Claims (15)

  1. Ein zweiteiliges Gerätesystem zur Installation von Fliesen auf ebenen Oberflächen, angeordnet zwischen zwei oder mehr nebeneinanderliegenden Fliesen, zur Gewährleistung des Abstands, Festklemmens und Ausrichtens der Fliesen in der Waagerechten, bestehend aus: einem Knauf-Nocken (2000), welcher als drehbarer oberer Abschnitt um eine Rotationsachse ausgeführt ist, wobei betreffender Knauf-Nocken (2000) an das Ausrichten der oberen Fliesenoberflächen in der Waagerechten angepasst ist; betreffendem Knauf-Nocken (2000) mit einem einen mittigen Freigang (2200) aufweisenden Gehäuse, wobei betreffender mittiger Freigang (2200) in Keilform ausgeführt ist, gebildet von einem mittigen, kreisförmigen Abschnitt (2210) mit erster Keilnut und zweiter Keilnut (2220), wobei betreffende erste und zweite Keilnuten (2220) sich in jeweils entgegengesetzter Richtung von betreffendem kreisförmigen Abschnitt (2210) erstrecken und betreffender Knauf-Nocken (2000) mit einem ersten Nocken (2110) außerhalb des Gehäuses versehen ist, von welchem eine im Schneckengang aufsteigende, verzahnte Rampe (2112) um betreffenden mittigen kreisförmigen Abschnitt (2210) aufsteigt und dieser erste Nocken (2110) eine radial vom betreffenden kreisförmigen Abschnitt (2210) herausragende obere Fläche aufweist und der betreffende erste Nocken (2110) mit der untersten Kante (2111) unmittelbar neben betreffender erster Keilnut anliegt; betreffendem Knauf-Nocken (2000), versehen mit einem zweiten Nocken (2120) außerhalb des Gehäuses mit schneckenförmig aufsteigender, verzahnter Rampe (2122) um betreffenden kreisförmigen Abschnitt (2210), wobei betreffender zweiter Nocken (2120) mit einer radial von betreffendem mittigen kreisförmigen (2210) Abschnitt hervorragenden, oberen Fläche versehen ist und betreffender zweiter Nocken (2120) eine unterste Kante (2121) aufweist, welche unmittelbar neben der zweiten Keilnut (2220) ansteht; betreffendem Knauf-Nocken (2000), einschließlich einer für das Ergreifen von Hand seitens des Anwenders an einem gerändelten oder mit Rippen versehenen Abschnitt (2330), sowie betreffendem Knauf-Nocken (2000), welcher mit einer Klemmfläche (2350) für unteres Anliegen zur Ausrichtung der Fliesen zwecks Gewährleistung der Ko-Polarität versehen ist; betreffender oberer Fläche des ersten Nockens (2110), welche mit einer Abfolge von sich radial entlang der aufsteigenden Abschnitte (2112) hervorhebenden Zähnen versehen ist, die schaufel- bzw. muldenförmig ausgeführt sind, wobei jeder der aufsteigenden Abschnitte (2112) der betreffenden oberen Fläche des betreffenden ersten Nockens (2110) eine Vorderkante (2121), eine Vertiefung (2124) und eine Wölbung (2126) aufweisen; betreffender oberer Fläche des betreffenden zweiten Nockens (2120), welche mit einer Abfolge von sich radial entlang der aufsteigenden Abschnitte (2122) hervorhebenden Zähnen versehen ist, die schaufel- bzw. muldenförmig ausgeführt sind, wobei jeder der aufsteigenden Abschnitte (2122) der betreffenden oberen Fläche des betreffenden zweiten Nockens (2120) eine Vorderkante (2121), eine Vertiefung (2124) und eine Wölbung (2126) aufweist und beide Nocken an gegenüberliegenden Seiten diametral zueinanderstehen; einem Haken-Sockel (3000), welcher einen feststehenden unteren Abschnitt mit Sockel (3200) mit hervorstehenden Rippen (3220) für die Abstandshaltung nebeneinanderliegender Fliesen sowie einen Haken (3100) mit Zungenabschnitt (3133) und Halsabschnitt (3140) zur Verbindung betreffenden Zungenabschnitts (3133) mit betreffendem Sockel (3200) aufweist, wobei betreffender Halsabschnitt (3140) unten eine Sollbruchstelle (3150) aufweist, welche bei Nutzung neben betreffendem Sockel (3200) zum Anliegen kommt; einem Hakenabschnitt mit zwei ineinandergreifenden verriegelnden Klingen (3110, 3120), welche von betreffendem Haken (3100) in entgegengesetzten Richtungen hervorragen; und einer Verlängerung von betreffendem Sockel (3200), welche einen unteren Abschnitt darstellt, wobei betreffender Haken-Sockel (3000) mit einem davon hervorragenden Haken (3100) versehen ist und betreffender Haken (3100) derart angepasst ist, um durch betreffenden Freigang (2200) in betreffendem Knauf-Nocken (2000) geführt zu werden, und betreffender Haken (3100) mit verriegelnden Klingen (3110, 3120) ausgerüstet ist, welche für den Eingriff in die betreffenden Nocken (2110, 2120) ausgeführt sind, wobei der betreffende Hakensockel (3000) zur Abstandshaltung und Ausrichtung in der Waagerechten der nebeneinanderliegenden Fliesen in Verbindung mit Knauf-Nocken (2000) von gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Fliesen angepasst ist; worin betreffende schaufelförmige ansteigende Abschnitte (2112, 2122) der betreffenden oberen Fläche des betreffenden ersten Nockens (2110) sowie der betreffenden oberen Fläche des betreffenden zweiten Nockens (2120) derart ausgeführt sind, dass sie die untersten Kanten der beiden betreffenden Verriegelungsklingen (3110, 3120) in betreffenden Vertiefungen (2124) zum Festliegen bringen; wobei, wenn betreffender Haken (3100) durch den betreffenden mittigen Freigang (2200) eingesetzt wird, die Drehung des betreffenden Knauf-Nockens (2000) das Eingreifen der betreffenden ersten und zweiten Nocken (2110, 2120) mit betreffenden verriegelnden Klingen (3110, 3120) des betreffenden Haken-Sockels (3000) veranlasst, die Klemmkraft zwischen betreffendem Knauf-Nocken (2000) und betreffendem Haken-Sockel (3000) derart zu erzeugen, dass die dazwischen liegenden Fliesen den richtigen Abstand, die richtige Klemmung und die Ausrichtung in der Waagerechten erfahren.
  2. Die Vorrichtung aus Anspruch 1, an welcher der betreffende Knauf-Nocken (2000) mit gewölbtem Gehäuse (2300) mit betreffendem gerändelten oder mit Rippen versehenen Griffabschnitt (2330) sowie betreffenden, diametral gegenüberliegenden Nocken (2110, 2120) und betreffendem mittigen Freigang (2200) ausgeführt ist und betreffender Knauf-Nocken (2000) für die Drehung zum Festklemmen und Ausrichten von Fliesen in der Waagerechten angepasst ist.
  3. Die Vorrichtung aus Anspruch 1, an welcher betreffende erste und zweite Nocken (2110, 2120) einen relativ steilen Anstiegswinkel aufweisen, und an welcher die betreffenden schaufelförmigen ansteigenden Abschnitte (2112, 2122) an den oberen Flächen jeder der betreffenden ersten und zweiten Nocken (2110, 2120) Kopien der radial verzahnten, abgestuften Vertiefungen zum Festsetzen und Verriegeln betreffender Verriegelungsklingen (3110, 3120) darstellen, welche die schrittweise Steigerung der Klemmkraft zur Ausrichtung der Fliesen innerhalb einer Ebene ermöglichen.
  4. Die Vorrichtung aus Anspruch 3, an welcher die Drehung des betreffenden Knauf-Nockens (2000) in Relation zu betreffendem Haken-Sockel (3000) anhand Klickgeräusch eine hörbare Rückmeldung erzeugt, welche ausschließlich nach dem Eingreifen betreffender Verriegelungsklingen (3110, 3120) in betreffenden verzahnten Nocken (2110, 2120) erfolgt und eine Steigerung der Klemmkraft bewirkt, wobei betreffende Klickgeräusche als messbare Indikation einer Steigerung der restlichen Klemmkraft dienen und jedes in Folge ertönende Klickgeräusch jeweils eine Stufe der Steigerung der restlichen Klemmkraft bedeutet.
  5. Die Vorrichtung aus Anspruch 3, an welcher das Drehen des betreffenden Knauf-Nockens (2000) in vier wesentlichen Schritten erfolgt: (a) Anfängliche Drehung des betreffenden Knauf-Nockens (2000) erfolgt ohne jegliche Klickgeräusche, weil die Verriegelungsklingen (3110, 3120) noch nicht an den ansteigenden Abschnitten der betreffenden Nocken (2110, 2120) eingreifen und die Vorrichtung bei anfänglicher Drehung des Knauf-Nockens (2000) noch keine Klemmkraft und noch keine Klickgeräusche erzeugt; (b) Weitere Drehung des betreffenden Knauf-Nockens (2000) erfolgt mit Klickgeräuschen, sobald die untere ringförmige Fläche (2350) des betreffenden Knauf-Nockens (2000) die obere Oberfläche der Fliesen berührt und die betreffenden verriegelnden Klingen (3110, 3120) in den betreffenden verzahnten ansteigenden Abschnitt der Nocken (2110, 2120) eingreifen, beginnt die weitere Drehung des betreffenden Knauf-Nockens (2000), die Klemmkraft zu steigern, indem betreffende verriegelnde Klingen (3110, 3120) des betreffenden Hakens (3100) am ansteigenden Profil der Nocken (2110, 2120) eingreifen und betreffendes, radial angeordnetes Verzahnungsprofil (2112, 2122) Klickgeräusche verursacht und somit eine akustische Indikation durch Abzählen, wo die Drehbewegung des betreffenden Knauf-Nockens (2000) angehalten werden soll, erzeugt, damit die maximal zulässige Klemmkraft nicht überschritten wird und betreffender Haken-Sockel (3000) an der Sollbruchstelle (3150) nicht vorzeitig durchgebrochen wird, und jedes darauf folgende Klickgeräusch eine akustische Rückkopplung erzeugt, welche ausschließlich in Relation zur Steigerung der restlichen Klemmkraft steht, und durch Zählen der Klickgeräusche, betreffende vier, die restliche Klemmkraft den maximal zulässigen Kraftwert erreicht und der Anwender somit exakt weiß, wo die Drehbewegung des Knauf-Nockens (2000) innezuhalten ist, unmittelbar bevor die zum Brechen des Sockel-Hakens (3000) an der Unterseite maximale Verlängerungskraft erreicht wird; (c) Anhalten der Drehung des betreffenden Knauf-Nockens (2000) nach Erreichen der maximal zulässigen, über die Anzahl der Klickgeräusche messbaren Klemmkraft und sobald die Klemmkraft am Ende der Drehbewegung des betreffenden Knauf-Nockens (2000) das maximal zulässige Ausmaß erreicht und betreffender Knauf-Nocken (2000) gelöst wird und in verriegelter Position belassen wird und die Fliesen mit den oberen Oberflächen in einer Ebene gesichert werden und der Fliesenkleber bei abstandsgetreuen, festgeklemmten und nivellierten Fliesen auszuhärten beginnt; (d) Fortführen der Drehbewegung des betreffenden Knauf-Nockens (2000) nach Aushärten des Fliesenklebers und Befestigung der Fliesen führt zum Brechen der Sollbruchstelle (3150) des Haken-Sockels (3000) vom unteren Abschnitt des betreffenden Halsabschnitts (3140) und der betreffende Keil (3130) bricht und der Stützsockel (3200) und die Versteifungsrippen (3220) bleiben unter der oberen Oberfläche der Fliesen und zwischen nebeneinanderliegenden Fliesen eingebettet und dann wird der obere Teil (3100) des Haken-Sockels (3000) nach dem Durchbrechen aus den Zwischenräumen zwischen den Fliesen herausgezogen und die Zwischenräume mit Fugenmasse gefüllt;
    und es besteht eine alternative Methode zum Brechen des Haken-Sockels (3000) an der Unterseite nach Aushärten des Fliesenklebers, indem an der festgeklemmten Baugruppe aus Knauf-Nocken (2000) und Haken-Sockel (3000) aus seitlicher Richtung gegengetreten wird, ohne den betreffenden Knauf-Nocken (2000) zu drehen.
  6. Die Vorrichtung für Anspruch 3, an welcher für jeden der betreffenden, in Schneckenform ansteigenden verzahnten Abschnitte betreffende erhabene Abschnitte ruckfreie Übergänge in den jeweils nächsten Vertiefungsabschnitt ermöglichen, an welcher betreffende Verriegelungsklingen in den Vertiefungsabschnitten verriegelt werden.
  7. Die Vorrichtung aus Anspruch 1, an welcher betreffende erste und zweite Nocken (2110, 2120) einen relativ mäßigen ansteigenden Winkel aufweisen und die oberen Flächen jeder der Nocken (2110, 2120) rau ausgeführt sind, wodurch über die Reibung der betreffenden Verriegelungsklingen (3110, 3120) das Festsetzen und Verriegeln ermöglicht wird und eine stetige Steigerung der Klemmkraft zur Ausrichtung der Fliesen in der Waagerechten innerhalb einer gemeinsamen Ebene erreicht wird.
  8. Die Vorrichtung aus Anspruch 1, an welcher betreffender Haken-Sockel (3000) in Verbindung mit betreffendem Knauf-Nocken (2000) zum Abstützen und Festklemmen nebeneinanderliegender Fliesen von jeweils gegenüber liegenden Seiten aus angepasst wird und die derart angepasst ist, die Abstandshaltung nebeneinanderliegender Fliesen über die ausgeführten Rippen (3220), welche die Abstände zwischen nebeneinanderliegenden Fliesen einhalten, zu gewährleisten, sowie betreffender Halsabschnitt (3140) des betreffenden unteren Abschnitts des Haken-Sockels eine Sollbruchstelle (3150) aufweist und der untere Abschnitt unter den Fliesen eingeschlossen bleibt.
  9. Die Vorrichtung aus Anspruch 1, an welcher ein oberer Abschnitt (3130) des betreffenden Haken-Sockels (3000) eine Keilform aufweist, welche dem leichten Ergreifen und Einhalten der Position seitens des Anwenders dient, während der Anwender betreffenden Knauf-Nocken (2000) verdreht und betreffender Keil (3130) derart ausgeführt ist, dass dieser durch betreffenden Freigang (2200) in betreffendem Knauf-Nocken (2000) hindurch passt und betreffenden Knauf-Nocken (2000) verriegelt.
  10. Die Vorrichtung aus Anspruch 1, an welcher das Gehäuse des betreffenden Hakens (3100) des betreffenden Haken-Sockels (3000) im Wesentlichen in T-Form ausgeführt ist und betreffende Verriegelungsklingen (3110, 3120) an einer Unterseite der betreffenden Ausleger des entsprechenden, in T-Form ausgeführten, Gehäuses angeordnet sind.
  11. Die Vorrichtung aus Anspruch 1, an welcher jeder Satz der betreffenden Paare von Verriegelungsklingen (3110, 3120) des betreffenden Haken-Sockels (3000) ein Verriegelungsprofil aufweist, welches auf eine spitze Kante zuläuft, welche die entsprechenden radialen Vertiefungsabschnitte oder rauen Oberflächen betreffender Nocken (2110, 2120) zum Ende der Drehbewegung des betreffenden Knauf-Nockens (2000) einrasten und verriegeln kann.
  12. Die Vorrichtung aus Anspruch 1, an welcher betreffender Haken-Sockel (3000) unten eine Rechteckform mit V-förmigen Ecken aufweist, welche unter die betreffenden Fliesen reichen und die unteren einfassenden Kanten des betreffenden Haken-Sockels (3000) erheblich nach unten hin angefast sind und zur Ermöglichung des Einführens unter den Fliesen ausgeführt sind sowie die Anfasungen dem Entfernen von Fliesenkleber von der unteren Fläche der Fliesen beim Einsetzen dienen, an den unteren Flächen betreffender Fliesen den Fliesenkleber abwischen und eine relativ saubere Ansetzfläche zwischen der oberen Anlagefläche des betreffenden Sockels und der unteren Ansetzfläche der betreffenden Fliesen bieten, um somit eine bessere Ausrichtung in der Waagerechten betreffender Fliesen zu erreichen.
  13. Die Vorrichtung aus Anspruch 1, an welcher betreffender Haken-Sockel (3000) in verschiedenfarbigem Material ausgeführt ist, wobei jede Farbe für unterschiedliche Abstandsmaße steht, welche durch Rippenstärke zwischen nebeneinanderliegenden Fliesen vorgegeben werden.
  14. Die Vorrichtung aus Anspruch 1, an welcher betreffender Haken-Sockel (3000) mit hervorstehenden Rippen-Abstandshaltern (3220) versehen ist, welche entlang des Haken-Sockels (3000) fortlaufendes Material ohne Spalt aufweist.
  15. Die Vorrichtung aus Anspruch 1, an welcher betreffender Haken-Sockel (3000) eine spezifische Anzahl nebeneinanderliegender Fliesen aufnehmen kann, auszuwählen aus vier, drei oder zwei.
