Description

The invention relates to a container made of paper, in particular a paper sack having an opening, at least two adhesive elements for closing the opening, which are separately activated, and at least one rupture element through which the opening can not be opened when connected to a first of the at least two adhesive elements have been closed and through which the opening can be opened when it has been closed with a second of the at least two adhesive elements.

Ein derartiger Behälter ist beispielsweise aus der US2014/270584 A1 , der DE202013102644 U1 , der WO2004/067391 A2 und der DE 20 2012 006901 U1 bekannt.Such a container is for example from the US2014 / 270584 A1 , of the DE202013102644 U1 , of the WO2004 / 067391 A2 and the DE 20 2012 006901 U1 known.

Paper containers are used today in a wide variety of applications. For example, paper sacks, especially in the form of cross-bottom and valve sacks, are used to transport, for example, building materials, such as mortar, cement, and gypsum, or foods and ingredients for such, for example, flour or milk powder. The filled sacks are torn or cut open by the user of the contents, completely emptied and then disposed of. Reuse is not intended and not useful in this application.

However, paper containers are also used, for example, in the shipment of other items, especially documents, in the form of firm envelopes. In this case, the re-use of conventionally used document broadcasts usually exits because they have a tear strip, through which the document container is torn so that it can not be reused. When shipping goods that are ordered online, for example, and then delivered via logistics service providers, the vast majority of a carton is used. However, such cartons have a number of disadvantages. Since cartons for logistical, cost and space reasons only in a relatively small number of different Sizes are shipped, most of the products that are shipped are shipped in boxes that are actually too big for the corresponding products. As a result, valuable space and space are given away, in particular in the transport vehicle, for example a lorry or a container.

For example, garments and shoes are now being ordered more and more on the Internet, for example, and delivered to the respective customer's home. Since the order is only based on pictures and size charts, a large number of the items thus delivered are returned as a return package to the dealer or manufacturer, for example, they do not fit or do not meet the expected visual impression. For this purpose, the same box is usually shipped, which is now filled to an often even smaller proportion, as possibly a part of the order is accepted and retained by the purchaser. The carton must be laboriously closed by the customer, for example by the use of package and / or adhesive tape.

The invention is therefore based on the object, a container made of paper, in particular a paper bag having an opening to develop so that the size of the container can be adapted to the size of an article to be stowed therein and also a return or recycling the container is made possible.

The invention solves this problem by a generic container made of paper, in particular a paper bag according to the preamble of claim 1, which is characterized in that it has at least one handle and a folded and glued bottom, which is stabilized by a cover sheet, said Handle is part of the cover sheet and the handle is punched out of the cover sheet or cut out.

In this way, the container made of paper, in particular the paper bag, for example, for returns of goods and / or documents ideally suited. During the first transport of the goods, the opening of the container is closed with the first of the at least two adhesive elements. At the customer or recipient the shipment, the opening can be opened by the at least one tear-open and thus made the sent item accessible. For example, if the article is to be returned or the consignee wishes to reuse the paper container in a different form a second time, it may now close the opening by the second of the at least two adhesive elements. The container may be a paper bag, a paper bag, a paper or cardboard envelope, a shipping container or other paper container. In the context of the present application, a container made of paper is a container which consists at least predominantly of paper. The container itself may consist, for example, of a composite material whose one component, which is advantageously the predominant component, consists of paper. Thus, for example, it is possible to use a three-layer composite, which consists for example of two outer paper layers and a plastic layer embedded therein, for example of polyethylene. Of course, other paper or cardboard materials are usable. Paper containers may preferably be folded from a paper blank which may optionally be multilayered and / or coated. These methods are known, for example, from the production of paper sacks, for example cross-bottom sacks or valve sacks.

By choosing the paper material can be achieved, for example, that the material and thus the container is waterproof. This may be splash water protection or complete waterproofing.

In an advantageous embodiment of the container, the two two adhesive elements covered adhesive strips or activatable, in particular activated by moisture, adhesive strips. Covered adhesive strips are covered, for example, by a special foil which can be easily removed from the adhesive strip. The tape may be used after removal of the film to close the container. Alternatively or additionally, it is also possible to use activatable adhesive strips which, for example, have to be moistened in order to unfold their adhesive effect. These may for example consist of a starch, a polyvinyl alcohol, a plastic or other suitable material. In a particularly preferred embodiment, these are Strip can be imprinted by suitable devices, so that the production cost for a thus formed container made of paper is reduced. As an alternative to adhesive tape, it is also possible, for example, to use heat-sealable elements or adhesive elements that consist of two components. Thus, for example, one area of the container made of paper is covered, for example sprayed or printed, with a first component of the two-component adhesive, and another area with the respectively second component. Only when both components come into contact with each other and optionally pressure or heat is applied, there is an adhesive connection, which leads to the closing of the opening.

In particular, when using adhesive strips, the advantage is that these adhesive strips for closing the opening with almost any other area of the container made of paper can be brought into contact and unfold their adhesive and adhesive action there. It is thus possible, for example, to wrap or wind up a paper sack or a paper container of a different design, thus reducing the spatial extent as much as the article to be packaged permits. As a result, valuable space is saved, in particular in transport vehicles or transport containers, so that more shipments per unit volume can be transported. It also makes it possible to ship different sized objects in containers that are the same size. Therefore, it is no longer necessary to provide a plurality of different sized paper containers in order to achieve the optimum size for a variety of items to be shipped.

Advantageously, the at least one tear-open element is arranged between the at least two adhesive elements. In this way, it can be easily achieved that tearing open of the tearing element causes the opening to be opened if it has been closed with the first of the two adhesive elements, while the opening remains closed if it has been closed with the second of the adhesive elements. The advantage of a tear-open is also that the recipient of a shipment can recognize whether the container made of paper, in particular the paper bag, has already been opened once by the tear-open.

Preferably, the at least one tearing element and the at least two adhesive elements are arranged on a tab of the container, which can be folded down, whereby the opening can be covered. The tab is thus arranged on at least one of the two adhesive elements, for example on a base body or other component of the container and the opening is closed in this way. By being able to adjust how far the flap can or should be folded, the size of the container ready for shipment, in which consequently the opening is closed, can be adjusted to the opening of the article contained in the container. Such a tab is arranged for example at an edge of the opening and can be folded in the direction of the opening. This corresponds to closing an envelope.

In an advantageous embodiment, the container has at least one venting path through which air can escape from the container when the opening is closed. The loading, reloading and unloading as well as the storage of articles to be shipped is now largely automated by appropriate facilities. Thus, the individual containers often travel over conveyor belts and are dropped, for example, into a transport container. It is quite possible that a container is already in the container, which is now loaded with more containers. When using cartons, this can result in the corners and edges of such cartons becoming damaged, resulting in a generally unsightly exterior. If, on the other hand, as proposed in the prior art, plastic bags are used, it is possible that they burst due to the additional burden of additionally filled into the container containers. This is disadvantageous for the goods to be shipped and is hardly or not tolerated by the customers. Therefore, in the preferred embodiment, the container has a vent path through which air can escape from the container, even when the opening is closed. Consequently, if such a container is additionally loaded, for example, by another object, the paper container can not burst because the air can escape from the interior of the container through the at least one venting path.

In an advantageous embodiment, the ventilation path is generated by an additional half paper layer, which ensures, for example, in the region of a folded from a folded paper web floor that an outlet for the venting path is formed. In this embodiment, one speaks of a einalhalblagigen embodiment of the container made of paper, since the responsible for the ventilation path half paper layer is not fully circumferentially disposed in the interior of the paper container. The container itself may consist of multi-ply or single-ply paper, and either have additional portions, for example of a plastic or similar material, or be made entirely of paper.

In an advantageous embodiment, the at least one venting path consequently runs along a separate paper. This is arranged in the interior of the container and abuts on at least one side on the inside of the container. According to the invention the container has at least one handle, which is preferably arranged on a side facing away from the opening of the container. The handle is punched out of a cover sheet, or cut out, which is placed at the bottom of the container. Advantageously, the outlet of the at least one venting path is in the region of this at least one gripping element. If the grip element is formed as part of a cover sheet, a folded and glued base can be further stabilized by this cover sheet. Such a carrying handle is particularly advantageous for a container made of paper, in particular a paper bag, when this container is used as a shipping container. Thus, for example, a supplier who has to dispense and distribute several such containers, for example, in a multi-family or multi-party house, easily grab several of these containers by their handles and deliver them to their destination. It is avoided that some or more of the containers to be transported out of paper fall down and the goods contained and / or containers are damaged.

Preferably, there are more than two adhesive elements and more than one rupture element. These are advantageously designed so that through each of Adhesive elements, the opening of the container can be closed. Through each of the tearing elements, it is possible to open the opening, provided that it has been closed with a certain or one of a group of existing adhesive elements. In this way, it is ensured that regardless of the number of tearing elements and the adhesive elements of the container can be used as often as there are separately activatable adhesive elements through which the opening can be closed. In this way it is for example possible to produce a container made of paper, which can be closed, for example, three times, four times or five times and can be opened again, except for the last time, by a tearing element.

In a preferred embodiment, an inner side of the container is lined with a padding material, in particular a woven fabric, a fleece, a plastic or a bubble wrap. Alternatively or additionally, embossed papers, metal or plastic mesh, so-called "polywoven" materials made of a woven plastic, coatings or leathers may be used. Different materials can be used to achieve different properties, which are necessary, for example, for the protection of objects to be transported. Different types of objects to be transported require different degrees of protection. For example, when sending documents, it is often sufficient to produce the container itself from a relatively rigid and stiff paper material or cardboard, while, for example, when using glass, for example, beverage bottles, significantly higher demands are placed on the protection of the object to be transported. The skilled person can choose from a variety of known materials and upholstery optimal for the particular application padding material and the padding.

Preferably, the container has a floor, a cross bottom or a bottom in the form of a flat folded tab. Thus, the container can be easily set up, so that even the packing of an article to be shipped in the container made of paper, especially the paper bag, is easily possible.

The paper container according to the invention consequently provides an alternative to a shipping carton whose size can be individually adjusted to the size of the object to be transported, and which nevertheless is recyclable. This is particularly for shipments from the field of mail order, for example, for online orders of items, advantage because they often have to be returned. The container according to the invention has advantages over all known types of containers, in particular for mail order. It is stable, reusable, inexpensive to manufacture and environmentally friendly.

With the aid of the accompanying figures, an embodiment of the present invention will be explained in more detail below. It shows
FIG. 1 -
the schematic representation of a part of a container made of paper according to a first embodiment of the present invention and
FIG. 2 -
the schematic representation of a portion of a container made of paper according to another embodiment of the present invention in the unfolded state.

FIG. 1 shows a part of a container 1 made of paper according to a first embodiment of the present invention. It has a main part 2, which forms a cavity into which objects to be transported can be inserted. For this purpose, the container 1 made of paper has an opening 4. Im in FIG. 1 The embodiment shown, a tab 6 is disposed on one side of the opening 4, which can be folded and thus closes the opening 4. At the tab, a first adhesive element 8 and a second adhesive element 10 are arranged. These can be formed, for example, in the form of adhesive coatings covered with a film or adhesives that can be activated, ie in the form of adhesive strips. There is a tearing element 12 between the first adhesive element 8 and the second adhesive element 10. This is delimited by two perforation lines 14, between which a reinforcing element 16 is located.

By activating the first adhesive element 8, for example by removing a foil cover or another activation of an adhesive strip, the opening 4 can be closed. In this case, the activated first adhesive element 8 is brought into contact with the main portion 2 of the container 1 made of paper and adheres to this. As a result, the opening 4 is closed. It is important that the second adhesive element 10 is not also activated at the same time, since it also comes into contact with the main portion 2 and in this way would also be stuck to this. The second adhesive element 10 consequently remains inactive.

If now the opening 4 are opened, the tearing element 12 can be actuated. For this purpose, on the reinforcing element 16, in the right area of the FIG. 1 extends beyond an edge 18 of the tab 6, pulled. As a result, the tab 6 is torn open along the two perforation lines 14, so that the opening 4 is accessible again. The first adhesive element 8 remains on the main portion 2 of the container 1 made of paper. An article that has been transported or stored in the interior of the main part 2 can now be removed or a new article introduced into the main part 2.

Thereafter, it is possible to reseal the opening 4 by activating the second adhesive element 10. This too is brought into contact with the main part 2 of the container 1 made of paper and thus leads to the opening 4 is closed.

In the in FIG. 1 embodiment, the container 1 made of paper on two adhesive element 8, 10, and a tearing element arranged therebetween 12. Of course, embodiments with more than two adhesive elements are conceivable, wherein between each two adjacently arranged adhesive elements a tearing element is present. In this way, the paper container 1 can be closed several times, for example three times, four times or five times, depending on the number of adhesive elements present. Due to the existing tearing elements, it can be opened several times depending on the number of tearing elements present.

In the embodiment shown, it does not matter at which point the first adhesive element 8 or the second adhesive element 10 is brought into contact with the main part 2 of the container 1 made of paper in order to close the opening 4. In particular, in the event that, for example, smaller objects are to be transported or stored within the main portion 2 of the container 1 made of paper, it is therefore possible to turn the flap 6 very far and so reduce the remaining size of the now closed container 1 made of paper.

In FIG. 2 An opposite end of a container 1 of paper is shown. He also has the main part 2, where in FIG. 2 now a bottom 20 shown is.

From the paper of the main portion 2, a bottom 20 is folded, as is known for example from the paper bag production. In the in FIG. 2 As shown, the bottom 20 is opened, so that a view into the interior of the container 1 made of paper is possible. To close the bottom 20, the in FIG. 2 upper part folded around the fold line 22. This concerns in particular a cover sheet 24 which covers a recess 26 which in the bottom 20 in the in FIG. 2 shown representation is still present. Inside the main portion 2 of the container 1 made of paper is a separate paper 28, which is visible through the recess 26 and shown dotted. Between the actual paper of the main portion 2 and the separate paper 28 is a slot 30 through which, for example, air can escape from the main portion 2 of the container 1 made of paper.

Now, if the bottom 20 is completed, in which the cover sheet 24 is folded around the fold line 22, the cover sheet 24 is preferably bonded over its entire circumference with the other folding elements, which together form the bottom 20.

The cover sheet 24 has a handle 32, which are punched out of the cover sheet 24 along two punched lines 34, which are shown in dashed lines. In the closed state, air which exits through the slot 30 can now leave the container 1 made of paper through these punched lines 34. This prevents the container 1 from paper from bursting in the event of a sudden additional load. Instead, the air can leave the container 1 made of paper in the said way.
