat der Formel NaH2PÜ4 oder Natriumpyrophosphat der Formel ΝΆ-ΜΊΡΙΟΊ eingesetzt wird. Bevorzugte erfindungsgemäße Verfahren sind daher dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Formel (I) x für die ganze Zahl 1 oder 2 steht, y für die ganze Zahl 2 steht, z für die ganze Zahl 1 steht und M für Na+ steht. Der Einsatz von kosmetischen Mitteln, welche Natriumhydrogenphosphat und/oder Natriumpyrophosphat enthalten, in erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren führt zu einer besonders guten schweißhemmenden und/oder geruchshemmenden Wirkung selbst bei Abwesenheit der zuvor genannten Aluminium- und/oder
Aluminium-Zirkoniumsalze. Weiterhin weist das eingesetzte Natnumhydrogenphosphat und/oder Natriumpyrophosphat eine gute Hautverträglichkeit auf.
Es ist im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung jedoch auch möglich, eine cyclische Phosphatverbindung einzusetzen. Der Einsatz der cyclischen Phosphatverbindung kann alleine oder in Kombination mit einer linearen Phosphatverbindung erfolgen. Es ist erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt, wenn die mindestens eine Phosphatverbindung die Formel (II) aufweist worin
n für ganze Zahlen von 2 bis 10, vorzugsweise von 2 bis 8, bevorzugt von 2 bis 6, insbesondere von 2 bis 4 steht, und
M' für ein ein- oder mehrwertiges Kation aus der Gruppe der Alkalimetalle, der Erdalkalimetalle, der Übergangsmetalle, der organischen Kationen oder für Ammonium steht.
In diesem Zusammenhang ist es erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt, wenn das organische Kation ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe von basischen Aminosäuren, Verbindungen der Formel N+(R)4, worin R für lineare oder verzweigte C2-Cio-Alkylgruppen, welche gegebenenfalls mit mindestens einer Hydroxylgruppe substituiert sind, steht, Imidazoliumverbindungen, Pyridiniumverbindungen, Pyrrolidiniumverbindungen sowie Sulfoniumverbindungen. Bevorzugte organische Kationen sind zuvor im Zusammenhang mit den organischen Kationen der Formel (I) beschrieben.
Besonders gute Ergebnisse werden erhalten, wenn als Phosphatverbindung der Formel (II) ein Methaphosphat eingesetzt wird, welches als Kation ein anorganisches Kation aufweist. Bevorzugte erfindungsgemäße Verfahren sind daher dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Formel (II) n für die ganze Zahl 3 und M' für Na+, K+, Li+, 1/2 Mg2+, 1/2 Ca2+, 1/2 Zn2+, 1/2 Mn2+, 1/2 Cu2+, V3 Fe3+, % Zr4", % Ti4+ oder Ammonium steht.
Gemäß einer ganz besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung werden schweißhemmende kosmetische Mittel verwendet, welche mindestens eine ganz spezielle Phosphatverbindung enthalten. Besonders bevorzugt enthält das kosmetische Mittel (M1 ) daher mindestens eine Phosphatverbindung der Formel NaH2PÜ4 und/oder der Formel ΝΒΣΗΣΡΣΟ und/oder der Formel M'(P03)n, in welcher n für die ganze Zahl 3 und M' für Na+, K+, Li+, V Mg2+, V Ca2+, 1/2 Zn2+, 1/2 Mn2+, 1/2 Cu2+, V3 Fe3+, % Zr4", 1/4 Ti4 oder Ammonium steht. Der Einsatz von Natnumhydrogenphosphat der Formel NaH2PÜ4 und/oder Natriumpyrophosphat der Formel ΝΆ-ΜΊΡΙΟΊ und/oder Metaphosphaten in den erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren führt zu einer besonders guten Reduzierung der Transpiration und/oder des durch die Transpiration ausgelösten Körpergeruchs.
Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es vorteilhaft, die mindestens eine Phosphatverbindung in dem kosmetischen Mittel (M1 ) in bestimmten Mengenbereichen einzusetzen. Erfindungsgemäß bevorzugte Verfahren sind daher dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das kosmetische Mittel (M1 ) die mindestens eine Phosphatverbindung in einer Gesamtmenge von 0,05 bis 90 Gew.-% , vorzugsweise von 0, 1 bis 40 Gew.-%, bevorzugt von 1 ,0 bis 25 Gew.-%, insbesondere von 2,0 bis 20 Gew.-% , bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des kosmetischen Mittels (M1 ), enthält. Der Einsatz der mindestens
einen Phosphatverbindung, insbesondere der Formel NahbPC und/oder ΝΒΣΗΣΡΣΟ und/oder der Formel M'(P03)n in welcher n für die ganze Zahl 3 und M' für Na+, K+, Li+, 1/2 Mg2+, 1/2 Ca2+, 1/2 Zn2+, Mn2+, Cu2+, 3 Fe3+, % Zr4*, % Ti4+ oder Ammonium steht, in den zuvor genannten Gesamtmengen führt in dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren zu einer hervorragenden Verminderung der Transpiration und/oder des durch die Transpiration ausgelösten Körpergeruchs. Weiterhin treten keinerlei Hautreizungen bei Einsatz der mindestens einen Phosphatverbindung in den zuvor genannten Mengen auf.
Die in dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren eingesetzten schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittel (M1 ) weisen bevorzugt einen bestimmten pH-Wert auf. Innerhalb dieses Bereichs ist eine stabile Formulierung der erfindungsgemäß verwendeten schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittel (M1 ) möglich, ohne dass unerwünschte Wechselwirkungen zwischen den Inhaltsstoffen auftreten. Weiterhin tritt bei diesen pH-Werten keine Hautreizung bei Anwendung dieser Mittel auf. Es ist daher vorteilhaft, wenn das schweißhemmende kosmetische Mittel (M1 ) einen pH-Wert von pH 2 bis pH 10 aufweist. Die Einstellung des gewünschten pH-Wertes kann durch Verwendung von dem Fachmann bekannten und in schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mitteln üblichen Säuren und Basen erfolgen.
Das in dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren eingesetzte schweißhemmende kosmetische Mittel (M1 ) kann neben den zuvor angeführten Inhaltsstoffen weitere Stoffe enthalten.
Erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt enthält das schweißhemmende kosmetische Mittel (M1 ) zusätzlich mindestens einen weiten Hilfsstoff, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe von (i) Emulgatoren und/oder Tensiden; (ii) Verdickungsmitteln; (iii) Chelatbildnern; (iv) Deodorant-Wirkstoffen; (v) Polyethylenglycolen; (vi) hautkühlenden Wirkstoffen; (vii) pH-Stellmitteln; (viii) hautpflegenden Wirkstoffen, wie Moisturizern, hautberuhigenden Stoffen, hautaufhellenden Stoffen, hautglättenden Stoffen; (ix) Wachsen; (x) Konservierungsmitteln; sowie (xi) deren Mischungen.
Erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt geeignete Emulgatoren und Tenside sind ausgewählt aus anionischen, kationischen, nichtionischen, amphoteren, insbesondere ampholytischen und zwitterionischen Emulgatoren und Tensiden. Tenside sind amphiphile (bifunktionelle) Verbindungen, die aus mindestens einem hydrophoben und mindestens einem hydrophilen Molekülteil bestehen. Der hydrophobe Rest ist bevorzugt eine Kohlenwasserstoffkette mit 8 bis 28 Kohlenstoffatomen, welche gesättigt oder ungesättigt, linear oder verzweigt sein kann. Besonders bevorzugt ist diese C8-C28- Alkylkette linear. Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung bevorzugt einsetzbare Emulgatoren und Tenside sind beispielsweise in den Offenlegungsschriften DE 10 2012 222 692 A1 , DE 10 2010 063 250 A1 sowie DE 10 2010 055 816 A1 offenbart.
Zur Verdickung der erfindungsgemäß verwendeten schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittel (M1 ) werden bevorzugt Substanzen eingesetzt, welche ausgewählt sind aus Celluloseethern, Xanthan- Gum, Sclerotium Gum, Succinoglucanen, Polygalactomannanen, Pectinen, Agar, Carragheen (Carrageenan), Traganth, Gummi arabicum, Karayagummi, Taragummi, Gellan, Gelatine, Propylen- glycolalginat, Alginsäuren und deren Salze, Polyvinylpyrrolidonen, Polyvinylalkoholen, Polyacrylamiden, physikalisch (z. B. durch Vorverkleisterung) und/oder chemisch modifizierten
Stärken, Acrylsäure-Acrylat-Copolymeren, Acrylsäure-Acrylamid-Copolymeren, Acrylsäure-Vinyl- pyrrolidon-Copolymeren, Acrylsäure-Vinylformamid-Copolymeren und Polyacrylaten. Besonders bevorzugt werden Celluloseether, wie Carboxymethylcellulosen, als Verdickungsmittel verwendet. Besonders bevorzugte Verdickungsmittel sind weiterhin ausgewählt aus Carbomeren. Carbomere sind verdickende vernetzte Polymere aus Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure sowie deren Salzen. Die Vernetzung kann mittels polyfunktioneller Verbindungen wie Polyalkylenether von Polysacchariden oder Polyalkoholen, beispielsweise Sucroseallylether, Pentaerythritolallylether, Propylenallylether, erfolgen. Bevorzugt im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung sind Homopolymere von Acrylsäure oder deren Salzen, welche mit einem Pentaerythritolallylether, einem Sucroseallylether oder einem Propylenallylether vernetzt sind. Ein im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung einsetzbares Verdickungsmittel ist ein Copolymer aus Cio-30-Alkylacrylat, Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure sowie deren Estern, welches mit einem Sucroseallylether oder einem Pentaerythritolallylether vernetzt ist. Verdickungsmittel auf Basis von Carbomeren sind die unter dem Handelsnamen Carbopol® (BF Goodrich, Ohio, USA) erhältlichen Produkte wie beispielsweise Carbopol 934, Carbopol 940, Carbopol 941 , Carbopol 971 , Carbopol 974, Carbopol EZ2, Carbopol ETD 2001 , Carbopol ETD 2020, Carbopol ETD 2050, Carbopol ultrez 10, Carbopol ultrez 20, oder Carbopol ultrez 21.
Weiterhin können zur Verdickung der erfindungsgemäß verwendeten schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittel (M1 ) lipophile Verdickungsmittel eingesetzt werden. Erfindungsgemäß bevorzugte lipophile Verdickungsmittel sind ausgewählt aus hydrophobierten Tonmineralien, Bentoniten, Hectoriten, pyrogenen Kieselsäuren sowie deren Derivaten.
Als zusätzlichen Hilfsstoff können die erfindungsgemäß verwendeten schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittel (M1 ) mindestens einen Chelatbildner, in einer Gesamtmenge von 0,01 bis 3,0 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise von 0,02 bis 1 ,0 Gew.-%, insbesondere von 0,05 bis 0, 1 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des schweißhemmenden Mittels (M1 ), enthalten. Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung sind bevorzugte Chelatbildner ausgewählt aus der Gruppe von ß- Alanindiessigsäure, Cyclodextrin, Diethylentriaminpentamethylenphosphonsäure, Natrium-, Kalium-, Calciumdinatrium-, Ammonium- und Triethanolaminsalzen der Ethylendiamintetraessigsäure (EDTA), Etidronsäure, Hydroxyethylethylendiamintetraessigsäure (HEDTA) und ihren Natriumsalzen, Natriumsalzen der Nitrilotriessigsäure (NTA), Diethylentriaminpentaessigsäure, Phytinsäure, Hydroxypropylcyclodextrin, Methylcyclodextrin, Aminotrimethylenphosphonat-Pentanatrium, Ethylendiamintetramethylenphosphonat-Pentanatrium, Diethylentriamin-pentaacetat-Pentanatrium, Pentanatriumtriphosphat, Kalium-EDTMP, Natrium-EDTMP, Natriumdihydroxyethylglycinat, Natriumphytat, Natriumpolydimethylglycinophenolsulfonat, Tetrahydroxyethylethylendiamin, Tetrahydroxypropylethylendiamin, Tetrakaliumetidronat, Tetranatriumetidronat,
Tetranatriumiminodisuccinat, Trinatriumethylendiamindisuccinat, Tetra natrium-N,N- bis(Carboxymethyl)glutamat, Tetranatrium-DL-Alanin-N,N-diacetat und Desferrioxamin.
Die desodorierende Wirkung der erfindungsgemäß verwendeten schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittel (M1 ) kann weitergehend gesteigert werden, wenn zusätzlich mindestens ein Deodorant- Wirkstoff mit antibakterieller und/oder bakteriostatischer und/oder enzyminhibierender und/oder
geruchsneutralisierender und/oder geruchsabsorbierender Wirkung in einer Gesamtmenge von 0,0001 bis 40 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise von 0,2 bis 20 Gew.-%, bevorzugt von 1 bis 15 Gew.-%, insbesondere von 1 ,5 bis 5,0 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittels (M1 ), enthalten ist. Sofern Ethanol in den erfindungsgemäß verwendeten Mitteln eingesetzt wird, gilt dieses im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung nicht als Deodorant- Wirkstoff, sondern als Bestandteil des Trägers. Erfindungsgemäß bevorzugte Deodorant-Wirkstoffe sind beispielsweise in der Offenlegungsschrift DE 10 2010 063 250 A1 offenbart.
Bevorzugte erfindungsgemäß verwendete schweißhemmende kosmetische Mittel (M1 ) können weiterhin mindestens ein wasserlösliches Polyethylenglycol mit 3 bis 50 Ethylenoxid-Einheiten enthalten. Bevorzugt einsetzbare wasserlösliche Polyethylenglycole sind beispielsweise in der Offenlegungsschrift DE 10 2010 063 250 A1 beschrieben.
Darüber hinaus können die erfindungsgemäß verwendeten schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittel (M1 ) weiterhin mindestens einen hautkühlenden Wirkstoff enthalten. Erfindungsgemäß geeignete hautkühlende Wirkstoffe sind beispielsweise Menthol, Isopulegol sowie Mentholderivate, z. B. Menthyllactat, Menthylglycolat, Menthyl Ethyl Oxamate, Menthylpyrrolidoncarbonsäure, Menthylmethylether, Menthoxypropandiol, Menthonglycerinacetal (9-Methyl-6-(1-methylethyl)-1 ,4- dioxaspiro (4.5)decan-2-methanol), Monomenthylsuccinat, 2-Hydroxymethyl-3,5,5-trimethyl- cyclohexanol und 5-Methyl-2-(1 -methylethyl)cyclohexyl-N-ethyloxamat. Als hautkühlende Wirkstoffe bevorzugt sind Menthol, Isopulegol, Menthyllactat, Menthoxypropandiol, Menthylpyrrolidoncarbonsäure und 5-Methyl-2-(1-methylethyl)cyclohexyl-N-ethyloxamat sowie Mischungen dieser Substanzen, insbesondere Mischungen von Menthol und Menthyllactat, Menthol, Mentholglycolat und Menthyllactat, Menthol und Menthoxypropandiol oder Menthol und Isopulegol.
Als pH-Stellmittel kommen erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt Säuren und/oder Alkalisierungsmittel und/oder Puffer zum Einsatz. Als Säuren werden erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt anorganische Säuren (wie beispielsweise Salzsäure, Schwefelsäure oder Phosphorsäure) oder organische Säuren (wie beispielsweise Zitronensäure, Weinsäure oder Apfelsäure) eingesetzt. Erfindungsgemäß verwendbare Alkalisierungsmittel werden bevorzugt ausgewählt aus der Gruppe, welche gebildet wird, aus Ammoniak, basischen Aminosäuren, Alkalihydroxiden, Erdalkalihydroxiden, Carbonaten und Hydrogencarbonaten, Alkanolaminen, beispielsweise Amino-2-methyl-1-propanol, Monoethanolamin, Triethanolamin, Diethanolamin und Triisopropanolamin, Alkalimetallmetasilikaten, Harnstoff, Morpholin, N-Methylglucamin, Imidazol. Als Alkalimetallionen dienen bevorzugt Lithium, Natrium, Kalium, insbesondere Natrium oder Kalium. Als Puffersysteme eignen sich im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung insbesondere Kohlensäure-Bicarbonat-Puffer, Kohlensäure-Silicat-Puffer, Essigsäure-Acetat-Puffer, Ammoniakpuffer, Citronensäure- oder Citratpuffer, Puffer auf Basis von Tris(hydroxymethyl)-aminomethan, Puffer auf Basis von 4-(2-Hydroxyethyl)-1 - piperazinethanesulfonsäure, Puffer auf Basis von 4-(2-Hydroxyethyl)-piperazin-1-propansulfonsäure, Puffer auf Basis von 2-(N-Morpholino)ethansulfonsäure sowie Barbital-Acetat-Puffer. Die Wahl des entsprechenden Puffersystems richtet sich hierbei nach dem gewünschten pH-Wert der erfindungsgemäß verwendeten schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittel (M1 ). Die
erfindungsgemäß verwendete mindestens eine Phosphatverbindung fällt jedoch nicht unter die zuvor angeführten pH-Stellmittel in Form von Säuren und Puffersystemen.
Weiterhin können die erfindungsgemäß verwendeten schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittel (M1 ) mindestens ein Wachs enthalten. Bevorzugt ist dieses Wachs ausgewählt aus der Gruppe von (i) Fettsäureglycerinmono-, -di- und -triestern; (ii) Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter); (iii) Estern von gesättigten, einwertigen Cs -is-Alkoholen mit gesättigten Ci2-is-Monocarbonsäuren; (iv) linearen, primären Ci2 C24-Alkanolen; (v) Estern aus einem gesättigten, einwertigen Ci6-6o-Alkanol und einer gesättigten C8 C36-Monocarbonsäure; (vi) Glycerintriestern von gesättigten linearen Ci2-3o-Carbon- säuren, die hydroxyliert sein können, wie Glycerinester von hydrierten pflanzlichen Ölen; (vii) natürlichen pflanzlichen Wachsen; (viii) tierischen Wachsen; (ix) synthetischen Wachsen; sowie (x) deren Mischungen. Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung bevorzugt einsetzbare Wachse sind in der Offenlegungsschrift DE 10 2012 222 692 A1 offenbart.
Das Wachs wird bevorzugt in einer Gesamtmenge von 0,01 bis 60 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise von 3,0 bis 40 Gew.-%, bevorzugt von 5,0 bis 30 Gew-%, insbesondere von 6,0 bis 25 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittels (M1 ), eingesetzt.
Erfindungsgemäß ist es weiterhin bevorzugt, wenn das erfindungsgemäß verwendete schweißhemmende kosmetische Mittel (M1 ) zusätzlich mindestens ein Konservierungsmittel enthält. Erfindungsgemäß bevorzugte Konservierungsmittel sind Formaldehydabspalter lodopropinyl- butylcarbamate, Parabene, Phenoxyethanol, Ethanol, Benzoesäure und deren Salze, Dibromdicyanobutan, 2-Brom-2-nitro-propan-1 ,3-diol, Imidazolidinylharnstoff, 5-Chlor-2-methyl-4- isothiazolin-3-οη, 2-Chloracetamid, Benzalkoniumchlorid, Benzylalkohol, Salicylsäure und Salicylate. Weitere im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung einsetzbare Konservierungsmittel sind die in Anlage 6 der Kosmetikverordnung aufgeführten Substanzen sowie kosmetische Rohstoffe mit konservierenden Eigenschaften oder Rohstoffe, welche die konservierende Wirkung der vorgenannten Konservierungsmittel unterstützen bzw. verstärken. Die Konservierungsmittel sind vorzugsweise in einer Gesamtmenge von 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise von 0,1 bis 7,0 Gew.-%, bevorzugt von 0,2 bis 5,0 Gew.-%, insbesondere von 0,3 bis 2,0 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittels (M1 ), enthalten.
Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es bevorzugt, wenn das erfindungsgemäß verwendete schweißhemmende kosmetische Mittel (M1 ) als Wasser-in-ÖI-Emulsion vorliegt. Hierbei kann es sich insbesondere um eine versprühbare Wasser-in-ÖI-Emulsion handeln, welche mittels eines Treibmittels versprüht werden kann. Wenn die erfindungsgemäß verwendeten schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittel (M1 ) ein Treibmittel enthalten, ist dieses bevorzugt in einer Gesamtmenge von 1 bis 98 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise von 20 bis 90 Gew.-%, bevorzugt von 30 bis 85 Gew-%, insbesondere von 40 bis 75 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittels (M1 ), enthalten. Bevorzugte Treibmittel (Treibgase) sind Propan, Propen, n- Butan, iso-Butan, iso-Buten, n-Pentan, Penten, iso-Pentan, iso-Penten, Methan, Ethan, Dimethyl- ether, Stickstoff, Luft, Sauerstoff, Lachgas, 1 , 1 ,1 ,3-Tetrafluorethan, Heptafluoro-n-propan, Perfluor- ethan, Monochlordifluormethan, 1 ,1-Difluorethan, Tetrafluoropropene und zwar sowohl einzeln als
auch in deren Mischungen. Auch hydrophile Treibgase, wie z. B. Kohlendioxid, können vorteilhaft im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung eingesetzt werden, wenn der Anteil an hydrophilen Gasen gering gewählt wird und lipophiles Treibgas (z. B. Propan/Butan) im Überschuss vorliegt. Besonders bevorzugt sind Propan, n-Butan, iso-Butan sowie Mischungen dieser Treibgase. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass der Einsatz von n-Butan als einzigem Treibgas erfindungsgemäß besonders bevorzugt sein kann. Es kann jedoch erfindungsgemäß gleichermaßen bevorzugt sein, wenn das erfindungsgemäß verwendete schweißhemmende kosmetische Mittel (M1 ) als ÖI-in-Wasser-Emulsion vorliegt. In diesem Fall wird das erfindungsgemäße kosmetische Mittel bevorzugt als treibmittelfreies Pumpspray oder Quetschspray versprüht oder als Roll-on appliziert.
Die Applikation des erfindungsgemäß verwendeten schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittels (M1 ) kann mittels verschiedener Verfahren erfolgen. Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist das erfindungsgemäß verwendete schweißhemmende kosmetische Mittel (M1 ) als Spray-Applikation konfektioniert. Die Spray-Applikation erfolgt mit einer Sprühvorrichtung, welche in einem Behälter eine Füllung aus dem erfindungsgemäß verwendeten flüssigen, viskos-fließfähigen, suspensions- förmigen oder pulverförmigen schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittel (M1 ) enthält. Die Füllung kann unter dem Druck eines Treibmittels, wie zuvor beschrieben, stehen (Druckgasdosen, Druckgaspackungen, Aerosolpackungen), oder es kann sich um einen mechanisch zu bedienenden Pumpzerstäuber ohne Treibgas (Pumpsprays/ Quetschflasche) handeln. Die Zerstäubung des in dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren eingesetzten schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittels (M1 ) kann hierbei physikalisch, mechanisch oder elektromechanisch, beispielsweise durch Piezzoeffekte oder elektrische Pumpen, erfolgen. Im Rahmen dieser Ausführungsform einsetzbare Behälter und Entnahmevorrichtungen sind beispielsweise in der Offenlegungsschrift DE 10 2012 222 692 A1 beschrieben. Bevorzugt weist die mindestens eine Phosphatverbindung in diesen versprühbaren kosmetischen Mitteln (M1 ) eine mittlere Teilchengröße D50 von 1 bis 300 μιη, vorzugsweise von 5 bis 125 μιη, insbesondere von 10 bis 100 μιη, auf.
Das erfindungsgemäß verwendete schweißhemmende kosmetische Mittel (M1 ) kann weiterhin bevorzugt als Stift, Soft Solid, Creme, Gel, Roll-on, loses oder kompaktes Puder konfektioniert sein. Die Formulierung der erfindungsgemäß verwendeten schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittel (M1 ) in einer bestimmten Darreichungsform, wie beispielsweise einem Antitranspirant-Roll-on, einem Antitranspirantstift oder einem Antitranspirantgel, richtet sich bevorzugt nach den Anforderungen des Verwendungszwecks. Je nach Verwendungszweck können die erfindungsgemäß verwendeten schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittel (M1 ) daher in fester, halbfester, flüssiger, disperser, emulgierter, suspendierter, gelförmiger, mehrphasiger oder puderförmiger Form vorliegen. Unter den Begriff der Flüssigkeit fallen im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung auch jegliche Arten von Festkörperdispersionen in Flüssigkeiten. Weiterhin werden unter mehrphasigen erfindungsgemäß verwendeten schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mitteln (M1 ) im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung Mittel verstanden, welche mindestens 2 verschiedene Phasen mit einer Phasentrennung aufweisen und bei welchen die Phasen horizontal, also übereinander, oder vertikal, also nebeneinander, angeordnet sein können. Die Applikation kann beispielsweise mit einem Rollkugelapplikator, einem
Pumpzerstäuber oder mittels eines festen Stifts erfolgen. Falls die erfindungsgemäß verwendeten schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittel (M1 ) in Form von festen Stiften vorliegen, ist es bevorzugt, wenn die mindestens eine Phosphatverbindung eine mittlere Teilchengröße D50 von 1 bis 300 μιη, vorzugsweise von 5 bis 125 μιη, bevorzugt von 10 bis 100 μιη, insbesondere von 3 bis 20 μιη, aufweist.
Es kann im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung ebenfalls bevorzugt sein, wenn das schweißhemmende kosmetische Mittel (M1 ) auf und/oder in einem wegwerfbaren Substrat, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe von Tüchern, Pads und Bauschen, enthalten ist. Besonders bevorzugt sind Feuchttücher, d.h. für den Anwender vorgefertigte, bevorzugt einzeln abgepackte, Feuchttücher, wie sie z. B. aus dem Bereich der Glasreinigung oder aus dem Bereich der feuchten Toilettenpapiere wohlbekannt sind. Solche Feuchttücher, die vorteilhafter Weise auch Konservierungsstoffe enthalten können, sind mit einem erfindungsgemäß verwendeten schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittel (M1 ) imprägniert oder beaufschlagt und bevorzugt einzeln verpackt. Bevorzugte Substratmaterialien sind ausgewählt aus porösen flächigen Tüchern. Zu diesen Tüchern gehören Tücher aus gewebten und ungewebten (Vlies) synthetischen und natürlichen Fasern, Filz, Papier oder Schaumstoff, wie hydrophilem Polyurethanschaum. Erfindungsgemäß bevorzugte deodorierende oder schweißhemmende Substrate können durch Tränken oder Imprägnierung oder auch durch Aufschmelzen eines erfindungsgemäß verwendeten schweißhemmenden kosmetischen Mittels (M1 ) auf ein Substrat erhalten werden.

Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung kann es auch vorgesehen sein, ein weiteres kosmetisches Mittel (M2) aufzutragen, welches mindestens einen schweißhemmenden Wirkstoff enthält. Die Mittel (M1 ) und (M2) können hierbei in beliebiger Reihenfolge nacheinander oder gleichzeitig aufgetragen
werden. Hierbei kann es beispielsweise vorgesehen sein, zunächst das kosmetische Mittel (M1 ) und anschließend das kosmetische Mittel (M2) aufzutragen. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, zunächst das kosmetische Mittel (M2) und anschließend das kosmetische Mittel (M1 ) aufzutragen. Darüber hinaus können das kosmetische Mittel (M1 ) und das kosmetische Mittel (M2) gleichzeitig aufgetragen werden. Die Zeitspanne zwischen der Anwendung der beiden Mittel (M1 ) und (M2) beträgt bevorzugt von 0 Sekunden (gleichzeitige Auftragung) bis 24 Stunden.
Es ist daher im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung bevorzugt, wenn ein weiteres kosmetisches Mittel (M2), enthaltend in einem kosmetisch verträglichen Träger mindestens ein schweißhemmendes Aluminium- und/oder Aluminium-Zirkoniumsalz, auf die Haut aufgetragen wird. Das kosmetische Mittel (M2) ist hierbei von dem kosmetischen Mittel (M1 ) verschieden. Hierdurch kann die schweißhemmende Wirkung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens nochmals verbessert werden.
Falls in dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren ein weiteres kosmetisches Mittel (M2) eingesetzt werden soll, ist es vorteilhaft, die einzelnen kosmetischen Mittel (M1 ) und (M2) jeweils in getrennten Containern zu lagern.
Ein weiterer Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist daher eine Verpackungseinheit (Kit-of-Parts), umfassend - getrennt voneinander konfektioniert - a) mindestens einen ersten Container (C1 ), enthaltend ein kosmetisches Mittel (M1 ) umfassend in einem kosmetisch verträglichen Träger mindestens eine Phosphatverbindung sowie höchstens 1 ,0 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des kosmetischen Mittels (M1 ), schweißhemmender Aluminium- und/oder Aluminium-Zirkoniumsalze, und
b) mindestens einen zweiten Container (C2), enthaltend ein kosmetisches Mittel (M2) umfassend mindestens einen schweißhemmenden Wirkstoff.
Unter dem Begriff„schweißhemmender Wirkstoff werden erfindungsgemäß Wirkstoffe verstanden, welche die Transpiration der Schweißdrüsen des Körpers vermindern bzw. reduzieren, wobei jedoch die in dem Mittel (M1 ) enthaltenen Phosphatverbindungen nicht unter diese Wirkstoffe fallen. Bevorzugt werden im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung die im Zusammenhang mit dem ersten Erfindungsgegenstand angeführten schweißhemmenden Aluminium- und/oder Aluminium- Zirkoniumsalze als schweißhemmender Wirkstoff in dem kosmetischen Mittel (M2) eingesetzt. Bezüglich des kosmetischen Mittels (M1 ) in dem Container (C1 ) gilt mutatis mutandis das zu den in dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren eingesetzten kosmetischen Mitteln (M1 ) Gesagte.
Schließlich ist ein weiterer Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung die Verwendung mindestens einer Phosphatverbindung zur Reduzierung der Transpiration des Körpers und/oder zur Reduzierung des durch die Transpiration ausgelösten Körpergeruchs.
Bezüglich der erfindungsgemäß verwendeten Phosphatverbindung gilt mutatis mutandis das zu dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren sowie zu der erfindungsgemäßen Verpackungseinheit Gesagte. Die folgenden Beispiele erläutern die vorliegende Erfindung, ohne sie jedoch darauf einzuschränken:

1 . In-vivo Test zur Antitranspirantwirkung
Zur Ermittlung der Antitranspirantwirkung wurde eine Antitranspirantstudie auf dem Rücken von 16 Probandinnen durchgeführt. Hierzu wurden die folgenden schweißhemmenden Mittel verwendet:

a) Natriumpyrophosphat der Formel ΝΒΣΗΣΡΣΟ und/oder Natriumhydrogenphosphat der Formel NaH2P04
Auf dem Rücken von 16 Probandinnen wurden jeweils auf einer Seite neben dem Rückgrat 40 [iL des schweißhemmenden Mittels V-l und jeweils 75 [iL der kosmetischen Mittel E-l und E-I l aufgetragen. Nach 5 Minuten wurden die behandelten Stellen mit okklusiver nichtadsorbierender Folie abgedeckt. Nach 2 Stunden wurden diese nichtadorbierenden Pads entfernt. Die Zusammensetzungen wurden an vier aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen jeweils auf die zuvor beschriebene Art und Weise auf den Rücken der Probandinnen aufgetragen. 24 h nach dem letzten Auftragen der Zusammensetzung wurden auf dem Rücken der Probandinnen saugfähige Pads an den Stellen aufgebracht, wo zuvor die Zusammensetzungen appliziert wurden. Weiterhin wurden auf der anderen Seite des Rückgrats in der gleichen Höhe ebenfalls Pads aufgebracht, welche als Kontrolle dienten. Nachdem die Probandinnen für ca. 15 Minuten bei 80 °C in der Sauna geschwitzt hatten, wurde die Menge des durch die Pads aufgenommenen Schweißes gravimetrisch bestimmt, wobei jede Zusammensetzung mit der jeweils korrespondierenden unbehandelten Stelle auf dem Rücken verglichen wurde. Aus der gravimetrischen Bestimmung der Schweißmenge wurde die Schweißreduktion ermittelt, wobei alle ermittelten Werte statistisch signifikant waren.
Die Schweißreduktion der jeweiligen Zusammensetzung im Vergleich zu einer unbehandelten Hautstelle ist in der nachfolgenden Tabelle wiedergegeben:
Der Einsatz von kosmetischen Mitteln, welche spezielle Phosphatverbindungen enthalten, führt bei Auftragung dieser Mittel auf die Haut zu einer Verminderung der Transpiration sowie zu einem verminderten Körpergeruch.
2. Formulierungen
Die in den nachfolgenden Beispielen eingesetzte Phosphatverbindung ist bevorzugt Natriumpyrophosphat der Formel ΝΒΣΗΣΡΣΟ und/oder Natriumhydrogenphosphat der Formel NaH2P04

Die Beispielzusammensetzungen 27 bis 30 wurden in eine gegebenenfalls mit Epoxy-Phenollack beschichtete Aluminiumspraydose in einem Gewichtsverhältnis von Treibmittel (Butan/Propan/Isobutangemisch) zu Suspension von 80:20 bzw. 85: 15 bzw. 60:40 bzw. 90: 10 abgefüllt.

Die Beispielzusammensetzungen 31 bis 33 wurden in eine gegebenenfalls mit Epoxy-Phenollack beschichtete Aluminiumspraydose in einem Gewichtsverhältnis von Treibmittel (Butan/Propan/Isobutangemisch) zu W/O-Emulsion von 80:20 bzw. 85:15 bzw. 60:40 bzw. 90:10 abgefüllt.

Claims
1. Kosmetisches Verfahren zur Reduzierung der Transpiration des Körpers und/oder zur Reduzierung des durch die Transpiration ausgelösten Körpergeruchs, bei welchem ein schweißhemmendes kosmetisches Mittel (M1 ) auf die menschliche Haut appliziert wird und für mindestens 1 Stunde am Applikationsort verbleibt, wobei das schweißhemmende kosmetische Mittel (M1 ) in einem kosmetisch verträglichen Träger - bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des kosmetischen Mittels (M1 ) - a) mindestens eine Phosphatverbindung, und
b) höchstens 1 ,0 Gew.-% an schweißhemmenden Aluminium- und/oder Aluminium- Zirkoniumsalzen enthält.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das kosmetische Mittel (M1 ) 0 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des kosmetischen Mittels (M1 ), an schweißhemmenden Aluminium- und/oder Aluminium-Zirkoniumsalzen enthält.
3. Verfahren nach einem der Punkte 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Phosphatverbindung ausgewählt ist aus linearen oder cyclischen Phosphatverbindungen sowie deren Mischungen.
4. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Phosphatverbindung die Formel (I) aufweist
MxHyPz03z+1 (I),
worin
x und z, jeweils unabhängig voneinander, für ganze Zahlen von 1 bis 50, vorzugsweise von 1 bis 20, bevorzugt von 1 bis 10, insbesondere von 1 bis 4 stehen,
y für ganze Zahlen von 0 bis 100, vorzugsweise von 0 bis 40, bevorzugt von 0 bis 20, insbesondere von 0 bis 4, steht, und
M für ein ein- oder mehrwertiges Kation aus der Gruppe der Alkalimetalle, der Erdalkalimetalle, der Übergangsmetalle, der organischen Kationen oder für Ammonium steht.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das organische Kation ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe von basischen Aminosäuren, Cholin, Verbindungen der Formel NR3, worin R für lineare oder verzweigte C2-Cio-Alkylgruppen, welche gegebenenfalls mit mindestens einer Hydroxylgruppe substituiert sind, steht, Imidazoliumverbindungen, Pyridiniumverbindungen, Pyrrolidiniumverbindungen sowie Sulfoniumverbindungen.

Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Formel (I) x und z, jeweils unabhängig voneinander, für ganze Zahlen von 1 bis 4 stehen, y für ganze Zahlen von 0 bis 4 steht und M für Na+, K+, Li+, 1/2 Mg2+, 1/2 Ca2+, 1/2 Zn2+, 1/2 Mn2+, 1/2 Cu2+, V3 Fe3+, VA Zr4*, ! Ti4+ oder Ammonium steht.
7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Formel (I) x für die ganze Zahl 1 oder 2 steht, y für die ganze Zahl 2 steht, z für die ganze Zahl 1 steht und M für Na+ steht.
8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Phosphatverbindung die Formel (II) aufweist
M'(P03)n (II) , worin
n für ganze Zahlen von 2 bis 10, vorzugsweise von 2 bis 8, bevorzugt von 2 bis 6, insbesondere von 2 bis 4 steht, und
M' für ein ein- oder mehrwertiges Kation aus der Gruppe der Alkalimetalle, der Erdalkalimetalle, der Übergangsmetalle, der organischen Kationen oder für Ammonium steht.

Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das organische Kation ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe von basischen Aminosäuren, Verbindungen der Formel N+(R)4, worin R für lineare oder verzweigte C2-Cio-Alkylgruppen, welche gegebenenfalls mit mindestens einer Hydroxylgruppe substituiert sind, steht, Imidazoliumverbindungen, Pyridiniumverbindungen, Pyrrolidiniumverbindungen sowie Sulfoniumverbindungen
10. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Formel (II) n für die ganze Zahl 3 und M' für Na+, K+, Li+, 1/2 Mg2+, 1/2 Ca2+, 1/2 Zn2+, 1/2 Mn2+, 1/2 Cu2+, V3 Fe3+, VA Zr4*, VA Ti4+ oder Ammonium steht.

Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das kosmetische Mittel (M1 ) mindestens eine Phosphatverbindung der Formel NahhPC und/oder der Formel ai iPiOi und/oder der Formel M'(P03)n, in welcher n für die ganze Zahl 3 und M' für Na+, K+, Li+, 1/2 Mg2+, 1/2 Ca2+, 1/2 Zn2+, 1/2 Mn2+, 1/2 Cu2+, V3 Fe3+, VA Zr4", VA Ti4+ oder Ammonium steht, enthält.

Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das kosmetische Mittel (M1 ) die mindestens eine Phosphatverbindung in einer Gesamtmenge von 0,05 bis 90 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise von 0, 1 bis 40 Gew.-%, bevorzugt von 1 ,0 bis 25 Gew.-%, insbesondere von 2,0 bis 20 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des kosmetischen Mittels (M1 ), enthält.
13. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein weiteres kosmetisches Mittel (M2), enthaltend in einem kosmetisch verträglichen Träger mindestens ein schweißhemmendes Aluminium- und/oder Aluminium-Zirkoniumsalz, auf die Haut aufgetragen wird.
14. Verpackungseinheit (Kit-of-Parts), umfassend - getrennt voneinander konfektioniert - a) mindestens einen ersten Container (C1 ), enthaltend ein kosmetisches Mittel (M1 ) umfassend in einem kosmetisch verträglichen Träger mindestens eine Phosphatverbindung sowie höchstens 1 ,0 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des kosmetischen Mittels (M1 ), schweißhemmender Aluminium- und/oder Aluminium-Zirkoniumsalze, und b) mindestens einen zweiten Container (C2), enthaltend ein kosmetisches Mittel (M2) umfassend mindestens einen schweißhemmenden Wirkstoff.
15. Verwendung mindestens einer Phosphatverbindung zur Reduzierung der Transpiration des Körpers und/oder zur Reduzierung des durch die Transpiration ausgelösten Körpergeruchs.
