Description

The invention relates to a blind with adjustable blades used to adjust the brightness inside a room of a building. The invention is applicable both for venetian blinds arranged inside the buildings and for orientable sun breezes arranged outside buildings.

A venetian blind comprises an apron formed by a series of stackable blades and an upper rail inside which is housed a blade traction system. The traction system comprises drawstrings or tow bands and corresponding winders. The pull cords or ribbons each pass through the center of the blades and are attached at their ends to a load bar or to the last deck blade. When pulling drawstrings or tapes, the blades stack one above the other and the awning opens. Ladders are provided to orient the blades of the blind and thus adjust the brightness inside the room. Each scale comprises two strands arranged on either side of the blades and links each arranged between two successive blades. By pulling on one or the other of the two strands, the blades of the blind are oriented in one direction or the other.

The axis of orientation of each blade is disposed in central part, that is to say near the median plane of the blade, to avoid interference with the cords or traction ribbons during the orientation of the blades . Otherwise, the strings or traction tapes would oppose the rotation of the blades, which could degrade the drawstrings or tapes and / or blades.

An adjustable sunshade differs from a Venetian blind in that it includes wind-resistant wings. Blade tips are provided at both ends of each blade. These blade tips are guided inside the slides. The axis of orientation of each blade being disposed in central part, the blades protrude on each side of the slides when they are oriented horizontally, that is to say to let the light. The installer is therefore forced to shift the slides relative to the frame of the opening so that the orientation of the blades is not hindered by the frame. This constraint makes the installation of orientable sun breezes more difficult.

Moreover, it is known to US 2,987,120 a venetian blind having the particularity that the apron is wrapped around a shaft housed inside a cavity. The apron blades are hinged at both ends with two lateral ribbons. These two lateral ribbons are guided in slides and allow to pull the apron blades from a rotation of the tree. Two other ribbons are connected to each of the apron blades. These two other ribbons allow to orient the blades around their axis from a rotation of the shaft.

A disadvantage of this device is that the traction system consisting of the two side ribbons must be sized relative to the heaviest deck of the range of blinds. The traction system is therefore oversized for most blinds in the range.

It is these disadvantages that the invention intends to remedy more particularly by proposing a blind with adjustable blades, in which the traction system can be adapted according to the weight of the apron and in which the slides can be installed against the frame of the frame. the opening when the blind is intended to be installed outside.

For this purpose the invention relates to a blind with adjustable blades comprising an apron formed by a series of steerable blades, a winding shaft of the deck, a traction system, for towing the apron blades from a rotation of the tree and at least one scale for adjusting the orientation of the blades, this scale comprising a first strand and a second strand arranged to be wrapped around the apron, the two strands being interconnected by links, between which are arranged the blades . The traction system comprises the second run of each ladder, so that all the deck blades are pulled simultaneously during the rotation of the shaft. According to the invention, the traction system comprises, for each scale, at least one ring, which is integral in rotation with the winding shaft and which is connected to the second strand of the scale. In addition, the blind comprises, for each scale, a winding sleeve of the first strand, this sleeve being free in rotation around the shaft.

FR 1 166 398 discloses a blind according to the preamble of claim 1. This blind is composed of a network of flat blades resting on the crosspieces f of a ladder. The cross members f extend between two strands e. Each of the strands e of the ladder is attached at a point m to a winding drum t. The two strands e of the scale extend on either side of the drum t. During the rotation of the drum t, one of the strands e tends, while the other relaxes. In this way, the blind is wrapped around the drum. The rotation of the drum t can be obtained by the use of a halyard wound on the drum. Pulling the end of the halyard d, the drum is rotated t, which has the effect of first rotate the blades and then wind them.

Thanks to the invention, each scale is used both to adjust the orientation of the blades and to pull the apron blades when opening the blind. The absence of cords or traction ribbons passing through the center of the blades of the blind makes it possible to deport the axis of pivoting of the blades at one end thereof, that is to say close to one of the edges. longitudinal. Thus, when the blind is placed outside, the Ventilating slides can be installed against the frame of the opening without disturbing the orientation of the blades. In addition, the traction system can be adapted according to the weight of the deck by increasing or decreasing the number of scales.

According to advantageous but non-mandatory aspects of the invention, an adjustable blade awning may comprise one or more of the following features, taken in any technically permissible combination:
  • The traction system comprises, for each scale, two rings and a connecting means between one end of the second run of the scale and the two rings.

The shaft 6 is housed in the center of a box 4 intended to be installed in the upper part of an opening, such as a window. The box 4 is placed above a frame 52 of the opening and defines a passage opening of the deck 8. The shaft 6 is rotatable about a central axis X6, which is horizontal in the configuration of use of the awning. Advantageously, the blind comprises a not shown actuator for driving the shaft 6 and a control device. This actuator may be of the tubular type housed inside the hollow shaft 6. In a variant, the rotation of the shaft may be controlled by a manual system, comprising for example a winch and a crank.

L'arbre d'enroulement 6 est donc également décalé latéralement par rapport au plan P20.The blind 2 comprises wind holding slides 20, specific to an external installation. The slides 20 define a guide plane P20 for the apron 8. In the example, the box 4 defines an internal volume V4 which is offset with respect to the guide plane P20. The winding shaft 6 is thus also offset laterally with respect to the plane P20.

Cet axe X80 est horizontal en configuration d'utilisation du store 2.Blade tips 18 are pivotally mounted at both ends of each blade 80. The blade tips 18 are guided within the wings 20 and are rotatably immobilized therein. Thus, when the blade tips 18 are housed in the slides 20, only the blades 80 are pivotally movable. The pivot axis of each blade 80 is referenced X80 in the figures. This axis X80 is horizontal in the configuration of use of the blind 2.

Comme visible à la figure 3, chaque lien 104 est disposé de façon à coopérer avec une surface inférieure d'une lame du tablier, en étant en appui contre cette surfaceThe blind 2 comprises two scales 10 to adjust the orientation of the blades 80, only one of these two scales 10 being visible in the figures. Each scale 10 comprises a first strand 100, a second strand 102 and links 104 connecting the strands 100 and 102. The strands 100 and 102 and the links 104 may be provided in the form of strings or ribbons. The strands 100 and 102 extend on either side of the apron 8. The links 104 are each arranged between two successive blades of the deck. Thus, each blade 80 is disposed in a parallelogram having two opposite sides formed by links 104 and two other opposite sides formed by strands 100 and 102. As visible in FIG. figure 3 each link 104 is arranged to cooperate with a lower surface of a deck blade, bearing against this surface

Dans le présent document, l'ouverture du store correspond à la montée du tablier 8, alors que la fermeture du store correspond à la descente du tablier 8.In this document, the opening of the blind corresponds to the rise of the deck 8, while the closing of the blind corresponds to the descent of the deck 8.

Le brin intérieur 100 est disposé du côté du bord B1 des lames 80, alors que le brin extérieur 102 est disposé du côté du bord B2 des lames 80.The assembly formed by the apron 8 and the two scales 10 is wound around the winding shaft 6 when the awning 2 is opened. The fact that the scales 10 Wrap with the blades 80 protects the blades when opening the blind. The strand 102 is arranged to be wrapped around the apron, that is to say on the outer face of the apron 8 during the opening of the blind, which is why we speak of a strand "outside", while the strand 100 is arranged to be wound on the inner face of the apron 8 during the opening of the blind, which is why we speak of a strand "inside". The outer face of the apron 8 is defined as the face of the apron 8 which is visible when the apron is wound around the shaft 6. The inner strand 100 is disposed on the side of the edge B1 of the blades 80, while the outer strand 102 is disposed on the edge B2 side of the blades 80.

The blind 2 comprises a traction system of the blades 80 of the apron 8, configured to tow the blades 80 of the deck 8 from a rotation of the shaft 6. This traction system comprises the outer strand 102 of each scale 10. The outer strand 102 of the ladders 10 is thus pulled during the rotation of the shaft 6, that is to say a tensile force is applied to one end of the outer strand 102 when the shaft 6 rotates around the X6 axis. Strand 102 is then energized. The traction of the outer strand 102 of each scale 10 causes the winding of the ladders 10 around the shaft 6 and consequently the winding of the blades 80 each housed within a space defined between two successive links 104 of the 10. All the blades 80 are therefore pulled simultaneously during the rotation of the shaft 6. This mode of operation is fundamentally different from that of traditional Venetian blinds, in which only the final blade of the deck is towed by the or the traction cords and in which each of the other blades is stacked above the final when opening the blind.

The traction system also comprises, for each scale 10, two rings 14 integral in rotation with the shaft 6 and a connecting means 12 between one end of the strand 102 and the two rings 14. In the example, this connecting means is a rod 12 on which is attached one end of the strand 102 and which is received in respective housings of the two rings 14. The rings 14 are connected in rotation with the shaft 6 by screwing. As a variant, it can be imagined that they are made integral in rotation with the shaft 6 by complementary shape between the outer surface of the shaft and the inner surface of the rings 14.

Furthermore, the blind 2 comprises, for each scale 10, a sleeve 16 for winding the first strand 100. This sleeve 16 is free to rotate about the shaft 6. Thus, the strand 100 is not energized when winding or unfolding apron. The strand 100 simply follows the movement of the strand 102 because of the presence of the links 104 and wraps around the sleeve 16. The strand 100 is thus connected to the shaft so that the rotation thereof does not cause not the traction of the strand 100. In other words, the strand 100 is not part of the traction system.

Avantageusement, le manchon 16 est interposé, le long de l'axe 6, entre les deux bagues 14.Advantageously, the sleeve 16 is interposed, along the axis 6, between the two rings 14.

The absence of cords or traction ribbons passing through the center of the blades 80 of the blind makes it possible to deport the pivot axis X80 of the blades 80 at one of the longitudinal edges B1 and B2 of the blade, or at least to near this one. Therefore, the blades 80 only protrude from one side of the slides 20 when oriented horizontally, that is to say in position to allow the light to pass. Advantageously, the pivot axis X80 of each blade is disposed near the edge B1 of the blades 80, that is to say the side of the inner strand 100 of the scales 10, so that the blades protrude, compared to the scenes , on the opposite side to the frame 52 of the opening. The frame 52 thus does not form an obstacle to the orientation of the blades 80 horizontally. Thus, the slides 20 can be installed directly against the frame 52 of the opening, which facilitates the work of the installer.

The shutter 2 is closed in the following manner. The apron 8 is unwound by a rotation of the winding shaft 6. When the blind 2 is completely closed, that is to say when the deck 8 reaches a low end position, an additional rotation of the winding shaft 6 in the same direction makes it possible to orient each of the blades 80 from a substantially vertical occultation position to a substantially horizontal through position. In the final phase of unfolding the apron, the strand 100 finishes to unfold and then stretches. This situation thus makes it possible to orient the blades because the strand 102 continues to unfold. In practice, the blades 80 are oriented naturally under the effect of gravity, as represented by the arrow F1 to the figure 3 .

As a variant not shown, the awning with adjustable blades 2 is a venetian blind intended to be installed inside a room. In this case, the side slides and blade tips are no longer needed. Similarly, the axis of orientation of the blades is not necessarily deported near a longitudinal edge of the blade.

According to another variant not shown, the winding shaft 6 may be disposed near the plane of wings P20. The guide ribbons 22 then become optional.

According to another variant not shown, the connection between the strand 102 and the shaft 6 is different. For example, a single ring 14 may be provided for each scale 10. Also, the strand 102 can be attached directly to the shaft 6 and each ring 14 can be integral with the shaft 6.
