Claims (9)
- Système d'accumulation et de récupération d'énergie, comprenant
au moins un réservoir d'air comprimé (1),
au moins un réservoir d'eau sous pression (2) qui est en liaison avec le réservoir d'air comprimé (1),
au moins une turbine (3a) qui se trouve en liaison fonctionnelle avec l'au moins un réservoir d'eau sous pression (2), la turbine (3a) étant une turbine Pelton, un générateur (4) destiné à générer de l'énergie électrique, lequel est conçu pour générer une tension électrique et lequel est raccordé à un convertisseur de fréquence (4a) en vue de générer une tension et une fréquence constantes, le convertisseur de fréquence (4a) possédant une interface servant à la connexion avec un réseau électrique public (S) et
une pompe à haute pression (11) destinée à refouler de l'eau depuis une réserve d'eau (9) dans le réservoir d'eau sous pression (2),
l'au moins un réservoir d'air comprimé (1) se trouvant en permanence en équilibre de pression avec l'au moins un réservoir d'eau sous pression (2) de telle sorte que pendant l'accumulation et la récupération d'énergie, la pression dans l'au moins un réservoir d'air comprimé (1) est égale à la pression dans l'au moins un réservoir d'eau sous pression (2),
caractérisé en ce que qu'une turbine à air comprimé est présente entre un réservoir d'air comprimé (1) et un réservoir d'eau sous pression (2). - Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'en présence de plusieurs réservoirs d'eau sous pression (2), il existe une conduite de liaison qui relie ensemble les sorties des réservoirs d'eau sous pression (2), les réservoirs d'eau sous pression (2) étant disposés les uns par rapport aux autres de telle sorte que la conduite de liaison possède une pente et possède à son point le plus bas un collecteur qui est relié à l'entrée de la turbine (3, 3a).
- Système selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une vanne d'arrêt (6) se trouve à l'entrée de la turbine (3, 3a).
- Système selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'exactement une conduite de pression (5) est présente entre une sortie d'un réservoir d'air comprimé (1) et une entrée d'un réservoir d'eau sous pression (2), laquelle est configurée pour, lors de l'accumulation d'énergie, conduire de l'air comprimé du réservoir d'eau sous pression (2) au réservoir d'air comprimé (1) et, lors de la récupération d'énergie, conduire de l'air comprimé du réservoir d'air comprimé (1) au réservoir d'eau sous pression (2).
- Système selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif d'arrêt est disposé dans la conduite de pression (5), lequel est conçu pour fermer la conduite de pression (5) en cas de chute de pression soudaine.
- Système selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rapport entre le volume d'un réservoir d'eau sous pression (2) et le volume d'un réservoir d'air comprimé (1) est de 1:1, de 1:2, de 1:3 ou de 1:4.
- Système selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une unité de commande et de comparaison (13) est présente, laquelle est configurée pour, en fonction de la charge d'un réseau électrique public (S),
commander la pompe à haute pression (11) au moyen d'énergie en provenance du réseau électrique public (S) afin de pomper de l'eau de la réserve d'eau (9) dans le réservoir d'eau sous pression (2) lorsqu'il existe un surplus d'énergie dans le réseau électrique public (S) ou conduire de l'eau sous pression depuis le réservoir d'eau sous pression (2) à au moins une turbine (3, 3a) et acheminer l'énergie générée dans le générateur (4, 4a) au réseau électrique public (S) lorsqu'il existe un besoin en énergie dans le réseau électrique public (S). - Système selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de commande (S) est configurée pour, dans le cas de la récupération d'énergie, réguler la puissance générée par au moins une turbine (3, 3a) en ouvrant ou fermant des buses d'entrée d'eau (7) reliées à la turbine (3, 3a).
- Système selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une unité de commande et de comparaison (13) est présente, en vue de comparer la pression momentanée dans le réservoir d'eau sous pression (2) et la pression momentanée dans le réservoir d'air comprimé (1) ainsi que la quantité d'eau momentanée dans le réservoir d'eau sous pression (2) avec une valeur de pression de consigne, l'unité de commande et de comparaison (14) étant configurée de telle sorte que de l'air comprimé est acheminé au réservoir d'air comprimé (1) depuis une réserve d'air comprimé (18) en fonction du résultat de la comparaison.
