Claims (18)

  1. Machine de fermeture de boîte multiformat, destinée à la fermeture de boîtes qui sont chargées de produits, les boîtes ayant :
    - des parois ;
    - au moins un rabat supérieur (1), ou une face supérieure, et
    - au moins une bride de support (2), pour être fermées latéralement, par les bords latéraux, de sorte à être placée sur la partie avant et/ou la partie arrière de la boîte,
    dans laquelle la machine comprend des moyens de chargement de boîte (10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16), des moyens de collage de boîte (50, 51, 52, 53) et des moyens de fermeture de boîte (100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105), dans laquelle les moyens de fermeture (100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105) peuvent être déplacés dans trois directions perpendiculaires les unes des autres : la direction avant de mouvement des boîtes et les deux directions perpendiculaires à celle-ci, afin de s'adapter aux différentes longueurs, largeurs et hauteurs de boîte ;
    dans laquelle les moyens de collage (50, 51, 52, 53) comprennent au moins un premier pistolet à colle (50) configuré pour appliquer de la colle sur l'au moins une bride de support avec l'au moins un rabat supérieur (1) ou la face supérieure et l'au moins une bride de support (2) étant dans une position ouverte ;
    dans laquelle les moyens de fermeture (100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105) comprennent au moins une lame supérieure (100) configurée pour effectuer la fermeture de l'au moins un rabat (1), ou la face supérieure, et au moins une lame latérale (101) configurée pour effectuer la fermeture de l'au moins une bride de support (2) ; et

Machine de fermeture de boîte multiformat selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le(s) premier(s) pistolet(s) à colle (50) comprend(comprennent) des moyens de guidage (51) conçus pour placer la(les) bride(s) de support (2) et, le cas échéant, le(s) rabat(s) supérieur(s) (1) ou la face supérieure, dans la position ouverte.
  4. Machine de fermeture de boîte multiformat selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le(s) premier(s) pistolet(s) à colle (50) comprend(comprennent) des moyens de relocalisation de produit (52).

Machine de fermeture de boîte multiformat selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de chargement (10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16) comprennent au moins un ensemble de moyens pour positionner les boîtes (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16) dans une direction avant de mouvement vers les moyens de fermeture (100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105).

Machine de fermeture de boîte multiformat selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de positionnement (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16) comprennent des moyens de préhension de boîte (11) qui sont destinés à être déplacés vers la boîte, par une face de celle-ci, au moyen d'un premier actionneur (12), et d'une lame de montage (13) en regard des moyens de préhension (11), qui sont destinés à être déplacés vers la boîte, par une deuxième face de celle-ci opposée à la première face, au moyen d'un deuxième actionneur (14).

Machine de fermeture de boîte multiformat selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de positionnement (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16) comprennent en outre un moteur de déplacement (15) qui déplace les moyens de préhension (11) et le premier actionneur (12) vers les moyens de fermeture (100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105), passant par les moyens de collage (50, 51, 52, 53).
  8. Machine de fermeture de boîte multiformat selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de positionnement (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16) comprennent en outre des moyens de détection (16) conçus pour déterminer si la boîte à saisir est en regard des moyens de préhension (11).
  9. Machine de fermeture de boîte multiformat selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de chargement (10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16) comprennent en outre un transporteur à rouleaux en mouvement vers l'avant (10) qui collabore avec les moyens de positionnement (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16), afin que les boîtes coulissent vers les moyens de fermeture (100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105), passant par les moyens de collage (50).
  10. Machine de fermeture de boîte multiformat selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 9, comprenant en outre des moyens de positionnement transversaux configurés pour faciliter le positionnement.
  11. Machine de fermeture de boîte multiformat selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de positionnement transversaux comprennent une barre de butée escamotable (17) placée entre les rouleaux du transporteur à rouleaux (10), conçus pour marquer une position de référence qui définit la position et le mouvement vers l'avant de la boîte.
  12. Machine de fermeture de boîte multiformat selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de collage (50, 51, 52, 53) comprennent au moins un deuxième pistolet à colle (53) configuré pour appliquer de la colle sur le(s) rabat(s) (1), ou la face supérieure de la boîte, une fois que ladite boîte a été fermée.
  13. Machine de fermeture de boîte multiformat selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que le(s) deuxième(s) pistolet(s) à colle (53) comprend(comprennent) des moyens pour détecter (54) la position ouverte du(des) rabat(s) (1), ou la face supérieure, et de la(des) bride(s) de support (2) une fois que la boîte a été fermée par les moyens de fermeture (100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105).
  14. Procédé de fermeture multiformat pour boîtes qui comprennent des parois, au moins un rabat supérieur (1), ou une face supérieure, et au moins une bride de support (2), dans lequel le procédé effectue la fermeture à partir de boîtes ouvertes chargées de produits, qui comprend les étapes suivantes :
    • une étape de chargement de boîte ;
    • une étape de collage de boîte, et
    • une étape de fermeture de boîte, dans lequel l'étape de fermeture de boîte peut être mise en œuvre dans trois directions perpendiculaires les unes des autres : la direction vers l'avant de mouvement des boîtes et les deux directions perpendiculaires à celle-ci, afin de s'adapter aux différentes longueurs, largeurs et hauteurs de boîte ;
    dans lequel l'étape de collage comprend au moins une première sous-étape pour l'application de colle sur l'au moins une bride de support (2), avec l'au moins un rabat supérieur (1) ou la face supérieure, et l'au moins un rebord de support (2) étant situés dans une position ouverte ;
    dans lequel l'étape de fermeture comprend une sous-étape de fermeture transversale conçue pour effectuer la fermeture de l'au moins un rabat supérieur, ou la face supérieure, et une sous-étape de fermeture longitudinale conçue pour effectuer la fermeture de l'au moins une bride de support ; et
    dans lequel dans la sous-étape de fermeture transversale conçue pour effectuer la fermeture de l'au moins un rabat, ou la face supérieure, au moins une lame supérieure (100) est déplacée d'une première position de repos à une deuxième position pour la fermeture de l'au moins un rabat, ou la face supérieure,
    tandis que, dans la sous-étape de fermeture longitudinale conçue pour effectuer la fermeture de l'au moins une bride de support, au moins une lame latérale (101) est déplacée d'une première position de repos à une deuxième position pour la fermeture de l'au moins une bride de support ; et dans lequel le procédé comprend en outre une étape consistant à appuyer l'au moins une bride de support contre une paroi de la boîte afin de fixer la colle dans la deuxième position pour la fermeture de l'au moins une bride de support (2) au moyen d'un vérin pneumatique de l'au moins une lame latérale (101).
  15. Procédé de fermeture de boîte multiformat selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que la(les) première(s) sous-étape(s) pour l'application de colle sur la(les) bride(s) de support (2) avec le(s) rabat(s) supérieur(s) (1), ou la face supérieure, et la(les) bride(s) de support (2) dans la position ouverte comprend(comprennent) une sous-étape de guidage conçue pour placer le(s) rabat(s) supérieur(s) (1), ou la face supérieure, et la(les) bride(s) de support (2) dans la position ouverte.
  16. Procédé de fermeture de boîte multiformat selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que la(les) première(s) sous-étape(s) comprend(comprennent) :
    - vérifier si la hauteur des produits dans la boîte dépasse la hauteur de la boîte ; et
    - une sous-étape de placement de produit, pour remplacer le produit dans le cas où la hauteur desdits produits dépasserait celle de la boîte.
  17. Procédé de fermeture de boîte multiformat selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 16, caractérisé en ce que l'étape de collage comprend au moins une deuxième sous-étape pour l'application de colle sur le(s) rabat(s) (1), ou la face supérieure de la boîte, une fois que ladite boîte a été fermée.
  18. Procédé de fermeture de boîte multiformat selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que, avant la(les) deuxième(s) sous-étape(s) pour l'application de colle sur le(s) rabat(s) (1), ou la face supérieure de la boîte, une fois que ladite boîte a été fermée, le procédé comprend une étape pour la détection de la position ouverte du(des) rabat(s) (1), ou la face supérieure, et/ou d'au moins une bride de support (2).
