Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé (1) de conception et de dimensionnement d'un composant neuf (2) d'un véhicule automobile (3), tous les véhicules automobiles (5) d'un parc de véhicules automobiles (6) comprenant un composant de référence (4) de construction identique, et les composants de référence (4) et le composant neuf (2) étant du même type de construction, des collectifs de charge et des niveaux d'endommagement des composants de référence de tous les véhicules automobiles (5) du parc de véhicules automobiles (6) étant déterminés en continu à l'aide d'algorithmes prédéfinis sur la base d'informations d'état de conduite et de capteur disponibles dans le véhicule automobile (5) respectif. Les collectifs de charge et les niveaux d'endommagement sont mis en mémoire dans une banque de données (9) centrale. Une sollicitation de référence d'un composant du type de construction est déterminé régulièrement sur la base des collectifs de charge et des niveaux d'endommagement des composants de référence (4) de tous les véhicules automobiles (5) du parc de véhicules automobiles (6) présents à un instant déterminé dans la banque de données (9) centrale (9).
