Description

Technisches GebietTechnical field

Die Erfindung betrifft eine FĂĽhrungsschiene fĂĽr Storen. The invention relates to a guide rail for blinds.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

Guide rails for blinds are usually attached to the reveal of a window or door opening and serve to guide the individual slats of blinds. For this purpose, a guide pin is attached to the narrow end sides of the slats, which engages in the guide rail, the guide pin having a head part and a shaft which is narrower in relation to the head part. The slats of the store can therefore be moved vertically up and down along the rails and remain fixed in the event of wind and weather. Along their longitudinal opening, the guide rails have a guide edge on both sides, against which the head part of the guide bolt of each lamella bears and is thus locked in the guide rail.

Such a guide rail with guide edges is, for example, in EP2535500 disclosed. A guide pin is also shown, which is created in such a way that noises which can arise during the movement of the slats, in particular in the event of wind, are damped.

AT007694 shows a guide rail for blinds with an undercut longitudinal groove and in particular rubber-elastic profiles on the inside of the groove. The head parts of the guide bolts, which engage in this rail, are locked by the rubber-elastic profiles. The rubber-elastic profiles are used both for locking and for noise insulation.

AT501293 discloses a guide rail with a U-shaped mounting rail into which a further insert rail with an undercut guide groove is inserted by means of a resilient latching connection. This guide rail enables the store to be dismantled by simply removing the insert rail and without removing the mounting rail from the reveal.

EP 2 669 462 discloses a holding device for a slat blind consisting of an L-shaped side guide rail and a flat side part which are rotatably connectable. To close the device, the side part is turned inwards towards the guide rail to form a groove-shaped rail and locked by means of a spring bar. In wind and weather, forces act on the slat in the direction of unlocking the rail.

DE 198 23 853 discloses a guide rail for slat blinds with a first, essentially L-shaped element, of which one leg of the L can be mounted on a reveal and has a joint bearing for receiving a second element which can be inserted lengthways. The second element is rotatable in the spherical plain bearing, the second part being turned inwards towards the center of the first part in order to close the guide rail and fixed in the closed position by means of a flat spring or a detent.

GB 2466780 discloses a device for fixing the textile sides of a roller blind within a window frame consisting of two elongated parts which can be rotated relative to one another by means of a joint bearing. The one, essentially L-shaped part can be fastened to the window frame, its leg, which can be fastened to the window frame, having an articulated bearing for receiving the second part. To fix the textile surfaces of the rolled-out roller blind, the second part is turned inwards towards the first part, with rounded flexible surfaces made of thermoplastic rubber clamping the surfaces of the roller blind from the front and rear on the two parts. The two parts of the device are fixed in the closed position by means of a latch.

Other known guide rails for blinds have insert rails with an undercut guide groove, which are made of plastic. These insert rails are pressed into the mounting rail by hand.

To assemble blinds with such guide rails, first all head parts of the guide bolts are inserted into one end of a rail and then the store together with the guide rails is lifted into the window or door opening and mounted there on the reveal.

A guide rail according to the invention for blinds has two rail parts, comprising a mounting rail as the base element and an insertion element, which can be movably connected to one another. The base element essentially has a groove shape with a base surface, a first leg with an undercut and a second leg for receiving the insertion element. The insertion element is essentially L-shaped and can be rotatably connected to the second leg of the base element. The insertion element can be pushed lengthways into the base element from its end and, in cooperation with the base element, can be rotated about its longitudinal axis between an open and a closed position. Between the insert element and the base element there is a longitudinal opening which is wider in the open position than in the closed position, the insert element in the closed position on the Longitudinal opening of the groove-shaped base element forms a second undercut. In addition, the insert element can be locked in the closed position with the base element. The guide rail is characterized in that the insertion element, when it is pushed into the base element along its longitudinal axis, is rotatably but non-releasably connected to the base element by means of a rotatable connection at the free end of the second leg of the groove-shaped base element transversely to the longitudinal axis of the guide rail. To close the guide rail in the closed position, the insertion element can be rotated outward with respect to the base element, transversely to the longitudinal axis of the guide rail. To open the guide rail into the open position, the insertion element can be rotated inwards into the groove-shaped base element transversely to the longitudinal axis of the guide rail.

When assembling blinds with the guide rail according to the invention, an insertion element is first inserted into one end of a base element. A base element with inserted insertion element is then attached to door or window reveals, the elongated base surface of the base element being connected to the reveal and the insertion element being freely rotatable in the base element. After the guide rail has been firmly mounted, the insert element is brought into its open position by rotating the insert element inwards with respect to the base element. The slats are then inserted by placing their guide bolts in the longitudinal opening of the open guide rail. Finally, the insert element is rotated by rotating it outward with respect to the base element and locked in the closed position with the base element. In this position, the insertion element forms a second undercut on the groove-shaped base element of the guide rail, so that the head part of each guide pin is locked on the two undercuts. The guide bolts with a head part and a comparatively narrower shaft can thus be moved along the rail, but are held in the closed rail by the narrow longitudinal opening.

In one embodiment of the invention, one of the two rail parts of the guide rail has a rounded edge running along its length, the second of the two rail parts having a curved edge running along its length with a rounded inner profile. In the interaction of the two rail parts, the rounded edge is encompassed by the curved edge with a rounded inner profile, so that it is rotatably mounted.

The two rounded shapes, the round edge and the curved edge form the parts of the rotatable, non-detachable connection between the base and insert element. The rotatability is thus ensured by a kind of longitudinal joint. The nested rail parts form a double-walled and therefore very robust structure that can withstand wind forces at the location of the nested, rounded forms of the rotatable, non-detachable connection.

In a first variant, the rounded edge is arranged on the base element, while the curved edge runs along the length of the insertion element. In a second variant, the rounded edge is arranged on the insert element, and the curved edge runs along the length of the base element.

In one embodiment of the invention, the guide rail has a releasable locking between the base element and the insert element. This enables simple assembly and disassembly to remove the slats without having to remove the base element. The locking is released by turning the insert element inwards into the groove-shaped base element. The rail is relocked by turning the insert element outwards and engaging the lock.

In one version, the locking is implemented by a snap lock. This enables simple and quick locking of the two elements during assembly, which does not require any tools. Unlocking can be carried out either by hand or using a suitable tool.

In a special embodiment of the invention, the insert element has a knob or nose running along its length, the base element having a shoulder, a recess or a rib which locks the knob or nose of the insert element in its closed position.
After insertion of the guide bolts of blind slats into the rail in the open position and subsequent rotation of the insert element into its closed position, the locking enables the insert element to be fixed to the base element. The head parts of the guide bolts can be moved up and down in the rail, but can no longer be pulled out of them, on the one hand the guide bolts are locked by the undercut on both sides at the longitudinal opening of the assembled guide rail and on the other hand the insertion element is fixed and the guide rail is in its closed position cannot be opened by a technician without the application of force. In addition, the invention provides the particular advantage that the guide rail can only be unlocked and opened into the base element by rotating the insertion element inwards. Forces that act on the slat bolts in wind and weather so that the bolts are pulled away from the base element act in the direction of the closing and not the opening of the rail. If forces act on the lamella bolts due to wind and away from the base element, the rotatable connection is strengthened even more.

A strong wind can therefore not lead to an unintentional opening of the guide rail.

The invention provides the advantage of facilitating the assembly of blinds by first only mounting the guide rails themselves with base and inserted insert elements but without slats on the reveal, only then can the slats be used with guide bolts and finally the guide rails by simply turning and pressing closed and locked to the outside. The assembly of blinds with the guide rail according to the invention is therefore simpler and less cumbersome in comparison to the previously known guide rails, because there the guide rails must be installed together with the guide bolts of the blinds that have already been inserted. Also across from the rail AT501293 the guide rail according to the invention has at least the advantage that it can be dismantled more easily.

Another embodiment of the guide rail according to the invention has one of the two rail parts of the guide rail a projection which extends over its length and extends to the other of the two rail parts of the guide rail when the two rail parts are pushed into one another. Such a projection serves to further limit the freedom of movement between the two rail parts and to prevent unwanted lateral detachment of the insert element from the base element during rotation of the insert element. This has the particular advantage that the insertion element does not come loose from the base element when it is mounted on a reveal and before it is locked. There is also no risk that the insert element will fall and cause damage or injure someone.

The projection can either be arranged on the inside of the L-shape of the insert element or on the outside of the second leg of the base element.

In one embodiment, the entire guide rail, that is to say both the base element and the insert element, is made of the same material, for example aluminum. The use of aluminum or other material for both rail parts leads to increased weather resistance of the guide rail. Due to the rotatability and the possibility of locking the insert element with the base element, no stretchable material such as plastic need be used for the insert element, which tires with heat and cold. The aluminum is resistant in all weather and temperatures and does not tire in particular due to cold and heat. A plastic insert, on the other hand, loses its strength over time and in cold and heat, becomes soft or brittle and, after a certain period of time, the guide bolts can be unintentionally released from the rail. However, this is avoided on the guide rail according to the invention in that its longitudinal opening with its two undercuts is made of aluminum or other metal and maintains its shape, size and strength in all weather situations and for a long time. This eliminates the risk of material fatigue and a reduction in locking. The service life of the guide rail is therefore extended.

In a further embodiment of the invention, the two elements of the guide rail are made of another suitable metal or a plastic instead of aluminum, provided that the plastic is UV-resistant and dimensionally stable.

In a further embodiment of the invention, the guide rail has not only two rail parts but three rail parts as a variant, namely a base element and two insertion elements, both insertion elements being rotatably and movably connectable to the base element. The base element is again essentially groove-shaped, but also symmetrical with two mirror-symmetrical legs, which are each implemented to accommodate an insert element. Both insertion elements are essentially L-shaped, and both Legs of the insert element have parts of a swivel joint which, in cooperation with the insert elements and the base element, allow the insert elements to rotate from an open to a closed position. Again, the slide-in elements can be locked with the base element. In the closed position of the two insertion elements, both insertion elements form an undercut on both sides along the longitudinal opening of the guide rail.

In one embodiment of the invention, piping made of rubber or plastic can be used along the longitudinal opening to reduce noise. However, the plastic or rubber has only this one function and has no influence on the function of locking the guide bolts in the rail.

The guide rail according to the invention is primarily suitable for slat blinds. Use for other blinds, such as vertical blinds or awnings, is also conceivable.

Further advantages of the invention follow from the description below, in which the invention is explained in more detail with reference to exemplary embodiments shown in the schematic drawings.

AusfĂĽhrungsbeispiele der ErfindungEmbodiments of the invention

Figure 1a shows a short section of a guide rail 1 according to the invention and an associated blind slat 2. The slat 2 has at its narrow ends a guide pin with a shaft 3 and a head part 4, which can be inserted into the guide rail 1 and locked there. (In the figures, only the guide pin and the guide rail are shown at one of the narrow ends.) The guide rail is in Figure 1a shown in an open position in which the longitudinal opening L is wide enough to allow the head part 4 of the guide bolt to pass. The longitudinal opening L of the rail in the open position is formed by the two parts of the guide rail 1, on the one hand by the edge with a projection or undercut 9 of the holder or base element 5 and on the other hand by a side surface 13 of an insert element 6. The insert element 6 is with the holder - Or base element 5 rotatably connected. To close the guide rail, the insert element can be turned outwards in the direction of arrow A.

Figure 1b shows the same guide rail 1 but in a closed position. For this purpose, the insert element 6 was rotated about a longitudinal axis and locked with the base element 5. In the closed position, the longitudinal opening L 'is again on one side through the projection or undercut 9 of the base part 5 and on the other side through the projection 15 on the insertion element 6. The edge 9 and the projection 15, both along the entire length run the guide rail 1, form. together an undercut on both sides at the longitudinal opening L '. Due to the undercut, the head part 4, the width of which is greater than the opening L ', is locked while the shaft 3 of the guide bolt can slide up and down along the longitudinal opening L' and the slats can thus be raised and lowered.
Figures 2 and 3 show the two elements of the guide rail separately. Figure 2 shows the base element 5, which can be attached to a reveal of a window or door opening on its base surface 7. In the middle of the base surface 7 there is a recess 19 with two parallel edges 20 which serve to countersink a screw head and to prevent the head part of the guide bolt from hitting the screw and being caught there. The head part of a guide pin thus slides on the edges 20 and the up and down movement of the slats is not hindered by the screw heads.

The base element 5 is essentially groove-shaped with the base surface 7, a first leg 8 and a second leg 10. The groove shape shown runs in this way along the entire length of the guide rail. A projection 9 is arranged on the first leg 8 and serves as the first undercut on the groove. The second leg 10 is designed to receive the insertion element 6 as in FIG Figure 3 shown. In particular, it has a rounded edge 11 at its end.

The insertion element 6 in Figure 3 is essentially L-shaped with a first leg 12 and a second leg 13. Again, the contour shown runs over the entire length of the insertion element. The second leg 13 has in particular a curved edge 14 which is adapted to the shape of the rounded edge 11 at the outer, free end of the leg 10 of the base element, so that it can encompass it and rotate about it. Due to the rounded and correspondingly curved edges 14 and 11, the base element 5 and the insert element 6 can be pushed into one another and rotated relative to one another. To lock the two elements 5 and 6, a recess 17 with an edge is attached to the base element 5 and, accordingly, a projection with a nose or knob 16 on the insertion element 6, which provide a snap closure. The rounded shape with the edge of the recess 17 together with the rounded shape of the nose 16 ensures that the locking can be released either by hand or using a suitable tool.

The Figures 4a-c show the guide rail 1 with the two elements 5 and 6 brought together, in that the curved edge 14 of the insertion element 5 comprises the rounded edge 9 of the base element 6. Three different positions are shown, each with a guide pin 3, 4 placed in the guide groove.
In the open position according to Figure 4a the L-shaped insertion element 6 is mounted such that the insertion element 6 points towards the interior of the groove of the base element 5 and the leg 13 of the insertion element 6 runs parallel to the first leg 8 of the base element 5, the longitudinal opening L between the projection 9 and the leg 13 is wider than the head part 4 of the guide pin.
The rounded edge 14 along the length of the insertion element 6 and the curved edge 11 along the length of the base element 5 form a swivel joint in the manner of a rolled hinge. The insertion element 6 can be turned outwards in the direction of arrow A, so that the leg 12 extends outwards from the center of the base element 5 rotates and the leg 13 is rotated towards the slat. Figure 4b shows the two elements 5 and 6 partially rotated relative to each other, whereby the opening L between projection 9 and projection 15 of the two elements 5 and 6 is reduced. The projection 18 on the inside of the insert element 6 extends to the outside of the second leg 10 and reduces the freedom of movement of the two elements in this position. The projection 18 serves in particular to ensure that the insertion element 5 cannot be removed from the base element 5 laterally, that is to say transversely to the longitudinal direction of the guide rail. This prevents the two elements from separating from one another during assembly and the insertion element falling to the ground. This makes assembly easier.
If the insertion element 6 of Figure 4b further turned in the direction of arrow A, the closed position in Figure 4c achieved by the leg 13 with the projection 15 of the insertion element 6 parallel to the base surface 7. The projection 15 is thereby located opposite the projection 9, as a result of which the two projections together form the undercut on both sides around the longitudinal opening L 'and to which the head part 4 is locked due to the reduced width of the longitudinal opening L'.
The two elements 5 and 6 are locked by means of the nose-shaped edge 16 together with the depression or recess 17 on the base element 5.
To open the rail, the locking is released by rotating the insertion element 6 in the opposite direction of the arrow, so that the leg 13 is brought into the groove of the base element 5 and the leg 12 is brought away from the base surface 7 in the direction of the lamella.

Figures 5a and b show a further embodiment of the invention. Both the base element and the insert element again have the same essential shapes as the example Figures 1-4 , This exemplary embodiment differs from this in the swivel joint in that the rounded edge and the curved edge are each arranged on the other element. Specifically, the base element 5 now has a curved edge 14 ', which has a rounded edge 11' on the insertion element 6. All other parts of elements 5 and 6 are otherwise identical. Figure 5a shows the example in the open, Figure 5b in the closed position, with the insertion element 6 again being turned outwards in the direction of arrow A to close the rail and the insertion element 6 being rotated inwards to open the rail, so that the leg 13 is brought into the groove of the base element 5.

Figures 6a and 6 show an embodiment of the invention. Again it is like in the example Figure 5a and b the swivel joint with a curved edge 14 'on the base element 5 and a rounded edge 11' on the insertion element 6 has a variant of the projection to reduce mobility. For this purpose, a projection 18 ′ is arranged on the outside of the curved edge 14 ′ and extends towards the inside of the leg 12 of the insert element 6.

The embodiments as in Figures 1-7 shown all can be equipped with piping along the longitudinal opening L, L '. The piping 21 made of rubber or plastic can be attached to the projections 15 and 9 and serve to reduce the noise that would be caused by the abutment and sliding of the shaft 3 and head part 4 of the guide pin on the same projections.

Figure 7a and b show a further exemplary embodiment of the guide rail 1 according to the invention, a leaf spring 27 arranged in the base element 5 being arranged in the base element 5 in order to lock an insertion element 60 in the base element 5. The base element 5 is again groove-shaped with a base surface 7, a first leg 8 with a projection 9 for the first undercut of the groove 5 and a second leg 10. A rounded edge 11 ″ serves as part of the swivel joint or longitudinal joint between the insert and the base element The insertion element 60 has a leg 13 with a projection 15 and a curved edge 14 "as the second part of the swivel joint, which encompasses the rounded edge 11" on the base element 5 and supports it for its rotation. Since the leaf spring 27 locks the guaranteed two rail parts 5 and 60, a second leg on the insertion element 60 is not necessary. In the open position of the guide rail 1 according to Figure 7a the insertion element 60 is rotated inwards to the interior of the groove of the base element 5, as a result of which the leg 13 of the insertion element 60 presses the leaf spring 27 against the second leg 10 of the base element 5. After the introduction of a guide pin of a blind lamella, the leaf spring 27 is relaxed by the insertion element being rotated outward in the direction of arrow A around the longitudinal joint into its closed position Figure 7b brought. In the closed position, the projection 15 forms, together with the projection 9 on the base element 5, the undercut on both sides of the guide rail for locking the head part of a guide bolt.
As in the exemplary embodiments Figures 4-6 can in turn be arranged on the projections 9 and 15 piping 21. For this purpose, the projections 9 and 15 on the base and insert element are designed with corresponding grooves 22 in order to receive the piping as in FIG Figures 2 and 3 shown.

In the exemplary embodiments shown, a further fastening groove 30 can be arranged in each case on the base element 5, which serves for an end-side fastening on a reveal instead of the fastening on the base surface 7.
