Claims (14)

  1. Corps de capsule adapté pour contenir un ou plusieurs ingrédients de boisson à utiliser dans une machine de préparation de boisson comprenant:
    un corps de base ayant des parois latérales définissant une cavité destinée à recevoir le ou les ingrédients de boisson, dans lequel les parois latérales inclues une surface intérieure faisant face à la cavité définie par les parois latérales et une surface extérieure faisant face à la machine de préparation de boisson en cours d'utilisation,
    un bord de type bride (115) s'étendant depuis les parois latérales, le bord de type bride incluant une surface interne de bride s'étendant depuis la surface intérieure des parois latérales et une surface extérieure de bride s'étendant depuis la surface extérieure des parois latérales; et
    un élément d'étanchéité (200) adapté pour assurer un engagement étanche entre le corps de capsule et la machine de préparation de boisson;
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément d'étanchéité est soit positionné uniquement sur la surface interne du bord de type bride, soit positionné uniquement sur la surface interne du bord de type bride et une portion de la surface intérieure des parois latérales ; et
    le bord de type bride (115) est formé avec une ou plusieurs fentes (151) et/ou interstices (152).
  2. Corps de capsule selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les parois latérales ont la forme d'un cône tronqué aigu.
  3. Corps de capsule selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la ou les fentes s'étendent dans une direction circonférentielle autour du bord de type bride, dans lequel la ou les fentes forment une ouverture de 0,3 mm à 1 mm de large et dans lequel les fentes sont séparées par des composants de pont formés du matériau formant le corps de capsule.
  4. Corps de capsule selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la ou les fentes s'étendent dans une direction radiale du bord de type bride et dans lequel la ou les fentes sont des micro-prédécoupes ou marques d'estampage.
  5. Corps de capsule selon la revendication 3 ou 4, dans lequel une pluralité d'interstices s'étend depuis les fentes dans une direction radiale et dans lequel la pluralité d'interstices s'étend à partir d'un bord de la fente qui est distal aux parois latérales.
  6. Corps de capsule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel le corps de capsule est formé à partir d'une feuille d'aluminium, dans lequel la feuille d'aluminium sur au moins une partie du bord de type bride est comprise entre 50 et 150 µm, dans lequel au moins une surface de la feuille d'aluminium est laminée avec un matériau polymère et comprenant des fentes séparées par des composants de pont, dans lequel les composants de pont proviennent du matériau polymère stratifié sur l'aluminium.
  7. Corps de capsule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel l'élément d'étanchéité est en forme d'anneau.
  8. Corps de capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel l'élément d'étanchéité a une section transversale en forme de "L", dans lequel la section transversale en forme de «L» comprend une première jambe et une seconde jambe et dans lequel la dureté de la première jambe est différente de celle de la seconde jambe, dans lequel une jambe de l'élément d'étanchéité est ajustée le long de la surface intérieure des parois latérales et dans lequel la dureté de la jambe ajustée le long de la surface intérieure des parois latérales est supérieure à celle de la jambe ajustée sur le bord de type bride.
  9. Corps de capsule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel l'élément d'étanchéité a une section transversale en forme de marche formée d'une partie de bague intérieure et d'une partie de bague extérieure, dans lequel la partie de bague intérieure est plus épaisse que la partie de bague extérieure, dans lequel l'élément d'étanchéité est formé avec une première couche recouvrant une seconde couche, dans lequel la première couche est formée à partir d'un matériau sélectionné pour être plus tendre que la seconde couche et dans lequel la bague intérieure comprend à la fois la première couche et la deuxième couche et dans lequel la partie de bague extérieure est formée à partir du matériau de la deuxième couche.
  10. Corps de capsule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel l'élément d'étanchéité s'étend d'un bord entre le bord de type bride et les parois latérales jusqu'à une boucle sur le bord extérieur de la bride.
  11. Corps de capsule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel l'élément d'étanchéité est formé à partir d'un matériau polymère.
  12. Corps de capsule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, dans lequel l'élément d'étanchéité est appliqué sur le bord de type bride sous la forme d'un liquide et durci en place.
  13. Corps de capsule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, dans lequel l'élément d'étanchéité est partiellement exposé à travers le bord de type bride.
  14. Corps de capsule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, dans lequel l'élément d'étanchéité est codé par couleur pour fournir une indication concernant le contenu de la capsule.
