Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method of handling a load, in particular of a tool on a press, said press comprising a frame provided with lateral columns, and a press table situated between said lateral columns, providing on both sides from the press table a free gap passing through, said press table defining a transfer plane and being arranged to receive said tool in a working position, said press being equipped with a handling device arranged to move said tool by pushing and traction in said transfer plane between a waiting position and a working position, this handling device comprising two transfer mechanisms each provided with hooking members intended to cooperate with complementary receiving members provided on said tool, and drive means coupled to said latching members to move them in translation in said transfer plane t selectively in one direction and in the opposite direction between two extreme positions covering at least the standby position and the working position of said tool, said means for driving the two transfer mechanisms being coupled to operate synchronously.
- the invention relates to a press equipped with a handling device allowing the implementation of the above handling process, a handling device arranged to equip said press, as well as a press tool comprising a sole provided with at least two parallel lateral edges arranged to be able to operate with said handling device.
- Press tools used for cutting, stamping, etc. are usually deposited on a press and then taken up from said press by conventional handling means, such as an overhead crane, forklift or the like. They are generally placed on standby on one or more tool holder supports arranged in front of the press table, and are transferred from the tool holder to the press table and vice versa by pushing and pulling in a transfer plane by means of a specific handling device external or integrated into the press.
- Tool holders are commonly called tool consoles. They are used in pairs, arranged in parallel, and made up of mechanical parts in the form of a square defining the transfer plane, generally horizontal, on which the tool is stored. To facilitate the movement of the tool relative to the tool holder consoles, the latter comprise rolling means in said transfer plane, these rolling means generally comprising cylindrical rollers to guarantee a displacement of the tool parallel to it- even.
- the tool holder consoles can be fixed, adjoining the press table and bolted to the press frame. They can also be mobile, on board trolleys, which run on rails on the ground in order to be able to move the tool-holder consoles in translation perpendicular to the press table.
- the push and pull handling devices are associated either with the tool holder consoles or with the press, to carry out the tool change. They consist in removing the working tool from the press table and depositing a new standby tool there. They can be installed on one side of the press opposite the tool holders or on the side containing the tool holders. Most handling devices have the disadvantage of blocking access to at least one side of the press, or even to both sides of the press, due to the space occupied by the handling device and the tool-holder consoles. the tool development operations considerably. In addition, when changing tools, either to change production, or to replace a defective tool, the press is immobilized and production is interrupted. Indeed, known handling devices do not allow to work in hidden time, that is to say to load a tool for the next production, without interrupting the production of the press with the tool in work.
- the publications JP 58 053 334 and EP 468 855 A1 propose a solution in which the handling device is installed in a fixed position in front of the press on the side opposite to a mobile tool table perpendicular to the press. In addition to blocking access from both sides of the press, this handling device requires equipping the press during its construction with specific rails mounted inside the press table to allow the circulation of the coupling members for temporarily link the handling device to the tool.
- EP 468 855 A1 describes in particular a press tool according to the preamble of claim 18.
- the publication DE 34 33 566 A1 describes a press tool handling system according to the preamble of claim 7 comprising two transfer mechanisms housed in longitudinal grooves crossing the press table right through so as to be able to extend well beyond the press table in complementary grooves of a tool changer carriage adjacent to the press.
- This system also requires lifting means to raise and lower the tool relative to the press table, the raised position allowing the change of tools.
- the publication GB 1,418,250 describes a press tool handling system comprising two transfer mechanisms housed in grooves longitudinal provided in the press table, and bearing rollers arranged opposite rolling rollers provided in a console adjacent to the press table. Each transfer mechanism is movable vertically by a piston between a raised position above the level of the press table allowing the tool change and a lowered position below the level of the press table.
- the present invention aims to overcome the drawbacks of the state of the art by proposing a compact and versatile handling device, designed to minimize the trajectories of the tools and therefore the tool change times, making it possible to work in masked time.

- Said drive means of each transfer mechanism may comprise a mechanical transmission coupled on the one hand to said movable carriage and on the other hand to a rotary actuator, said mechanical transmission being arranged to transform the rotational movement of said rotary actuator into a movement of translation of said mobile carriage.
- Said drive means may include an actuator common to the two transfer mechanisms.
- the mechanical transmissions of the two transfer mechanisms are linked together by a connecting shaft.
- They can also include two actuators, each coupled to a mechanical transmission of one of the transfer mechanisms.
- said actuators are slaved to each other to operate synchronously.
- each transfer mechanism may include a drive finger extending in said movable carriage along an axis perpendicular to said transfer plane, projecting into said transfer plane and intended to be housed in an orifice or a recess in the sole of said tool forming said complementary receiving member.
- the handling device can comprise at least two specific receiving members, separate from said transfer mechanisms, each provided with an orifice for receiving a drive finger, and intended to be attached to the sole of said tool.
- the drive finger can be fixed or mounted movable in axial translation in said movable carriage. In this case, it is secured by a return member in its projecting position in the transfer plane when it is at rest, and authorizing its retraction in a retracted position relative to said transfer plane when it is constrained by a support. outside opposing said return member.
- each transfer mechanism may comprise a drive finger mounted to pivot in said movable carriage around a pivot axis, secured by a control system between an unlocked position in which it is not engaged with the receiving member of said tool and a locked position in which it is engaged with the receiving member of said tool.

- said receiving members can be attached to the lateral edges of the sole of said tool and comprise two plates provided with an orifice open laterally, in the end zones of each lateral edge, and arranged to receive selectively the drive finger of one of the transfer mechanisms of said handling device.
- the handling device 10, 20 allows the handling of a load, such as a tool 2, by linear displacement of the tool 2 in a transfer plane T by pushing and pulling. It is commonly called a rickshaw device.
- This handling device 10, 20 is more particularly designed to be integrated in a machine tool, such as a press 1.
- the use of the handling device of the invention in a press 1 for loading and unloading the tools 2, with reference to the figures, is however not limiting and extends to any other machine tool requiring the movement of a load, a tool, a metal mass, etc. To simplify the rest of the description, we will speak of press 1 and tool 2, without these terms being limiting.
- the press 1 comprises a frame 4 provided with uprights or lateral columns 6, and a press table 5 situated between the lateral columns 6, providing a free interval I on either side of the press table crossing.
- the press 1 is only partially shown to simplify the drawings.
- the press table 5 is shown with only part of the frame 4 and columns 6 for viewing the two intervals I, delimited between the parallel lateral edges of the press table 5 and the side columns 6.
- the press table 5 comprises two transverse edges, mutually parallel, defining the so-called accessible sides of the press 1, which are perpendicular to the lateral columns 6 and allow access to the press table 5 for loading and unloading a tool 2.
- the press table 5 is flat and defines a transfer plane T in which a tool 2 is moved by a handling device 10, 20, such as that of the invention, between a standby position outside and near the press table 5 at least one of its accessible sides, and a working position on the press table 5 and vice versa.
- the press 1 is equipped on one and / or the other of its accessible sides with a pair of tool holder consoles 7 defining the standby position of said tool 2.
- the tool holder consoles 7 are , in the examples illustrated, fixed to the frame 4 of the press 1, and constitute known mechanical elements which will not be described in more detail.
- the plane defined by the pair of tool holder consoles 7 is arranged in the extension of the plane defined by the press table 5 together forming said transfer plane T.
- the tool 2 is generally supported by a sole 3 whose surface is greater than that of tool 2, which is used to handle tool 2 and to fix it securely on the press table 5.
- the press 1 is therefore equipped with a handling device 10, 20 which will make it possible to move the tool 2 by pushing and pulling in the transfer plane T between a waiting position and a working position.
- This handling device 10, 20 is particularly suitable for integration into the press 1, as an initial assembly on a new press or as a second assembly on a press already in service, so as to not condemn either of the two accessible sides of the tables press 5.
- the operator can more easily intervene on the tool 2 to adjust its position on the press table 5 before securing it therein.
- the handling device for this purpose comprises two transfer mechanisms 11, 12 specially designed to integrate in the interval I existing between the press table 5 and the lateral columns 6, making it possible to very easily mount the handling device 10 to the interior of the press 1, on either side of the press table 5, thus requiring no modification of the press table 5.
- These two transfer mechanisms 11, 12 are therefore positioned parallel to each other to the other and extend beyond the accessible sides of the press table 5, since their length is greater than the depth of the press table 5 while remaining close to its two accessible sides.
- These two transfer mechanisms 11, 12 are structurally identical. They each comprise a latching member 40, 50 arranged to cooperate with a complementary receiving member 60, 70 provided on the tool 2, and drive means 80 coupled to said latching member 40, 50 to move it in translation in the transfer plane T selectively in one direction and in the opposite direction between two extreme positions covering at least the standby position and the working position of said tool 2. Due to their integration in the press 1, the organs of 'hooking 40, 50 of the two transfer mechanisms 11, 12 circulate laterally outside the press table 5 between two extreme positions which are located outside the press table 5 while remaining close to its two accessible sides.
- FIGS 1 to 5 illustrate a first embodiment of the handling device 10 according to the invention mounted on a press 1 equipped with a pair of tool holder consoles 7 on only one of the accessible sides making it possible to load and unload a tool 2 by the same side of the press 1, as shown in the Figures 1A and 1B where tool 2 is in the waiting position in the figure 1A and in working position in the figure 1B .
- Each transfer mechanism 11, 12 comprises a guide rail 13 of width less than the width of the gap I in which it is mounted. It contains at least partially the drive means 80 and the hooking member 40 is carried by a mobile carriage 41 coupled to the drive means 80 and guided in translation in the guide rail 13.
- the drive means 80 comprise, in each transfer mechanism 11, 12, a mechanical transmission arranged to transform the rotational movement of a rotary actuator into a translational movement of the fastening members 40. This translational movement is alternating in one direction and in the opposite direction to move the hooking members 40 from one end to the other end of the transfer mechanisms 11, 12 to define their two extreme positions.
- the two mechanical transmissions are coupled together to guarantee a synchronous movement of said hooking members 40 parallel to themselves.
- each mechanical transmission comprises a transmission chain 81 circulating in a loop between a driving pinion 82 and a driven pinion 83, both carried by bearings provided in the ends of the guide rails 13.
- the driving pinions 83 of the two mechanical transmissions are coupled by a connecting shaft 84, which is rotated by a motor 85 and a transmission 88, arranged outside of the guide rails 13.
- the motor 85 is a reversible motor and can be made of any type of motor, gear motor, servomotor, or similar.
- the movable carriages 41 of the hooking members 40 are secured to the upper strand of the transmission chain 81 by jumpers 42 fixed in place of one or more links of the transmission chain 81 and are guided linearly in the rail. guide 13 by means of a guide shoe 86 circulating on a slide 87 integral with the guide rail 13 (see figure 4A ).
- the slide 87 has a diabolo-shaped section delimiting two frustoconical and opposite circulation grooves.
- the guide shoe 86 includes means of rolling such as cylindrical rollers (not shown) arranged to roll in said grooves of circulation of the slide 87.
- the transfer mechanisms 11, 12 comprise a bracket 14 at each of their ends allowing their attachment to the frame 4 of the press 1.
- One of the brackets 14 comprises a support plate on which the motor 85 is fixed.
- the drive means for the attachment members 40 may comprise two motors, one for each transfer mechanism 11, 12. In this case, the two motors are synchronized by a control unit.
- the transmission chains 81 and the driving sprockets 82 and driven 83 can be replaced by a toothed belt and toothed wheels, or by a worm and a nut. It is also possible to envisage double-acting cylinders in place of the mechanical transmissions and of the motor or motors 85. These examples show some possible embodiments without departing from the invention.
- the fastening members 40 include, in the example, Figures 1 to 3 a drive finger 43 extending in the movable carriage 41 along an axis A perpendicular to the transfer plane T to be projecting in the transfer plane T so as to be able to be housed in an orifice 61 in the sole 3 of the tool 2 forming the complementary receiving member 60.
- the tool 2 is coupled to the handling device 10 and can be moved in translation in the transfer plane T.
- the sole 3 of the tool 2 comprises, in each of its two lateral edges and near one of its transverse edges, at least one through hole 61 arranged to receive the drive finger 43 of a transfer mechanisms 11, 12.
- the stroke of the tool 2 is limited to a round trip on the same pair of tool-holder consoles 7.
- the sole 3 of the tool 2 could include an orifice 61 in each of its angles. Providing for orifices 61 directly in the sole 3 of the tool 2, for example by machining, is a coupling solution which is simple to produce and very inexpensive. This solution is however only possible if the sole 3 of the tool 2 has a width greater than the width of the press table 5 and protrudes laterally from the press table 5 to be located above the existing intervals I between the press table 5 and the lateral columns 6.
- the drive fingers 43 form at the same time indexing means of the tool 2 on the tool holder consoles 7 facilitating its positioning on the press table 5.
- These drive fingers 43 can be mounted fixed in the mobile carriage 41. However, they are mounted movable in axial translation along axis A in the mobile carriage 41 so that they can retract automatically when the tool 2 is removed when the latter is placed on the consoles. tools 7.
- the movable drive fingers 43 have no external control. They are simply secured by a return member 44 in projecting position in the transfer plane T when they are at rest.
- This return member 44 consists of a helical spring, or any similar return member, disposed in the axis A between the mobile carriage 41 and the drive finger 43.
- each mobile drive finger 43 in the projecting position is limited for example by means of a stroke limit screw 45 or any other equivalent means.
- the advantage of this elastic mounting is to preserve the drive fingers 43 from any damage during the installation and removal of the tool 2 by a handling machine on the tool holder consoles 7 and therefore on the drive fingers 43 of the transfer mechanisms 11, 12.
- the fingers drive 43 can then, under the effect of a pressing force exerted by the tool 2, automatically retract into a retracted position relative to the transfer plane T avoiding any deterioration or breakage.
- the receiving members 70 are attached to the tool 2 and no longer integrated as in the previous example. They thus comprise two plates 71 fixed to the sole 3 of the tool 2 in at least two of its angles and on the same transverse side, each plate 71 being provided with a through hole 72 for receiving a drive finger 42 of the device handling 10.
- the stroke of the tool 2 is limited to a round trip on the same pair of tool-holder consoles 7.
- the sole 3 of the tool 2 could include a plate 71 in each of its angles.
- This coupling solution is also very simple and inexpensive, making it possible to equip tools 2 having a sole 3 whose width corresponds substantially to the width of the press table 5 and does not allow the holes 61 to be machined directly in its side edges, as in the example described above.
- the figures 6 to 10 illustrate a second embodiment of the handling device 20 according to the invention mounted on a press 1 equipped in this version with two pairs of tool holder consoles 7 on its two accessible sides making it possible to load a tool 2 from one of the sides and unload the tool 2 from the other side of the press 1.
- This solution is particularly advantageous because it makes it possible to work in hidden time, that is to say to load a tool 2 in the waiting position on a pair of tool holder consoles 7 while another tool 2 is in the working position on the press table 5, as explained with reference to Figures 10A to 10D .
- Parts, parts of parts and subassemblies which are identical to the previous example have the same reference numbers.
- the transfer mechanisms 11, 12 of the handling device 20 are identical to the previous example.
- the hooking members 50 are, as in the previous example, each carried by a mobile carriage 51, fixed to the upper strand of the transmission chain 81 by jumpers 52 fixed in place of one or more links of the chain 81. They differ from the previous example in that they each comprise a drive finger 53 pivotally mounted in the mobile carriage 51 along an axis B. This pivot axis B is parallel to the guide rail 13.
- Each drive finger 53 is secured by a control system between an unlocked inclined position as shown in the figures 6 and 9 , in which it is not engaged with the receiving member 70 of the tool 2 and a vertical locked position, in which it is engaged with the receiving member 70 of the tool 2 making it possible to move the 'hooking member 50 relative to the tool 2.
- This control system comprises, in the example shown, a return member 54 arranged to return the drive finger 53 from the unlocked position to the locked position and a unlocking handle 55 arranged to move the drive finger 53 from its locked position to an unlocked position.
- the drive finger 53 is mounted on a lever 56 by a fixing piece 57 and the return member 54 extends between the lever 56 and the movable carriage 51.
- the unlocking handle 55 is arranged at one of the ends of each transfer mechanism 11, 12 and secured to the lever 56 by a splined shaft 58 which extends all along and parallel to the guide rail 13.
- This unlocking handle 55 is held in the unlocked position by an indexing finger 59 oriented perpendicular to the pivot plane of the release handle 55, and mounted in a stirrup 15 fixed to the guide rail 13 ( figure 6A ).
- This indexing finger 59 is secured by a return member (not visible) in the direction of the unlocking handle 55 which has an indexing hole (not visible) for receiving the indexing finger 59 when it is in position unlocked.
- the unlocking handle 55 and the indexing finger 59 of each transfer mechanism 11, 12 are intended to be handled by a press operator.
- the receiving members 70 are attached to the tool 2 and comprise four plates 71 fixed on the sole 3 of the tool 2 in its four angles, each plate 71 being provided with an orifice 73 open laterally to receive a drive finger 53 when it passes from an unlocked position to a locked position.
- the stroke of the tool 2 is extended to a crossing of the press table 5 from a pair of tool holder consoles 7 to the pair of opposite tool holder consoles 7, and is limited to this crossing, which represents a reduced stroke compared to the state of the art.
- this coupling solution is also very simple and inexpensive, making it possible to equip tools 2 having a sole 3 whose width is substantially equal to the width of the press table 5 and does not allow machining directly openings laterally open in its lateral edges.
- these orifices open laterally could be machined directly in its lateral edges.
- the handling device 10 makes it possible to load and unload the tools 2 from a single accessible side of the press table 5, namely the side where the tool holder consoles are located.
- the handling device 20 makes it possible to load and unload the press tools 2 from the two accessible sides of the press table 5, since they are each equipped with tool holder consoles 7, thus making it possible to work in hidden time, as explained below, therefore saving considerable time in tool change operations.
- the Figures 10A to 10D illustrate a process for handling press tools 2 on a press 1, equipped with a pair of tool holder consoles 7 on each of its sides, and the handling device 20 according to the invention, which makes it possible to work in masked time as explained below.
- the tools 2 are equipped with four receiving members 70, ie a receiving member 70 in each corner of the sole 3.
- the figure 10A illustrates a first tool 2 which has been deposited by any known handling means in the standby position on the tool holder consoles 7 on the front side AV of the press 1.
- the front side AV of the press 1 is called its right side in the figures, and the rear rear side of the press 1, its left side on the Figures 10A to 10D .
- the attachment means 50 of the transfer mechanisms 11, 12 are positioned on the front side AV of the press 1 and in the locked position in the reception means 70 of the first tool 2 which are near the press table 5.
- the handling device 20 is actuated in order to move the hooking members 50 from the front side AV towards the rear side AR of the press 1, and consequently the first tool 2 of the tool holder consoles 7 at the press table 5
- the press 1 can start quickly to work with the first tool 2 after having fixed it on the press table 5.
- a second tool 2 is deposited, by any known handling means, on the tool holder consoles 7 on the front side AV of the press 1 while the press 1 is working with the first tool 2.
- the operator can unlock the hooking members 50 of the first tool 2 by pulling on the indexing finger 59 and pivoting the unlocking handle 55 downwards of each transfer mechanism 11, 12 to release the receiving means 70 of the first tool 2
- It actuates the handling device 20 in order to move the organs hooking 50 from the rear side AR towards the front side AV of the press 1 to bring them opposite the receiving members 70 of the second tool 2, which are close to the press table 5.

Description
The present invention relates to a method of handling a load, in particular of a tool on a press, said press comprising a frame provided with lateral columns, and a press table situated between said lateral columns, providing on both sides from the press table a free gap passing through, said press table defining a transfer plane and being arranged to receive said tool in a working position, said press being equipped with a handling device arranged to move said tool by pushing and traction in said transfer plane between a waiting position and a working position, this handling device comprising two transfer mechanisms each provided with hooking members intended to cooperate with complementary receiving members provided on said tool, and drive means coupled to said latching members to move them in translation in said transfer plane t selectively in one direction and in the opposite direction between two extreme positions covering at least the standby position and the working position of said tool, said means for driving the two transfer mechanisms being coupled to operate synchronously.
The invention relates to a press equipped with a handling device allowing the implementation of the above handling process, a handling device arranged to equip said press, as well as a press tool comprising a sole provided with at least two parallel lateral edges arranged to be able to operate with said handling device.
Press tools, hereinafter called "tools", used for cutting, stamping, etc. are usually deposited on a press and then taken up from said press by conventional handling means, such as an overhead crane, forklift or the like. They are generally placed on standby on one or more tool holder supports arranged in front of the press table, and are transferred from the tool holder to the press table and vice versa by pushing and pulling in a transfer plane by means of a specific handling device external or integrated into the press.
Tool holders are commonly called tool consoles. The tool holder consoles can be fixed, adjoining the press table and bolted to the press frame. They can also be mobile, on board trolleys, which run on rails on the ground in order to be able to move the tool-holder consoles in translation perpendicular to the press table.
The push and pull handling devices are associated either with the tool holder consoles or with the press, to carry out the tool change.

No known solution is satisfactory and does not allow to significantly reduce the tool change times taking into account in particular the trajectories necessary for the handling devices for on the one hand removing the tool from a finished production and on the other hand positioning a new tool to start a new production.
The present invention aims to overcome the drawbacks of the state of the art by proposing a compact and versatile handling device, designed to minimize the trajectories of the tools and therefore the tool change times, making it possible to work in masked time. according to its variant embodiments, suitable for both new presses and for presses already in service, whatever their type, designed to be easily integrated into the press, completely retracted from the press table, not annoying not access either on one side or the other of the press, this handling device being of simple design and economically very competitive, guaranteeing in addition a precise trajectory of the tool and reproducible.
Dans ce but, l'invention concerne un procédé de manutention selon la revendication 1.For this purpose, the invention relates to a handling method according to
One of the sides of the press table can be equipped with a pair of tool consoles and control said handling device to move a tool from a standby position on the pair of tool consoles to a position of work on the press table and vice versa. In this case, said tool is fitted with a receiving member on each of its lateral sides.
It is also possible to equip the two sides of the press table with a pair of tool holder consoles and control said handling device to move a tool from a standby position on a pair of tool holder consoles to a position working on the press table, then from the working position on the press table to a standby position on the other pair of tool consoles, and vice versa. In this case, said tool is fitted with two receiving members on each of its lateral sides.
This object is achieved by a press as defined by
In a first alternative embodiment, the attachment member of each transfer mechanism may include a movable drive finger along an axis perpendicular to said transfer plane, projecting into said transfer plane and intended to be housed in an orifice 'a sole of said tool forming said complementary receiving member.
In a second alternative embodiment, the attachment member of each transfer mechanism may comprise a drive finger pivoting between an unlocked position in which it is not engaged with the receiving member of said tool and a position locked in which it is engaged with the receiving member of said tool, and said receiving members may each comprise a laterally open orifice provided in a sole of said tool and arranged to receive the drive finger of one of the transfer mechanisms when in the locked position.
Ce but est également atteint par un dispositif de manutention selon la revendication 7.This object is also achieved by a handling device according to
Said drive means of each transfer mechanism may comprise a mechanical transmission coupled on the one hand to said movable carriage and on the other hand to a rotary actuator, said mechanical transmission being arranged to transform the rotational movement of said rotary actuator into a movement of translation of said mobile carriage.
Said drive means may include an actuator common to the two transfer mechanisms. In this case, the mechanical transmissions of the two transfer mechanisms are linked together by a connecting shaft.
They can also include two actuators, each coupled to a mechanical transmission of one of the transfer mechanisms. In this case, said actuators are slaved to each other to operate synchronously.
The attachment member of each transfer mechanism may include a drive finger extending in said movable carriage along an axis perpendicular to said transfer plane, projecting into said transfer plane and intended to be housed in an orifice or a recess in the sole of said tool forming said complementary receiving member.
In an alternative embodiment, the handling device according to claim can comprise at least two specific receiving members, separate from said transfer mechanisms, each provided with an orifice for receiving a drive finger, and intended to be attached to the sole of said tool.
The drive finger can be fixed or mounted movable in axial translation in said movable carriage. In this case, it is secured by a return member in its projecting position in the transfer plane when it is at rest, and authorizing its retraction in a retracted position relative to said transfer plane when it is constrained by a support. outside opposing said return member.
In another embodiment of the invention, the attachment member of each transfer mechanism may comprise a drive finger mounted to pivot in said movable carriage around a pivot axis, secured by a control system between an unlocked position in which it is not engaged with the receiving member of said tool and a locked position in which it is engaged with the receiving member of said tool.
In this case, the control system advantageously comprises a return member arranged to automatically recall said drive finger from the unlocked position to the locked position and an unlocking handle arranged to move said drive finger from its locked position to a unlocked position. The drive finger can be mounted on a lever integral with said unlocking handle, and said return member extends between said lever and the movable carriage. The control system may further include an indexing finger arranged to lock said unlocking handle in the unlocked position.
Dans ce but enfin, l'invention concerne un outil de presse selon la revendication 18.For this purpose finally, the invention relates to a press tool according to claim 18.
According to a first alternative embodiment, said sole may comprise in each of its two lateral edges at least one through orifice arranged to receive the drive finger of one of the transfer mechanisms of said handling device.
In a second alternative embodiment, the receiving members can be attached to the lateral edges of the sole of said tool and each comprise a plate provided with a through hole arranged to receive the drive finger of one of the transfer mechanisms of said handling device.
In a third alternative embodiment, said sole may include in each of its two lateral edges two orifices open laterally, in the end zones of said lateral edge, and arranged to selectively receive the drive finger of one of the transfer mechanisms of said handling device.
In a fourth alternative embodiment, said receiving members can be attached to the lateral edges of the sole of said tool and comprise two plates provided with an orifice open laterally, in the end zones of each lateral edge, and arranged to receive selectively the drive finger of one of the transfer mechanisms of said handling device.

With reference to the figures, the handling
The
These two

The example which has just been described is of course not restrictive. The drive means for the
In this variant, the sole 3 of the
The

In this alternative embodiment, the receiving

- 1 st sequence: translation of the
first tool 2, - 2nd sequence: translation of the
second tool 2.
It is clear from this description that the invention achieves the goals set, namely a
