Claims (14)
- Unité de déplacement (1), notamment une machine à pistons axiaux, comprenant :un boîtier (2),un moteur pour convertir la puissance rotative en puissance hydraulique et vice versa,un orifice d'aspiration (4) pour l'alimentation du moteur en fluide et une soupape unidirectionnelle (3), qui est disposée dans le boîtier (2) de l'unité de déplacement (1),caractérisée parun deuxième orifice (7) pour l'alimentation du moteur en fluide, dans lequel les trajets d'écoulement provenant de l'orifice d'aspiration (4) et du deuxième orifice (7) se rejoignent en aval en un trajet d'écoulement commun (8), etdans lequel la soupape unidirectionnelle (3) est disposée dans la zone située entre l'orifice d'aspiration (4) et le trajet d'écoulement commun (8) combiné.
- Unité de déplacement (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la soupape unidirectionnelle (3) est disposée dans le trajet d'écoulement entre l'orifice d'aspiration (4) et le moteur.
- Unité de déplacement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la soupape unidirectionnelle (3) est intégrée dans le boîtier (2) de l'unité de déplacement (1).
- Unité de déplacement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la soupape unidirectionnelle (3) est disposée dans un canal d'aspiration (5) d'une plaque de raccordement (6) de l'unité de déplacement (1).
- Unité de déplacement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la section transversale du trajet d'écoulement de l'orifice d'aspiration (4) diminue, de préférence diminue de manière continue, en direction du moteur, et la soupape unidirectionnelle (3) est disposée à une position du trajet d'écoulement où la section transversale du canal d'écoulement n'est pas maximale.
- Unité de déplacement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la soupape unidirectionnelle (3) est disposée dans le trajet d'écoulement à distance de l'orifice d'aspiration (4) en direction du moteur.
- Unité de déplacement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la soupape unidirectionnelle (3) est adaptée pour permettre au fluide de s'écouler uniquement en direction du moteur et pour minimiser ou empêcher le fluide de s'écouler dans la direction opposée.
- Unité de déplacement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la soupape unidirectionelle (3) est une soupape anti-retour ou une soupape à coulisse, de préférence une soupape anti-retour actionnée par haute pression.
- Unité de déplacement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la soupape unidirectionnelle (3) est à débit optimisé et coopère avec un siège de soupape à débit optimisé (9).
- Unité de déplacement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le trajet d'écoulement pouvant être fermé par la soupape unidirectionnelle (3) est un contour de Venturi et/ou la soupape unidirectionnelle (3) est conçue pour fermer le trajet d'écoulement au point de la plus petite section transversale d'écoulement.
- Unité de déplacement (1) selon la revendication 10, dans laquelle le contour de Venturi possède une courbure optimisée pour minimiser la turbulence d'un fluide s'écoulant à travers la soupape unidirectionnelle (3).
- Unité de déplacement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 11, dans laquelle l'orifice d'aspiration (4) peut être reliée à une plaque à bride (6) qui est conçue comme une partie d'un contour de Venturi formé avec le trajet d'écoulement de l'orifice d'aspiration (4).
- Système start-stop hydraulique (30) comprenant :une unité de déplacement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, un moteur à combustion interne (31) couplé mécaniquement à l'unité de déplacement (1) et adapté pour entraîner l'unité de déplacement (1) et pour être entraîné par l'unité de déplacement (1), etun accumulateur de pression (32), qui est relié à un orifice de sortie (33) de l'unité de déplacement (1) et à un deuxième orifice (7) pour alimenter en fluide le moteur de l'unité de déplacement (1), dans lequel le premier orifice d'aspiration (4) de l'unité de déplacement (1) est relié à un réservoir de fluide (34).
- Système start-stop hydraulique (30) selon la revendication 13, dans lequel un fluide sous pression dans l'accumulateur de fluide (32) est utilisé pour démarrer un moteur à combustion interne (31) par un fluide s'écoulant de l'accumulateur de pression (32) entraînant l'unité de déplacement (1) et exerçant un mouvement de démarrage pour le moteur à combustion interne (31) par l'accouplement mécanique (35), dans lequel, de préférence, pour conduire le fluide, une première soupape (36) est prévue entre l'accumulateur de fluide (32) et le deuxième orifice(7) et une deuxième soupape (38) est prévue entre l'orifice de sortie (33) et une connexion au réservoir de fluide (34).
