- the fresh air channel and the blow-by channel opens in parallel in the mixing housing that in the area a mouth of the blow-by channel, a center axis of the blow-by channel is arranged parallel to a fresh air passage center axis.
- the channel central axes of the fresh air channel and the blow-by channel are thus parallel to each other at least in the region of the mouths in the mixing housing.
- a control body is rotatably arranged in the mixing housing, which regulates a flow of the fresh air channel, the blow-by channel and the exhaust gas recirculation channel depending on each other.
- a control body is rotatably arranged in the mixing housing, which regulates a flow of the exhaust gas recirculation passage and the fresh air passage depending on each other.
- a blow-by channel outlet cross-section and a fresh air duct outlet cross-section are arranged in a plane.
- the plane can have any angle to the central channel axes. This avoids that there is an overflow of the blow-by channel mouth.
- the plane is arranged to the channel centerlines hired to improve the controllability.
- control body is mounted eccentrically on a shaft.
- shaft is arranged outside a flow cross-section of the exhaust gas recirculation channel.
- Butterfly valve with such a control body a pressure loss minimizing control of two channels is possible.
- control body is a flap.
- a flap is an easy way to regulate the flow of the exhaust gas recirculation channel and the fresh air channel depending on each other.
- control body on a first flap, which controls the fresh air passage and the blow-by channel, and a second flap, which regulates the exhaust passage, and which is connected to the first flap on. Due to the design with two flaps, the arrangement of the shaft to the valve seat can be done with significantly less accurate tolerance.
- the shaft is preferably arranged outside of a Haupt penströmquerargues the fresh air passage and the exhaust gas recirculation passage.
- the shaft is thus not in the flow of the mixed stream in the mixing housing in the direction of the intake passage.
- the flow is not disturbed by the shaft, resulting in a low flow resistance, which means that larger amounts of mixed stream can be discharged to the intake passage and thus to the internal combustion engine.
- the fresh air duct and the blow-by duct are integrated in a one-piece connection housing.
- the connection housing is a separate part which can be fastened to the mixing housing.
- the mixing housing is connected directly to the connection housing via a flange surface.

Description
In diesen zeigen:
