Claims (12)

  1. Verbindungsvorrichtung für ein Endstück (6, 8) eines Stromkabels (3, 5), enthaltend:
    - ein leitfähiges Element (10) mit einem rohrförmigen Abschnitt (11), der in einer axialen Richtung ausgerichtet ist, mit einem ersten Innengewinde (14) und einem zweiten Innengewinde (15), die jeweils durchgängig sind und in einer radialen Richtung ausgerichtet sind, wobei das erste Innengewinde (14) und das zweite Innengewinde (15) mit einem axialen Abstand und mit einem Winkelabstand angeordnet sind, wobei der rohrförmige Abschnitt (11, 12) eine Innenfläche (16) aufweist, die eine Aufnahmeausnehmung (17) definiert, die dazu ausgelegt ist, das Endstück (8) dann aufzunehmen, wenn es einen Querschnitt innerhalb eines vorbestimmten ersten Bereichs hat;
    - ein rinnenförmiger Einsatz (4), der eine Außenseite (24) und eine Innenseite (25) aufweist und dazu ausgelegt ist, in die von dem rohrförmigen Abschnitt (11, 12) begrenzte Aufnahmeausnehmung (17) angeordnet zu werden, wobei er mit seiner Außenseite (24) mit der Innenfläche (16) des rohrförmigen Abschnitts (11, 12) in Kontakt steht, wobei der nicht von dem Einsatz (4) eingenommene Teil der Aufnahmeausnehmung (17) dazu ausgelegt ist, das Endstück (6) dann aufzunehmen, wenn es einen Querschnitt innerhalb eines vorbestimmten zweiten Bereichs hat;
    - eine erste Klemmschraube (42) und eine zweite Klemmschraube (43), die jeweils in das erste Innengewinde (14) bzw. in das zweite Innengewinde (15) eingreifen, wobei jede dazu ausgelegt ist, zwischen ihrer distalen Fläche (33) und der Innenfläche (16) des rohrförmigen Abschnitts (11, 12) das in der Aufnahmeausnehmung (17) aufgenommene Endstück (8) mit dem Querschnitt innerhalb des vorbestimmten ersten Bereichs einzuklemmen und zwischen ihrer distalen Fläche (33) und der Innenseite (25) des Einsatzes (4) das in dem nicht von dem Einsatz (4) eingenommenen Teil der Aufnahmeausnehmung (17) aufgenommene Endstück (6) mit dem Querschnitt innerhalb eines vorbestimmten zweiten Bereichs einzuklemmen;
    wobei die Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass
    - jede der ersten und zweiten longitudinalen Zwischenfläche (22, 23), welche der Einsatz (4) zwischen seiner Innenseite (25) und seiner Außenseite (24) enthält, jeweils auf einer ersten Seite bzw. einer zweiten, der ersten Seite gegenüberliegenden Seite, ein abgestuftes Profil aufweist,
    - in einem Zustand der Vorrichtung (1), in dem sie bereit ist, das Endstück (6) mit dem Querschnitt innerhalb eines vorbestimmten zweiten Bereichs aufzunehmen, wo der Einsatz (4) mit der distalen Fläche (33) der ersten Klemmschraube (42), die von jeder der ersten und zweiten longitudinalen Zwischenfläche (22, 23) beabstandet ist, und mit der distalen Fläche (33) der zweiten Klemmschraube (43), die von jeder der ersten und zweiten longitudinalen Zwischenfläche (22, 23) beabstandet ist, in der Aufnahmeausnehmung (17) aufgenommen ist, der Einsatz (4) frei um die axiale Richtung herum schwenken kann;
    - in einem Bewegungsendzustand der Vorrichtung (1), der von dem genannten empfangsbereiten Zustand aus erreicht wird, indem zuerst die erste Klemmschraube (42) und dann die zweite Klemmschraube (43) bis zum Bewegungsende angezogen wird, die distale Fläche (33) der ersten Klemmschraube (42) mit der ersten longitudinalen Zwischenfläche (22) und der zweiten longitudinalen Zwischenfläche (23) des Einsatzes (4) in Kontakt steht, während die distale Fläche (33) der zweiten Klemmschraube (43) mit mindestens einer der ersten und zweiten longitudinalen Zwischenfläche (22, 23) in Kontakt steht; und
    - das gestufte Profil dazu ausgelegt ist, dass die Eindringtiefe der ersten Klemmschraube (42) und die Eindringtiefe der zweiten Klemmschraube (43) in diesem Bewegungsendzustand näher beieinander liegen, als wenn die erste und die zweite longitudinale Zwischenfläche ein flaches Profil hätten.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Bewegungsendzustand die distale Fläche (33) der zweiten Klemmschraube (43) zugleich mit der ersten longitudinalen Zwischenfläche (22) und der zweiten longitudinalen Zwischenfläche (23) in Kontakt steht.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste longitudinale Zwischenfläche (22) und die zweite longitudinale Zwischenfläche (23) des Einsatzes (4) jeweils einen ersten Längsabschnitt (35) aufweisen, der bezüglich eines zweiten Längsabschnitts (36) zurückversetzt ist, wobei der erste Längsabschnitt (35) der ersten longitudinalen Zwischenfläche (22) im Bereich des zweiten Längsabschnitts (36) der zweiten longitudinalen Zwischenfläche (23) liegt, während der zweite Längsabschnitt (36) der ersten longitudinalen Zwischenfläche (22) im Bereich des ersten Längsabschnitts (35) der zweiten longitudinalen Zwischenfläche (23) liegt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste longitudinale Zwischenfläche (22) und die zweite longitudinale Zwischenfläche (23) des Einsatzes (4) jeweils eine Schulter (37) an der Verbindung zwischen dem ersten Längsabschnitt (35) und dem zweiten Längsabschnitt (36) aufweisen, wobei die Schultern (37) im Bereich jeweils voneinander liegen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (4) sich längs zwischen einer ersten Endzwischenfläche (39) und einer der ersten Endzwischenfläche (39) entgegengesetzten zweiten Endzwischenfläche (40) erstreckt und der Einsatz (4) ein Profil aufweist, das bei Betrachtung mit seiner einer ersten Seite zugewandten ersten Endzwischenfläche (39), mit seiner einer der ersten Seite entgegengesetzten zweiten Seite zugewandten zweiten Endzwischenfläche (40), seiner nach oben gerichteten Innenseite (25) und seiner nach unten gerichteten Außenseite (24) dem Profil ähnlich ist, das er bei Betrachtung mit seiner der ersten Seite zugewandten zweiten Endzwischenfläche (40), seiner der zweiten Seite zugewandten ersten Endzwischenfläche (39), seiner nach oben gerichteten Innenseite (25) und seiner nach unten gerichteten Außenseite (24) aufweist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Bewegungsendzustand die Innenseite (25) des Einsatzes (4) bezüglich der Innenseite (25) des rohrförmigen Abschnitts (11, 12) zu den Innengewinden (14, 15) hin exzentrisch liegt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenseite (24) des Einsatzes (4) ferner eine Mehrzahl von einspringenden Flächenabschnitten (38) aufweist, die longitudinal verlaufen, so dass der Einsatz (4) ein blütenblätterförmiges Querschnittprofil aufweist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (4) einen ersten Sektorabschnitt, der winklig zwischen dem ersten Längsabschnitt (35) und dem zweiten Längsabschnitt (36) der ersten longitudinalen Zwischenfläche (22) liegt, einen zweiten Sektorabschnitt, der winklig zwischen dem ersten Längsabschnitt (35) und dem zweiten Längsabschnitt (36) der zweiten longitudinalen Zwischenfläche (23) liegt, und einen dritten Sektorabschnitt, der winklig zwischen dem ersten Längsabschnitt (35) der ersten longitudinalen Zwischenfläche (22) und dem ersten Längsabschnitt (35) der zweiten longitudinalen Zwischenfläche (23) liegt, aufweist; wobei an der Verbindungsstelle zwischen dem ersten Sektorabschnitt und dem dritten Sektorabschnitt ein einspringender Flächenabschnitt (38) des ersten Sektorabschnitts und ein einspringender Flächenabschnitt (38) des dritten Sektorabschnitts eine erste Längsnut bilden (44), an der Verbindungsstelle zwischen dem zweiten Sektorabschnitt und dem dritten Sektorabschnitt ein einspringender Flächenabschnitt (38) des zweiten Sektorabschnitts und ein einspringender Flächenabschnitt (38) des dritten Sektorabschnitts eine zweite Längsnut (45) bilden, und zwei einspringende Flächenabschnitte (38) im dritten Sektorabschnitt eine dritte Längsnut (46) auf halbem Abstand zwischen der ersten Längsnut (44) und der zweiten Längsnut (45) bilden.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der rohrförmige Abschnitt (11, 12) eine die Aufnahmeausnehmung (17) begrenzende Bodenwand (19) und eine Einführöffnung (21) zum Einführen des Endstücks enthält, über welche die Aufnahmeausnehmung (17) der Bodenwand (19) entgegengesetzt ausmündet, wobei der Einsatz (4) sich dann, wenn er in der Aufnahmeausnehmung (17) des rohrförmigen Abschnitts (11, 12) aufgenommen ist, von der Bodenwand (19) bis zur Öffnung (21) erstreckt.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenfläche (16) des rohrförmigen Abschnitts (11, 12) eine Mehrzahl von ringförmigen Rippen (18) aufweist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmschrauben (42, 43) einen Gewindeschaft (30), einen Schraubenkopf (31) und einen Sicherungsabschnitt (32) aufweisen, welcher den Gewindeschaft (30) mit dem Schraubenkopf (31) verbindet, wobei der Sicherungsabschnitt (32) dazu ausgelegt ist, bei Erreichen eines vorbestimmten Anziehmoments sich selbsttägig zu lösen.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Anschlussstutzen enthält, zu dem der rohrförmige Abschnitt (11), erster rohrförmiger Abschnitt (11) genannt, gehört, wobei der Stutzen einen zweiten rohrförmigen Abschnitt (12) enthält, der ähnlich wie der erste rohrförmige Abschnitt (11) ausgebildet ist, wobei der erste rohrförmige Abschnitt (11) und der zweite rohrförmige Abschnitt (12) über einen Verbindungsabschnitt (13) verbunden sind, wobei jeder des ersten und zweiten rohrförmigen Abschnitts (11, 12) an einem dem Verbindungsabschnitt (13) entgegengesetzten Ende eine Einführöffnung (21) zum Einführen eines Endstücks des Kabels (3, 5) in die Aufnahmeausnehmung (17) aufweist.
