    characterized in that the power tool (10) further comprises a securing mechanism for securing the battery interface (20) in its second position relative to the housing assembly (16).
  10. The battery-powered stationary or semi-stationary power tool (10) according to claim 9,
    characterized in that the securing mechanism comprises a resiliently biased latch (18c) provided on the housing assembly (16) or on the battery interface (20), and a latching projection (24) cooperating therewith to secure the battery interface (20) in its second position, the latching projection (24) being correspondingly provided on the battery interface (20) or on the housing assembly (16).
  11. The battery-powered stationary or semi-stationary power tool (10) according to claim 10,
    characterized in that the safety mechanism comprises a release arrangement by means of which the spring-biased pawl (18c) can be moved into a release position against the spring bias.
  12. A machining table (12) for a battery-powered stationary or semi-stationary power tool (10), the machining table (12) having a battery interface (20) for electrically and/or mechanically coupling at least one battery pack (A), as well as
    a housing arrangement (16) to which the drive unit of the battery-powered electric machine tool can be at least partially connected, the battery interface (20) being captively connected to the housing arrangement (16) in the assembled state,
    wherein the battery interface (20) is mounted on the housing arrangement (16) so as to be movable relative thereto between a first position and a second position, and wherein the battery interface (20) is movable in translation,
    characterized in that the battery interface (20) in each position is electrically connected to the drive unit of a power tool connected to the machining table (12).
  13. The machining table according to claim 12,
    characterised in that the battery interface (20) can be pulled out of the housing arrangement (16) and inserted therein at least in sections, wherein the battery interface (20) can be pulled out of the housing arrangement (16) in particular in the manner of a drawer or a slide and inserted therein at least in sections.
