- the bonded part 161 may be formed on the packaging material 120 before or during the filling process, or after filling and sealing. Since the product in the package will not be exposed to air when the bonded part 161 is being formed, the bonded part 161 need not be formed in a sterile space.
- the bonded part 161 should have a certain width, to ensure that when the bonded part 161 is cut open, the package will still be sealed.
- a terminal end 165 of the bonded part 161 is preferably round in shape. This will result in less resistance being encountered during product dispensing or filling.
- a second closing apparatus is used to form a package internal space so as to include a first space and a tubular space which extends outward from the first space and can be used as a dispensing port.
- the second closing apparatus may be e.g. fusion, pressing or a similar method.

Claims (12)
- System (100) zur Formung einer Produktpackung durch Inline-Formen, Füllen und Versiegeln, umfassend:einen Sterilisierapparat (130) zum Sterilisieren eines Verpackungsmaterials;einen Formungsapparat (140) zum Formen des Verpackungsmaterials, um einen Raum zu haben, der ein abzugebendes Produkt enthält, wobei das System so ausgestaltet ist, dass, nachdem das Innere des Raums geformt worden ist, es mit steriler Heißluft gefüllt wird, um Außenluft Widerstand entgegenzusetzen und dadurch zu gewährleisten, dass das Verpackungsmaterialinnere und das Produkt steril sind;einen Schnittstellenbefestigungsapparat zum Befestigen einer Abgabeschnittstelle (140), umfassend ein Schnittstellenbasisteil, einen Schnittstellenverbindungsmund und ein Schnittstellenhalsteil, das sich zwischen diesem und einer Außenseite des Verpackungsmaterials befindet;ein schräges Förderband (150) zum Fördern des Verpackungsmaterials, und um das Verpackungsmaterial zu stützen, um mechanische Spannung in dem Verpackungsmaterial zu reduzieren, die durch das Produktgewicht bewirkt wird;einen Auflagerapparat, um das Verpackungsmaterial zusätzlich zu stützen;einen Füllapparat (160), um den Raum, der das abzugebende Produkt enthalten soll, in dem Verpackungsmaterial mit dem abzugebenden Produkt unter Verwendung eines Heißfüllprozesses zu füllen, indem ein Füllrohr durch ein Teil des Verpackungsmaterials, das noch nicht in Längsrichtung verschlossen worden ist, eingeführt wird; undeinen ersten Verschlussapparat, um das Verschließen des Verpackungsmaterials, das mit dem Produkt gefüllt ist, zu vollenden, um die Produktpackung (190) zu erhalten.
- System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Förderband einen Winkel mit einer horizontalen Ebene bildet.
- System nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das System eine sterile Umgebung für jeden Prozess bereitstellt, nachdem das Verpackungsmaterial sterilisiert worden ist, bis das Verpackungsmaterial vollständig verschlossen ist.
- System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Formungsapparat umfasst:eine Falteeinheit, um das Verpackungsmaterial zu falten; undeine Längsverschließeinheit, um die Ränder des gefalteten Verpackungsmaterials in Längsrichtung zu verschließen, um eine Schlauchform zu bilden.
- System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schnittstellenbefestigungsapparat verwendet wird, um die Abgabeschnittstelle an einer Außenseite des Verpackungsmaterials zu befestigen, das entweder (i) nicht so geformt worden ist, dass es einen Raum zum Enthalten eines abzugebenen Produkts aufweist, oder (ii) einen Raum zum Enthalten eines abzugebenen Produkts aufweist.
- System nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das System auch einen Schnittstellensterilisierapparat umfasst, um die Abgabeschnittstelle zu sterilisieren.
- Verfahren zur Formung einer Produktpackung durch Inline-Formen, Füllen und Versiegeln, umfassend:Sterilisieren eines Verpackungsmaterials;Formen des sterilisierten Verpackungsmaterials, um einen Raum zu haben, um ein abzugebendes Produkt zu enthalten;Füllen des Raums mit steriler Heißluft, um Außenluft Widerstand entgegenzusetzen und dadurch zu gewährleisten, dass das Verpackungsmaterialinnere und das Produkt steril sind;Befestigen einer Abgabeschnittstelle, die ein Schnittstellenbasisteil, einen Schnittstellenverbindungsmund und ein Schnittstellenhalsteil umfasst, das sich zwischen diesem und einer Außenseite des Verpackungsmaterials befindet;Fördern des Verpackungsmaterials unter Verwendung eines schrägen Förderbands, wobei das Förderband das Verpackungsmaterial stützt, um mechanische Spannung in dem Verpackungsmaterial zu reduzieren, die durch das Produktgewicht bewirkt wird;Füllen des Raums, der das abzugebende Produkt enthalten soll, in dem Verpackungsmaterial mit dem abzugebenden Produkt, indem ein Füllrohr durch ein Teil des Verpackungsmaterials, das noch nicht in Längsrichtung verschlossen worden ist, in den Raum eingeführt wird; undvollständiges Verschließen des Verpackungsmaterials, das mit dem Produkt gefüllt ist, um die Produktpackung zu erhalten;wobei das Verpackungsmaterial in mindestens dem Füllschritt durch ein Auflagerapparat zusätzlich gestützt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Verfahren jeder Prozessschritt, nachdem das Verpackungsmaterial sterilisiert worden ist, in einer sterilen Umgebung durchgeführt wird, bis das Verpackungsmaterial vollständig verschlossen ist, um die Produktpackung zu erhalten.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verpackungsmaterialformungsschritt umfasst:Falten des Verpackungsmaterials;Verschließen der Ränder des gefalteten Verpackungsmaterials in Längsrichtung, um eine Schlauchform zu bilden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt des Befestigens der Abgabeschnittstelle an einer Außenseite des Verpackungsmaterials daraus besteht, die Abgabeschnittstelle an einer Außenseite des Verpackungsmaterials zu befestigen, das entweder (i) nicht so geformt worden ist, dass es einen Raum zum Enthalten eines abzugebenden Produkts aufweist, oder (ii) einen Raum zum Enthalten eines abzugebenden Produkts aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren des Weiteren Unterteilen des Innenraums einer Packung in einen ersten Raum und einen schlauchförmigen Raum in Kommunikation miteinander umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren des Weiteren Formen des Verpackungsinnenraums umfasst, so dass ein erster Raum und ein schlauchförmiger Raum eingeschlossen ist, der sich von dem ersten Raum auswärts erstreckt und als Abgabeanschluss verwendet werden kann.
