Claims (15)

  1.   2. Le dispositif de la revendication 1, selon lequel ladite came à molette (2000) dont le bloc forme un dôme (2300) avec ladite portion de prise moletée ou nervurée (2330) et ces cames opposées diamétralement (2110, 2120) et ladite ouverture centrale (2200) et ladite came à molette (2000) est adaptée à la rotation pour serrer et niveler les carreaux.
  3. Le dispositif de la revendication 1, selon lequel ces première et seconde cames (2110, 2120) présentent un angle ascendant relativement élevé et ces portions ascendantes en forme de coquille (2112, 2122) sur les surfaces supérieures de chacune de ces première et seconde cames (2110, 2120) sont des pluralités de concavités échelonnées dentées radiales facilitant l'assise et le verrouillage de ces lames de verrouillage (3110, 3120) procurant une augmentation de la force de serrage incrémentielle afin de niveler les carreaux sur une surface coplanaire.
  4. Le dispositif de la revendication 3, selon lequel la rotation de ladite came à molette (2000) relativement à ladite base à crochet (3000) génère un feedback audible de cliquetis qui commencent exclusivement après que ces lames de verrouillage à enclenchement (3110, 3120) engagent ces cames dentées (2110, 2120) et génèrent l'augmentation de la force de serrage, ces cliquetis servant d'indication mesurable de l'incrément de la force de serrage résiduelle et selon lequel chaque cliquetis consécutif représente un incrément indicateur de l'augmentation de la force de serrage résiduelle.
  5. Le dispositif de la revendication 3, selon lequel la rotation de ladite came à molette (2000) se produit en quatre étapes principales : (a) La rotation initiale de ladite came à molette (2000) ne produit aucun cliquetis car les lames de verrouillage (3110, 3120) n'engagent pas encore la portion ascendante de ces cames (2110, 2120) et le dispositif ne fournit encore aucune force de serrage et aucun cliquetis pendant cette rotation initiale de ladite came à molette (2000) ; (b) Une rotation additionnelle de ladite came à molette (2000) produit des cliquetis, une fois que la surface inférieure annulaire (2350) de ladite came à molette (2000) touche la surface supérieure des carreaux et ces lames de verrouillage (3110, 3120) s'engagent avec ladite portion ascendante dentée des cames (2110, 2120), la rotation additionnelle de ladite came à molette (2000) commence à augmenter la force de serrage à mesure que ces lames de verrouillage (3110, 3120) dudit crochet (3100) s'engagent avec le profil ascendant des cames (2110, 2120) et ledit profil denté disposé radialement (2112, 2122) provoque des cliquetis, soit une indication audible en comptant où arrêter la rotation de ladite came à molette (2000) afin de ne pas dépasser la force de serrage maximum autorisée et de ne pas casser prématurément ladite base à crochet (3000) au niveau de la portion facilement cassable (3150), et chaque cliquetis consécutif procure un feedback audible lié exclusivement à l'augmentation de la force de serrage résiduelle, et en comptant les cliquetis, soit quatre, la force de serrage résiduelle atteint la force maximum autorisée et l'utilisateur sait exactement où arrêter la came à molette (2000), juste avant d'atteindre la force d'élongation maximum requise pour casser le crochet de la base (3000) au fond ; (c) Cessez la rotation de ladite came à molette (2000) une fois atteinte la force de serrage maximum autorisée, mesurée par le nombre de cliquetis, et lorsque la force de serrage atteint le maximum autorisé à la fin de la rotation de ladite came à molette (2000) et ladite came à molette (2000) est libérée et laissée verrouillée en position alors que les carreaux sont sécurisés en place avec les surfaces supérieures coplanaires et l'adhésif commence à sécher avec des carreaux espacés, serrés et nivelés ; (d) La poursuite de la rotation de ladite came à molette (2000) une fois l'adhésif sec et les carreaux sécurisés, va rompre intentionnellement la base à crochet (3000) sur la portion cassable (3150) de la portion inférieure dudit col (3140) et ladite clé (3130) se casse alors que la base restante (3200) et les nervures (3220) restent intégrées sous la surface supérieure des carreaux et entre les carreaux adjacents puis la portion supérieure (3100) de la base à crochet (3000) est extraite d'entre les carreaux après la casse, les espaces étant remplis de mastic ; et il existe une méthode alternative de rupture de la base à crochet (3000) inférieure après le séchage de l'adhésif en frappant latéralement l'assemblage serré de came à molette (2000) et de base à crochet (3000) sans rotation de ladite came à molette (2000).
  6. Le dispositif de la revendication 3, selon lequel pour chacune de ces portions dentées ascendantes de forme hélicoïdale de came, ces portions convexes assurent des transitions régulières avec les portions concaves suivantes, verrouillant ces lames de verrouillage dans les portions concaves.
  7. Le dispositif de la revendication 1, selon lequel ces première et seconde cames (2110, 2120) présentent un angle ascendant relativement moyen et les surfaces supérieures de chaque came (2110, 2120) sont texturées pour faciliter l'assise et le verrouillage par friction de ces lames de verrouillage (3110, 3120) procurant une hausse de la force de serrage incrémentielle afin de niveler les carreaux sur une surface coplanaire.
  8. Le dispositif de la revendication 1, selon lequel ladite base à crochet (3000) est adaptée au soutien et au serrage des carreaux adjacents en conjonction avec ladite came à molette (2000) depuis les côtés opposés des carreaux et est aussi adaptée à l'espacement des carreaux adjacents grâce à ses nervures (3220) qui assurent des espaces entre les carreaux adjacents et ledit col (3140) de la portion inférieure de ladite base à crochet présente une portion facilement cassable (3150) et la portion inférieure reste piégée sous les carreaux.
  9. Le dispositif de la revendication 1, selon lequel une portion supérieure (3130) de ladite base à crochet (3000) présente une forme de clé pour faciliter la prise et le maintien en position par l'utilisateur alors que ladite came à molette (2000) est tournée par l'utilisateur et ladite clé (3130) est adaptée à la traversée de ladite ouverture (2200) dans ladite came à molette (2000) et verrouille ladite came à molette (2000).
  10. Le dispositif de la revendication 1, selon lequel ledit crochet (3100) de ladite base à crochet (3000) comporte un bloc substantiellement en forme de T et ces lames de verrouillage (3110, 3120) sont disposées sous les bras respectifs dudit bloc en forme de T.
  11. Le dispositif de la revendication 1, selon lequel chacune de ces paires de lames de verrouillage (3110, 3120) de ladite base à crochet (3000) présente un profil de verrouillage qui s'étrécit jusqu'à un bord incliné qui peut s'engager et verrouiller les portions concaves radiales correspondantes ou les surfaces texturées de ces cames (2110, 2120) à la fin de la rotation de ladite came à molette (2000).
  12. Le dispositif de la revendication 1, selon lequel ladite base à crochet (3000) présente une forme carrée au fond avec des coins en V pénétrant sous ces carreaux et les rebords inférieurs entourant ladite base à crochet (3000) sont substantiellement chanfreinés vers le bas et sont adaptés à une insertion facile sous les carreaux alors que les chanfreins facilitent le retrait de l'adhésif durant l'insertion depuis la surface inférieure de ces carreaux, éliminant l'adhésif de la surface inférieure desdits carreaux et fournissant une surface d'assise relativement propre entre la surface d'appui supérieure de ladite base et la surface d'assise inférieure de ces carreaux, offrant un meilleur nivellement de ces carreaux.
  13. Le dispositif de la revendication 1, selon lequel ladite base à crochet (3000) est proposée dans un matériau de différentes couleurs, chacune représentant différentes épaisseurs d'espacement de nervures se trouvant entre les carreaux adjacents.
  14. Le dispositif de la revendication 1, selon lequel ladite base à crochet (3000) présente des espaceurs nervurés saillants (3220) présentant un matériau continu sur toute ladite base à crochet (3000), sans espaces.
  15. Le dispositif de la revendication 1, selon lequel ladite base à crochet (3000) peut accueillir un nombre spécifique de carreaux adjacents, ledit nombre de carreaux étant sélectionné entre quatre, trois et deux.
