Die Übernahmeeinrichtung kann beispielsweise als Greifeinrichtung ausgebildet sein, die mittels entsprechender Greifer die Folie ergreift und von dem Wickeldorn abzieht. Anschließend kann die Folie einem Entsorgungsbereich zugeführt werden. Das Abziehen der Folie mittels des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens erfolgt deutlich schneller, als wenn eine Folie alleine durch ihre Schwerkraft nach unten von dem Wickeldorn abrutschen würde. Mittels des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens können jegliche Art von Folien abgezogen werden. Insbesondere eignet sich das Verfahren auch zum Abziehen von Stretchfolien, die zu Verklebungen neigen. Claims (21)

  1. Method for transferring a winding mandrel (5), in particular with vertical alignment and preferably mounted exclusively in the vicinity of its top end, of a film (3), preferably of a wound stretch film, wound onto an unpacking device, wherein the film (3) wound onto the winding mandrel (5), on reaching the transfer position of the winding mandrel (5), is drawn off by at least one transfer device (7) from the winding mandrel (5), and is guided to a disposal region.
  2. Method according to the preceding claim, characterised in that the winding mandrel (5) on the one hand, and, on the other, at least a part region of the transfer device (7), preferably the complete transfer device (7), can be displaced relative to one another in the horizontal direction and/or in the vertical direction.
  3. Method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that at least a part region of the transfer device (7), preferably the complete transfer device (7), can be displaced horizontally and/or vertically.
  4. Method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the film (3) wound onto the winding mandrel (5) projects on the under side opposite the lower end of the winding mandrel (5), with the formation of a projection (11).
  5. Method according to the preceding claim, inasmuch as this is related back to claim 2 or 3, characterised in that a displacement of the winding mandrel (5) and/or displacement of at least a part of the transfer device (7), preferably of the complete device (7), takes place without contact of the projection (11) by the transfer device (7).
  6. Method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that, in the transfer position, the lower end of the winding mandrel (5) is arranged above the transfer device (7).
  7. Method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that at least one transfer device (7) comprises at least one roller (8) which can be driven, and which, to draw off the film (3), interacts with the adjacent part region of the winding mandrel (5).
  8. Method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that at least one transfer device (7) comprises at least two rollers (8), which between them form a gap, and which can preferably be displaced in relation to one another in order to change the width of the gap, wherein at least one of the two rollers (8) is driven by a drive unit.
  9. Method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that, in order to convey the film (3) onwards to the disposal region, a suction system (13) is used, comprising a suction opening for the onwards conveyance of the film (3) involved in the drawing off process.
  10. Device for transferring a film (3), which is wound on a winding mandrel (5) of an unpacking device, preferably a wound stretch film, in particular for carrying out the method according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the device comprises at least one transfer device (7) for drawing off the film (3) wound onto the winding mandrel (5) on reaching the transfer position of the winding mandrel (5).
  11. Device according to the preceding claim, characterised in that the winding mandrel (5) on the one hand and, on the other, at least a part region of the transfer device (7), preferably the complete transfer device (7), are arranged so as to be displaced in relation to one another in the horizontal direction and/or in the vertical direction.
  12. Device according to any one of claims 10 to 11, characterised in that at least a part region of the transfer device (7), preferably the complete transfer device (7), is arranged such as to be displaceable horizontally and/or vertically.
  13. Device according to any one of claims 10 to 12, characterised in that at least one transfer device (7) comprises at least one roller (8) which can be driven, and which, in order to draw off the film (7), interacts with the adjacent part region of the winding mandrel (5).
  14. Device according to any one of claims 10 to 13, characterised in that at least one transfer device (7) comprises at least two rollers (8), which between them form a gap, and preferably can be displaced in relation to one another in order to change the width of the gap, wherein at least one of the two rollers (8) can be driven by a drive unit.
  15. Device according to the preceding claim, characterised in that the two rollers (8), which between them form a gap and which are the closest to the end of the winding mandrel (5), preferably the lower end, are aligned horizontally.
  16.   18. Device according to any one of claims 10 to 16, characterised in that the device for transferring the film (3) to the disposal region, comprising a suction system (13), also comprises a suction opening for the onwards conveying of the film (3) which is involved in the drawing-off process.
  19. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the suction opening is arranged in the alignment of the end of the winding mandrel (5) by means of which it is intended that the film (3) should be drawn off.
  20. Device according to any one of claims 10 to 19, characterised in that a feed device, in particular a feed device configured as a funnel, is provided in order to feed the film (3) which has been drawn off to the disposal region.
  21. Device according to any one of claims 10 to 20, characterised in that the device comprises, in the region in which the winding mandrel (5) is located in its transfer position, a detection device, which, on detecting a winding mandrel (5) with a film (3) wound onto it, activates the transfer device.
