Claims (12)

  1. Aushubkopf (1), umfassend:
    - mindestens ein Anbringungselement (2) an einer Antriebsmaschine, um den Kopf (1) zum Drehen um eine Mittelachse (5) zu bringen;
    - mindestens einen plattenförmigen Körper (7), der mit dem Anbringungselement (2) verbunden ist und mindestens eine erste Hauptfläche (8) und mindestens eine zweite Hauptfläche (10) hat, die einander gegenüberliegen, wobei die erste Hauptfläche (8) der Aushubfront (9) zugewandt ist und die zweite Hauptfläche (10) dem Anbringungselement (2) zugewandt ist; und
    - mindestens ein Aushubwerkzeug (11), das dem plattenförmigen Körper (7) zugeordnet ist, um zumindest teilweise von der ersten Hauptfläche (8) vorzustehen;
    - Saugmittel (14, 15, 16) des ausgehobenen Materials (17), die dem plattenförmigen Körper (7) zugeordnet sind und Folgendes umfassen:
    - mindestens eine Speicherkammer (14) des ausgehobenen Materials (17);
    - mindestens ein Entnahmerohr (15) des ausgehobenen Materials (17), das den plattenförmigen Körper (7) von einer Seite zur anderen Seite kreuzt und in der Speicherkammer (14) endet;
    gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass die Saugmittel (14, 15, 16) mindestens ein Einführungsrohr (16) zur zwangsweisen Einführung von mit Druck beaufschlagter Luft in der Nähe der Aushubfront (9) und zum Erzeugen einer Druckkraft, die imstande ist, das ausgehobene Material (17) durch das Entnahmerohr (15) zu drücken, umfassen.
  2. Kopf (1) nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass der plattenförmige Körper (7) einen seitlichen Umfang von kreisförmiger Form hat, von dem sich die Speicherkammer (14) mit einer im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Form erstreckt.
  3. Kopf (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass die Speicherkammer (14) eine Speicherfläche (21) des ausgehobenen Materials (17) benachbart zu der zweiten Hauptfläche (10) umfasst.
  4. Kopf (1) nach Anspruch 3, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass die Speicherfläche (21) eine im Wesentlichen kegelstumpfförmige Form hat und zu der Mittelachse (5) symmetrisch ist.
  5. Kopf (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass das Einführungsrohr (16) die Speicherfläche (21) kreuzt und eine erste Extremität (26), die dem Anbringungselement (2) zugeordnet ist, und eine zweite Extremität (27), die der zweiten Hauptfläche (10) zugeordnet ist, hat.
  6. Kopf (1) nach Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass er ein Durchgangsmittelloch (30) umfasst und den plattenförmigen Körper (7) zwischen der ersten Hauptfläche (8) und der zweiten Hauptfläche (10) kreuzt, wobei das Mittelloch (30) im Wesentlichen zu der zweiten Extremität (27) zusammenpassend angeordnet ist.
  7. Kopf (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass das Entnahmerohr (15) einen ersten Abschnitt (22) für den Einlass des ausgehobenen Materials (17), der auf der ersten Hauptfläche (8) angeordnet ist, und einen zweiten Abschnitt (23) für das Abführen des ausgehobenen Materials (17), der über der ersten Speicherfläche (21) angeordnet ist, hat.
  8. Kopf (1) nach Anspruch 7, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass der zweite Abschnitt (23) ein Diffusorelement (25) hat, das imstande ist, das ausgehobene Material (17) auf der Speicherfläche (21) zu verteilen.
  9. Kopf (1) nach Anspruch 8, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass das Diffusorelement (25) in einer radialen Weise in Bezug auf die Mittelachse (5) gerichtet ist.
  10. Kopf (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass die Saugmittel (14, 15, 16) mehrere der Entnahmerohre (15) umfassen, die in Bezug auf die Mittelachse (5) symmetrisch angeordnet sind.
  11. Kopf (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass er mehrere der Aushubwerkzeuge (11) umfasst, von denen jedes zumindest teilweise innerhalb eines Gehäusesitzes (12), der in dem plattenförmigen Körper (7) gebildet ist, untergebracht ist.
  12. Aushubverfahren, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    a) Bereitstellen eines Aushubkopfes (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche;
    b) Ausheben des Bodens mittels des Aushubkopfes (1), um einen vertikalen Aushub (31) zu erhalten, wobei das ausgehobene Material (17) in der Speicherkammer (14) gesammelt wird;
    c) Entnehmen des Aushubkopfes (1) aus dem vertikalen Aushub (31);
    d) Abführen des ausgehobenen Materials (17) von der Speicherkammer (14) auf einer Fläche außerhalb des vertikalen Aushubs (31);
    e) Wiederholen der Schritte b) bis d), bis eine vorbestimmte Tiefe erreicht wird.
