Claims (8)
- Kompaktkosmetikbehälter (100) umfassend:einen Außenbehälter (110);eine Außenabdeckung (120), die mit dem Außenbehälter (110) mittels eines Scharniers gekoppelt ist, um geöffnet und geschlossen zu werden;einen Innenbehälter (130), der mit dem Außenbehälter (110) gekoppelt ist, mit einer darin aufgenommenen Kosmetik (170);ein Sieb (140), das mit einem oberen Abschnitt des Innenbehälters (130) gekoppelt ist, wobei das Sieb (140) ein Abführloch (144) aufweist, durch das die Kosmetik (170) abgeführt wird, wobei das Abführloch (144) mit einem Gitter (146) abgedeckt ist; undeinen Deckel (150), der mit dem Innenbehälter (130) mittels eines Scharniers (106) gekoppelt ist, um geöffnet und geschlossen zu werden, um das Abführloch (144) des Siebs (140) hermetisch zu verschließen, wobei der Deckel (150) eine weiche hermetische Verpackung (152) an einer unteren Oberfläche eines Bodens von diesem und ein damit integral ausgebildetes Werkzeugbehältnis (151) umfasst, wobei ein Kosmetikapplizierwerkzeug (160) in dem Werkzeugbehältnis (151) aufgenommen ist,wobei das Sieb (140), das mit dem Innenbehälter (130) gekoppelt ist, einen Rahmen (141) umfasst, dessen Außenwandoberfläche (143) nach unten geneigt ist, derart, dass das Sieb (140) zuverlässig mit dem Innenbehälter (130) gekoppelt ist, unddadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein hermetischer Ring (143a) an der Außenwandoberfläche (143) angeordnet ist und von dieser vorsteht, eine Eingriffsaussparung (142) in dem Rahmen (141) gebildet ist,ein hermetischer Verriegelungsvorsprung (132a) an einer Trägerwand (132) des Innenbehälters (130) gebildet ist, um der Eingriffsaussparung (142) zu entsprechen, derart, dass die Eingriffsaussparung (142) elastisch mit dem hermetischen Verriegelungsvorsprung (142a) in Eingriff steht, wobei das Sieb (140) hermetisch mit der Trägerwand (132) des Innenbehälters (130) gekoppelt ist, undwobei ein Antischiebevorsprung (143b) an der Außenwandoberfläche (143) des Rahmens (141) des Siebs (140) und unter dem hermetischer Ring (143a) gebildet ist, um zu verhindern, dass die Außenwandoberfläche (143) durch eine Druckkraft in engem Kontakt des Deckels (150), der das Abführloch (144) des Siebs (140) verschließt, nach außen geschoben wird, wobei eine hermetische Kraft der hermetischen Verpackung (152) des Deckels (150) bezüglich des Abführlochs (144) nicht verloren geht.
- Kompaktkosmetikbehälter (100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine Innenumfangsoberfläche des Abführlochs (144), das in dem Rahmen (141) des Siebs (140) gebildet ist, eine geneigte Oberfläche ist, die in einer Abwärtsrichtung schmäler wird, wobei wenigstens ein Kontaktvorsprung (144a) an der geneigten Oberfläche gebildet ist, und die hermetische Verpackung (152) des Deckels (150), die in engen Kontakt mit dem Abführloch (144) kommt, eine geneigte Oberfläche aufweist, die mit der geneigten Oberfläche des Abführlochs (144) konform ist, um eine hermetische Abdichtung zwischen der hermetischen Verpackung (152) und dem Abführloch (144) bereitzustellen, wobei der Kontaktvorsprung (144a) teilweise in linearem Kontakt ist.
- Kompaktkosmetikbehälter (100) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die hermetische Verpackung (152) des Deckels (150) einen ringförmigen Vorsprung (153) umfasst, der in engen Kontakt mit einer oberen Oberfläche des Bodens des Siebs (140) kommt, um eine zuverlässige Kontaktkraft bezüglich des Siebs (140) bereitzustellen.
- Kompaktkosmetikbehälter (100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Antischiebevorsprung (143b), der an der Außenwandoberfläche (143) des Rahmens (141) des Siebs (140) gebildet ist, einen oder mehr Antischiebevorsprünge (143b) umfasst, die voneinander getrennt sind.

- Kompaktkosmetikbehälter (100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Gitter (146), das das Abführloch (144) des Siebs (140) verschließt, durch konvex-konkave Eingriffsabschnitte (141a, 145a), die an entsprechenden Abschnitten eines unteren Bereichs des Rahmens (141) des Siebs (140) und eines oberen Abschnitts des Gitter-fixierenden Rings (145) und an den konvex-konkaven Eingriffsabschnitten (141a, 145a) gebildete Fixierstifte derart fixiert ist, dass das Gitter (146) gezogen und gespannt ist, und
Verriegelungsabschnitte (145b), die an den konvex-konkaven Eingriffsabschnitten (141a, 145a) an Positionen gebildet sind, die Verriegelungsaussparungen (141b) entsprechen, die in einer Innenumfangsoberfläche des Rahmens außerhalb der konvex-konkaven Eingriffsabschnitte (141a, 145a) gebildet sind, mit den Verriegelungsaussparungen (141b) elastisch in Eingriff sind und an den Verriegelungsaussparungen (141b) durch Ultraschallfusion integral und fixiert getragen sind. - Kompaktkosmetikbehälter (100) nach Anspruch 6, wobei die konvex-konkaven Eingriffsabschnitte (145a) des Gitter-fixierenden Rings (145) ferner Hilfsfixierstifte (145a-2) umfassen, um das Gitter (146) derart fixiert zu halten, dass das Gitter (146) fester gezogen wird.
- Kompaktkosmetikbehälter (100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine geneigte Oberfläche in einem vorgegebenen Bereich einer Innenumfangsoberfläche eines oberen Endes des Innenbehälters (130) gebildet ist, um zu verhindern, das Druck innerhalb des Innenbehälters (130) aufgrund einer Leckage gesenkt wird, wenn das Sieb (140) mit dem Innenbehälter (130) gekoppelt ist.
