Nachteilig hierbei ist, dass insbesondere Stretchfolien zu Verklebungen neigen. Damit klebt die Folie an dem Wickeldorn an. Nach jedem Defoliervorgang muss die Stretchfolie für den nächsten Defoliervorgang aufwändig von dem Wickeldorn manuell abgerollt werden. Das Abziehen der Folie mittels des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens erfolgt deutlich schneller, als wenn eine Folie alleine durch ihre Schwerkraft nach unten von dem Wickeldorn abrutschen würde. Mittels des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens können jegliche Art von Folien abgezogen werden. Insbesondere eignet sich das Verfahren auch zum Abziehen von Stretchfolien, die zu Verklebungen neigen. - Device according to any one of claims 10 to 12, characterised in that at least one transfer device (7) comprises at least one roller (8) which can be driven, and which, in order to draw off the film (7), interacts with the adjacent part region of the winding mandrel (5).
- Device according to any one of claims 10 to 13, characterised in that at least one transfer device (7) comprises at least two rollers (8), which between them form a gap, and preferably can be displaced in relation to one another in order to change the width of the gap, wherein at least one of the two rollers (8) can be driven by a drive unit.
- Device according to the preceding claim, characterised in that the two rollers (8), which between them form a gap and which are the closest to the end of the winding mandrel (5), preferably the lower end, are aligned horizontally.
- Device according to any one of claims 14 to 15, characterised in that the two rollers (8), which between them form a gap and are closest to the end of the winding mandrel (5), by means of which it is intended that the film (3) should be drawn off, are arranged in the alignment of the end of the winding mandrel (5), by means of which it is intended that the film (3) should be drawn off.
- Device according to any one of claims 13 to 16, characterised in that at least a part region of the surface of at least one driveable roller (8) comprises a friction-increasing surface, such as, for example, a rubber coating.
- Device according to any one of claims 10 to 16, characterised in that the device for transferring the film (3) to the disposal region, comprising a suction system (13), also comprises a suction opening for the onwards conveying of the film (3) which is involved in the drawing-off process.
- Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the suction opening is arranged in the alignment of the end of the winding mandrel (5) by means of which it is intended that the film (3) should be drawn off.
- Device according to any one of claims 10 to 19, characterised in that a feed device, in particular a feed device configured as a funnel, is provided in order to feed the film (3) which has been drawn off to the disposal region.
- Device according to any one of claims 10 to 20, characterised in that the device comprises, in the region in which the winding mandrel (5) is located in its transfer position, a detection device, which, on detecting a winding mandrel (5) with a film (3) wound onto it, activates the transfer device.
