- Hinge (10) for unhingeable sheet metal cabinet doors, comprising a first hinge part (14) which can be fastened to the door frame (12) and which forms at its free end a borehole or roll (18), through which a hinge pin (20) extends and is held centrally, and a second U-shaped hinge part (16) which is connected to the door (62) and encloses, in the mounted position, the exposed end regions of the hinge pin (20) and wherein the one hinge part (16), which is configured in a U shape, encloses the other hinge part (14) with the U-legs(24, 26), wherein the U-shaped hinge part (16) consists of a lower part (28) and an upper part (30), wherein the upper part (30) has, in the lower part (28), the shape of an also U-shaped slider (32), which is arranged so as to be slideable between two end positions parallel to the extension of the U-legs (24, 26), wherein, in the one end position, the ends (42, 44) of the U-legs block a lateral outlet opening (38, 40) for the end (46, 48) of the pin (20), but, in the other end position and in the case of an opened door, releases an opening (38, 40) laterally letting through the one end of the hinge pin, characterised in that the two end positions (34, 36) of the slider (32) are defined by a spring-loaded ball (52), in that the hinge axis (20) contacts an oblique plane (56) formed by the upper part (30), wherein the contact point or the contact line between hinge axis and oblique plane (56) is under spring tension, which is generated in the direction of the pushing movement (64) as force component and in that the spring tension is generated by a ball (52) arranged in the lower part (28) and provided with a compression spring (50) wherein the ball is supported by an oblique plane formed by the upper part (30) or in that the spring tension is generated by a ball (52) arranged in the upper part (30) and provided with a compression spring (50), wherein the ball is supported by an oblique plane (54) formed by the lower part (28).
- Hinge according to claim 1, characterised in that the passage opening (38, 40) has such a contour (80) that the passage of the hinge axis (20) is only enabled in the case of a partially opened door.
- Hinge according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the ball (52) arranged in the lower part (28) or upper part (30) and provided with compression spring is identical to the ball (52) defining the end positions.
- Hinge according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the hinge parts consist of metal and are fastened to the door frame (20) or door (62) by means of screw connections (66, 68).
- Hinge according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the hinge parts consist of metal and are fastened by means of snap fastenings with grounding spring.
- Hinge according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that only the part fastened to the door frame consists of metal when grounding is not required.
- Hinge according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the upper part has an easy-to-grip surface to facilitate the sliding using the thumb and/or index finger.
