Bei dem Sensor kann es sich um Metallpartikel und / oder Metallstreifen handeln, die an definierten Positionen im Artikel, d.h. in einer der Polymerschichten und / oder in der Festigkeitsträgerschicht eingebracht sind. Es können auch alle weiteren detektierbaren Elemente als Sensor an definierten Stellen eingebracht werden. Ebenso ist es möglich, Ionische Flüssigkeiten oder so genannte natürliche oder synthetische DNA-Marker als Sensor zu verwenden. Der Sensor wird bereits während des Aufbaus der Schichten in den Artikel eingebracht. Nach der Vulkanisation des Verbundes ist der Sensor damit an einer definierten Position fixiert.

  • Aufwickeln der unvulkanisierten weiteren Schicht um den gleichen Kern oder die gleiche Form auf der sich bereits die erste unvulkanisierte Schicht und der Festigkeitsträger befinden in wenigstens einem weiteren Verfahrensschritt und
  • Vulkanisation des so hergestellten Rohlings in einer Vulkanisierform in wenigstens einem abschließenden Verfahrensschritt.

Claims (4)

  1. Multilayer endless and vulcanized printing blanket (10), containing at least one rigidity support (3), wherein the printing blanket contains a first layer (1), which comprises a polymer blend on the basis of at least one elastomer and serves as a covering layer, at least one further layer (4) and at least one rigidity support (3), wherein the rigidity support (3) is in the form of a thread construction and the individual threads of the thread construction are in the form of a yarn or twisted yarn, wherein a yarn or a twisted yarn with S twist and a yarn or a twisted yarn with Z twist respectively lie alternately next to one another in parallel in the running direction.
