Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine à expresso pour surface de cuisson comprenant une bouilloire (3), un filtre destiné à contenir du café moulu (4), et un collecteur (5) conçu pour recueillir l'infusion produite par le passage de l'eau chaude au travers du café moulu, ladite machine à expresso pour surface de cuisson comprenant également un dispositif (10) pour distribuer l'infusion, qui est disposé sur un conduit de distribution (6) et comprend des moyens formant valve de surpression (19) disposés le long d'un trajet allant de ladite infusion de la bouilloire (3) au collecteur (5), et ledit dispositif (10) comprenant : lesdits moyens formant valve de surpression (19), dans lesquels un obturateur (11) est mobile parallèlement à l'axe dudit conduit de distribution (6), par rapport à un siège de valve (12) correspondant, et des moyens élastiques antagonistes (13), qui agissent sur ledit obturateur (11), sont logés dans une chambre de décompression (14) disposée en aval dudit conduit de distribution (6) et comprenant au moins une sortie de distribution d'infusion (14.1), et des moyens de réglage manuel de la pression de distribution (15) de ladite infusion, entre au moins une première valeur de pression et une deuxième valeur de pression, supérieure à la première, à au moins l'une desquelles lesdits moyens formant valve de surpression (19) permettent le passage de l'infusion dudit conduit de distribution (6) à ladite ou auxdites sorties de distribution (14.1), de sorte qu'une infusion sans mousse et avec mousse puisse être produite avec ladite machine à expresso pour surface de cuisson.
